My friend and I looked up and saw two bright orange "fiery" lights traveling at roughly the same moderate speed and appeared to be moving further and further into the distance until they both eventually disappeared. It lasted for about ten seconds and the lights, while very noticeable, seemed extraordinarily far away. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

I have been experiencing nightly occurrences since Sept 12th with the exclusion of Sept 24th. - between the hours of 2:30 - 6:00 am I am concerned or rather frightened at this point, last night the number increased from 2 - 9 ( 6 stationary white lights circling / 3 flying in from the west with red lights) The flight pattern was sporadic almost a jerking in motion They are closer then ever and almost seem to be focused in on me. I would have reported this earlier but to be perfectly frank I had no idea who to contact and honestly was questioning what I was seeing. I have more information but its almost too crazy to put in writing. I am afraid for my safety.

Driving up west sand lake road in north greenbush NY at 12:17 am with another witness Saw a green light in the sky low in altitude change colors to blue then yellow and white. Object appeared to move fast but linear and changed direction in flight unlike a meteor.

In the walmart parking lot on browns mill rd. I saw a flash of light come from sky along with what looked like lightning bolts. It was a ball of light that looked like the sun only brighter and bigger. The ball of light floated up in sky it left a rainbow and also a pink streak coming down from the sky. The steak remained longer than the rainbow. I have a video and pics

I woke up at 3:30 am to get ready for work. A massive span of light coming up out of Anahola mountain caught my eye. I have a large picture window in my bedroom that looks north towards Anahola mountain. I kept looking at this light coming out of the mountain trying to figure out what it was and what might be causing it. It was probably 2 miles across the ridge line and about a half a mile high. There are no roads leading to or on the mountain and no cities or towns on or around the mountain and no houses on the mountain. I left my bedroom and went into the bathroom and looked out of the large picture windows towards the mountain. The light was still there. After brushing my teeth I went into the living room and looked out of the window from there. The light seemed to be kind of growing and dimming. I also noticed a flashing of "balls" or "cluster" of electrical light further west on the mountain about a mile from the original light. The flashing electric light was eradic and moved all over the face of the west end of the mountain and then disapeared or stopped.When I looked back at the original mass of light it was no longer there. The view out the windows had become normal darkness with stars visable. I continued on with my normal routine of getting ready for work.

Was outside on the phone with a friend of mine and noticed a light rapidly changing color from white/red/blue moving slowly above the tree line to the SE of my back porch. Observed it for a while, and it didn't move as quickly as a plane would have been moving in any direction. Observed a second light slightly north of the other light, with the same color changes. At one point both became very bright for a few seconds, then changed color shifts from the white/red/blue to one light only going white/red and the other going white/blue. Then observed a third light above the two, about halfway between them doing the full white/red/blue color change. Friend on the phone went outside where he lived and was able to observe on light following the white/blue color change.

As a pilot, I can assure you that what my friend and I saw was no airplane. I was with my friend star gazing, looking up at the sky while lying on a blanket, what happened next occurred at ~23:30 on 9/23/14. Two pale red lights one sitting right next to the other, appeared out of nowhere, about 3° separated from each other. They appeared almost directly above us in the sky and hovered there for roughly 10 seconds, they were 90° perpendicular to the ground, dead center in the top of the sky from my perspective, from that point they moved across the sky in an extremely fast fashion at an approximate heading of 180°. They continued to move across the sky until they disappeared into the atmospheric haze at roughly 10-15° elevation. During this time it was completely silent, no sounds of motors and/or jets, no flashing beacon/anti-collision lights from aircraft wings or empennages, just two solid red lights. Based on pure speculation the lights appeared to be roughly 20,000 feet in the air and for them to be moving across the sky in excess of 15-20 degrees second that would have to mean they were moving extremely fast; Far faster than any aircraft that I know of. I take a special pride in my ability to recognize planes at night and this is nothing like anything I have ever seen in my life.. It should also be noted that there were an abundance of shooting stars this night. This sighting occurred at 30°12'13.51"N, 92° 2'28.84"W We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be quite serious-minded and eloquent. We suspect that he is a very good witness. PD

I'm a sceptic. I don't believe ANYTHING unless I see it for myself. However, last night I was in my backyard when I happened to look up in the clear sky at the exact moment an unidentified flying object with a red light and a white light (may have had another light, but I know I saw a distinct red) darted a short ways across the sky, only to disappear into thin air. It was too low to be a sattelite, WAY too fast to be an airplane (VERY fast), and COMPLETELY silent. Living in the country, I've seen hundreds of shooting stars, and this was absolutely NOT a shooting star. It was low enough for me to make out a vague outline of the craft. Unfortunately it happened so fast it's hard to say exactly what shape it was. In fact, I don't think it was even visible for a full second. 5 to 7 lights at an incredible speed traveling from east to west. In a geese like v formation. We have changed the date above, to reflect a sighting in 2014. Source elects to remain anonymous, and provides no contact material, so we are unable to confirm the date. Possible hoax?? PD

At approx. 9:18 pm my husband saw what he first thought was a shooting star. It suddenly stopped and stayed still. He got the binoculars out and noticed that it appears to be covered in green and red lights. He had me go out and look and that is what it looks like. My son could also see it from 8 miles away?

Saw 5 steady white lights in succession, with no accompanying blinking lights. All but the last moved out from behind a tree about 60 yards from me. They weren’t too far above the horizon, and off a long distance beyond the tree. They all looked like a steady bright light on an airliner, but there’s no way they could have been. The first one, I thought it was just an airliner flying low from West to East, but I noticed it was moving really fast. Then it stopped. Dead stop, and took a right turn to move away from me, to the South. Then it disappeared. The whole thing took between 3 and 6 seconds, I think. I watched, and within a few seconds, saw another one pop out from behind the tree. It was moving in the opposite direction of the first, from East to West. It lasted for a few seconds, then disappeared. Same kind of light as before. I kept watching and it was like de ja vu. 2 more lights just like the second on exactly the same path, same timing, but I was moving towards them as I watched and I saw some other movement on one of them that was so fast it was hard to catch. That whole event lasted another 10 seconds or so, and then I saw the last one, and it was headed straight at me, getting bigger as it moved. Like the others, it was only visible for a few seconds, then it disappeared, and that was it. The whole event couldn’t have last more than 45-60 seconds. I saw the blinking lights of an aircraft of some kind heading from the North right towards where the lights appeared within a minute of when they stopped.

Upon looking out at my back yard with views facing southeast, south, southwest I saw a bright light that hovered south over the Ft. Detrick area. I am about 2-3 miles from Ft. Detrick. Lights would change from yellow (or white), red and sometimes flash green. Stayed there for a long time (15 mins) until it just disappeared. Looked at the light from 3 different vantage points (1st floor, 2nd floor, backyard) and it stayed stationary in regards to its surrounding. When I got the binoculars out all you could make out were the lights which changed from white to red to green in no particular order. In the last minutes it did not flash any green. Planes are typical all around the area and were visible in sky at time and the UFO was not large like a plane nor did it have the 3 lights that a plane usually displays, Was around 8:50-9:10 estimated time. Was driving south on I-39 from Wisconsin to Peoria, IL. I looked off into a field at night- and saw in the sky- a row of very VERY bright lights. They were stationary and did not move. Equally distanced apart. First sighting was near the exit for Sterling Illinois. Stopped at the next exit just down the road at Henry- to see if I could snap a photo. Oddly-- when normal planes/helicopters, came within the air space of the bright lights- the lights went out. When the planes passed by- the lights all eventually came back on- so strange!!! One light was a bit more brighter than the other lights. A side note- I saw this same formation of lights- last summer one evening- over Miller Beach/Gary Indiana on my way to my summer house. Same string of bright white/yellow lights- Except that there were more lights then- like 6-7. ** THESE WERE NOT CHINESE LANTERNS **

Flashing star like object scene from upstairs bedroom window. In the sky. Moved in sporadic up down, side to side and diagonal directions. Speed would vary. I spotted it rising in sky over eucalyptus trees near Cabrillo College. I suspect it was in the Watsonville area, but don't know. The flashing star continued to rise in a 45 degree angle ( to the right ) for an hour. Stopping at times, but always with tiny ricochet movements that seemed random. At times fast and at times slow. Around 5:00 AM it completely stopped moving and flashing and stayed put. There were two tiny stars on each side that appeared dim. Husband woke up and saw the static bright star with two tiny dim stars. By that time there was no ricochet movement. I fell asleep.

I keep seeing these things. On September 23, I woke from sleep, needing to go to the bathroom. Next to my bed is a large window that faces due east. When it is warm I like to prop the window open for fresh air, which I had done this night. Before I went to the bathroom, I took a look out the window as I usually do. It was clear and cool and many stars were visible. I saw Jupiter maybe 10 degrees above the horizon to the ENE, Sirius to the southeast, with the constellation Orion above it. I know the stars, planets and constellations pretty well as I have been interested in astronomy since I was young. I own a nice telescope I use on occasion. What was unusual was a bright star like object about 10 degrees above Jupiter and slightly north of it as well. This object was a bright white color, brighter than both Jupiter or Sirius. I was a little confused because I look out the window every morning and have not seen this star before. It did not appear to be moving at all. After about 15 seconds, it suddenly dimmed to a very small pinprick of light, and then dimmed out altogether. I looked carefully to see if a cloud had passed in front of this star, but it was very clear. I did see one faint patch of cloud, but this was nowhere near this "star". That's it, that is my sighting. Not very eventful except that I keep seeing objects like this on a regular basis. Back in April I was going to work early in the morning when I got the impression to look up, and I saw a very bright light just like the one I saw tonight, which also quickly faded out a few seconds later. Over the past five years or so I have seen about half a dozen lights like this. You can't help but feel that these objects are appearing for the express purpose that you see them. I am not a nut job, but I know what I am seeing, and I am seeing these objects on a regular basis. I have a very difficult time believing it is just a coincidence that I repeatedly look up just as some bright military aircraft or other object is hovering in the sky, and then quickly turns off its lights, or jets away. Altogether, I have seen UFOs about a dozen times in my life, three times up close with much detail. But the last few years I seem to just "look up" and there they are. What they are I have no clue. I am rather religious and do not believe these objects are from other planets, I rather believe they are spiritual in nature. Still, why do I keep seeing these things? Most people never see a single UFO in their entire life, I have probable seen at least a dozen. What does it mean? Oh well, that's it. I have turned a very short and unremarkable sighting into something big, but when you keep seeing these things, it begins to get to you after awhile.

2 lights were vertical in sky. They were not moving. There was a larger light flashing red blue and green to the right of them. There was a slow moving light that made its way under the two lghts and they just stood still in a vertical line. Unsure of how long they appeared.

My son and i were playing out side and decided to lay down on our backs and look at the sky changing to night, and as wee did we observed a very large bright lightmoving north to south and then just blink out. It was huge so to be seen at least 30 thousand feet up.
