The report, as filed
It was a very clear night. I was on the 11th street bridge, watching the night sky, I began walking down Dock Street towards the Museum of Glass, when I saw a bright White/Blue light. The object looked to be like two triangles of light connected and waved side to side hundreds of feet at a time. It was "swimming through the sky" It was distorted all around it almost like gravity was being distorted and pulled around it. I thought it was plane as this is a common route for planes heading to Sea Tac. It was completely quite the object headed north to almost the horizon line and stopped. It then descended straight down. I captured just a blip on my phone but the fact that it even showed up on my iPhone was impressive. I have no idea what this was, it was way too low to be a satellite and was not a plane. It looked man made, but was hard to see with the distortion and light. It was definitely solid and seemed to be like an arrow head made of two triangles. It was traveling extremely fast and I estimated at about 10,000 feet. I would love to hear if anyone else saw this! There were helicopters in the area I am not sure if they were chasing it or not due to the high traffic.

I was sitting on the balcony of a 3rd story apartment, watching stars and planes. I noticed some gentle movement in my peripheral. I had to focus a bit on what I was seeing. Five to six round, equally sized orbs/circles were gently descending. Their movement seemed gradual. They seemed almost transparent at first, and I struggled to trust whether I was seeing anything at all. Perhaps a slight grey outline to each orb. They almost reminded me of a necklace in that they seemed to be unified in the way they were moving. As I saw it, the space between each was less than the size of one orb. And I the space in between seemed to be closing as they descended. The ends of the “necklace” were wiggling the most. The formation passed out of view, blocked by my roof. It felt that they had passed over my three-story apartment. If so, these were small orbs, perhaps less than five feet in diameter. But perhaps my depth perception was off. It took me perhaps a minute to stand up and move so that I could peer into the direction they went. I had felt fear. I also want to be upfront that I have been reading a lot about UFOs and feel that I am perhaps in a suggest-able state.

I saw a "bright light", from East to west flying straight, faster than any movie. It appeared to be under its own power, no noise, but with the speed it had, AND going straight, AND low, right over my head, I knew I'd seen a UFO. I was thinking, no one can ever question it now, we have company!

My buddy and I we’re leaving the gym at night when I looked at the moon. I noticed a flashing light next to the moon. It was twinkling like a star, but it was too bright, and then too dark to be a star. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Possible]

This is now our fourth time seeing these orbs hovering, fading, multiplying and disappearing with no sound and so damn quickly northeast over the puget sound. They come around the time frame of 8:30-10pm at the same location. Have multiple videos.

We were watching neighbors shoot fire works when we looked over our fence and say a round object hovering. It had a white light with a green blinking light. It would then be solid red, then the red light would turn off and it would become green and disappear and reappear in a different spot it would move erratically and sometimes it would stay solid and not move. About 5-7 min later it turned red and disappeared.
