I was driving, my partner sat in the passenger seat beside me. The sky was clear but there weren’t too many stars visible. Something caught my eye as we were talking: an oblong orange shape was suddenly visible in the sky in front of us, just left of center of our field of vision, maybe 30 degrees above the horizon. It gradually brightened as it appeared, like a slow flare, but constant in shape, speed, and utterly silent (the windows were down), and it traveled at a speed that, at the time and in recollection, seemed too fast to have been a plane or a drone, but far too slow to have been a meteor. It travelled upwards on a diagonal for maybe 5 seconds, give or take, before it gradually dimmed as it disappeared. I took the next turn-around and wondered aloud about the possibility of an aircraft practicing for the upcoming Memorial Day Air Show. My partner noted the time, 1:19 am, not an hour that one would expect such practice flights to take place. There were no other vehicles nearby. Object left no trail and the light source never blinked or flickered and had no discernible haze. Encounter was too brief to accurately estimate the object’s speed, size, or supposed distance from our vehicle, but we both got the sense that the object we had just seen was considerably larger than a drone, but likely smaller than a commercial jet. It certainly was not fireworks. I have not heard or seen any other reports on this event, though my resources are limited and I’ve never done this kind of thing before.

Bright white light, (brightest by far, like phone flashlight) first seen straight overhead in black skies. Could see all stars planes and satellites clearly. Light was airplane height. It literally sashayed left and right like someone was paddling a canoe. I pointed it out to everyone. 2 of us saw it clearly. A 3rd saw it just as it turned off. It turned off just before passing under? an airplane. "Sashay" was slight but noticeable with a pause between each forward motion.

The lights following each other we're not right next to each other but fairly close when watching them from a distance. Right after we could see the last ones a huge meteorite Fireball dropped from the sky to South but dropping fast.

I recorded the objects I saw in the evening. There were more than ten luminous objects After a while, it was out of my sight. It was 4-5 km from the ground.

I’ve seen these fairly regularly (once a month with me skywatching 30 min a day) but only one I’ve been able to catch on camera. Noise in video is from nearby highway. I’m ex military and live by an airport, so very familiar with different types of aircraft

I went out waiting for pizza to be delivered and figured I'll see if Venus was still out then I happened to see this light at first I thought was Venus but it was moving and at a pretty good clip I took some video and tried to get a zoomed in Pic but nothing that shows actual shape or even that it was moving after I took a 27x zoomed photo I tried to get a Pic at 50x zoom and the light had turned off and it was essentially gone also had no blinking lights and no sound associated with it at all. Now I'm just an amateur skygazer but this is the second time I witnessed something out of the ordinary and I had the pizza delivery person with me

My dad and I were sitting on my doorstep outside around 9-11PM having a smoke. We both looked at the stars like we always do and saw 4 or so what we thought was “stars” all spaced apart, moving around in erratic movements/directions.

L'unique témoin de ce phénomène, était dans son jardin à ROUEN (76) le 24.05.2023. Pendant environ trois minutes, il a observé un PAN ayant l'aspect d'un gros point lumineux blanc, se déplaçant sans bruit de manière régulière et rectiligne du nord-ouest vers le sud-est. Seul un témoignage a été collecté, comme indiqué précédemment. Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance de ce cas est bonne (la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables, recueillies pour un témoignage) : bien qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul témoin, une vidéo a été capturée pour renforcer les données recueillies. Nous démontrons, dans cette enquête, que les caractéristiques physiques et dynamiques du PAN sont conformes à celles de l’hypothèse explorée, à savoir l’observation de la Station Spatiale Internationale (ISS). Cette conclusion s’appuie sur les éléments suivants : - La forme ponctuelle, la couleur et la luminosité, comparables à celles d’une étoile, sont en tous points conformes à l’hypothèse - La trajectoire rectiligne et la vitesse constante confirment également cette correspondance. - Les azimuts d'apparition et de disparition, l'élévation maximale, l'heure du début d'observation ainsi que la durée de visibilité du PAN ont été vérifiés auprès du Service de Surveillance de l'Espace du CNES et correspondent aux données orbitographiques de l'ISS observée depuis Rouen. La vidéo faite par le témoin confirme par ailleurs l’apparence et le déplacement rectiligne du PAN, conformes à l’ISS. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas en A : observation de l’ISS. I was picking up kids toys and the wife had just got home from work met her out in the driveway. I looked up in the sky that I’ve looked up into 1000 times or more and noticed a bright light. The object covered for almost 3 1/2 hours hey sweet side to side up and down, but never left more than 100 foot in each direction, can’t believe what I was saying so I took pictures and a video crazy factors that happen four days later same spot same thing Went to gas station Thursday and I was coming back and seen the same UFO in the same spot. Which is weird because I’ve looked up in the sky thousands of times and they came back roughly 4 days later in the same spot for about the same duration, and did the same exact thing

Upon leaving Dulles International Airport and as I was headed to my car of the parking garage at 9:29 PM, I observed and erratic moving light shaped like an elongated oval darting through the sky. I took a video of it because I was fascinated by this random object. During the video capture, one other woman, whom I did not know, observed the same object and joked it must be a UFO.

Approx 2:00pm my roommate got me to come outside. Looking up there were 5 black star shaped craft with 3 "arms". They were right at the cloud ceiling layer. They were very difficult to make out unless you stared with concentration. They were floating/lumbering along the cloud layer slowly. At times they appeared to disappear. We took a video and photos, but the resolution was too low to discern them in the photo/video. They were hard enough to see with the naked eye, let alone a phone camera.

I've seen 3 lights blinking at different pace. They were aligned in the sky, and from my position of observation they were almost at vertical, I'm not sure how to express this in degree angle. What surprised me, it's when 2 of these lights moved together in a straight line apart from the other one, like they were part of the same object. The motion was quite fast and smooth. Being aware of ET presence, i immediately thought, "that's another sighting" and at that moment, the lights disappeared. The lights were white, though I may have spot a lite different color at some point but given the fact I just came out of a lighted room before stepping outside in the dark, I can't be sure. They were the size of a big bright star, or a planet like Venus. Since that event I am very very exhausted without explanation and at the beginning I didn't make the connection, but since it lasting despite resting all day long for 2 days, I am questioning if there could be an relationship.

My husband and I let the dogs out before bed. The sky night was clear. Stars were visible. A single bright light that, from our perspective, resembled a star, being the same size and brightness of those around, was moving southwards in a regular pathway across the sky. The speed was measured yet steady and the trajectory smooth and straight. It had no red lights anywhere and no blinking lights so did not seem to be a plane. There was no sound. I observed a very bright, what appeared to be yellow/orangish light in the western sky late at night. I saw the light and noticed it because it was so bright. I thought this might be Venus and it could be the case in which case ignore this report. The light appeared to be moving very slowly and appeared to be dipping somewhat rapidly at times but I'm willing to admit my eyes could be playing tricks on me. I observed it for maybe 15 minutes at which time it definitely moved as I noticed it moving further towards the horizon. It was also becoming more and less bright but I couldn't determine what might be causing this. It eventually moved below a line of trees at the end of the 15 minutes at which point I could no longer see the light and it never reappeared. I can't confirm what it was. Maybe its nothing in which case ignore this. But I enjoy watching the skies at night and haven't noticed anything like this before. It struck me as odd so I thought I'd report it. Noticed a light high in the night sky while taking out the trash. No sound or navigation or collision lights emanating from the object. The night sky was over cast and the object was below the over cast. It moved very slowly and finally disappeared in the over cast. I label this as a UFO and this is a first for me.

I was looking out to sea from the ship when I saw a shooting star, but then a minute or so later it came back the same route it left in , stopped a short distance from the ship in the sky high up, all I could see was a bright single light. It did two or three short erratic darts across the sky back to the same spot and the shot off across the sky past the front direction the ship was facing. Then about half an hour or so later the same light came back and did the same thing but flew around a bit more into the distance and back, the vanished. The light that was next to me the came on . I then went out onto the deck to see if I could spot anything else. Then strangely something flew past the ship very fast just above the water, as if it was going to dive in, the were no lights that I could see, but I could make out a craft shape even though it was dark there was illumination from the ship lights.

I described my possible ufo experience to my friend and as i was explaining it, it happened again but this time I kept watching it. Until it just instantly disappeared, exactly like I predicted because of what happened with the last possible UFO. But this time i watched completely and had a witness watching too.

Bright light noticeable with the naked eye. It was visible for about 20 minutes. Light first seen at 8:49pm. Multiple videos and photos up until 9:04pm. During the time of watching phones started acting weird on 2 separate cell phones for a brief minute.

I was letting out my dogs in the backyard while looking northwest, I saw a Light, the best thing I could compare it to is a flashlight far in the distance. It moved southwest from its position, and faded completely out of existence and blended with the sky. It could be a airplane that went behind a cloud near it, But I waited and never saw the thing again. I thought most stories were made up but I swear to my grave that I saw that thing. I was on my way home from work driving on I5 northbound and I happened to noticed a string of lights in a completely straight line and not moving. As I continued to look at them the bottom 2 lights #'s 8&9 slowly faded out and disappeared then in about 5 seconds reappeared. Approx. 1-2 min. later the 3rd light from the top just disappeared for about 2 seconds then suddenly reappeared. About 3 min. into watching the lights they all slowly moved closer together all while staying in a perfectly straight line in the same location in the sky then all of them slowly faded out and never came back. Stargazing at 10:30 pm local time, facing north, my attention was drawn to a faint light I saw traveling high in NE sky (about 70 [seventy] degrees). The light appeared initially like a common satellite in terms of brightness and size as it approached from the east. Then, it slowed and seemed to descend, tracing out a path in the shape of the number 5. In other words, it slowed, continued to travel east-to-west, then dipped straight down, and then traced an arc (again, imagine the shape of a number 5). As it traced the arc, it increased in brightness until about midway through the arc's completion, it was as bright as an approaching airliner's landing lights, whereupon it began to decrease in luminosity. When the arc was completed, the light was back at its original luminosity. At this point, it accelerated in a straight path directly to the north and was gone in about five seconds.

An object was observed moving east to west across the night sky add an extremely high velocity. The location is very urban; near downtown Chicago. The object appeared as a point of light that I initially thought was a plane. It was moving so quickly it caught my eye and I looked up. It appeared to move in a straight line. I live in a place where I regularly see planes move from east to west, preparing for landing at Chicago Midway airport. This light was not following one of the typical plane paths that I see approach the airport. Since it was just a single point of solid whitish, blue light, I thought it might be a plane very high in altitude, but as I watched it move, I realized it was something much smaller and much closer to the ground. I cannot rule out a drone entirely, but the speed and distance seem to rule that out. The object was moving at a somewhat steep angle, seemed to come from quite high in the sky, and move towards midway airport in a descending motion approaching lower altitude. The sighting only lasted about two seconds. In that short amount of time I watched the object move from nearly above me to a great distance from me, perhaps closer to the airport. If I had to guess I would say the object was moving at the speed of miles per second. My guess based on google maps is that in those 2 seconds the object may have moved 3-5 miles. Its speed was constant and its direction did not change from a straight line. Estimating the objects altitude is tough for me, but roughly I would say it started a few hundred meters up in the sky, and where I lost sight it may have been only 100 or so meters in the sky. I lost sight of the object when it was blocked by other buildings on my immediate horizon. It could have been a piece of space debris falling to the ground, but most shooting stars I have seen are very quick wisps that move across the sky and disappear. Also, I have never seen a shooting star in the city. This object did not seem to fit that pattern. The object left no trail in the sky and was completely silent.

Star like lights moving at similar speeds appeared in a cloudless sky amongst other starlight, moved west to east and disappeared amongst other starlight, with my outstretched arm, the lights are as far apart from each other as my hand was wide, so this does not seem to match the star link satellites. We have seen them before, and again since. Only 9 or 10 lights are visible at once, and over about 8 minutes we think we saw close to 30 lights. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]
