Sept. 28, 2019 New Castle/Bear, DE. - A Stationary flashing long light, not any kind of circular shape; in NW sky at 11:00 PM Friday night. The flashing occurred randomly between every 5-15 seconds. This went on for 15+ minutes. I eventually just went inside. I was unable to record the flashing on my cameras.

While driving I witnessed four blinking lights hovering almost still in the air. Some of the smaller ones would only move at a very slow speed to the sides one of them moved higher, but the bigger one would stand still. A few of the small ones disappeared and reappeared at times. Once I got on the highway I was able see them more clearly only this time they appeared to be bigger and in a sphere shape. They were lined up with with some distance next to each other and 2 or three more higher on top. In total 7-8 of them. Airplanes were flying near by and the difference was clear. I was able to get a video of the first time I spotted them but not as I was driving in the highway. As there was a lot of traffic.

Enormous flash of light on a totally clear night. It was so bright it made it look like it was daylight for one full second. It was not lightning there was no sound.

I thought it was lightning. It light up the dark sky, and then I heard a crashing sound. When I went outside there was clear skies. I waited to see if more "lighting " would occur but nothing after 20 min. Checked weather no reports of thunder or lightning in the area.

I was driving into a neighborhood when I seen a group of lights flying together. The lights formed an odd shape with flickering lights in the color of blue, green, white, purple. I couldn’t see the figure clear, since it looked like it was very high up in the sky.

I was sitting at my Family's Labor Day Party, talking to someone. All of a sudden, out of nowhere a bright blue-green-white steak started moving quickly across my Field of View parallel to the Ground, maybe a slight Pitch upward. All of a sudden, it accelerated very quickly and disappeared I looked like a slow-moving blueish-green Tracer Round, that is the only way I can describe the Color, except it was much larger and far off from us. I then asked the Person i was talking to, "Did you see that?" She said yes, but she was at a bad angle and just saw a bright white streak.

Driving during a clear sky sunrise, I witnessed a bright circular flash in the open sky and then it disappeared. Silent.

At roughly midnight, I was in my backyard looking up at the sky. A diffuse object proceeded from mid sky (it just kind of appeared) and headed in a SSE direction. I believed it to be a shooting star, as it got brighter as it progressed. Then, just before it got to the roofline of the neighboring house, it immediately changed direction, heading SE (about 23 degree change). It then disappeared behind the roofline. The entire occurrence lasted less than 2 seconds. There were no sounds made (airplane/helicopter). I am ex-military (Army), and am also the son of retired military (USAF), so have quite a bit of experience with military aircraft. This was much faster than I have seen anything move in the sky - like I said, my first impression was a shooting star. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

More wierd lights in the sky. Very bright white light flash. No flash for 10 or 15 seconds, then flash but after 4 or 5 flashes, it does not appear to be flying in a straight line more like left right down... then nothing. Very weird. This was not an airplane flying in a straight line. The flashes were VERY white and bright.

I saw a green star sized object flashing green at a very high altitude. About 30 sec. later, it started moving fast in different directions. It changed to yellow momentarilly, then moved instantly to the other side of the sky. It stopped for a few seconds, then disappeared.

My fiancee and I have noticed a series of flashes in the sky on numerous occasions here on the Oregon coast. The flashes are extremely bright, much more so than anything we have ever seen in the night sky. It starts out when one of us sees the first flash then we watch it cover the horizon in seconds in about 3 flashes. Sometimes straight and others with sharp turns. Not sure if it is military and some kind of pulse engine but never any noises and not a beacon light like a plane. If my iPhone would film night sky better, I could film it easy.

I grabbed my boyfriend and his mom and we watched it do a bit. It may still be happening. No sounds, just random flashing with the middle area most active. Have never seen this before. They're getting brave. Armor up guys.

I was driving in my truck doing about 75 to 80mph on the 495 north highway when I saw this large flash on light form..then shoot like a star but only 100feet above ground. It flashed bright enough to leave a trail in my eyes after I closed them. I had 1 passenger and we both said, "What the hell was that?" And agreed it moved awful strange and disappeared so fast it was not something we could explain. Too close for a shooting star but looked just like one. Right above my truck. Then we felt really emotional over it... With no explanation.

Bright Flashes of Light, Blue and White colored. Thought was lightning at first but upon further observation there seemed to be round balls of blue/white light in the same area of the light source. I also had a friend witness the same lights at the same exact time about 10 miles away from me in South Aberdeen.
