Parkville, KS

Driving south bound on i435, between Platte county and wolcott, I saw about 9-10 hovering objects with about a mile between each one. They were very low, hovering just about the height of the trees in the area. Each had very bright unblinking white lights and fainter red and green blinking lights. No movement and no noise.

Kent, WA

This bright pale green light was seen travelling east to west while driving south (although facing west) on highway 167 in Kent, WA. The precise location was approximately 1/2 mile south of the ball glass factory, between the 84th street and Willis street exits. This bright light flew overhead for only 2 or 3 seconds. The object may have been cone or triangle shaped, but this shape may have been a short fanning trail. Both passengers in the car saw the same object at the same time. We speculate it could have been a 120mph drone because it passed us in 2 seconds while we were travelling 65mph. Observer 1 is a industrial repair technician, US born, baptist religion. Observer 2 is a nurse, filipino, baptist religion.

Seymour, IN

While traveling down hwy 50 from Seymour Indiana to Muscatatuck urban training center, a light caught my eye from the vehicle I was traveling in as the front seat passenger. I immediately turned my head to the right and saw 4 lights equally spaced together and a 5th light spaced twice the distance apart as the first 4 lights traveling horizontally, parallel to the roadway we were traveling moving in the same direction as we were, west to east. They were traveling at a constant speed of an estimated 150 to 200 mph judging by our speed of 60 mph. It was still dark outside and no size or shape of the object that the lights were attached was noted. No navigation, running, or landing lights were seen. No indication of wings were noted. The objects then disappeared behind trees and were not seen again. The weather conditions were cold, dry with a cloud cover preventing any stars or the moon to be seen. It was estimated that the object was at approximately 1000 feet in altitude and approximately 1 mile in distance from our vehicle. The lights were bright but no more than a vehicle high beams with a yellowish tint. The object was moving in the same direction as us so it wasn’t confused with the reflection of an oncoming vehicle. No noises were noted coming from the vehicle. Our vehicle windows were up however. No exhaust or trail was noted. I am fine with being contacted by an investigator if desired by NUFORC.

Saw it as I was exiting SB Highway 280 in San Jose at Bird Ave. I was driving and tried to keep an eye on it as it was moving...south east. I wanted to be able to pull over and record it. I did, but my eyes lost sight of it, when my iphone was capturing it. It's not great video and is likely nothing.

I awoke early morning of Sunday, April 23, to use the restroom. While walking to my bathroom a very bright light outside the window occurred, followed by a sharp sport light being directed by something from above my home. When done using the restroom, upon returning to my bed the same sequence of lights lectured from outside my window on the other side of the house. Very bright, coming from above, and certainly being directed by someone or something. I live in a rural part of the country outside Ramona, it is very dark and certainly was not car lights or something else. I was quite frightened and was not about to go outside and investigate as I am not armed or ability to protect myself. It was as if, something was trying to lure me outside. This was not a natural phenomenon, the light was extremely bright, intentional and being directed. I am even days later, contemplating what this was and from whom. I know in my heart these lights came from above, and from a UFO, which was completely silent as my window was open. Scary to say the least, and waking up all hours of the night these days wondering if it or they will return. I retn a room in this house in Ramona and will be returning to my residence in WA the end of June.

Lights flashing, white and red. no sound. Attached video is one of a few visits we had that night. There was also other signs of paranormal activity. Many organized single lights moving at same time with other lights. As the lights descend, (you can see a glow behind the light if focused on it long enough to pick up the details), there's a breeze that is created, then the trees start to straighten out, stretch to the sky, like a form of ani-gravity being created. The craft appeared a dull finish of silver. No windows, front tube shaped went back to a fan tailed flat shape at the back. No vertical tail. There was no noise, The sun was to the right and the sky was full blue. The craft was easily seen and didn't seem to reflect the sun, It was easy to see the shape of it. As it flew off towards the north west I could see that the rear had two darker areas on either side. Didn't see any sign of panels or seams. It was all very smooth. It looked like it was climbing in elevation as it flew off and got far enough away until it disappeared. At first sight it might have been a couple hundred feet off the ground. I'm guessing it to be 75 to 100 ft long.

When my daughter(who was 4 years old at the time) and I got out of the car, I started to get the clothes out to take them inside the laundromat. My daughter yelled "look mommy a shooting star", and I looked up at the sky to see what she was talking about. Once I started looking at what she thought was a star, indeed it was shooting up like a shooting star, but then it just stopped moving and started having this green glow pulsating around it. I instantly took my phone out and started recording. I recorded for about 2-3mins, and during this time the object had changed colors, did circles in the sky, and it would go back and forth from a very bright light to a very dark spot in the sky. It even changed shapes while it was flying(circle object to a long rectangular object then back to a circle).

On the evening of 4/12/23, I was shooting stock night footage of Seattle for my drone company. I had not looked over all the full resolution videos on my PC until last night, 4/16. Upon watching one of the videos, I saw what looked like a rocket powered aircraft or missile in the sky above Seattle. I played the video back multiple times and could not rule it as lens flare since the light source in the video had a definitive tail that did not change direction as the camera panned the cityscape. I reviewed the evening flight traffic using https://www.flightradar24.com/ at the specific time I was filming, which the plane traffic matched my clip, but zero westbound flights are in view on the map. In the attached video clip, the object enters frame from the left (east) moving right (west) at a high rate of speed. The aircraft traveling towards the camera are going north, at approximate speeds of 300+ mph, per flightradar24 records of those flights at those locations. If you feel this clip is worth investigating, I have a higher quality original video directly from the camera that has not been compressed for upload.

Prescott Valley, AZ

I was in my backyard at about 1:45 AM with my dog and I always look up at the stars to find certain constellations, the moon, shooting stars, etc. This time I noticed what I first assumed was a helicopter hovering in the western sky. But it was much higher up than helicopters usually are and seemed too big to be a helicopter and there was no sound coming from it. I could not really tell the shape of the craft because it was dark out. I could only see the lights, some of which were blinking. There were at least 3 lights, white, blue and red which made me think it was a law enforcement helicopter but again, too big and too high. I watched it for about 30 seconds to a minute and then turned to go back inside my house, then looked back and it was gone. I had looked away for exactly 5 seconds because I have a trail camera set up on my patio to take 10 second videos of wildlife triggered by a motion detector and it captured videos of me and my dog while we were in the yard. So I can see exactly how long it was from when I looked away to when I looked back and couldn't see the object anymore. I don't know if flew off at a high rate of speed or simply turned off its lights. If I had to guess at the shape of the object I would say it looked cylindrical like the body of a large commercial jet without the wings. I can only go by the lights which were at different heights and beside each other which suggests the craft had width and height. It was too far away to judge the depth so it could have been disc shaped. The lights did not shift with regards to each other so they were all in fixed position on a single object. From where I was standing in my backyard the object was in the western sky above the hill known as Glassford Hill but I really don't know if it was directly over the hill or farther west over Prescott. I don't know how long it was there before I noticed it, but I only watched it for about a minute, then looked away for 5 seconds, then looked back and it was gone. It was clear night sky and I could see all the usual stars and constellations, no clouds. I do recall hearing a brief distant roar that I thought was a jet of some sort but it was too brief and did not coincide with the sighting of the object. But I remember that sound puzzled me as well and I just thought I would mention it. I don't know if it had anything to do with this object or not. My memory of the sound is not as clear as the craft sighting memory. I believe I heard the roar a bit before noticing the object.

Night of Tuesday 4/11, early morning Wednesday 4/12 (Clear night after the first very warm day of the spring here. Very little cloud cover; clear enough that several stars were visible throughout the night. I have tall windows and can see a great deal of open sky, looking north mostly across a large parking lot, with my view of the sky blocked only by one other building, a few trees, and the foothills off to the west.) At approximately 1:20am, while seated at my desk in front of my north-facing, third-floor window in North Boulder, a bright spot of white light caught my eye. Fairly high in the sky, it lasted for about five seconds before moving straight horizontally to the right (a short distance from my vantage point), with the light dissipating as it moved until it faded out completely within the span of about a second. Light was much brighter than any other object in the sky at the time. (Throughout the night, small planes were visible periodically.) Very hard to discern distance. Roughly 10 minutes later, I saw the same thing again, lower down in the sky. Similarly bright, it repeated the pattern, staying stationary for a moment and then fading out quickly as it began to move horizontally (this time to the left). Like the first time, this was so brief that I didn’t have time to try to capture any images or video. Another ~10 minutes later, this happened a third time, even lower down (barely above the line of trees and buildings across the long parking lot I face out of my window). Same level of brightness, still impossible to discern distance. This time it disappeared to the right and my line of sight was broken by trees and buildings. Unlike the previous times, a few seconds after it disappeared I clocked another source of light that seemed to have just appeared. This was the next phase: 1:42am: A faint but distinct light was apparent on the right side of my field of view, much dimmer than the previous three lights, roughly as bright as a star in my perception. I immediately noticed that it was moving upwards and to the right, relatively slowly. My first thought was that it was an airplane, but it was an unblinking white light so this seemed unlikely. My next thought was either a helicopter or a drone, until about five-ten seconds into my observation of its flight, at which point it took a sudden, V-shaped turn back down and to the left. My hackles were already raised from the oddness of the previous lights but this motion struck me as very unusual and I was a little alarmed. (I have a time stamp for this moment because I attempted to take a video of the sky but had no luck; there’s some light pollution from the neighboring buildings and parking lots and my iPhone SE struggled to capture anything as dim as this light.) The object continued to move over a fairly large area of the sky, still staying to the right end of my view (thus north-northeast from me), for approximately the next 10 minutes. Its motion varied considerably and struck me as odd at several different times, alternating between different kinds of patterns: - It would move slowly, straight in one direction or arcing slightly, coming to a stop occasionally - It would move in a way that reminded me of an insect, which is to say flying in meandering, looping motions, or bobbing up and down. Sometimes the loops were tight and fast, sometimes slower and stretched out over more space - It would move in more jagged patterns that reminded me of the way you might play with a laser pointer or scribble to test a pen: fast swooping motions alternating with turns on tight, acute angles as it switched directions, albeit performed much more slowly. Turns were often very acute and seemed to take no effort at all; it seemed to be able to switch direction more or less instantaneously with no concern for momentum - It would move in fits and starts, moving jerkily, quickly and then slowly, between stops - It would make repeated “bouncing” movements, either moving quickly right and left or up and down ~2:00am: After nearly 20 minutes of this unusual movement, the object took a swooping turn and started moving left (west). This started at a normal speed (relative to what I'd observed), and then it accelerated over the course of about a second before moving extremely quickly off to the left and out of my line of sight. I cannot overemphasize the speed that I’m talking about - until this point, it still seemed plausible to me that this might be a commercial drone despite the odd angles of its movement, but this was unbelievably fast - it shot off at a speed that no drone I’m familiar with could plausibly hit, let alone that quickly. This was so unusual that I had a strong visceral reaction to it. 2:02am: I quickly scanned the sky once it disappeared out of view and almost immediately took notice of another object in a slightly different part of the sky (higher up and due north from me rather than north-northeast) - it was of identical brightness to the previous object as far as I could discern and it occurred to me that it was likely the same object, but there’s no way to say for certain. (I have a precise time stamp here because I began to record another video, also fruitless visually, but in which I narrate back the events of the past hour, which has helped me put together a timeline.) About thirty seconds into my observation, an extremely bright object flashed through the sky, to the left of this object, going north - this looked instinctively like a shooting star, which it may have been, but it appeared significantly lower and closer than shooting stars I’ve seen previously in the area. I perceived red/blue light around it in the brief moment I could see it. The main object was still there, and this began a very long phase in which it stayed there until the sun came up. To reiterate before this next phase: I proceeded to observe this object (which may or may not have been the same one that zoomed off) from at least 2:02am until roughly 5:40am, unbroken except for my occasional, hasty trips to the bathroom or for more water. It was in the same area of the sky, moving on a smaller scale than the object I'd seen previously, for at least three and a half hours. 2:03am - 5:05am: I’m going to summarize the events of these few hours with highlights but without precise time stamps; at some point I stopped recording videos, having had no luck, and stopped recording voice memos as what I was observing became somewhat repetitive (with notable exceptions). For the entirety of this chunk of time, the object moved in the same assortment of patterns that I’ve described above from the previous (possibly same) object: swooping turns; tight, angular turns; tight loops; bouncing back and forth or up and down. This covered a smaller area of the sky - it’s impossible to say if it was covering similar distances and was simply further away, as the brightness appeared to be the same but I have no frame of reference for the distance. Notable things in this period: - At one point there were two other, brighter objects visible towards the bottom right of my field of view. These were not quite as bright as the lights I saw at the beginning of the night but were closer to the brightness of those than to the relative dimness of the main object I was tracking. I did not see these move erratically so it’s entirely possible that these were in fact drones or something mundane, but their brightness struck me as unusual. One light reappeared multiple times and then a second appeared with it on one occasion, the two of them moving seemingly at the same speed and in parallel locked trajectories until they left my FOV. At another point I did perceive another object of similar brightness and type of movement to the main object, further to the left of my FOV (north-northwest), which moved across the sky to the right of the main object before I lost track of it visually. Initially I thought I was observing a satellite orbiting the earth until I realized this object was flickering and changing colors. It varied between blue, green, purple, red and white. It was completely silent but moved slowly up and down in the sky. Also appeared to have a tail that was glowing as well. Could be a drone but it was very high up and could still be observed after 45 minutes of watching. [NUFORC annotation: Drone - Possible]

Was driving and this stationary bright light was just there for so long. Parked at a beach that seemed closer and it was still there. Almost looked like it was over the water, but you could see the other side of the water where another town was & we don't know. It was confusing. Didn't move at all, if any movement it looked as though it was almost lightly lightly hovering in a counterclockwise circle ⃔up then back down and up but micro movement to the naked eye if any. Tried to take a video it was so hard to get it to focus. Almost looked like the light was diffracting from a triangle like shaped object. We are still mad confused, it didn't leave and eventually we left and went home. It wasn't Sirius or Venus, or any plane we saw planes flying around and the object was a much larger light in comparison but also looked much lower than where the planes were. I don't think the object was actually that big, but that it was lower and therefore looked bigger than the plane lights. Could have been nothing but it felt like it was something, I was so confused why no one else was sussed out. It was a beautiful night as well and you could see all the stars, but there was a bit of haze where the object was so not all the constellations could be seen to the naked eye but planes and the object itself were clearly visible. I was at a park with my boyfriend and snapped 4 photos within 1 minute. Later when I was in the car comparing which was the least blurry to post, I discovered an image of a flying object over the empire state building. There weren't any planes in the area at this time, and no possible way for one to show up within seconds between these pictures.

It looked segmented, very flashy at the top, as it randomly had the sun flashing off of it. 2 segments aligned vertically, possibly connected by a piece not visible to the eye or camera. It didn't strike us as a balloon, since the top looked solid, and sometimes the top looked round, others it looked elongated like the bottom segment. Highly reflective. There were planes around, though they didn't appear to have any interest in this object. It coasted along slowly, apparently really high in the sky - but still below the clouds, as it was visible even when overlapping with the clouds themselves. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

I was driving at tesson ferry and reavis road 63123 and reavis road when I looked up and saw 3 bright star looking objects but mich brighter than stars. When I turned I pulled over to get a better view with 2 other men at the gas station who were outside watching the flying objects. 2 other people saw them that were driving In a. Jeep. 3 crafts that had blinking lights red and blue under them. They seemed to stop in the sky line up all 3 diagonally stand still. Then move all different directions and continued to slowly fly in different directions after that. We heard no noise.

Sherrills Ford, NC

We were on our deck waiting for the ISS to fly by about 850pm. We spotted an object flying west with two green blinking lights. The lights did not blink in a consistant pattern. No noise. The object csme to an abrupt stop. It stayed stationary as the ISS flew by then reversed course and flew east. I am a commercial pilot so I know it was not a plane or helecopter. It may have bern a drone but it was very high.

Walking down the dark walkway extended into the ocean we immediately noted 5 blue orb like objects flying almost what looked to be in a formation. No sound was heard. Seems to be fairly distant. Intially thought they were stars but noted they were all rapidly moving away from the island and westward as the first 2 slowly dimmed as if they were flying away from the island. What also caught our attention what the 3rd and 4th objects rapidly dropped and regained altitude and approached each other while following the first 2 and the 5th following behind without changes in its altitude. Initially none of them changed their flight allttiude and seemed to go straight across the sky. The colour a light blue for all 5 and very bright and gradually dimmed as they made their way southwest. We saw multiple aircraft taking off and landing from Honolulu airport- they all had beacons and very bright lights when approaching the airport or taking off, none of which looked like these objects. These objects did not flicker like flares.

Presumed to be barbell shaped with two round /semi round spheres. It was heading in a northerly direction. No lights, or noise and at a height I would assume roughly 500ft, slightly above the horizon. I was able to view for 10 seconds before my view was obstructed by trees. I work for an aircraft manufacturer and view different size aircraft at different heights on a daily basis. Nothing I can compare to.

Bright light. Looked like a star flying low horizontally had red fire trail behind them the trail disappeared. Traveled a little bit longer and disappeared right in front of me! Clear sky no clouds or trees blocking view. No flashing lights at all and I watched for 2-3 minutes. Way slower then shooting stars and fast then a plane. As soon as it disappears I hear on my house or very close by several owls start hooting and making so much noise my dog got spooked and ran inside!

Thought it was a chinook or C17 so large it looked like it wasn’t moving. Thought maybe it was drill weekend. Got to VA hospital took picture it went flat turned diagonal and disappeared (when we were driving by the base there were two military police squads one car one truck at least 5-6 police that seemed to be looking at it) We we’re pointed west in the VA parking lot looking north northwest
