My 3 nephews were outside around 6:30 exploring our backyard, which is a big field. Suddenly 2 of them heard a loud thud, then, lights across the street started turning on and off, and when they looked into the direction of the thud, they saw a line of white lights, equally spaced apart, slowly cruising across the sky, they immediately sent one of them to get me, he was panicked, and told me not to even put on my shoes or coat, and just run outside, I immediately thought somebody was hurt, so panicked, I ran outside, they then pointed me in the direction of the lights, and for about 10 seconds, I saw the formation, I was in utter shock, and thought it was an airplane, but then I took into account the complete silence and how low the lights appeared, and realized that was impossible. I then realized I should be recording, so I pulled out my phone, as soon as I got up my camera, the lights slowly dissolved into the sky, as if it did not want to be seen. The object was cigar shaped with lights emitting on one side and it didn’t make a noise or sound and it hovered slowly and then it stopped briefly over my home and the lights went out on the cigar shaped object. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

The "line of lights" contained multiple bright dots (I estimate at least a dozen, maybe multiple dozens. It was all white light. It was steady (not pulsating). It was straight (not curved, nor fanned-out.). It seemed to have rays of light within it (i.e. it wasn't all one solid ray of the same brightness or density). It had a beginning and an end, though I couldn't estimate the length because I could not know it's distance (if it was at jet cruise altitude around 30k feet, then I'd estimate it's length at five or six 747 airliners placed end-to-end). I couldn't watch it for too long because I was stopped in the travel lane and had to worry about any cars that might come by, although no vehicles came near me). It did not appear to be moving. It did not fan out at any angle - all rays of light within it seemed parallel. There was no sound or strange feeling associated with it, although I wish I'd have been looking up there earlier, as I have a feeling it was just hanging up there for a long time, though I can't be certain. There was no movement of the "line of light", and I didn't see movement of the bright dots within it. This is a very rural area. No tall buildings. The angle I was looking up in the sky there was ZERO chance that I was looking at Christmas lights or any land-based lights. I was looking at a very bright star which was just to the left of this "line of lights" This is near the Maine coast and this may have been over the ocean (I was looking south/south-east toward the ocean). It was definitely not an aircraft chem trail, nor was it any conventional terrestrial aircraft at all (I'm former US Navy and I am used to observing objects and describing them accurately & comparing them to known military or civilian air or water craft). I saw this line of lights for about a minute, and then suddenly, after I once again turned my gaze toward the road to check for traffic, I looked back and it was gone. The actual time was about 6:45 pm EST. I've never seen anything so distinct and unusual as this before, and this is the first time I've reported any "UFO". [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

I saw an odd light traveling south to north - no landing lights. It appeared out of a clear sky and moved very fast and then nearly stopped before it disappeared. I thought it was weird. 10 minutes later my wife (Dermatology PA) joined me in the hot tub talking. After a few minutes I noticed what I thought was a similar bright light flying west to east above us in the sky. The sky was mostly clear with sparse wispy cloud cover. I told my wife to watch the light. We watched the light slip behind a quarter-sized cloud. We were waiting for it to emerge beyond the small cloud… But it never did. We were using a constellation of stars just on the other side of the cloud. It should have been visible… But it was gone.

I was connecting the battery to my grandson's gator when I looked up and saw what I first thought to be an incoming meteor. After realizing it wasn't typical I ran inside and grabbed my camera. I tried to get a video but only got a very poor photograph. The lights were only one color, white, they moved in a very perfect line on a North / East direction. At my location I see and hear the fighter jets from Patuxent three times a day, this there was no noise. I could not get an accurate count as there were so many, the slow speed is what really surprised me and that it didn't break up like one would expect from a meteor. I have no idea what I just saw! It did not seem to be a trail but a long "stick" of lights. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

The sky was pitch black. I saw a long string of lights, uniformly spaced in the western sky. The lights were moving slowly to the east. As the lights passed overhead they disappeared and the sky returned to grey and stars were visible again I was able to briefly video on my phone but it seemed like it want permitting me to film [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

My wife and son called me out side because there was a strange line of moving lights that seemed to be atleast 2 football fields long. They were higher then an airplane and there were around 30 individual objects (lights) traveling at different speeds within the linear formation as some seemed to slow down and speed up to not hit another light . The lights were almost the same color as stars but had a blue tint. They traveled across the sky for atleast a minute while we were calling out across the street to neighbors and another gentleman to verify they too could see it. The lights appeared to be traveling upwards and then almost all at once disappeared. I tried to listen to see if I could hear sounds but I could not. The sky was clear of any clouds my view was not obstructed at any time. I immediately came in to look up where to report it. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

Me and two of my friends were outside of my car in Rutherford, NJ. When my one friend said to look up and we all saw a straight line of unevenly spaced white, bright circles. It's unknown how many there were but from my video I could count at least 22 visible circles. they were moving in a completely straight line at a constant velocity and seemed very high up in the air. we watched it/ them cut across the sky for about a minute before it/ them just disappeared. We live in a very bright area where seeing stars is hard, these could not be confused with stars due to the fact that they were moving and could also not be confused for a plane, we see plenty of planes in our area and none have ever looked like this. So I'm in my back yard. There is a sweet 16 going on in my neighbors backyard. I don't take notice of their excitement at first because they're talking about a centipede or Santa. Then my sister in law and her friend who are out there too start saying woah what is that?! And with my interest stirred I looked up and saw what was a long sting of lights in the sky moving across the sky at the same speed and length apart (which indicates to me that it is a large aircraft of some type- too large for us humans). By the time I got my phone out it started to disappear one light at a time from right to left. My sister in law did get a picture of it luckily. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

My eldest daughter was visiting my in-laws with several of her siblings, when they spotted approximately 3 dozen lights flying across the sky in a tight, linear formation. Other lights circled around the formation in every direction. She took two, short videos of the event. Then, after the formation of lights disappeared in the distance, another cluster of lights appeared about 10 minutes later. Before she could shoot video of those lights, they shot off in every direction at a high rate of speed. None of the objects made any noise. Some of the lights travelled in rapidly changing directions, and when they dispersed, it was nearly instantaneous. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Certain]

While driving on PA route 27 west out of Titusville, PA a long line of lights was sighted on the horizon. I pulled over and took a video. The lights eventually faded. I have never witnessed anything similar to this. This was not a plane, it did not have a similar shape or lights. I would estimate it at hundreds of feet long. At approximately 6:25 pm Eastern Standard Time in Alexander, NC I witnessed a series of 25 to 30 lights traveling in a near straight-line formation. These unknown objects we traveling from the west, towards approximately 60° - 77°east. I quickly called to my 16 year old son, his friend and my wife to share in the sighting of this phenomenon. These objects stayed in view for about 3 minutes as the slowly faded into the distance. This was absolutely the most amazing thing any of us had ever witnessed in the night sky. The lights were a solid white color the entire time of our sighting and there were no flashing lights. They were traveling at a steady pace similar to the speed of a commercial aircraft. I'm a UPS Driver. Delivering in this area, my helper and I were on our way back to the truck. This area has no light pollution, the sky is incredibly clear. She says, "Omg do you see that?" And I look up and just kept saying "WTF" over and over. Perfect line of 20-30 red dots, speeding up and slowing down overlapping each other like geese in a flock like I said in the summary. Whatever it/they were, they were ascending, approximately a 40 degree angle from our position. While continuing the ascent speeding up and slowing down overlapping one by one dimmed and vanished as if getting too far up to see anymore. The positions in the line were not graduated. I worked in aviation as an active duty Marine and I've never seen anything like it, its notable that there was no sound. The only way I can describe the speed is like the speed of an F-18 in burn, but the massive drops in speed to return to the rest of line's speed was shocking. Unidentified fliers to me, but I'm not familiar with the F-35 capabilities, could have been some training op? The fading out was turning off burn? Shrugs, but I find it ridiculously unlikely for that many to be in one place. The spread of this line in the sky was about the size of an outstretched man's hand, pinky to thumb. Accounting for whatever altitude these things were, that's a massive distance to be doing those maneuvers over. All we could say to each other when they all disappeared was, "Noones going to believe us." I tried to get it on video as we witnessed it over about 30 seconds, cell cam wouldn't pick up the light. Probably just one of those things 2 people saw and will never have an answer for.

The object looked like a sideways skyscraper. Noticed it in the sky while I was jogging with a friend . My friend is very familiar with with aviation air crafts. I was heading to my fire station and I’m sure there’s a logical reason for it, but super fast object went overhead. What I can’t explain which I’m trying to, is the short green trail that the object had. It was long but gone as fast as it appeared. No sound of airplane or drone. To low and fast for aircraft. I have no idea but I’m sure it can be explained.

Me and my son walked out of the house and Iooked up in the clear night sky to our amazement witnessed a UFO. We have power lines in front of our home, at first I thought it might be a glare from those power lines, not so. We walked to the middle of the steet past line power lines and veiwed a long silver,gray cylinder object flying high in the sky with no noice or lights. This object had to be at least five football fields long moving slow and then just slowly faded away like it never was there. The stange thing is it seem like the planes switched there fly pattern away from this object on there way to O'hare airport. When exiting Keeley Road facing Rankin Mill Road (facing the grave yard which is in front of the landfill dirt mound area). I saw a long object hovering low in the sky over the landfill area. At first I wondered if maybe it was a very high crane, with maybe a long piece of steel attached. But, then I noticed that it was slowly moving. The closer it got to my view, I noticed that it was cigar-shaped. It was not inflated in appearance like a blimp. It was narrow. It had numerous lights on the side of it. It was extremely long and difficult for me to estimate the length. There were no other visible aircrafts in the sky. I did not have on the radio or CD player. It was quiet and I did not hear a sound from the object. I turned my lights off and on again multiple times as I tried to get a clear view of it. I did not want my lights to interfere with my view of the object. As it got closer to my car, I continued to watch it. All of a sudden, It began to fade, as to vanish. As the object was approaching overhead right in front of my car, I sensed that the object was all of a sudden no longer bright and clear like it was just moments (seconds) ago before, which was very weird and strange. As a natural instinct, I began to rub my eyes in an attempt to focus, as I am a contact lenses wearer. Suddenly, the object that was slowly fading, vanished. I looked through my front windshield and my sunroof and it was gone. I am estimating that I watched the object for 10 to 15 minutes before it vanished. I then began to drive. I turned right on Rankin Mill Road. I turned right on Camp Burton Road. I made a 3 point turn in order to look back towards the Keeley Road area in an attempt to see the object. The night sky was clear and there was no visible object in the sky. I then, positioned my car to drive back towards Rankin Mill Road. I turned left on to Rankin Mill Road and drove back towards Keeley Road, while looking up into the night sky in an attempt to see the object. There was no visible object in the sky.
