upon closer examination, in an orderly, not necessarily v-type formation as we first thought, but more like a soccer-ball pattern. Like I said, this was fairly dense, dim, but very well defined, and star-like in appearance. I cannot stress that enough. When we first noticed them they appeared to be coming from the left, or west, (we were walking on a paved farm road in wide open fields going almost due north, and moved in and arc toward south south east, fading out of view, blending easily with the stars. Soon after we noticed a brighter light moving at about the same speed from west to east, and as suspected THAT light was just the ISS, according to the iss tracking app. I've seen starlink formations, this was not a string of moving star like lights moving in a line, this was a cluster. Moving as a round-ish group, more ore less, hard to tell. It was organized in an organized, geometric, soccer ball like (organized triangles?) formation. They did not blink. They could easily be confused as stars if you didn't notice them moving against all the other stars in the sky. We've seen things come into the atmosphere and burn up. Sometimes quite a bit. We know what a meteor shower looks like. Not that at all. Bamberg Germany, about 1105pm local time. Someone please tell us what we saw, there has to be a logical explanation for this.
