I was sitting on my roof with my neighbor and we saw a bright light. As it got closer, we realized it was not a plane, helicopter or jet. Just fast moving bright object. Hard to get a decent picture.

Watching the evening sky and notice a white light hovering. It slowly went behind the house. Then reappeared as a flashing white and red light across the sky. It was low flying and flew from east to south. I actually thought it was a plane until it came to a stop almost in the center of my vision and turn a sharp right turn. Then it disappeared.

My kids and I were carpooling home in 2 cars from St.Louis, MO to Springfield, MO headed west on I-44 when we saw a long white tic tac type cylinder with rounded edges hovering above the tree line. I instantly turned my phone towards it that was on a mount and I thought started recording. I first spotted an enormous long cylinder shape right above the tree line probably less than a few miles away. I noticed skydivers parachuting near by and thought this might be the plane that dropped them but then noticed the object was too far away from the skydivers to have dropped them and the more I looked I noticed the cylinder object was about the length of several large airplanes, and obviously not a small plane to drop skydivers. I would say the object was half a mile to a mile long. It was enormous in length. Solid white, with rounded ends, like a giant half mile long propane tank hovering in the sky. I was blown away. I went over a hill and the object disappeared behind the tree line, when I got over the hill the object was gone. The skydivers were still there. My teenage son who was driving behind me, called me on my cell phone right after it disappeared and said Dad did you see that! I was so happy that he had seen it too. I said yes and I got it on video but then I looked down and I noticed in my excitement I had forgot to hit record on the phone. I was so sad. I then asked my son what he had seen? He said that he was driving and noticed a white circle light in the sky and asked his sister who was also in the car with him if she saw it. At first she did not, but then after scanning the sky she saw it too. They both said then the object started moving left in the sky as a circle of light and then instantly became a giant line in the sky they said. They also noticed the parachuters but also noticed this object was miles away from the parachuters. I felt like the object was almost watching the skydivers, and if the skydivers were wearing cameras or if anyone was filming them coming down from the ground below they had to have caught this giant object on camera somewhere. Anyways my son said he saw it turn from a bright circle to a long line and then he said he looked again as he was driving and it was gone but my daughter said she watched the line move left in the sky and the rapidly take off like it had propulsion and disappear. I called the skydiving place to ask if they had any witnesses but they said they would get back to me and that was a few days ago and I haven’t heard back. 3 of us saw this but I think the reason I could make out it’s cylinder shape and rounded edges was because I was a few car lengths ahead of my kids and had the advantage of being closer to make out more detail. I can’t think of anything more except to say I know that highway was pretty busy and I am quite sure that other motorists had to have seen it as well. If I held my finger up to the window and tree line a normal plane would take up about a quarter inch of my finger, this object was easily a full inch of my finger long. Extremely long and that was from miles away, I can’t imagine how big it really was.

Looking out my office window, at approximately 10:13am (Pacific), I noticed something curious in the sky. At first it seemed as if it was blinking or flashing. After watching it for a minute or two, and as I began filming it with my phone, it looked more like a metallic object catching sunlight. Also, as I zoomed in with my camera, there was a distinct appearance that the object was spinning. The object looked to be very high up – at, or most likely much higher than the commercial planes we often see. A few minutes after I stopped recording, the object seemed to elevate quickly upwards, then hover in place for a bit, then lowered again, and at one point seemed to move north/away from us. Eventually, after around 10-12 minutes, it seemed to move in a westerly direction, disappearing from site and into the clouds. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

I was driving to work in the morning and I saw a dark object which shape was unusual. The object was far so I was in a red light so I grab my phone and zoom in in a clear space between the trees to record. On Monday night, 17 July 2023 about 1am, I couldn't sleep so went downstairs to get a drink. Looking out of my kitchen window I observed a very single intense white light with two red lights attached to it due east from my house. I would say it was about 5-10 miles away sitting just above the horizon. It was moving across my field of view from right to left at a steady speed. I got my binoculars and looked at it more closely. It was very weird. The red lights were fixed and not blinking but the white light was dancing on and off, up and down, round and round, sometimes it would partially disappear, only to re-appear dancing and morphing its brightness and shape. I would describe it as looking like 'electrical plasma'. If you can imagine electricity charge similar to lightning trapped in a glass sphere but in this case the object was not rigid, it was deforming its shape and orientation as the electrical white light pulses bounced around the inside. I watched it travel across the sky towards the town of Moffat and then disappeared from view. I returned to bed puzzled by what I had seen. I also saw another similar but static electrical object in the sky from my house in June 2023 (when there was a full moon), but didn't report it. I tried to take a photo of the object with my iphone but was unsuccessful. My house is not far from the listening / radar station at Sanquhar.

It was bright white, silent and moved slower than any sort of aircraft If seen, had not other coloured lights just bright white orb. It moved from south to north direction, took a quite sharp turn to the east then it accelerated into the clouds. The sky was clear but beginning to cloud over at the time. This is the second time I’ve experienced this white silent low altitude orb, first time was in Kamloops BC.

It was a late evening / Early morning Summer July 2023, We were at a rented farm house for a party. As everything was coming to an end a few of us decided to step out in to the field and look at the stars. The area we were in had little to moderate light pollution so being from the city we were very happy to see more stars than we normally do. As we were looking out we saw shooting stars, satellites and planes (tons). As we looked to the north (basically the Lat and Long given) between two hills we saw what we thought were a formation of satellites. However as we would watch them we started realize that they behaved way differently and changed. The shape and color was unknown however they projected very bright lights from each craft. they were at least 100 + miles away or more, approx 20 to 40 thousand feet off the ground. Based off the curve the earth and distance. At first the lights stated in a single file line, one by one they would travel across sky from our left to right (west to east), the same speed and same brightness and would appear and disappear at the same time. I am a bit of an aviation nerd and I have a flight radar app. I used this app to see if there was any civilian aircraft lining up to approach Austin or even aircraft taking off or landing from DFW area (just based off distance and direction). however as I was looking my friends noticed that the lights began to travel more erratically and changed speeds. Example: 1 light would move across the area (same as before) quickly accelerated "up" from horizontal to vertical very quickly and disappeared. Next it seemed the "lights" followed each other in the same manner. Then as one light would move from west to east, we began seeing sets of 2-3 lights in formation, changing speeds, brightness, appear and disappear. (When i say they would appear and disappear, unlike a satellite or plane ((where you can see it move across the sky fully)) it would rapidly appear in the sky and leave without travel across the WHOLE sky). Looking at my flight radar app there were no planes in the general direction of the lights traveling and to my knowledge there was no miliary or Air Force base in the direction. Now as the night when on the formations of the lights would begin in sets of 3-5 in a single file light, then sets of 2 (one above the other). Other single lights were be moving, "stall" / "stop" then rapidly move up and away. Last before i went to bed, I saw at least 2 - 5 single lights move from Northeast to southwest direction, Up to down The lights made no sound, left no trails. They moved in a way that no man made aircraft (that i'm aware of) could do. See attached (really bad made) paint picture, and areas we were in.

I spotted a bald eagle during a walk. The sun was very bright and I was trying to take photos of the eagle on my cell phone. I didn’t realize I took picture of object until I got home and saw the photos.

upon closer examination, in an orderly, not necessarily v-type formation as we first thought, but more like a soccer-ball pattern. Like I said, this was fairly dense, dim, but very well defined, and star-like in appearance. I cannot stress that enough. When we first noticed them they appeared to be coming from the left, or west, (we were walking on a paved farm road in wide open fields going almost due north, and moved in and arc toward south south east, fading out of view, blending easily with the stars. Soon after we noticed a brighter light moving at about the same speed from west to east, and as suspected THAT light was just the ISS, according to the iss tracking app. I've seen starlink formations, this was not a string of moving star like lights moving in a line, this was a cluster. Moving as a round-ish group, more ore less, hard to tell. It was organized in an organized, geometric, soccer ball like (organized triangles?) formation. They did not blink. They could easily be confused as stars if you didn't notice them moving against all the other stars in the sky. We've seen things come into the atmosphere and burn up. Sometimes quite a bit. We know what a meteor shower looks like. Not that at all. Bamberg Germany, about 1105pm local time. Someone please tell us what we saw, there has to be a logical explanation for this.

There was no lights in my town due to a power outage fairly large town. I tried to record what I saw, but it was a string of 20 to 30 lights in the sky much brighter than stars, and they were just going like a train for 25 to 30 seconds then they just totally disappeared. I tried to record my phone would not pick it up. It’s something I’ve never seen. Looked liked a plane, pulling a banner but it was so bright, and then just disappeared one by one in sequential order no clouds at all in the sky I could see every star. I don’t know what that was but it was nothing I’ve ever seen, but it was big or a lot of them. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

So me and my buddy were swimming in a pool when all of a sudden, we look up and we see a spotlight. This spotlight looks like a cone coming down from the sky, and then there's a bunch of orange haze around this one black cloud with, like flickering lights on it, and we are like, huh? So we keep staring at it for about minute and a 1/2.

We first thought it was a shooting star, as we paid attention it got closer and we saw a shadow right behind and our 11 year old was able to see a little more detail. We have researched starlink satellites and it’s not what we saw. It’s disappearance vanished in a blink of an eye.

Driving west on US 64 from Folsom Capulin NM where it’s a Bortle 1 and at the time around the new moon and I noticed a fuzzy finger like object that wasn’t supposed to be there in the sky, Northwest of us. I pointed it out to my mother who was driving and as it got closer at first I thought it to be starlink and even said so to my mother, but then it kept getting closer and closer until almost right in front of us in the sky. A huge rectangular object standing straight up like a building. It had red lights that ran down the middle, the body a type of green with rectangles on either side of the red lights which were also a similar shade of green. Along the sides between the rectangular areas and at the base and tip of the object were little yellow type lights. I was in such shock and had a small flicker of fear that I couldn’t take my eyes and mind from it long enough to take more pics and video it with my phone but it happened so fast and had thought it starlink. As it passed over top our car I looked out the sunroof and to my surprise it was now laying flat, parallel to the ground and was rapidly vanishing from front to back as if cloaking. It made no sound, had no signs of anything pushing or pulling it along. I’ve also including a screen shot from a report on this site of an incident that happened the same night, within minutes of when I first saw it, and this 11 year old girl drew a picture that I swear is the same thing in her drawing. Almost seamed like something from Transformers movies and cartoons, but different. In her drawing you can see the red lights in the middle, the green body with the rectangles and even the ends where the yellow lights were and they said it vanished and the drawing shows it in the same position it was in when i saw it vanish. Included is also my pic from when I first saw it and also a zoomed in pic that you can zoom in on more and start to make out the red lights in middle. I’ve thought I’ve seen UFO/UAP before in my life, but this was on an entirely different level that I can’t explain.

UFO came from the West traveling extremely fast. It was erratic and changed direction from ascending to descending in a matter of seconds. Looks like it disappeared then came back before disappearing to the NE.

Oblong craft with no wings or balloon, came straight towards me but heading more on my right side parallel with the Vrysoulles Freneros road. It was really dark and the only reason I saw it was it was high enough to catch some rays from the sun over the horizon. It was flying directly into the dark side of the planet and I saw it coming from the horizon about 2 miles away. I estimated it was 100-200 feet long and at a height of 2000-3000 feet. There was no noise and no lights just the suns reflection. I thought it must have been supported by a balloon, but I could not see one. I estimated the speed at about 300-400 mph [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]

- Cylinder shape with bright white line across its bottom. - Moving slowly from West to East in light North wind. - Sighting happened just after nightfall, object's shape was barely discernible against the sky's last twilight. - Object located 8.3 km away from the Athens International Airport, at approx. altitude of 1.5 km above ground. - Estimated size was (much) larger than an airplane, with no wings, exhaust, blinking lights, or noise present. - The usual air-traffic to-and-from the airport was flying much higher, and didn't seem to notice or get bothered by it. - Faded in the distance after approx. 4-5 minutes. - Two eye-witnesses. Didn't catch any photos/vid because we were too busy trying to figure out WTF was it that we were looking at.

In the span of about seven minutes, I witnessed a light appearing in the shape of tic-tac, hovering for several minutes. It suddenly took a sharp turn and descended quickly at a 45 degree. After nearly losing sight of it behind the mountain, it split in three sections and quickly ascended back along the same angle. The tic-tac went back where had been, hovered a couple minutes, then quickly disappeared. A minute later, another section suddenly disappeared. The third section then disappeared behind the mountain. These pics and videos are in chronological order. (Unfortunately, when it first descended, I forgot to push therecord button.)

Bright red circle did not show on my cell phone images only visually. On my cell camera images appeared as a white very small circle as if the moon had shrunk to a smaller size. When I looked at the cell camera images I could see a bright red ring around white circle. ALSO a red line appeared through the white circle. As it got to a deeper brighter red IT just VANISHED.

Les témoins se trouvent au bord de leur piscine située près de leur habitation dans la commune de Cessieu (38) le 16 juillet 2023 lorsqu'ils observent à 16h30 plusieurs PAN dans le ciel, se déplaçant lentement du sud-est vers le nord-ouest. le témoin (T1) décrit ces PAN comme un amoncellement en ligne de 4 ou 5 objets eux-mêmes constitués de trois sphères lumineuses de même taille, avec une autre sphère lumineuse de taille plus importante au milieu. Deux autres PAN identiques se trouvent à proximité, en-dehors de la formation, et évoluent de la même manière. La consistance* est bonne : il n'y a qu'un seul témoignage malgré deux témoins mais une vidéo du PAN a été fournie. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'enquête a pu montrer que les témoins ont probablement observé une grappe de ballons fantaisie en Mylar, se déplaçant en altitude portés par un vent faible (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cette conclusion s'appuie sur les éléments suivants : - Forme sphérique, fréquemment rapportée lors de telles observations et courante pour de tels ballons, - PAN regroupés par grappes de 3 individus, elles-mêmes alignées ou évoluant à côté d'un groupe principal, - Luminosité mentionnée par T1 obtenue par la réflexion des rayons du Soleil à la surface fortement réfléchissante des ballons car observation faite en journée par temps ensoleillé, - Trajectoire initiale du groupe de PAN rectiligne et stable, les ballons étant portés par le vent d' altitude. L'exploitation des données vents à mailles fines AROME*, fournies par Météo France, a permis de confirmer l'existence à des altitudes comprises entre environ 100 et 250 m d'un vent compatible avec l'orientation du déplacement des PAN, du sud-est au nord-ouest. La vitesse de ce vent est par ailleurs faible à très faible, conforme au lent déplacement des PAN. *Application of Research to Operations at MEsoscale) est un modèle avec une maille très fine (maille de 1.3 km) pour la prévision en France (METEO France). Le témoin a exprimé ce qui formait pour lui l'étrangeté de cette observation ; chaque point constituant cette étrangeté a pu être expliqué au regard de l'hypothèse étudiée : - Les disparition et réapparition de certains des PAN est tout à fait typique de ballons qui pivotent sur eux-mêmes pendant leur déplacement, offrant ainsi une surface moins réfléchissante au Soleil de manière temporaire, - La mention par le témoin de certains PAN isolés du groupe principal se déplaçant soudainement en sens inverse du déplacement global de l'ensemble est tout à fait cohérente avec l'existence de micro-rafales en altitude (cisaillement de vent) pouvant se produire à des altitudes légèrement différentes de celle à laquelle la formation principale se trouve. Il a toutefois été impossible de le démontrer formellement, la résolution des données AROME ne le permettant pas, - Enfin, concernant l'observation a posteriori sur la vidéo, la résolution moindre des smartphones par rapport à celle de l'oeil humain explique la déception du témoin qui ne voit pas autant de détails sur cette vidéo qu'à l'oeil nu. Les points clairs ou sombres observés, se déplaçant rapidement autour des PANs sont probablement des artefacts vidéo. Notons que le jour de l'observation est un dimanche et que nous sommes en été. Il est possible que dans la direction d'où proviennent les PAN ait eu lieu une fête, ce que l'enquête n'a pas permis de confirmer. Nous n'avons notamment pas pu interroger les pilotes des planeurs évoluant à proximité pour savoir s'ils avaient vu ces ballons. The last 2 pictures that were takes, the sky was definitely red that's when the image that I was photographing, disappeared. Naked eye was was a cluster of white lights.

Metallic looking disk high up in the sky amongst clouds. Dome top is reflective in nature with bottom spherical shape dark/shaded. Upon closer look at photo, there appears to be a turret like bubble on the bottom of the craft.
