The report, as filed
We saw a bright flash like someone took our picture in the dark. After that we looked up and saw the object. It seemed massive in size. The whole perimeter of the object was illuminated with a white light. Oval shaped but bigger on one side and jagged like a rock. It was not moving across the sky like a satellite or space station. Seemed to be moving away. Hard to tell how high it was? It was definitely higher than airplane traffic at 35,000’.

I was watching the green comet, C/2022 E3 ( ZTF), for the last time that night on 2/11/2023 at approximately 10:00 pm eastern time when I noticed what appeared to be a satellite moving across the sky. But quicker and dimmer and way further away than any satellite I have ever seen. I lowered my binoculars to follow it with my naked eye and as one should be able to do and it wasn't there. I put my binoculars back up and saw more. One after another in procession but could not see them with my naked eyes. I go tell my boyfriend, who is in the house, ro come and confirm what I'm seeing. I line up the view on the binoculars and tell him to look from Polaris where they just appear and follow them by Capella to Orion and where they just vanish. He could only see them with binoculars too. And confirmed what I saw. They literally just appear from what seem to be the Polaris star system. And they are moving faster than any satellite I've ever seen. Not brightly lit. But moving quickly. It wasn't Starlink. They were spaced too far apart and too far away to be seen with out visual aid. And they just faded out. There was no following them after they passed through Orion. I counted over 40. I just quit counting because I have no idea how many were there before and I just did not see them. My boyfriend counted 22 within a minute. Any ideas? Any body else see what I saw?
