My fiance saw this on the way to a casino on 1100 Canterbury road in shallows Minnesota on Feb 26 2021. Counted 9 bright blue lights in line together throughout the disc shaped object in the sky. We have pictures as well. Our first thought was definitely a UFO.

I was driving and the road I was driving down didn't have much light, there was no one on the road behind me or coming towards me. I look up in the sky and see an undefined roundish shape in the sky. Yellow/ white light, I could have sworn I saw some green and blue in the colors. It presented itself in the sky for 5 seconds and then it left, there was a light streak in the sky for a second after it disappeared.

Around midnight I noticed these lights in the sky above the casino in Shakopee at Canterbury Park. About an hour later, the lights had moved ever so slowly to where they were at 1 am when I left to drive back to Illinois. I took several photos and the lights appear to be in a circular pattern similar to what was reported in Sepetember. There were no casino advertisements at all being displayed.

Seen by two well educated adults. A circle UFO composed of 12 smaller circles. Was not in motion.

The moon was behind the witness ruling that out as well. Far to large to be any other known celestial body or man made object. After 5 minutes, the object disappeared behind what appeared to be clouds. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
