Husband and wife out walking the dog at 6:24pm on 12/19/23. Avid skywatchers, we were looking up at the clear sky, when we spotted a smallish light in the western sky that looked “different”. We watched it lengthen - to give an idea of its width, from our perspective, it looked like a short pencil line. It looked almost like an ASCENDING fireball - definitely going up, not down! It appeared to be at the same altitude as planes flying overhead - 30,000 - 40,000 feet. Both have experience as trained observers, and after decades of sky watching, have not seen anything like this before. Checked flight app on phone, nothing. Checked with Starlink launches, etc., and that didn’t appear to fit either, although there was a Starlink launch the night before, in Cape Canaveral (2000 miles south of us). Having seen Starlink in the past, it looked nothing like that to us. AND, Starlink didn’t just “disappear” the way this one did. Unfortunately, being nighttime, the video doesn’t give a good perspective for the viewer to judge distance, altitude, etc.. The surrounding land is wooded and sparsely populated. After zooming in a few seconds into the video, we attempted to keep the camera as steady as possible, to show the movement of the object. (We are including the second video, attempting to photograph the object disappearing. It shows up on the phone, not so much when it’s translated to this computer.). Its trajectory was “straight up”, or appeared to be, from where we were standing (on a mountain in the midcoast region of Maine). After observing for about 1-1.5 minutes, the object seemed to “fade out” and disappear. There was very slight cloudiness here and there in the sky, however, if this object had gone behind a cloud, it theoretically would have emerged at some point. We stood outside for several minutes after the sighting, until it was apparent that it was not going to reemerge.

I have a series of videos with weird shapeshifting objects. This one seems massive though. In the video it clearly shows it was almost steady and suddenly it starts moving. If it was a balloon it would be moving constantly because of the wind imo. Also looks like an S shape but badly drawn and it´s pretty big for a ballloon in this distance from my house. the height is more like helicopter height than balloon [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

We saw a bright flash like someone took our picture in the dark. After that we looked up and saw the object. It seemed massive in size. The whole perimeter of the object was illuminated with a white light. Oval shaped but bigger on one side and jagged like a rock. It was not moving across the sky like a satellite or space station. Seemed to be moving away. Hard to tell how high it was? It was definitely higher than airplane traffic at 35,000’.

Took a picture of the moon with an object below it. I thought the object may be a star or planet. The shape looked to be oval to round and gold, beige in color. I did not see it with my naked eye after taking the shot. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Possible]

At approximately 1:45pm, in Fairmont, North Carolina, I saw a small light colored object traveling very very fast in a NW direction. It was either round or square, not oblong like a plane or jet. I'm guessing it was at 30,000-40,000 feet. As I was watching it, it disappeared in an instant. That is what makes me think it was a UFO. An aircraft would be visible for quite a longer distance till it was too far away to see. The object I saw simply vanished from the sky.

Between 2:14.53 and 2:42.51 AM an image appears in front of my house in the night sky. It is initially faint in appearance but gradually gets clearer. It fades again but appears sharper at the end of the first 46 second video. In the second video, 2:42.51 AM; the image/object appears to stretch out and separate.

I noticed a large black object gliding through the sky, moving much more slowly than the airplanes in the area. It appeared much higher than the airplanes too, so it appeared to be larger than a jet airplane. Its shape looked at first like a large bird, then like a Y, and sometimes pretzel-shaped. The shape was difficult to make out. After floating across maybe a third of the sky, it began to hover just below the clouds, and it hovered in one spot for about 10 minutes before I left the area. It seemed too large and strangely shaped to be a drone. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Probable]

I saw a white object segmented into 2 with dark ring dividing, white glow around outside, moved slowly maybe at a standstill until I noticed and started taking pictures, then sped up, slowed down again, sped up. This slow and fast speed occurred about three times before disappearing! I watched this for about 20 minutes. Clear blue sky with no clouds in sight. [NUFORC annotation: Aircraft - Possible]

I was driving home with my wife beside me and spotted something above and ahead of us close to the road. My 40 degree angle of visual contact was becoming more steep as we approached and I turned onto the driveway, causing me to lose sight of the craft. Jumping out of the car, I grabbed my phone from my pocket while running toward the street with the intention of taking a photograph, but it was completely gone when I got there. I scanned the sky and saw only a smaller private jet, which was also white. What interested me most here was the jet's path: its movement was curved and put me and anything directly above me at the center of the near semicircle it was following. It is a good possibility that a person or persons on that aircraft saw what I had just seen. I have a series of photos that can document the curved path of which I speak. Description of the machine: My estimation of the object's size is 8' x 20'. The entire thing had a very white matte finish. There were no markings of any kind that were visible to me. Upon first spotting the object I focused on what I thought of as its front end. It appeared to be a perfect sphere from my vantage point. There were no windows and this portion of the form looked seamless. My gaze then moved to the platform type structure and I especially focused on what appeared to be panels on the platform's side. I was fixated on how the two panels that hung down beyond the bottom of the main part of the structure were exactly the same size in length and width as the two panels directly above each of them. Any details that I observed about the bottom of the craft were done mostly with peripheral vision but I did focus on the bottom for a fraction of a second. I left the bottom of the craft unaddressed in my drawing, but I do know there was additional architecture there. I believe I saw a tubular structure that was molded seamlessly and extended from the front to the back of the platform's bottom, presenting itself as something like a half round. I saw other components mostly as a general impression, but I also believe I saw two more extensions on the bottom of the opposite side and their thickness extended below the main body of the craft. The lower panels did not extend as far down below the platform's bottom as my drawing would indicate, but I have not been able to draw all of the proportions to my satisfaction. There is no doubt that the sphere and platform were attached, but because of the way I visually jumped from one aspect of its construction to the other I am not completely sure of how these two main parts transitioned. I am open to sharing more with any interested parties but understand that that may be of limited usefulness unless there are other witnesses. Location details: Most of the leaves where still on the trees. The craft was just above the smallest larger tree on the right side of the street in the photo Using a nearby by utility pole (estimated at 45 feet tall) as a reference, the craft was around 60 feet off the ground. The craft seemed nestled in and around the trees, although it was obvious that it was not in direct contact with them or anything else. As I said before, it was stationary and silent. Even though my wife was with me as my story unfolded, she was focused on her device and apparently didn't react to my statement, "What is that" as we approached. She later claimed her own sighting on November 22 which she hopefully will report.

It lasted a few seconds and very quickly exited at what seemed like crazy speed out of my vision to the left. A vertical green rectangular shape. I thought a reflection of something and dismissed. 2 days later I heard 2 of our employees discussing “did you see that green thing monday morning”. Which stopped me dead in my tracks.

Firstly, this is fresh. This literally just happened 1 hour ago. 4 adults and one 7 year old child saw the following. My wife, daughter and I were dropping off her friend at her house in the country by Dixon, CA. We arrived at approximately 6:45PM on 11/10/2023. It was dark and the sky was mostly clear with some scattered clouds. They live in the country and there is very little light pollution. My daughters friend ran in the house as soon as we arrived. However, we stay on the porch talking we her parents for 10 minutes or so like we always do. Suddenly, we heard the oscillating rumble of an aircraft coming from the northeast (more east than north). I immediately noticed the rumble was deep but I assumed it was just a low flying life flight helicopter coming to land at its home at the Nut Tree Airport which was just a few miles away. However, as it got closer the house literally began to shake (Windows, glasses on their laundry room table tops, etc.) Still thinking that it was a helicopter I instinctively looked up as it began to fly over. At first I couldn't make out what I was seeing. It happened all at once and it was a wave of visual mathematics that my mind was working to solve. The is the exact sequence of events as I observed it. It may seem haphazard and arrhythmic but this is the exact sequence in which I saw the aircraft. So imagine you are looking through your own eyes when you read this. 1) Whatever it was was flying slow. 75 MPH or less. 2) I saw a really dim pair of lights. At first, I thought they were they were part of a helicopter, then my brain quickly realized they were on the rear of some sort of aircraft. 3) I saw a laser dot about 200 yards immediately to the left of the pair of lights referenced in part "2". The laser dot was red or orange, extremely dim and literally looked like someone from the ground was shinning a laser pointer at something in the sky. At this point I literally thought that is exactly what someone was doing. 4) Suddenly, as my eyes were focused on the faint laser dot, a cloud immerged in the background of the dot way off in the distance. It picked up just enough light pollution from the nearby city of Vacaville that it momentarily revealed that the laser point I was staring at was on the front end of the nose of an air craft. The cloud was illuminated just enough to backlight the nose of the air craft. The air craft moved forward and as quickly as the outline appeared on the cloud it was gone. 5) Immediately my thought was that "Oh, there IS as a second aircraft leading the one following to the right. 6) When the nose cone moved past the cloud and back into darkness my peripheral vision suddenly became heightened and out of the corner of my eye I saw a laser beam that was as feint as the dot on the nose. However, the laser beam stretched from the point where I saw it all the way back to the pair of dim lights 200 yards to the right. It looked like someone was shining a cheap laser pointer from a helicopter, straight forward in its path. 7) A patch of scattered clouds back light approximately 60-70% of the body of the aircraft and I suddenly realized the entire thing was connected. The outline was only visible for a few seconds. It looked like a commination of surf board and He-Man's sword and at least 150-200 yards long. That's literally the best way I can describe it. We all started freaking out when the outline revealed itself. My wife and I immediately said "Don't discuss it! We need to draw what we see independently and then show each other. It's the only way we will know we aren't lying to ourselves. If we are wrong and all see different things then we know it was nothing". Attached are the pics we each made of the object.

My wife and I were getting ready to go to bed, and she was at the kitchen sink getting some water when she looked out the window and saw a very large object with extremely bright white light in the SE up above over our neighbors farm. We went and got the binoculars, I could see it was disk shaped and it had one large white light in the center and 2 or 3 smaller lights to the left & right next to the large middle light. There was also occasionally a very small faint white-blue flashing and faint reddish flashing lights too. It appeared to hovered and would very slowly move up and down and east and west several times. I watched it until 1am then went to bed. She watched it until 2am then went to bed with it still there in the sky.

My husband and I were outside. I noticed a object which I thought was a large bird but when it didn't flap its wings and the sun reflected off it I brought it to attention of my husband, He is prior military, It was moving quite fast no sound at all and gong in the direction of Crane Military depot. We both was concerned they make ammunition and bombs ext. for the military. didn't know if we should follow it or not... It was picking up altitude and speed. My husband grabbed some paper and drew what he saw. It was oblong kind of tilted and shiny. the sun reflected off of it ....

I couldn’t make out what it was until I saw the brake lights when it passed. It was a work truck the kind with a single cab and took boxes running down each side of the bed almost like a rectangle. Latter Rack on top. Was literally like in Harry Potter and driving the flying car. I almost passed out. This is now my 2nd sighting in 3 years …mount Hope wv. I also have physical issues that need to be investigated.

I was driving home from work, and I noticed a bright silver reflection in the sky, I thought maybe it was a plane or helicopter but it appeared to not be moving and after starting for a few seconds I began to wonder if maybe it was the North Star because of how bright it was. After about 15 seconds, it broke into 4 other bright silver reflecting/star like light and then appeared to vanish or camouflage to the sky. It has me so perplexed.

I saw a giant long rectangular ship, formed as if they were joined segments, emitting a wave and turning off our cell phones, we lost track of time because it was day and when we started walking it was night, what surprised me was that it used an effect strange from a well-known movie, it became invisible like the predator movie and made a sound and became invisible from the ends inwards

At first I thought it may have been a bird behind a tiny cloud but then it changed direction at speed and move way too fast and was way too high. It went left then right and veered slightly. It then just disappeared completely in a blue sky. I watched for any more sighting and nothing. it was in the South. I'm not entirely sure what I saw but thought it best to report anyway. @ approx: 19:44hrs as I were doing not a thing specific to anything, just sitting and ping! up overhead high altitude (above 20,000ft say) from the N -dir- did fly a single dimmer, (in comparison to prior reports) by observation, spark! it flew in a mostly S.E. -dir- veered to starboard (RT) -noticable- and continued on. It started to 'dissolve' IMO which has presented prior to indicate that the craft is preparing to blip! out of sight. This particular craft did not. It flew on a bit further then as they typically do in their subtle nuanced way, demonstrated an intense glow! all at once, very very quickly!! followed by a dimmer yet as subtle glow! muted in appearance fast fade away! and then blip! gone... Followed up by at approx: 19:50hrs did fly a second single dimmer spark! from the W to overhead from my seated, static position on Terra Firma facing in a usual S.E. -dir-. It flew on its trajectory JRA (Just Rolling Along) in the early dark nighttime sky until out of my observable view. I did not get up off the deck and give visual pursuit... -fin- * in closing this report I did wish to add a particular 'thing' I've noticed prior during the time these more recent events reported on here that was absent last nite during this event. And that was a peculiar triangle pattern of stars, up high, not atmospherically high and typically directly above from my static position on Terra Firma, that seemed looming somewhat. Not menacing. Just THERE. Presence... *in an attempt to sway away from speculation here, there when reporting. FYI

Was taking pictures of Lake Superior and later when I was looking at the pictures this red thing was in the photo. It was in only one photo, my wife and I never saw it in real life. It would have been very easy to spot with sunshine and 0 obstructions. I took several photos quickly and this was in only one. If you have any idea what it is please tell me, thank you. Metallic object with two metallic round ends with a thin metallic body was observed. The object in question was metallic in my opinion since I feel that it's reflection camouflaged with the sky. There was no clouds at the time and the figure moved slowly from right to left as I drove towards it, and disappeared almost immediately after approximately 4 seconds.
