As I kept walking and staring at the lights, they started to disappear one by one. It was dark, so my depth perception may have been off. I didn't notice the lights moving, unless they were moving away from me. After they disappeared, I looked around and noticed there were too many lights around to see any stars. Sitting on front porch having a conversation, when I looked up and noticed 2 red lights sitting in the sky towards the east. As I told my friend to look up I noticed they were moving very slow. As they progressed towards the east they moved as if they were connected by something, and the two lights were sort of rotating on a large axis, not independent. They both blinked, like the red lights on a tower. Same speed, same intensity. At this point I thought it was 2 helicopters chasing eachother, but they moved too slow and there was no sound. One blinked red, the other red with very faint white lights in between each blink. As they continued to slowly move east they started to fade. Once they began to fade they seemed to spread apart, as if they were two different crafts afterall. The very moment they disappeared into the clouds a bright comet like light shot out from the same spot into the opposite direction, directly over head. To add the this, once I went back inside to use my phone, none of my apps worked, as if I had no signal or WiFi connectivity. But all signals were good. There were several lights of different colors moving in a formation. They seemed much higher up than planes or jets would be. They were moving eastward and passed directly overhead, moving fairly slowly--so slowly it took me a few seconds to realize they were even moving. The formation was not tight. There seemed to be quite a bit of space between the lights. The formation was diamond shaped in the middle with one or two lights in the lead and one or two trailing behind the diamond. One or two of the lights were green, at least one was red, at least one was blue, and the rest were white. Planes were in the area (which is normal with the airport being in the same metro area), so I was able to distinguish that it was not a light like typical lights from planes and that it was not moving like a plane.

Was driving Eastward, when 3 distinct lights were noticed. A very bright white light was what caught my attention first. That's when I realized there were 2 more, red and green lights. At first these lights struck me right away as if to be a plane crashing because of the speed of which the object(s) were moving from top of my windshield to ground level. I initially searched to see if there were any plane crashes in the area at all. The main part that struck me as a plane was the brightest light, the white, and then the green and red lights both on a side of the white one. There was part tree cover and suburb cover that blocked my view of the potential crash site. I also did not hear any "boom" of an explosion of any plane type of craft. From what I could estimate from the trees and houses in the way, it seemed to be at least a few miles out, but not further than about 10. I am also a night sky hobbyist and definitely know the difference between a meteor shooting across the sky and whatever this may have been. I did drive to where I had estimated a "crash site" of the object. Drove along many back roads within a few miles of my estimated "crash site" to find nothing but eerily empty gravel roads surrounding Eastern Owatonna North of Highway 14.

Bright red lights holding position in a triangular formation due east of Denver, Colorado. Heading 110 Degrees. Five lights total, the three brightest are holding at fixed positions while two others are dimmer and flashing at one second intervals, staggered a half second from each other. First noticed around 21:45 MST. Event is currently taking place and has not changed over a 20 minute duration. Image captured with cell phone, but the two faintest lights are difficult to see. At about 8:45 pm, my wife and I heard a boy tell his mom to come outside and look at the lights in the night sky. His insistence made us go outside and take a look. We immediately saw in the southern sky 3 very bright, stationary lights that were in a large triangle formation. The lights were much brighter than any star or planet and were many times larger than the planet Jupiter appears at its brightest. It was hard to tell how far away they were, but they appeared to be thousands of feet high. The lights could have been separate or part of a much larger object because their relative distances did not vary during the observation. There was a ¼ moon in the northwestern sky and because of the proximity to Santa Barbara, most of the stars in the sky were very dim. It was impossible to miss these 3 bright objects. We waited for the lights to move, but they stayed stationary for over a minute, then 1 by 1 each light slowly dimmed and then went out. Almost immediately after the last light went out, a small glowing cloud or smudge, as we called it, appeared away from the original triangle formation and started to move rapidly across the sky—heading out towards the ocean. It dropped quickly toward the ocean and followed a long path which took it many miles away into a western part of the night sky. In less than 10 seconds, it disappeared behind the Santa Barbara channel Islands over 20 miles away. Each of these events occurred without any noise. Sitting in back yard looking at stars and a movement caught my eye coming from the north. It appeared to be a flock of birds coming together in a vee formation but it was dark and they shimmered. As it progressed across the top of the tree line not more than 100 feet in the air it appeared to be bulbs of orange lights in a vee formation approximately 20 on each side. It went by very quickly but my friend was able to see it as well before it went behind another tree and we lost sight of it.

A light in the sky over the WNW not far above city horizon, but it looked far away. Light was at least twice the size of a large star. Was flashing white, yellow and briefly other colors, and not at any patterned intervals. Had light arms off of it toward the north that were also flashing. Did not move from its position for 18 minutes. Did not come closer, get farther away, or move side to side. Just was flashing. Called someone on the other side of town to look at it. They initially thought it was a helicopter, but then looked through binoculars and said “it’s not a helicopter, it looks like fire, looks like it’s moving through binoculars, but not when I look without them”. We both agreed that we had never seen anything like this in our lives, which equal collectively, about 85 years. When I went in to get my long range lens, and came back outside, it was gone. There were two planes on the other side of the sky briefly at the beginning of this, and they looked much smaller. Nothing on the news yet about what this is. We are both very practical, scientific, analytical people, and this was very weird. I am very curious to know what this was. Spotted Bright golden lights in the sky. Told my friend to look. They were in a perfect snake formation. Bright golden and star like.. We stopped our vehicle and observed them. I took video on my phone but you can only see 2 of the objects there were at least 12. BUT my friend also recorded but i did not see his footage to know the quality considering we were using phones. They formed a perfect snake like pattern. Then moved inwards forming something that resembled the big dipper. One by one they shot into different directions. It happened so quickly. But at first they moved slowly. Very slowly. Finally there were two left and they flew towards one another and disappeared. There were other vehicles that spotted it/them as they drove by.

Me and my boyfriend were sitting outside, just like we do every night. I had already witnessed the same white dim light moving extremely slow at about 95°, only this time there were 3. Seconds later as usual it just disappeared. Moves much slower than a meteor. About 25 mins later a craft flew above our heads, was very quiet didn't move like an airplane or have same blinking lights as a typical one, was shaped differently too. Seemed almost to stop at times. We assumed it was a drone as it moved to the South. I then noticed a faint red light and as I pointed it out to my boyfriend, we noticed them light up all over the SE sky. They were zig zagged in flight path and a few of them were so close together at times it was unreal, they seemed to just be flying all around, stayed in same position of sky for a few minutes! We counted approximately 7 of the red lights (which would blink white so often). All the sudden they split up and went different directions dis! appearing as fast as they appeared. About 15 -20 seconds later 2 airplanes, I believe, Criss-crossed over us from opposite directions. One from SW and one from NE. Five of us were sitting around a campfire when to the NorthWest a formation of blue-green lights appeared in the sky. They were moving from West-Northwest headed South at first, and then turned in an Easterly direction. Their formation closely resembled the Big Dipper constellation, but backwards. There were about 16 or so lights, with ten of them in pairs on the front end of the formation. One solitary light tagged behind out of formation, but kept pace and heading with the rest. Their lights never dimmed, blinked, nothing. There was no noise and they seemed to be moving at a constant high velocity. None of us have ever seen a UFO before, but we are all acquainted with most planes, balloons, satellites, etc. This was nothing that we have ever seen before.

At 20:17 Local what appeared to be a formation was approaching from the ocean at a few hundred feet. As the formation crossed land it rose in a 1 mile distance through the cloud deck at approximately 1500 feet and rapidly departed the area on a WNW track heading in the general direction of Buxton/Gorham.

September 12, 2015. Myself and about 8 other people in my neighborhood were eyewitness to 50-100 pretty dim lights in the sky moving from the Southwest, going directly over our heads, moving Northwest, before coming to a complete stop, then moving North out of our sight. These lights were not planes, they were not balloons, they were not satellites. They made triangle formations, switched directions, flashed at different times, and ALL came to a complete stop before heading North. These were far higher than a typical jet, if I took a guess because they were so dim, 40-70 thousand feet or more from our ground. Some have said this had something to do with balloons being relased from a nearby park....after reading my description above, I think its safe to say what we saw did NOT fit the description of "balloons." Somebody did get a picture which catches a part of what we saw, but is not complete of the whole thing. I am emailing that.

I was driving southbound on Towanda Ave, over the railroad bridge off of Ft. Jesse Rd. my son and I witnessed 7 black objects flying in formation about 1000 ft off the ground. They were flying from northwest to south east in a rapid manner. At first, I thought they were Chinook helicopters as they routinely fly over head. However, being a 16 year vet of the Army, I've never seen Chinooks fly that fast and never in that close of formation. Also, the profile seemed skinnier than that of a Chinook. I heard no noise as is typical with Chinooks even at the distance, about a mile out, from my position. It could be drilling aviation unit, but I'm not certain that it was.

Driving from Ossining, NY, to Amherst, MA, on Taconic State Pkwy North at night on Sunday. Myself and the other individual in the car first saw an incredibly strange brief flash in the sky--like a a bolt of lightening only orange like a flame and not extending from the sky/cloud to the ground but contained in the sky (I have nothing to compare it to because I've never seen anything like it). A bit later on, after passing Red hook, closer to I-90 East, I saw three groups of three white orbs, somewhat faint, floating in the sky (too clear and bright to be confused for stars). My husband was first to observe this Saturday evening, we proceeded to the end of our drive way to get something from the car, then looked up north south to the sky because he thought oddly that the stars looked really close. Not only because they were all visible but because they are an actually aircraft in the sky flying preparing to land, which is not unusual for where we live we always have planes flying over our house! We all know what they look like and sound like the Oaklnd Airport is 10 minutes from our house and hayward airport is closer just a 1/2 mile. He then called my father-in-law out and to his disbelief he said these are not planes there lights are different. Then they called both of us out, when my mother-in-law and I proceeded outside we were both stunned!! I immediately thought these are UFO I had seen some strange videos but I never thought anything of it, just people messing around on the Internet. But these were hovering in a formation 8 of them to be exact, if you could connect the dots they would have made a horizontal zig zag they were also flickering but not a candle, but as if it was rythmic, Slow as if it was a heart beat, they all were the same color a orange/red and circler!!! They then began to dispate one by one up toward the atmosphere then leaving two which filed into formation right underneath one another. Moving one from the left and the other from the right!! They looked as if they were sliding into formation and as this was going on there was a plane like I said traveling inward toward the airport!! So we all knew these were no way planes by any means!! And if this was a hoax someone was playing then it was a pretty damn good one, fooled me!! Then finally the top one dissipated upward and then followed by the second right into the atmosphere!! I'm literally still in shock as I'm writing this and I'm a very logical person by every sense of the word. I need proof or my own eyes and I know I'm not! crazy!!! What I saw was exactly how I saw it!!

While driving down our unlit country road at approx. 9 p.m., my wife and I both sighted what appeared to be a string of large lights (vertical) resembling a tower (it looked like a cell tower, however, we do not have any cell towers or other towers in our vicinity). The lights were grouped in a vertical row (large dull white). We both said to each other, "what the heck is that?" Moving slowly down the road, the lights seemed more horizontal and passed over us. These four lights were spaced a short distance from each other in a horizontal formation. No noise or other sounds were heard.

I was driving on turn-pike and a bright blue color caught me eye (the color was like blue skys at noon, which made me notice). It appeared to be 3 parts, with 3 colors (a grey-ish, red-ish mixed with orange-ish, and the blue, and what I call the tail end the fire/lightning bolt tail. So it just sat and hovered it seemed for a while (long enough for me to be amazed, think about stopping {which I didn't but wish I did for better picture quality}, and take the pictures, and a short video of it. After it hovered for a few minutes, when I looked back over it appeared to had drawn a heart and lasso in the sky (using the sky as its canvas)...but the drawing appeared to be cloud-ish, but there were not any clouds in the area/at the height that the image appeared. Then after it did the heart with lasso around it, shapes of what I call a rectangle appeared (and it wasn't an exact rectangle) and the rectangles multipled on top of each other to smaller rectangles and! it was gone. The background was early morning right before dawn.

Orange almost twinkling sphere shaped objects. Flying from west to east. Firstly appx 8 or 10 in a formation of singular and dual file, then loner objects appeared to follow the same path as the original objects faded, they too followed a similar path until they faded into the sky.
