OBSERVATION SOUTH TO NORTH, STRAIGHT LINE, 3 Sec. ESTIMATE. NO VISUAL / BACKGROUND REFERENCE. ALTITUDE, UNDETERMINED. POINTS OF REFERENCE ESTABLISHED TO BE CALULATED.
