...not able to speak. I was trying to wake up my brother and my boyfriend but I was not able to move or speak. I was completely sober and scared to death and just waiting for the thing to go away. I don't know how much time went by but it seemed like an eternity. I don't remember falling asleep but I woke up the next morning and spoke to my brother and boyfriend about this and I have never forgotten.

Was sitting outside with friends. An bright orange orb appeared high above us. It was still for a couple seconds before moving east. We watched as it moved across the sky a vanished in the same way it appeared.

Traveling south bound on CR 13 near intersection of CR 36 in Weld County. My wife was driving and I was front seat passenger. Our adult daughter was in backseat with toddler granddaughter. We noticed an extremely bright light directly parallel to us to the east. It was around 1/2 mile away and approximately 500-1000’ ft above ground. The lights had a strobe type effect because of the brightness and were traveling northbound around 1/4 mile per second. There were a total of 4 lights/clicks. Anyone up around 11:30-11:40PM on Saturday night would not have missed this. Have not ever experienced anything like this and we all three looked at each other wondering what we just witnessed.

Large sustained flash of light over us phased out after nearly 10 seconds and reduced to a pinpoint of light. After some moments we noticed several points of light moving toward where the original light flare had occurred.

Was on my 9th floor balcony at around 9:30 PM on July 22, 2023. As I looked up, I saw some craft with 3 blinking lights on the bottom. The blink frequency was around 1 second or less. The colors were red, and either blue and white or both white, and they were very bright. Since it was dark, I could not make out the shape too well, but the blinking lights lit the craft up enough I could tell there were no wings and it seemed triangular with maybe a dome on top. I say a triangular shape because the three lights appeared to be in a triangular pattern. I could tell this was flying fairly low, and I heard no noise at all coming from it. I watched it for about 10 seconds when it suddenly changed direction by 90 degrees and headed in the direction of State College. I watched it for another minute or so until it vanished over the horizon. I had a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach that this was not something I've ever seen before. There may be a terrestrial explanation for it though. I did have my camera with me, but I was so enthralled by watching it, I forgot to get any pictures at first. By the time I thought of it, it was far enough away I didn't think it was worth taking.

I was floating in the resort pool at night, and saw flying in the sky: (1) small craft, looks like a drone, blinking light, not flying very fast, heading toward the gulf. Suddenly, it disappears, then reappears about fifty feet to the side. This is what startled me. I would assume this was drone, but it just "zig-zagged", moving faster than light for a split second before reappearing, slightly skewed from its original trajectory. It did this a couple more times before it was out of sight. About 10 minutes later I see (2) more of the SAME craft, flying next to each other. These DO NOT "zig zag fly" --- they fly in straight line, in a pair, toward the gulf. I start to believe these are just drones again, but then I remember how the other "zig-zagged" and I don't know what to think. I wasn't going to report this, but about 2 weeks later, I am still bothered by it, and I feel compelled to report this for national safety. [NUFORC annotation: Drone - Possible]

While fishing at the lake I seen two planes flying overhead so I thought I would catch them on my I phone, as I zoomed in something flew at great speed past my sight in view at great speed and moved erratically at top of screen and was gone, after looking at the video we seen another object in the picture also. Out fishing on Teo boats, on one of them my friend and his wife, in the other boat, dad, little brother, his friend and my self, as we heading back to shore we noticed what’s it seems to be a boat capsizing, long story short, it was two underwater “lights”, kind of messing with each other and moving very fast for being underwater. Saw a silver (shiny) sphere/ orb moving at very high speed at about 75 feet of altitude over the waters of Bay River heading towards the Pamlico Sound. No sound, very fast, straight line level flight towards the Pamlico sound. Moving from the NW to the SE.

Working for a IF City department, leaving the Maverick on Sunnyside and S Yellowstone walking north to the truck with two other coworkers. I looked up and saw and object and said "what is that?" The other two looked up and saw what I was looking at. It was all white, and round. The underside appeared to be grey maybe due to shadow. The shape to me looked like a somewhat flattened ball. It was maybe 500 feet in the air and headed in a northward direction at a high rate of speed. We watched it until it traveled out of sight to the north. Maybe 10-15 seconds total. It did not make a sound. I immediately pulled out my phone and checked the Flight Radar app and there were no planes in the area. One guy I was with agreed it was a UAP. The other one is very skeptical. Doesn't think it is a UAP, but has no idea what it could have been. If it was that low, we should have heard something. If it was higher than I thought, it was going at an incredible speed. I did not think to try and video it at the time. I wanted to take it all in with my eyes. I don't care if I'm contacted by an investigator, but this is mainly for documentation.

I was driving westbound on I-70 and saw a helicopter heading north. This helicopter was followed by a smaller craft which made rapid changes of direction and speed, circling the helicopter a few times but keeping mostly behind it. The smaller craft first looked oval in shape but became triangular, then back to an oval, and repeated this shift as they headed out of sight. The object was a darker gray, not quite black, easily seen against the partly cloudy sky.

I was sitting on back porch having my morning coffee. Looked over and saw a large silver, shiny, round disc hovering and slowly moving to the right over neighbors house. It was about 620 ft from me, about 40 ft off the ground. It was bigger than a average size house. It made no noise and when I went to grab my phone out of my lap to record, it literally went invisible within a second. It stayed slowly hovering for at least 40 seconds from the time I noticed it to the time I went to grab my phone. I’m freaked out and scared.

July 21 2023 3:30am, My dog was watching something so I looked out the door and saw this orb flying around darting back and forth then it flew up and was gone, July 22 3:36am dog was acting the same, instead of the risk of scaring it off again I watched this object on my surveillance camera from my phone sure enough it was back, I started taking pictures, you can not see through this object and when blown up you can see a slight glow around it.

It was a starless, cloudy night, but a shiny object attracted my attention. With my binoculars, I could see a round object hovering in the sky. It was not moving and I believe it could be there for several hours. it had 2 main big lights surrounded by hundreds of beautiful bright lights. It reminded me of what a city looks like from an airplane. I took pictures.

Au cours de la nuit du 21 au 22 juillet 2023, un résident de L’UNION (31) remarque, depuis son domicile, une lumière rouge vif, immobile, émettant des pulsations lumineuses rouges. Initialement pensée être un avion, il ne prête pas une grande attention et rentre à l'intérieur. Environ quinze minutes plus tard, de retour sur son balcon, il observe à nouveau cette lumière rouge (avec une légère lueur verte également perceptible) toujours immobile. Subitement, la lumière rouge commence à se déplacer vers la gauche, s'immobilise pendant quelques minutes, puis reprend sa course vers la droite. Pendant une période d'environ vingt minutes, la lumière effectue des mouvements de va-et-vient, de gauche à droite, avec, par moments des pauses stationnaires. Le témoin continue d'observer le phénomène de manière ininterrompue pendant une vingtaine de minutes jusqu'à 2 heures, moment où la lumière disparaît en direction du Nord-Ouest vers 2h05.. Le témoin observe le phénomène en continu, pendant une vingtaine de minutes jusqu’à 2h, puis vers 2h05 la lumière disparait direction Nord-Ouest. Aucun autre témoignage ne sera recueilli. La consistance du cas est très bonne, bien qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul témoin. En effet, le témoignage est complet et précis, le PAN a pu être filmé et photographié. L'enquête a révélé que l'observation correspond à celle d'un hélicoptère de gendarmerie (cf. le compte rendu d'enquête). La description du phénomène aérospatial non identifié (PAN) fournie par le témoin présente des similitudes frappantes avec une observation aéronautique : présence de lumières rouge et verte, ainsi qu'un point lumineux clignotant. La trajectoire apparente du PAN, initialement stationnaire avant d'effectuer des mouvements de va-et-vient, soutient fortement la possibilité d'un hélicoptère. Une analyse complète du trafic aérien effectuée par le CNOA confirme que le PAN correspond bel et bien à un hélicoptère de gendarmerie. Une recherche plus poussée sur les rondes effectuées par cet hélicoptère détermine qu’il s’agit d’une intervention de la gendarmerie, suite à un rodéo urbain. Le témoin avait mentionné ne pas avoir identifier d’aéronef via l’application Flightradar24, ce qui est normal car Flightradar 24 ne traçant pas la totalité les aéronefs militaires. Le cas est classé A, observation d’un hélicoptère de gendarmerie. [GEIPAN classification A — Hélicoptère]

I am always outside looking for meteors. About 5 minutes into looking for one, I saw a white flash in the sky looking east, southeast about 20° to 25° up. One white light blinking on the left side of the star in the picture attached then next blink, it was below the star, then next blink, it was on the left side of the star, next blink it was below the star but on the left side. It was like the blinking light was moving around the star as if it was moving in a six square box with the star in the center After a minute or two, looking at this blinking light moving around, I ran inside to get my phone camera and it was gone.

Clear sky lots of stars between 12am and 2am we noticed little white circles flying /hovering across the sky some wear vary notice able others wear behind clouds but going in different directions some we would follow they would go behind clouds and come back out some would be going real fast and sum not so fast there wear a few we would watch and they would disappear vary weird we also saw but completely different their also was a lot of shooting stars tonight unusual wonder if any one else noticed all this it was vary noticeably if you wear star gazing tonight

I am a Captain at a 121 airline. On our way south to Santa Ana around 10:15 I noticed 10 to 15 glowing red lights ahead around 20 to 30 miles SW of LAX in the vicinity of Catalina. It was hard to pinpoint an altitude but we were at 25,000 ft. and they looked almost level with us, possibly lower. The lights seemed to change from red to white. They stayed illuminated for a few minutes then disappeared. They re-illuminated a few minutes later what seemed like a couple miles west of the original position then disappeared again as we got closer. Other airlines reported seeing them as well as multiple people talking about them on the emergency frequency 121.5. After doing some research online, it's possible they were military flares but not 100% sure. [NUFORC annotation: Flares - Possible]
