I'm a 59-year old male pharmaceutical scientist, living just north of Indianapolis, Indiana. My daughter is 20 years old and is a student at Ball State University, living at home this summer. On Saturday August 12 we drove about 10 miles north of our house to get away away from city lights and watch the Perseid meteor shower. We ended up in Rosston, on East 100 North about a mile east of US 421. It's a gravel road. We arrived about 10:30 pm and set up chairs on the south side of the road, facing north. Over the next 2 hours we saw about 2 dozen shooting stars. At about 12:30 am (Sunday, August 13) I noticed a faint point of light to the north of us, about 60 degrees up from the northern horizon, traveling slowly south. It was white and didn't blink. I was watching it trying to think of what it might be when my daughter pointed it out to me, so she'd noticed it independently. After watching it for another 20-30 seconds, a strange thing happened. An image began to appear over it. It went from invisible to brightly lit over the course of about 5 seconds, was at full brightness for about 5 seconds, and then faded back to invisibility over the course of about 5 seconds. When I could no longer see the image, I could still see the faint dot which continued to travel slowly south. The image that appeared was shaped like a traditional 4-sided kite, but with the top and bottom truncated. I could clearly see the left and right borders, but couldn't see a border on the top or bottom. The left and right borders were brightly lit with white light along their edges, and the area between the borders was illuminated with white light, but not as brightly. The light filling the area of the shape stayed within the area, it didn't appear to bleed beyond its imputed borders on the top or bottom. The left and right sides were mirror images of each other, making this symmetrical and giving me the impression of an orderly structure to the object. If you hold your hand out to arm's length and put your thumb and forefinger about half and inch apart, that's how big the image looked to me. My daughter saw it a little differently. She also saw the object appear and get brighter, stay at maximum brightness, and then fade, and for the same length of time. However, she didn't see the structure I did, which surprised me because I saw it clearly. In addition, after the object was no longer visible and I'd just lost track of the faint white dot that started this story, she suddenly got agitated and started describing to me what she was seeing. As she describes it, about 30 seconds after the lighted object had faded to nothingness and she was watching the faint white light, she saw a second dot of light suddenly appear next to it, and then saw 2 more dots suddenly appear above the first 2. They then started undulating up and down, the upper row and lower row moving toward each other and then away from each other, but along a path that she described as part of an arc. The movement wasn't vertical, it was angled. She saw this for 15-20 seconds, and then they disa! ppeared. As it was happening she was pointing to where she was looking as she described it, but I couldn't see it. We left just after that, mainly because this incident had scared her and she wanted to get out of there.

They blended like stars. Till we seen them moving, then realized there was more than one. Over a course of the 2 hours we were there. We watched them drive the sky. They went zigzag, shooting strait and stopping. Looked like they were searching….then they stop and act like a star. And not move. If I didn’t see it moving, I would have thought it was a star. There was a meteor shower happening, we couldn’t be the only ones to see what we saw!

Looked like a bright light (white) but really big, so I was looking at it and noticed it moving toward me from south to north. As it came closer, it was green lights down the middle and red lights on both sides, looked about 300 to 400 ft. above me and it was about 6 foot by 5 foot.

Me and my wife were sitting on are front porch. I noticed 2 large lights moving are way. the lights were moving vary slow, we were able to walk out to are parking lot and watched as the lights moved right over the top of use, the lights were about 4 feet round but didn't light anything up on the ground, or on the object its self, i would say that it was about 100 to 200 feet about us, It went right over the top of are barn and was not making any noise at all and moving slow, It was a dark night with no moon so we couldn't make out the shape of the object, the Lights were about 20 to 30 feet apart, as the object went over are barn i could see red lights going in circles around the back side of the big lights. I am a Vietnam vet and have seen all kinds of aircraft but i have never seen anything that big moving that slow and not make a sound.

When leaving for work at 10:30 pm, I was about to enter the round-about when I noticed something in the air. It was just above tree level, moving slowly over the park at the community center. It then flew across the street between the park and the townhomes. The object was black with a solid orange light. I would guess it to be large in size. There was no sound coming from the object. It moved erratically smooth like nothing I have ever seen in the sky before. I then followed the object Southeast on Connemara Trail in Rosemount, MN, for about a mile. The object stopped and hovered above the fire station and water-tower. The object then took off again moving much faster heading South until it went up into the clouds. As I headed East on County Rd 42, towards hwy 52, I noticed 2 large helicopters fly over. One circled from the oil refinery towards the airport. At 11:30 pm on my way home I started seeing lights and flashes I thought it might be heat lightning but then I saw two formations of fighter jets I was amazed to find it only happening in one spot I saw wierd shadow in clouds, but talked only to my girlfriend I realized it but thought to my self I was seeing things but I read today Lithuania had same occurrence so I am deciding to post this. The witness reported over the telephone that the event began at 10:30 p.m., and that he saw something similar at 11:30 p.m., when he was standing at a bus stop. PD

Sighting began with two lights flashing, similar to commercial aircraft lights in size and brightness but not in that kind of repeating pattern. One light was brighter than other as if facing opposite, then a large light came on between the other strobe type lights, dim then brighter in a matter of seconds and seemed to illuminate bottom of large ship ... wish I had another way to describe it but honestly similar to what we have seen in Star Trek stuff. Big light went off and smaller lights came on, as noted, inconsistent flashing so not same as commercial plane. Big light came on again, several times, illuminating underside of large ship or craft. This was at high elevation, guessing edge of atmosphere because many commercial planes fly thru that space of sky, guessing Phoenix to Chicago route, and this was higher than those flights, which occur dozens per night and I have watched them 100s of times over 10 years now from a clear sky area out in desert near City of Rocks State Park. The only portion of sky where these lights were seen was about the distance of sky that is relative to little finger tip to thumb tip when holding hand out at arms length towards the sky, almost vertical. I thought perhaps a hot air ballon but why did it turn lights on and then off especially when near an area of heavy commercial traffic as well as the Grant County Airport, and I say hot air balloon because of the speed being much slower than the many, many commercial airlines flights I have seen through that area of sky, so I have much to compare these lights to and they were absolutely not ordinary air traffic. I am a Mechanical Engineer, raised in a farming and logging family that was basically Amish. Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD

In the summer of 2017, I was driving south on Collins Street in Joliet, Illinois and was approaching the intersection of Cass Street where I had planned to turn westbound. It was a fairly clear, sunny, cloudless day around 2:00 pm in the afternoon. I looked in the sky above Collins Street. About 2 blocks down, I saw a large white cube in the sky just hovering over Collins Street. As there was no good frame of reference it was difficult to say how high in the sky it was, but I would guess about 100 feet or so. It was also difficult to say how large it was, but it appeared to me to be about the size of a 2 or 3 story building and was a perfect cube in shape. I wondered if this was some kind of reflection or other issue, maybe regarding the windshield. So, I turned my head various directions and looked through different parts of the windshield to see if the cube changed in size, shape or location. It did not. The cube stayed in the sky at the same location, so I am fairly sure it had nothing to do with that. It just hovered there. As I turned onto Cass at the intersection the cube just disappeared. Even though I have looked for it in that location since that day, I have never seen it again.

We were on our way home from the Morongo Casino and headed east on cactus street, it was dark outside and no cars were out there. I was looking out the front windshield and looked up and seen a long strip of light. It looked something like a jet when they turn on the rockets, but it was going up and all of a sudden it started to dash down. Then all of a sudden, it just disappeared in mid air. I asked my dad did he see it, he said he was watching the road.

I noticed some nifty looking clouds that were brighter then others so I got my smartphone out to record them. Approximately 37 seconds into recording the sky, this bright blue blob that resembled a doughnut shape appeared out of thin air, above me to the left, of where I was shooting. It flashed several bright colors ranging from light blue to indigo as it wobbled across the sky blinking in and out sight untill it instantly vanished out of the atmosphere. I went through the recording many times in slow motion and took screen shots from my phone of this thing. I can attach the video clip of this and/or pictures I extracted from the video. It was strange because I continued recording (atleast I thought) but the video abruptly shut off like 10 seconds after it first appeared. It was almost 2 years ago but I remember clearly it was small, but extremely bright. It looked like a light blue ball of plasma with a dark blue center in the middle (like a doughnut)

Saw a galactic craft on my way down the mountain enroute to Lihue from Wailua Homesteads. After you pass Opaekaa Falls, there's an expansive view of the ocean out to the horizon on your right. It was from there I saw the ship floating along. It was mimicking a commercial jet with a tail, wings and fuselage. No logos, very ethereal, shiny with a large Sun glint radiating off its side flying against a pale blue sky. As I watched, it suddenly disappeared.

Was in my back yard last night around 10:45 and saw a far-off object and just kept my eye on it because I thought it might be a satellite and wanted to watch it go by. It was going really fast, faster than the satellites and faster than the airplanes that come by my home. It also was much lower than a satellite or plane. Looked for blinking lights on an airplane and there were none. As it came within clear view, my mouth dropped open – it was a glowing greenish yellow and I immediately thought about the glowsticks that kids use at Halloween. The shape was really odd, not seemingly aerodynamic at all - it was rounded and I feel like it had two rounded parts hooked together – not discs though. It was completely silent and very big and much lower in the sky than even the small airplanes. I took two steps out further into my yard when it got the closest to me so I wouldn’t lose sight of it as it went by… and it disappeared. Either the lights went completely dark or it actually disappeared. Never have seen anything like this before – I just stood there with my mouth open.

My wife and her mother and I are witnessing an anomaly high up in space around the area that you would normally see the sun go down if watching from Collingwood, Ontario , Canada. It's an orangeish 3 dots that look like they are constantly blinking and morphing into 1light and then back to three lights. We all believe that it has been moving irradicly unlike anything we know of man made.

At 9:55 pm was chasing with friend when I seen this really large low flying kinda fireball, said check it out friend turned around and said wow what the heck is that it looked like a wide fuselodge that was covered in fire however the middle back of object was glowing greenish blue looked like fuel of some sort it was coming from the south along foothills heading north out eight to ten seconds, was flying pretty low and was no sound, several seconds later a regular small jet flew same direction but more toward Seattle watched it awhile could here it and the object was at around same height but could see there lights and here it!!

Flat, ribbon-like shape. Approximately 12'X8'. Black figure-8 shape in the western sky, heading north-west, twisting, turning, and flipping, moving upwards until it was too high to see with naked eye. Black ribbon estimated to be 3' in width. Held its flat (and horizontal) figure-8 shape the entire time, flipping on its back and then turning over again multiple times. The front loop of the figure-8 was a bit larger than the rear loop, consistently. ...Never seen anything like this before. Very strange. No sound. Clear skies.

it was at approx. 2000 ft., traveling west to east-object was glowing a gold color. It was changing into other shapes as it moved through the sky.at first i thought it was a canopy-(parachute) not a parachute. as it got closer to me-1500 feet i began to see it cycling between different shapes-it seemed to jump along-instead of traveling in a straight line. i was almost terrified, as i have never witnessed anything similar. i am a private pilot-+4000 hours-w/instrument rating. as it came to be parallel with old Norton AFB it turned toward the base.-airport.disappeared over the airport.

I'm driving on route 4 away from Portsmouth at about 10:00 at night. There's only one other car on the road and it's in front of mine. We get right up to wagon hill farm when the guy in front of me slams on the brakes. I'm looking around trying to figure out why and I don't see anything. Then I look up, and see it. It was some kind of aircraft hovering mid air right above the trees just in front of the car in front of me. It had bright white lights coming from the bottom of it, but because of the angle and how dark it was, it was difficult to determine its shape. I could tell it was larger than the car in front of me, and mine as well. It stayed hovering there for about 10-15 seconds and then it took off. Hi I was looking out of my window, when I noticed something in the corner of my eye, so I grabbed my phone and started to record what looked like a set of wings, then my friend was looking through the binoculars, so I have a look through and all I can say it was a man with wings just gliding it was mad all black apart from the back it had a bright rectangle light on the back I didn't get that on film

I was driving home and in the sky was 2 really bright lights, all the other stars were dull compared to these 2 lights. What was odd about them was that they were parallel for the entire time I saw them. That was strange and all but what really set me off was that one minute they were in front of the car to the right side. The next moment they zoomed to the back left of my car were their was a elementary school. It really peaked my curiosity so I decided to pull over and take my binoculars out of my trunk to take a closer look. I saw that the light was actually 5 lights really close together and they looked to have formed what looked to be a rocket like shape. It was getting late and I had to get to bed because I had an early day, so I left. For all I know, they're still there.

It was a very clear night. I was on the 11th street bridge, watching the night sky, I began walking down Dock Street towards the Museum of Glass, when I saw a bright White/Blue light. The object looked to be like two triangles of light connected and waved side to side hundreds of feet at a time. It was "swimming through the sky" It was distorted all around it almost like gravity was being distorted and pulled around it. I thought it was plane as this is a common route for planes heading to Sea Tac. It was completely quite the object headed north to almost the horizon line and stopped. It then descended straight down. I captured just a blip on my phone but the fact that it even showed up on my iPhone was impressive. I have no idea what this was, it was way too low to be a satellite and was not a plane. It looked man made, but was hard to see with the distortion and light. It was definitely solid and seemed to be like an arrow head made of two triangles. It was traveling extremely fast and I estimated at about 10,000 feet. I would love to hear if anyone else saw this! There were helicopters in the area I am not sure if they were chasing it or not due to the high traffic.

July 23, 2017. I went to take photos of the milky way at the St. Croix River canoe landing in St. Croix, New Brunswick, at about 11pm (Atlantic time). I set up my camera, and had taken a few shots at f3.5, 25 seconds, iso2500. I just happened to turn to the right and saw this very very bright object in the sky over head. If I had to measure it with my fingers, I would say it was about 1 1/2 inch by 1/2inch. I am just guessing now as it happened so fast. I have never seen anything that bright in the sky. It was crescent shape with a small extension in the middle of the back side. I tried to get my camera off of the tripod and change my settings, but could not see very well . I had a flashlight and tried to get it set, but the object was moving fast and it was almost gone. I switched my camera to movie mode and took a couple of shots. I couldn’t tell were I was shooting as I couldn’t see very well on my screen. I had live view on, but my lens was at 18mm so everything looked small. When I got home, I downloaded my photos and looked to see if I had got it. There was only a small dot, but when you scrolled it bigger it looked like a long wire of light. They is not very good but if you want them, you can have them. Please note that the postal code I put in may or may not be correct. I was at a canoe landing and there is no postal code that I know of. I am 79 years old, retired. I do photography, painting and woodcrafts. I do not drink or smoke or pop pills. ((name deleted))

All in all what struck me the most was how slow and steady it was going which is something I never expected. It was as if it was doing a Victory lap or trying to be seen.
