Le 11 décembre 2023, vers 19h10, la témoin, en pleine conversation au 7ème étage d'un bâtiment, aperçoit à travers la baie vitrée cinq boules brillantes de différentes couleurs se déplaçant dans le ciel. Ces objets forment des figures géométriques ainsi que des trajectoires aléatoires. Elle prend alors son téléphone pour filmer la scène et sort sur le balcon pour continuer l'observation. Aucun bruit n'est entendu. Les phénomènes semblent se situer au-dessus du Parc de Saint Cloud. Le ciel est plutôt clair et il y a peu de vent. L'observation a duré environ 10 minutes par intermittence avant que les objets ne disparaissent. D’étrangeté faible et de bonne consistance* (2 témoins, mais un témoignage unique, vidéos du PAN), ce cas s’avère être une observation de drones (*selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables, recueillies pour un témoignage). La description et l’aspect visuel du phénomène observé sont très cohérents avec ceux de drones : variations de couleurs, déplacements apparents coordonnés des points lumineux, formant des figures géométriques, allumages et extinctions simultanés. Une recherche par internet révèle que le lendemain de l’observation, un ballet de 1000 drones a eu lieu depuis le Parc de Saint-Cloud, dans la direction d’observation du PAN. Contactée par mail, la société organisatrice, Magic Drone, a confirmé, après examen des photos transmises, que le phénomène observé correspondait à un test préalable à ce spectacle aérien (voir la confirmation Magic Drone en document joint). I saw a star moving across the sky but it was pulsating and silently moving towards a particular area of the sky then disappeared. Then another one followed shortly after doing the same thing and disappered. I just kept on seeing them, last count was 20 [NUFORC annotation: Satellite - Probable]

(This is a direct transcription from my hand written notes I wrote right after seeing it). I swear I just saw a ufo around 5:45 looking due South from my apartment in downtown Sacramento near the Church Of The Blessed Sacrament. The light in the sky caught my eye because the yellow / white incandescent looking light looked rather strange. There was a brighter light at top but other similar less bright lights below. It almost had a Santa and reindeer effect if you use your imagination or another way it looked was a sort of cross because there was a time when the light extended out to the sides and made the light in the sky resemble a cross. During this time the light looked like it was coming toward me and lowering in elevation, (Flying due North towards my direction) but then the lights changed to blinking strobe type white lights that where dimmer and seemed much further away. I know this probably sounds like an aircraft but as a long time aircraft enthusiast and former Air Force Airman this phenomenon looked different to me. Now the object seemed much higher in the sky which seemed to happen quite quickly. Also, the blinking strobe type white / blueish lights looked like they where around the perimeter of a more spherical looking object but again it was much more faint and distant looking at this point and high in the sky. It finally moved out of my view in the apartment as it moved to my left, (Going East). I gathered my keys and wallet and put on my shoes and sweatshirt to go outside on the terrace but by the time I got out there I couldn't find it in the sky any longer.

I have a series of videos with weird shapeshifting objects. This one seems massive though. In the video it clearly shows it was almost steady and suddenly it starts moving. If it was a balloon it would be moving constantly because of the wind imo. Also looks like an S shape but badly drawn and it´s pretty big for a ballloon in this distance from my house. the height is more like helicopter height than balloon [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

The object in the sky moved laterally, with no exhaust, and was smaller than an airplane. It was maybe one to two miles away from us. As we observed it in the sky it turned at an angle and seemed to reflect the Setting Sun and there was a flash of light on the side of the object. Immediately after that flash of light the object disappeared. There were no clouds that it would have disappeared behind, nor any other objects. It was a clear sky and we had a clear view of the object.

I was driving south on highway 17 south toward Litchfield Beach, SC. In front of me in the clear blue sky was what appeared to be something flying in all directions. Up, down, left, right. As it would turn and flip and flash of light would be seen.

I was awake at 5am when I saw this thing in the sky not even lying it was moving left right up and down and at some points it was disappearing and then appearing again. At some point it looked like someone peeked out of it? To my view it had 4 round lights on each side. And it didn’t move it was just doing the movements in one spot it always stayed the same place

They would travel in a cube then change up patterns and then traveled in a line. They was all bright lights. I’ve seen satellites and I know this couldn’t have been satellites or airplanes. They was traveling fast like satellites. But much brighter and different speeds. Some would slow down when they would change up their order and shape that they would form together.

Le 21 octobre 2022, deux témoins à Lachaux (63) constatent, sur les enregistrements d'une caméra de vidéosurveillance, la présence d'un Phénomène Aérien Non identifié (PAN) caractérisé par de puissants flashs lumineux au loin, généralement orientés vers le nord. Ces flashs sont observés à plusieurs reprises : le 8 novembre 2022 entre 18h15 et 20h15, le 8 mars 2023 entre 21h45 et 22h30, le 9 mai 2023 entre 21h30 et 22h00, le 9 décembre 2023 entre 19h30 et 21h30. Les phénomènes lumineux observés présentent des caractéristiques constantes : une couleur blanche selon le témoin (T2) et une teinte plutôt orangée selon le témoin (T1), visibles en direction du nord-ouest, du nord ou du nord-est. Le PAN est également observé à l'œil nu et enregistré avec le téléphone portable de T2 le 9 mai 2023 et le 9 décembre 2023. Aucun bruit n'est détecté ni par les témoins ni par le système de vidéosurveillance. Après consultation des archives météorologiques relatives aux impacts de foudre en France aux dates et horaires des observations, il est constaté qu'à chaque fois, un orage est présent, généralement situé au nord des témoins, à une centaine de kilomètres de distance (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cela nous oriente naturellement vers l’hypothèse d’observations d’éclairs lointains associés à ces orages, dont l’éloignement empêche le tonnerre d’être entendu par les témoins ou enregistré par le système vidéo. L'expert en foudre et orages du GEIPAN est consulté et indique que : - le tonnerre peut être entendu jusqu'à une distance moyenne de 30 à 40 km, et parfois jusqu'à 70 km pour les éclairs les plus puissants, ce qui est inférieur à la distance séparant les témoins des orages observés. - un observateur situé en hauteur avec une vue dégagée (ce qui est le cas des témoins en direction du nord) peut voir les éléments du paysage lointain éclairés par ces éclairs, notamment la crête d’arbres des hautes collines situées à la limite des départements du Puy-de-Dôme et de l’Allier, voire les éclairs eux-mêmes à basse élévation, jusqu'à une distance de 150 à 200 km. L'effet produit est celui d'un puissant flash à l'horizon, similaire à ce qui est visible sur les vidéos des PAN. - certains observateurs, en présence de tels éclairs, parleront d' « éclairs de chaleurs », une dénomination incorrecte puisqu’il s’agit simplement d’éclairs se trouvant trop éloignés de l’observateur pour que le tonnerre soit audible, exactement comme dans le cas des témoins. - notons cependant, que les éclairs se produisant entre les nuages ne sont pas répertoriés par le système d’enregistrement d’impacts de foudre, qui ne répertorie que les éclairs entre le sol et les nuages. Un point d'incertitude subsiste toutefois concernant l'observation du 08 mars 2023, où les orages étaient respectivement à l’ouest (donc pas dans la bonne direction) pour l’un et trop éloigné, à environ 200 km de distance, pour l’autre. De même , pour l'observation du 09 mai 2023, à l'inverse, les orages étaient proches des témoins, à moins de 10 km de distance. Ceux-ci auraient donc normalement pu les reconnaître comme tels. My son aged 10 told me he saw lights in the night sky that he’d never seen before. I was in the shower and my wife was working in the other room. I came out and saw these orange lights. I hadn’t seen these lights before either. We called my wife in who also observed them. We watched them until they all floated into the clouds and vanished. My son theorized they were Chinese lanterns. Perhaps they were, but I felt it couldn’t hurt to alert someone to their presence. Thank you so much for taking the time to look into this. PS I have video but the file size was too large so I put some screen grabs for you to see. There was a screen in front of the camera lens but I opened the screen for the end of the video. We saw a bright flash like someone took our picture in the dark. After that we looked up and saw the object. It seemed massive in size. The whole perimeter of the object was illuminated with a white light. Oval shaped but bigger on one side and jagged like a rock. It was not moving across the sky like a satellite or space station. Seemed to be moving away. Hard to tell how high it was? It was definitely higher than airplane traffic at 35,000’.

I was driving from Ludington MI to visit family on east side of state. I was driving on I-96 heading east just passing Grand Rapids on Friday December 8, 2023 at about 9:00pm. In between Cascade and Lowell Charter Township on north side of highway, a very bright light fell from sky. It then slowed and hovered right by highway on north side. It was a thicker disc shape, grey/silver in color, just hovering, with two very bright white lights on each side on front circumference and multiple multi colored lights around back end of circumference, red, green. The lights from the front illuminated so bright, that you could view around it and there weren’t any wings or segmented parts, just disc shape. Appeared to either be shiny or have windows on the side facing us. My son was sitting behind me and was a witness also. We were so shocked and scared that we couldn’t pick up our phone to take photo right away. I begged my son to please get a video while it was still hovering and I driving away from it. We were about a mile down road by the time he was able to come out of a scared mindset to take the video. You can see it on the upper right side of the video briefly. I was so scared and wanted to get out of there so fast. I now regret not turning around and going back to get better videos or pictures. I am still very shaken up by this and try to not let my son know how emotional I am right now about what we witnessed. I have never believed in any such paranormal thing or ufo until now! In the video you can here my son still saying he can’t take video with how shocked he was and me in disbelief in background. Please help me to find out if more people have videos or captured anything on radars in this area. My son said to me, “mom I can almost see inside of it”. That is how close it was. Maybe a football field away from highway and about football field up. Size comparison would be roughly 3 or 4 school buses in size, of course being compacted in disc shape. Tonight, on Dec. 8th, 2023, I saw a large air craft in the sky unlike any I have seen before. I saw it clearly. It was a chevron shaped craft, with a straight row of lights in the back. The lights were a greenish blue. The craft looked like dark gray metal. It was flying on a diagonal in the sky through my neighborhood. I called to my husband to run out and he took a video with his phone. By the time he came out, it was farther away. When I watched the video, the lights were behaving differently on the video than I saw with my naked eyes. This has now confused me a bit because now I can't remember how exactly the lights were behaving, but I noticed it was definitely different on the video than what I had seen. He said maybe it's a helicopter or a drone, but I disagreed and said it was shaped like a bat, and very huge, and I had watched it when it was closer and not so far away when he saw it in the cloudy sky. I drew a quick hand sketch of it when I came inside, and sent it to my friend. She found this sight and sent me back similar images. On this sight, I see the chevron as an option and that's the shape! I posted this on my facebook. Everyone is shocked! [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

I looked up in the sky and saw a low altitude pulsating light moving very fast then disappearing. It was overcast I could see a few stars and they were fuzzy just as this light was. I can see an airplane above I could see the cell towers from bays mountain. I have seen all hemispheres of the sky. I have seen the Milky Way in Peru because of no light pollution. I have seen rockets I have seen starlink I have seen falling stars I have seen satellites and space stations. I have seen the helicopters and airplanes and drones and cell towers. I have some meteors and comments and eclipses. This was none of these things.

I work near a small airport, always we always have a lot of air traffic. Myself and two of my co-workers were chatting before leaving and an amber orb appeared and traveled over our heads at what seemed to be a high altitude. There we no FAA lights. I wanted to explain it as a Chinese lantern but was moving very quickly. No sound observed.

December 8, 2023 4:47 p.m. Driving home from work I saw a bright, warm white light above downtown Fitchburg. The sky was overcast and it was the only light in the sky. It immediately struck me as odd as it appeared to be in front of the clouds, stationary and was not blinking. I was driving on 2A heading towards ChapelBarker Hill graveyard. My route took me around the graveyard where I lost sight of it. Headed northeast down Laurel st, I saw it again as I stopped at the stop light. I then noticed the light was slowly moving southwest towards me. I continued to glance at the light as I drove past the shopping center southeast down Water St. At the next stop light, I could still see it through the drivers window which was rolled down. I couldn't hear anything except the noise of the traffic. It was stationary again and I could see what looked like a smaller and much fainter light descending from the main light. It was very hard to make out and looked like it was almost twinkling. I lost sight of the twinkling light when the bigger light started slowly moving, southwest still, over my car. I thought I could just barely see a circular silhouette around the light. Then the stop light turned green and I took a lefthand turn to cross fifth st. bridge, driving the opposite direction the light in the sky was heading. I lost track of it and pulled over on fulton st. to try to find it again out of my passenger window, but it was completely gone. I’ve been into the UAP topic seriously since 2020. I’ve seen starlink, iss, planes and drones. This did not have any normal characteristics of any of these except maybe a drone however it appeared much larger than what a drone would be.

The summary is pretty much it. I sometimes can’t sleep so I will look out my window and will sometimes see this object, sometimes I see plans coming and going from the airport nearby. This object struck me as different because it doesn’t move like a plane, it just hovers. It always pulses white, blue, and pink light with what looks like solar flares coming from the main body in those same colors. Sometimes it will disappear and reappear within the same second in a different area of the sky and will hover there for a while before disappearing altogether. I can’t tell if it is hovering high above Eastern Lawrence or if it is closer to Kansas City. It doesn’t behave like anything I know. My husband is a retired Army pilot and he says it freaks him out.

Woke up around 4am to my dog growling and barking. Unusual for him. Checked Ring for people in the yard, saw no one. Noticed light in upper right corner and watched it for a while. It never moved. After 20 minutes I took the dogs out. Saw nothing with my own eyes and light was gone. Saw nothing. Wiped off my ring camera thinking maybe it was condensation. Checked it again when I went in and it was still there. Never moving. Saw arc to left of it. Live near Selfridge air base but object was still the whole time. The object was the size of a large star. It was blinking and pulsating rapidly, and it was changing colors. It emitted all colors of the rainbow. It was not moving, and a shape could not be discerned. It could be mistaken for a star, but I have never seen a star behave this way. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Probable]

We often enjoy star gazing from our hot tub at night and because my husband works in aviation we like to guess where airplanes are heading and then check them on a radar to see who is closest. This craft was disk or space shaped and was traveling south at a high rate of speed. It was soundless and moved more like it was in water than the sky. It was made of lights but they were not blinking or alternating and were nothing like airplane lights. I would say that it was more or less glowing as it slid across the sky. I first thought it was a shooting star but once my eyes adjusted I realized it was just a fast and unrecognizable craft sliding across the sky. Although it was quick, I had enough time to point it out to my husband and he saw it too and agreed with me that it was a UFO. It’s such a cool, exciting, and eerie feeling!

I got off work at 9:45 and was walking to my vehicle when I noticed a light, then I noticed it was changing color and moving, so I took several videos so I could look at them later and try to debunk myself but I couldn’t. I legitimately think it was something unexplainable and was transfixed on the object to where I stood in the cold for half an hour watching it even though I was freezing cold and tired I couldn’t look away at one point.
