I was driving down N 6th E going south towards the hospital. I noticed 1 light appearing in the sky, It multiplied into 2 more lights; Those lights then went out, And 1 light appeared again and multiplied into 2 more lights; Then went out. I went to the skate park, Parked and saw another light in the sky it also multiplied, I took my phone out and only got it disappearing. Please note, These were not lanterns, I saw them light up in the sky, not float up into the sky.

I was driving down the frontage road by the interstate, when I noticed a red light hovering about 20 degrees above the horizon east-southeast of town. I slowed down and watched it and it disappeared and appeared again a few seconds later to the right of the location where it had been. For a little over an hour and a half this light never moved up or down, but it would move back and forth along the same plane over the field where it was hovering. (It moved from the east-southeast to the southeast.) I timed it and it would disappear for three seconds, five seconds, 17 seconds, 23 seconds, and come back and be visible varying lengths of time. There was never any repeating pattern, and it was mostly random how long it would appear and disappear. At 2233 I noticed a military plane flying circles in the vicinity. Four minutes later, at 2237, two other red lights appeared in the sky along the same plane as the first light. They were the same size. The original was i! n the southeast, the second in the approximate location the first appeared in the south-southeast and the third was about 10 degrees to the left of the middle light. The one on the far left disappeared after a few seconds and never came back. The second light, in the middle, was visible for approximately 10 minutes before it disappeared. The original light kept disappearing and appearing for about 10 minutes more before it started to move off to the southeast. By 2310 it was barely visible.

I was almost home and noticed this green light well actually is was like a light neon green. I was heading north on Hurds Corner road and it was at my 10 o'clock moving easterly. It moved smooth and very quick and there was no blinking lights anywhere on it. When it got a little to the east it turned 90° to the north and disappeared.

I was sitting at a traffic light on 17th Ave. and Hover St. when I witnessed a pale blue flashing light overhead moving roughly in an east/northeast direction. It was moving steadily until it appeared to stop and hover right above the FAA Air Traffic Control Center. It ceased flashing when it stopped moving, and was then just a steady, bright round light. After a few seconds, it took off moving again and resumed flashing. It was gone over the eastern horizon in a matter of seconds. I was outside a hospital smoking a cigarette.looked up and saw a bright white light that resembled a star, except it got dimmer and dimmer then slowly went away. I've seen this before. The first time was approximately 2 months ago (10/14). That time i heard a noise and my dogs went insane as the light seemed to disappear behind a small field of trees. My dog definitely felt something. Also when I got back in the house, it appeared that i lost track of time as 3 hrs had passed. As though i spent 3 hrs looking at that object. I recorded it. And im wondering. What did i see??

Large bright solid reddish yellow light moving west to east. Light ejected projectiles in groups of 2 towards the ground that looked like the end of a meteor when it fizzles out 4 times for a total of 8 identical projectiles then just disappeared, not flares no sound and too low to be a commercial airliner. Tried to take video but didnt turn out.

Was driving from Warren to Kent on Rt. 34. I started driving down mountain with someone behind me and no place to pull over. Saw a white light near sundown with a pinkish trail behind craft. It was no plane or jet. Disappeared behind mountain to my left.

Witnessed a red/green/blue flashing light hovering in the night sky. Upon recording it I believe it is moving and dancing around. Was more than a mile away. It was not moving fast. There was no wind. Looking through binoculars it seems like the light was changing colors rapidly.

I stepped out to see the snowstorm in North Brevard, NC. There was a white light to the night, almost as if a full moon. When the trees started swaying, a blue light and a gold-not-yellow light up overhead seemed to be up over the cloud bank, as if behind a scrim. The gold seemed to move, as if a tinder to a yacht. I went back inside and the lights flickered back on. There is no transformer over head. There was no foreboding until the wind started. A Cherokee-descended acquaintance immediately posted from 30 miles away the story of the Anjikuni Lake in 1930 and has been posting about us never knowing when we’ll be called to move. I live close to PARI.

Light ball observed with rapid acceleration and stopping. After stopping, ball would make a zig zag pattern. After which the ball would accelerate in a different direction and repeat pattern. This happened several times, then the ball steadily stayed in one location for several minutes. 4 additional balls where observed to the south, all with the same repetitive pattern. Le vendredi 07 décembre 2018 vers 17h, un témoin décide de photographier des nuages en attendant l'arrivée de son enfant rentrant de l'école. Lors de sa première photo, il est intrigué par trois points brillants formant un triangle. Ces points sont en déplacement vers l'Est. Le témoin fait plusieurs photographies. Son fils arrive et le témoin cesse son observation. Il adresse ses photographies au GEIPAN. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. Le témoin est intrigué par trois points blancs en voisinage d'un nuage. On note qu'il ne remarque ces points que sur la photo d'un nuage et seulement après avoir zoomer. Il est permis de penser que c'est uniquement la configuration triangulaire des formes rondes qui confère de l'étrangeté pour le témoin, car sur les photos du témoin les abords du nuage présentent d'autres petites nébulosités de formes variables. Sur une des autres photos le témoin pointe à l'attention du GEIPAN des nébulosités qui n'ont plus la forme très ronde et qui avaient attiré son attention au départ. C'est bien dans la nature des nébulosités d'évoluer rapidement en forme et position que ce soit de manière isolée ou au voisinage de nuages. En conséquence le GEIPAN classe le cas A : Observation de nuages. [GEIPAN classification A — Nuage]

i saw some light flying like a U letter from north to south, than a bit east, than north again, than south, than west, than north.and back, and some other strange movements what a drone, baloon, rocket, aeroplane ,helicopter ,or any known object can not fly like that for like 20 seconds. like a swing with a children on it doing a U movement/fly or whatever. they was moving on the sky not flying,they go up and down,and up and down. this happened in the sky in a big area like a 50 sqare mile.Helicopters can not fly/move like that. like up and down, and when they was mooving the light become stronger a bit, and bit lighter. same like when they lost the gps signal and they was trying to catch the signal, just i don't see any sense why they swas doing that U kind of fly on the sky i saw this from Las Vegas like 3 weeks ago(i cant tell you exact date),was before midnight,i was goint to eat tacos and that taco place close at midnight,so was like 11:30 and was on the sky on the south west part of Las Vegas, somewhere like 30 miles outside the city or maybe more. The light was flying in this U kind of movements for like 20 seconds than was like when you of the light and didn't see them anymore. Thank you to listening my story!

Me and my brother were driving and we had seen a huge orange light in the sky levitating. After a couple seconds it shot down leaving a trail so we followed it over to harbor side and it looked like it went into the water. Everyone is trying to say it was a firecracker, but it made no sound. Please investigate it!!!!

Le dimanche 02 décembre 2018 aux alentours de 19h05 un automobiliste est intrigué par la présence dans le ciel couvert de deux points lumineux rouge vif plein Sud. Arrivé à destination, le témoin constate que les points sont toujours visibles : il prend alors deux photos et une vidéo avec un smartphone. Il voit ensuite les deux objets prendre de l'altitude en suivant le même axe de progression et disparaître dans les nuages. Aucun bruit n'est entendu durant l'observation. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. Le témoin a probablement observé des lanternes thaïlandaises. L'observation est en effet compatible : - en aspect : deux points lumineux de teinte rouge ou orange, tels que décrits et traduits par la vidéo ; - en trajectoire : les deux points se suivent, ce qui est typique de lanternes suivant un même flux de vent. L'observation du déplacement est très imprécise, on peut comprendre qu'il y a un déplacement vers l'Ouest (le deuxième PAN initialement plus à l'Est vient rejoindre le premier) et vers le Nord (puisqu'il y a croissance d’élévation pour l'observateur regardant vers le Sud), mais les ampleurs de ces mouvements sont inconnues. Il y a une grande inconnue aussi sur la direction de vent portant les lanternes, la direction de vent mesuré au sol varie du tout au tout selon les stations météo proches (Istres, Cap-Couronne, Marignane..) et les moments autour de 19h. Dans ces conditions, la compatibilité de l'observation avec le vent ne peut pas être appréciée : - en durée et mode de disparition: la durée d'observation (10 minutes) est compatible d'une durée de vol de lanternes et la disparition de ces dernières est probablement causée par l’extinction des brûleurs qui peut être progressive et qui pour un témoin peut s’interpréter à tort comme l’entrée des PAN dans les nuages, alors que ces derniers sont en général situés plus haut que l'altitude maximale de vol des lanternes. On est en soirée de week-end, ce qui est propice à des événements festifs de ce type. En conséquence le GEIPAN classe le cas en B : observation probable de lanternes thaïlandaises. The objects were white and circular emitting great amounts of light. There were 8 of them acting with great speed. They were able to move in all directions but mainly followed the one in front of them. They were irregularly spaced moving in a jagged line. The observer was at the time a 17 year old boy who went hunting for deer. On the way to his spot, he saw the event take place in a hay field. Upon seeing this he knew no one would believe him so he went to grab his phone and record them. By the time he finished recording he noticed that the objects could not be seen on the video and had disappeared from view.

Early December, I was traveling down fries mill road going towards Clayton, and around 10:50-11 I seen a bright white dot traveling the same direction as me (was just about tree line.. It was flying super fast, had no tail and no mechanical sounds). Never seen something travel so fast. There one second and gone the other.

At approximately 3:40 am on the morning of Dec. 1, 2018, I stepped out for a smoke before going to bed and looked up at a mostly cloudy sky. As I was headed in, I noticed some blinking lights in the southeast sky where there was a break in the cloud cover. I initially assumed these were airplanes but was surprised at how many there were in this one area of the sky. I stopped to watch and noticed that they were not moving as airplanes normally do but were stationary and then noticed other lights moving in the same area in different directions. There may have been around 20 'lights' in all and they were all of a light/white type color. This went on for about 10 minutes. These 'lights' seemed to be at a considerable distance and seemed as if they were 'out in space', not over the east coast. I became concerned and went in to see if there was any news of this on the internet. I have seen many things in the sky such as meteors, asteroids, space/rocket launches, etc, but I have never seen anything like this.
