The report, as filed
Initially I thought I was observing a satellite orbiting the earth until I realized this object was flickering and changing colors. It varied between blue, green, purple, red and white. It was completely silent but moved slowly up and down in the sky. Also appeared to have a tail that was glowing as well. Could be a drone but it was very high up and could still be observed after 45 minutes of watching. [NUFORC annotation: Drone - Possible]
