Le 07 avril 2026, à 22h20, à l'extérieur de sa propriété, sur la commune de BURGNAC (87), un témoin observe durant 20 à 30 secondes un phénomène de forme allongée et segmentée, semblable à un cylindre compartimenté. L'objet se déplace sur un axe Nord-Sud avant de disparaître vers le Sud-Est. D'étrangeté faible et de consistance* moyenne (2 témoins, mais témoignage unique, pas de photo du PAN), ce cas s'avère ètre l'observation de tout ou partie des 18 satellites " Qianfan SpaceSail 109 - 116 " lancés moins de sept heures auparavant par une fusée chinoise " Long March 8 " selon une orbite quasi-polaire ( voir le compte rendu d'enquète). *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Ces satellites sont rendus visibles par leur éclairement direct par le Soleil, couché pour l'observateur, qui se reflète sur un élément de la structure de ces satellites situés, au moment de l'observation, sur une orbite intermédiaire avant de rejoindre leur position dans le réseau de la mégaconstellation " Quaifan SpaceSail" (internet par satellite >> concurrent de Starlink®). Il s'avère que de nombreux témoignages, dont un au GEIPAN (VERNOIL-LE-FOURRIER (49) 07.04.2026) mais également en Europe recoupent celui du témoin, avec une confirmation de l'aspect global du PAN. Les paramètres orbitaux récupérés au cours de l'enquète confirment que ce groupe de satellites passait en visibilité du témoin selon la trajectoire décrite. Le cas d'observation est classé " A ", observation de flares de satellites en orbite intermédiaire avant de rejoindre leur position dans la mégaconstellation " Qianfan SpaceSail ". Le 14 septembre 2024 au soir, un habitant d'Emancé (78) et ses enfants observent la Lune lorsqu'ils aperçoivent des feux de navigation inhabituels derrière un petit bois. T1 identifie un hélicoptère militaire, probablement un Tigre, passant légèrement au-dessus de la Lune. Quelques minutes plus tard, un second objet suit une trajectoire similaire vers la Lune. Les feux de navigation sont visibles, et une silhouette allongée type « cigare » apparaît dans la lumière lunaire, avec un feu blanc à l'avant. La traversée de la Lune dure 1 à 2 secondes, sans bruit perceptible. D'étrangeté faible et de consistance* jugée bonne (plusieurs témoins, témoignage unique mais assez complet, pas de photo du PAN), ce cas s'avère être une observation d'un avion de ligne (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. La description du PAN évoque très fortement un avion, puisque le PAN est doté de feux de navigation. Une reconstitution du trafic aérien ne permet pas de retrouver l'hélicoptère décrit par T1, mais permet d'identifier le PAN comme étant un A321 de la compagnie Vueling (vol VLG43PQ), dont la trajectoire et l'horaire de passage correspondent à ceux du PAN. i was outside fooling around in the snow with a friend and that friends sister, basically i got hit by a snowball very hard (probably layed on the ground for 20 seconds) then i opened my eyes and saw my friend and his sister leaving, i looked up at the sky and saw a plane (boeing 737 probably) the lights on the plane dimmed and a craft appeared. the craft was long thin and had 4 pairs of green and red lights on it. i looked at it for about 20 seconds then ran to tell my friend and i lost sight of the craft

Have to assume these were drones, but could not find similar shapes in search. They were flying slowly, whatever they were. Silent. In the first pass, one was slightly in front of the other, flying along and to the ocean side and just above the Carlyle, a condo building of 3 or 4 stories. Looked like they could have been as large as a small car, but shaped for all the world like a giant tictac. Route was south to north between that building ( Carlyle) and The Lodge and Club at Ponte Vedra Beach. Closer to the Carlyle, and slightly west of Ocean Blvd. watched them go and went back to swimming. Then a 3rd one followed shortly after. Might have been 1 minute, might have been 2. might have been a drone coming back for another pass without its friend. Whatever. 3rd one flew on the other side of the Carlyle, west side of that building, just above roof height. Again the path was south to north. Nothing else happened. No military planes showed up from NAS Jax or Mayport. Assumed if it was dangerous, they would have. Continued my swim. You see all kinds of stuff swimming backstroke, but this was a first. If I had not been swimming backstroke, I would never have seen them -- unless maybe sitting poolside looking north, which no one does because the sun is not coming from that direction. If I'd had a camera or phone, I would have taken a picture. There wasn't anybody else in the pool to do it. I looked around. Employees inside were, you know, inside. Lifeguard either gone for the day or not present at that time. If I had gotten out of the pool to got inside, they would have been gone. I'm not sure on the day, honestly. It was last week ( last week of November, first couple days of December), and I swam in reverse order, Sunday 12/3, sat 12/2, thurs 11/30, tues 11/28 -- sat 11/25 before that. I was standing on my front porch and heard a helicopter coming. So I looked and it was the Coast Guard heading right towards my house from the Northeast heading southwest. All of the sudden there was this white cigar shaped thing (with what looked like a long window in the middle of it) coming straight towards the helicopter from the southeast going to the northwest. I thought for sure it was going to collide with the Coast Guard. Thankfully, they were much faster than the white cigar shaped thing. The cigar was going so slow that I could not hear the helicopter any longer. I saw it long enough to open the door holler for my daughter to come here close the door turn back around and still see it before it went behind my tree. The sky was blue no clouds at all, no birds. I could see it through my apple tree branches. It was quite thin compared to the helicopter. The I could see what I can only sense was a window right in the middle, shaped like a cigar. I could see the white all the way around the window. It had no wings, no tail, no sound at all. It was one single object. It was much slower than the helicopter. It had no lights. I thought if it was an aircraft it would have been illegal for them to fly so closely. It was also very low to the ground.

Was in the midst of playing guitar and drumming and was exiting the bathroom when I went to go shut the window and blinds. The angle I was at gave me clear view of the 7/11 across the train tracks adjacent to my building. I saw a cigar shaped saucer with four lights on the underbelly of the craft, and a blue haze was being emitted from the underbelly. I was freaking out, yelling at my neighbor's to look out the window, and it stayed out until others went to observe, but it was still visible as it descended behind the building next to 7/11. It eventually disappeared and no one saw it fly away, but as we awaited it's departure, a second craft came in from the southwest and flew rather erratically and didn't fly like how I traditionally propelled aircraft would. The crafts also exhibited both horizontal and VTOL flight capabilities, with them seeming propelled by the propulsion source on the underside of the craft that emits a blue glow akin to the same glow emitted by uranium fuel rods when submerged in a cooling pool in a nuclear power plant, or like the glow of the tesseract in the Avengers film. A blue glow emanated from both craft's undersides.

I was driving on Hwy. 2 moving SE toward Clayton, OK. At first I was noticing contrails in the sky. I saw a black dot way up in the sky thinking it might be a hawk or an eagle. I continued to watch as it got closer to me and realized that it might be a government drone. It had no wings was black and cigar shaped. It was at least 1000 ft in the air and moving from the SE to the NW. I have never seen anything like this. I know what drones look like but this did not have an apparent propulsion system. I do not know what I saw, I did not stop my car to watch as it went above my car. I was not looking for any strange flying object. I cannot unsee what I saw and it puzzles me. I would like to have an explanation of what I saw in the daytime over rural Oklahoma.

While driving home from the grocery store, I saw in the sky a very fast-moving object. I was near 40.23974839965564, -76.89965313955344. While we have a fair amount of airplanes and helicopters in our area, this didn't look like anything I'd ever seen before. It was shaped just like a tic-tac, or a pill; it was glowing white - and though it was moving very fast across the sky, diagonally from my upper right to lower left field of vision, it did not have a motion trail. It was perfectly shaped, meaning the outline of it stood out vividly against the sky, in perfect relief - the line of its shape was perfectly defined against the black sky, like it was drawn there. And it was glowing white, though there was nothing external that was lighting it (ie. no spotlight on it or any other external source of light). It moved very fast across the sky, paused very briefly at a spot in the distance, then rapidly shot straight down towards the ground. It then disappeared behind the skyline of houses and churches on the street. There was no explosion or indication that anything crashed - it just disappeared behind the building line. While I normally can hear and see airplanes, or hear and see helicopters coming in and out of Harrisburg City, there was absolutely no sound here - it was very un-nerving. I got home and took my dashboard camera inside to see if it caught anything. The video shows a light that looks like a shooting star, moving fast across the sky in a straight line from upper-right to lower left of the sky; it then pauses briefly, then shoots down and disappears.

I saw a very bright cigar shaped object that seem to change shape in the photos I took, either very lit up or very white, in the sky next to a Plain air traffic. It was absolutely NOT a plane. Planes were flying by it and slowing down. You could see the speed of the planes not they were moving. Very obviously. This object is not moving at all. I got photos of it. I was there for at least 20 minutes, but I could not stay any longer. My friend drop me off at my house left I’m on followed the street and he said it was hovering near the beaches. It was low enough that you could see that it was not a plane, and you could see the detail of the planes passing by and that they were very different. The picture was taken from far away so you have to zoom in, but you can clearly see the change of shape. [NUFORC annotation: Aircraft - Probable]

As we were driving, I noticed a bright object hovering above a mountain. It wasn’t moving and it was very bright. After telling some people about it, I found out the same object was photographed in Soda Springs two days earlier. We compared photos, and they seem to be the same thing.

Noticed bright bar of light, not flashing, and wondered what it was. Almost immediately after I noticed and stared it sent out out a fan of what looked like water with distinct lines similar to a hose end yard sprinkler. Quickly it turned to mist and cloaked the bar of light. Turned the object into a hazy sphere blending into the sky until it vanished. Slow moving and silent. Around 6:55 PM October 10th 2023. My wife and I were leaving a Mexican Restaurant restaurant in Marietta, Ohio I saw a amazingly bright flash that continued over my left shoulder towards the Southwest. The bright object in the sky was the color of the sun. The object was a shiny metallic and cigar or tictac shaped there was one bright orange orb as well. The light I saw was the color of the sun setting so I believe it was a reflection of the Sun shining off the craft. My wife and I could tell for a fact that was not an airplane or drone. Would've been too high for a drone and to eradick for an airplane. In faded in and out and moved super fast to different parts of the sky for the next 2 to 3 minutes. It was way faster than an airplane could fly, it was so beautiful. My wife didn't see the first flash but saw everything after that. She saw it a few times before it faded out as the sun set. It was much larger than an airplane and would stay stationary for 10 to 30 seconds before shooting across the sky without contrails or noise.There was actually an airplane overhead at the same time with contrails and it looked completely different.

Hi, I am writing due to your recent legislation which I touch on in this report I sent the All-Domain Anomaly Division, in reference to a report I am making of an encounter involving my daughter and our family's first contact with an alien species at our home at ((address deleted)), St. Charles, Missouri, 63301. This horrible event unfolded as my journalist daughter moved from Rolla to our home in St. Charles, Missouri, to work remotely. She has been overwhelmingly scared of being alone with this alien who is now monitoring her. The initial indication that something was amiss occurred when she experienced a sudden paralysis while in bed, witnessed strange flashing lights, and then awoke with no recollection of the preceding night's events. At the time, she attributed these experiences to a different cause: Being tired from work. Her move to Rolla had been prompted by her career with a major news network, where she works as an editor and sole writer for six of their publications. She had recently graduated from with a degree in journalism, focusing primarily on reporting on homicides in Chicago, before moving to Rolla. Her work led to the creation of a nationwide homicide database utilized by various newspaper publications. Aliens were never a topic within her field of study, and she had never entertained the notion of their existence. However, the world as we knew it, her father and I, underwent a profound transformation when we began to experience inexplicable and eerie phenomena within our own home. It felt as though our once-peaceful abode had turned into a realm of the supernatural, mirroring the unsettling occurrences our daughter had been grappling with, with our two dogs, all of a sudden on high alert, marking their territory everywhere, and guarding my daughter who would visit on the weekends, which we found odd since they typically tranquil in our home, and my daughter picked them out when she was younger. My husband's Brittney Spaniel, Callie, was attached to her father at the hip, but started actively following my daughter's every move throughout the house, in 2020, laying on top of her and looking up at something we couldn't see with our naked eye, like she was saying, "You will not take her," to whatever this alien species is that is continuing to watch and study my daughter. The very thought that she might have been abducted sent shockwaves of heartache through us, especially as we started researching and learned about this alien species that now tries to communicate with her telepathically unless she resorts to the unlikely measure of wearing tin foil. Both she and I have been witnesses to shadowy figures traversing through the walls of our recently acquired home. This house, a symbol of our retirement, has now become a place fraught with unexplained occurrences. One particularly unsettling night, we beheld the presence of approximately four enigmatic creatures, or beings, right outside our guest bedroom window. In all honesty, we initially suspected intruders wearing masks, prompting us to call the authorities. But when the police arrived, there was nothing to be found. Since that harrowing incident, the paranormal activity within our home has intensified to an alarming degree. This escalation has led us to believe that our daughter may have indeed been abducted back in late 2018, and the apparitions we now encounter could be the residual aftermath of that unsettling event. It's a distressing reality to contemplate, especially for our only child who should be enjoying the prime of her life, free from such inexplicable fears. Night after night, this alien species continues to assault her, leaving us with an overwhelming sense of helplessness and despair. And its reasoning it has telepathically told me and her is that it was due to her being attractive, a "thoroughbred," and had a presence that attracts others. Being an only child is another criterion it said that led this species to doing this for roughly three years, since we have provided for her into the future, and this alien species said it wants to live a "simple life." We could never predict that we would even write about this, or have something telepathically communicate with us, solely due to my daughter working in the wrong place at the wrong time, and now her best friend and loyal companion, Pacino, is dead due to this alien species, because all of our pets sensed its presence. A glimmer of hope emerges as we see a local legislator in southeast Missouri taking action by introducing a bill on this subject just this year. This development has brought a ray of optimism, as it signifies a potential opening of discussions about a topic we once, and my husband still considers too taboo to broach or let people know about. In hindsight, we deeply regret not reporting these unsettling events sooner rather than later, especially given that this alien species continues to be present in our lives, now within the confines of my husband's and my home at 2409 Aurelien Court, St. Charles, Mo. My daughter and I filed reports with MUFON, and I attached their response. However, this legislative development still has given us a glimmer of hope, as it coincided with the persistent presence of this alien species that had been following my daughter for the past three years, apparently monitoring her closely. One of these beings is shorter, with a gray complexion and black eyes, while the other stands taller and is translucent, similar to what is depicted in the declassified report. Oddly, the report was declassified around the same time, this alien species came into contact and was monitoring my daughter in south-east Missouri, and the All Domain Anomaly Division was formed in the same time frame, giving us more hope that there will be continued discussions on the subject, and we can get immediate assistance with removing this alien species from our home, as we are still dealing with the presence of this alien species that has now taken it upon itself to psychologically torture us, and we keep smelling a sulfuric aroma, which is why throughout much of the day our sense of smell is completely gone. This started happening to my daughter in Rolla, where she began over washing her clothes that she would notice actually smelled like laundry soap, not sulfur, when she visited out home, which gives us a time frame for the duration of this alien's activities, as it was at first not present in our St. Charles home, but later followed her here. Every day has become an excruciating ordeal, as this alien torments us relentlessly through ceaseless telepathic communication unless we resort to the bizarre practice of wearing tin foil. It seems determined to rob us of our focus on daily life, preying upon our memories to unearth the very thoughts and experiences that evoke depression and distress. In its sinister endeavor, it warps our perception of time and space, forcibly wrenching us away from the serenity of the present moment. It will also take our focus away from our true passions in life that we have always felt, until the past three years, where it has slowly tried to change our reasoning, judgment and overall personalities, for reasons unknown to us, but what we see as simply to torture us, since we know it's present the moment we wake due to this humming noise and telepathically communicating using voices from our electronic devices, showing us it is trying to purposefully torture us, beginning the moment we wake up. Taking a rest on Grand Canyon south rim path I saw an object I thought to be a milar balloon.It was first seen at my 2 o’clock and proceeded to my 11 o’clock at estimated speed 400- 500 mph just about 30- 45 degrees of my view from straight ahead view alerted my girlfriend who also witnessed same thing. Object made no noise and moved from northeast to southwest steady straight line. Air Force vet gone to many air shows. Never seen anything like that before..thank you bill

I was in an American Airlines Boeing 737 - just left Charlotte NC and weren't quite at cruising altitude (maybe 10 minutes into the flight) and saw a cigar shaped craft going SUPER fast below us. Maybe 10-20 seconds of flight. It did NOT look like a plane and it was going so fast I can't imagine it was another plane.

Date: Sunday Sept 17, 2023 Location: Ridgmar Blvd. and Green Oaks Rd Fort Worth, Texas Time: Right after sunset about 7:30 to 7:45 PM Local Wind Speed: 2 MPH from the east Description of object: Roughly Cigar shaped with irregular bumps on the sides. It was an irregular shaped object. It was a black or very dark grey color. There were no wings or other means of propulsion. It was close enough to us that that would have been easily observable. The length of the object is estimated to be 50 to 100 feet. The width at the mid-point was maybe 10 to 20 feet. Approximate speed. 30-40 MPH Altitude: Estimated 1000 to 1500 feet. Direction of travel: South East to North West Time Observed: About 5 to 10 minutes Description: Was driving east on Ridmar Blvd toward Green Oaks Road when my wife asked if I could see an object above us on the passenger side of the car. I couldn’t see the object, so when I reached the stop sign on Ridgmar Blvd at Green Oaks Rd., I put the car in park and got out to look at the object. It was at about 75 to 80 degrees above the horizon and about 1000 to 1500 feet in altitude as best as I could tell, moving slowly to the north east at about 30-40 MPH in a straight line. The sky was still very light as the sun had just gone down. I looked at it and tried to figure our what the object was. At first, the shape sort of resembled an helicopter, but there was no sound coming from the object. It was close enough to us that if it had been a helicopter, I most definitely would have heard it. It was moving toward the south end of the runway of the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. I know from being a drone operator and trying to fly in this exact area, that it is a restricted area and you can’t get permission to fly here. I watched it until it got approximately over the south end of the runway and then I got back in my car and moved to a store parking lot on Green Oaks Rd. I got out and watched it until it was almost out of sight in the distance. It never changed speed, direction or altitude that I could tell. My wife thought it might be a balloon, but I have never seen a balloon in that shape. There was no discernable wind at ground level and this object was very low, so I don’t think there would have been enough wind to move a balloon at that speed. By the time I thought of taking a picture of it, it was so far away it wouldn’t have shown much detail. I am an electrical engineer and a drone pilot.

At 5:30 pm I saw a white cigar shaped object flying over head. It appeared to be around same height as other planes fly frequently over our house. It was white had a black band around middle. It made no audible sound and could not see wings or a tail. It was not far enough away that we wouldn’t be able to see these things. It moved along at around the same speed as other aircraft till it went behind trees and we lost sight. I’m sure this was not an airplane. If relative to a star or the moon it would be the moon. Could see no lights. It was in the east sky and headed north east as best I could tell.

I went outside to check if bears are away from my neighbors fruit tree , it was quiet .then to my surprise I round lights started to show up above my trees .it was peach dark and the lights were quite bright so I I couldn't figure out at first what it is , when the last light appeared I realized how long it is , I called my wife to see it , she came right in time before it went behind the clouds. Large cigar shaped object. White or reflective in the sun. No visible control surfaces, no sound. I have an aviation background and can identify most civilian and military aircraft by shape and sound. First observed directly above my head as I looked up while in a seated position. Noticed the object, at first glance I thought it must be a plane as we’re in the landing flight path for a regional airport. But I noticed at a longer glance I could not identify it because it had no control surfaces. Not quite sure what to make of it I waited until it had passed my position trying to listen for the sound of the jet engine. It was dead silent. Total observed time was about 20 seconds. I grabbed my phone to take a picture but it had passed out of view going to the NW. I opened my flight radar app immediately and there was nothing transponding anywhere near me on radar. Details: - 8:28-8:29AM Sat Sept 9th 2023 - Not any identifiable aircraft to me - No flight surfaces of any kind - No sounds - Color white or silver - No visible lights - Estimated size, about the size of a 747 fuselage from my vantage point. Traveling on Rt 19 northbound at Hansonville, VA in Russell County when a sequence of lights appeared Traveling northeast. They were clustered on what seemed to be a train moving. Lights disappeared from front to back. Weather was clear. 30 clusters of lights(white) that seemed round. String of lights moving west to east at 9 pm mountain time. White lights without change in brightness or color. Appeared to be approximately 20 thousand feet up and moving at approximately 300 miles per hour. No discernable shape and no sound. Entered a small cloud and then completely vanished!
