On September 13th at around 3:28 pm I witnessed 2 ufo as a flock of white doves flew around the cemetery. I took out my phone and caught them on video.

Le 11 septembre 2021 à 00h45, un témoin, depuis son appartement situé au 3ème étage à Nice (06), observe PAN très lumineux et immobile à la cime des arbres, en direction de la colline du Castellet à Villefranche-sur-Mer. Le témoin procède à une observation visuelle et prend des photographies du PAN, puis interrompt son observation à 01h45. Une autre personne présente ce soir-là rapportera avoir observé le PAN toujours présent à 4 heures du matin. Cependant, cette personne choisira de ne pas témoigner. Selon les critères du Geipan, la consistance de ce témoignage est excellente. Le témoin a réalisé des photographies du PAN et a déroulé sa propre enquête, ce qui a permis d’établir avec précision l’axe d’observation et la position du PAN, au-dessus d’une villa locative. Nous avons démontré au fil de l’enquête (cf. le compte rendu d'enquête) que le principal témoin a probablement observé de puissants projecteurs montés sur un mât pour éclairer les lieux. Cette conclusion s’appuie sur les éléments suivants : - apparence similaire à celle d’un ou plusieurs projecteurs de chantier montés sur un mât télescopique ou hydraulique. - luminosité très forte (type projecteurs de chantier). - phénomène observé près du sol, les mesures et calculs déterminent qu’ils se trouvait à environ 10/15 m du sol. - le PAN n’a pas changé d’aspect et est resté immobile pendant une longue durée d’observation - des mesures précises réalisées par le témoin et confirmées par l’enquête démontrent que le PAN se situe au-dessus d’une villa, habituellement louée par les propriétaires. Dans le jardin, un espace dégagé et plat offre des conditions idéales pour installer un mât télescopique, positionné directement dans l'axe d'observation. -observation faite la nuit d'un samedi à un dimanche, moment propice à un évènement festif. Nous n’avons, cependant, pas trouvé de trace d’évènement festif dans cette propriété à la date de l’observation. Aucun autre témoignage n’a été rapporté, le voisinage pouvant être familier de ces évènements festifs occasionnels. I woke up and went outside to smoke a cigarette. As I was standing at my back door facing west looking north west and yawned. When I opened my eyes from my yawn at the same time looked south west. I see a bright white ball of light moving from east to west fast, and curved a little north. I caught the end of it when It caught my eye. It was quick and brighter than a star. No streaking or trail. It didn’t light up the area around it or anything like that. There was no sound. I lost it over the house that were in front of me facing my back door. I was upset I was to busy yawning to pay attention to the sky usually I keep my eyes up but i was tired.

Bright amber light estimated to be about 20 or 30 feet in diameter. Appeared to be hovering then moved slowly Southeast into a thick cloud. No camera available. There may have been 3 or 4 amber colored beams emitted from the large round amber light.

My grandmother was 13 and her sister 11, they were out in a Feild outside of their tiny village when the noticed a bright light approaching them. The light stopped over head low in the sky about 100feet off the ground. My grandmother said they were hit with the light and woke up an instant after. Terrified the ran home where they found that the village had been searching for them and that they had been missing for hours. My grandmother and great aunt would have reoccurring dreams of laying on an operating table with tall big headed humanoid creatures preforming different medical procedures on them. She described big oval heads large black eyes and small mouths. She had the nightmares untill the day she died. My aunt also had the same dreams up until the day she died (God rest their souls) when she would tell us the story it was always a hassle to get her to open up about it, she always cried and always got to a state of panic and would stop.

Dans la nuit du 4 au 5 septembre 2021, entre 23h50 et 00h40 environ, dans un jardin, deux personnes observent dans le ciel, le déplacement d’un point lumineux suivi d’une centaine d’autres. Leur trajectoire est toujours identique : en ligne droite jusqu’au zénith des témoins, puis un virage. Un seul témoignage sera recueilli. Selon les critères du Geipan, d’étrangeté faible et de bonne consistance (deux témoins, mais un témoignage unique, photos du PAN), ce cas s’avère être une méprise avec des ballons LED lâchés à l’occasion d’un mariage (cf. le compte rendu d'enquête). L’aspect visuel du PAN sur les photos évoque fortement un groupe de ballons lumineux volant conjointement. L’hypothèse explicative est d’autant plus plausible que l’observation a eu lieu un samedi soir aux alentours de minuit, horaire traditionnel de lancer de ballons ou de lanternes dans les mariages, et que la trajectoire du PAN est cohérente avec celle du vent. Or, il est à noter que la direction du PAN correspond à celle d’un domaine utilisé lors de célébrations de mariages, situé à seulement quelques centaines de mètres du lieu d’observation. Contacté, la gérante du domaine a pu confirmer qu’un lâcher de ballons LED avait effectivement eu lieu au moment de l’observation. Le GEIPAN classe le cas en "A", observation de ballons LED. I was outside smoking my nightly cigarette when I seen a light zoom over the sidewalk in front of me. It then appeared again from behind me above my apartment before disappearing into the sky. This all happened really fast I’d say probably about 30 seconds or a minute. It was orange and small probably about the size of a winter sled. Also I didn’t get the normal vibes from this sighting it was super scary and strange feeling

Unmoving bright flickering light in the Western sky. Originally thought to be a plane, then helicopter. However, FL was too high for helicopter. Next though it was a planet or bright star with some sort of atmospheric effect that would cause flickering. With hands cupped around eyes to reduce light pollution, it appeared to have a sort of "eclippse" effect. Like there was something behind the light. A different dark 'color' than the night sky? It's tough to explain. Could have just been my eyes playing tricks, but I've never seen anything like it and I was an air traffic controller for nearly 7 years.

My daughter and I saw a bright, White light simply appear, not high up, But in the sky, and then instantly dropped down. It stayed bright white and it happened within a second or two. The drop was not at a sideways angle, It literally dropped straight down very quickly. The light was extremely bright as well. My daughter asked if I saw it and I told her yes but I didn’t say anything right away because I didn’t think she would believe me. I can’t really say it was a shape, just a bright light. iIt was fairly large in size but not huge, as it’s hard to tell size when we didn’t have anything to compare it to, there really aren’t any houses where we saw it. It was dark outside. The brightness stayed consistent until we didn’t see it anymore. It appeared drop straight down stayed the same bright color and it happened in seconds

This happened in Houston close to downtown on 45 north and Main street while I was at the light.I was looking up like always when all the sudden I see 2 bright white ambulance type color lights in midar on my left side facing south.So I basically have downtown in front. The height was not many feet since they were noticable.There was no shape it was just lights.One would go up the other would follow,then across then it would follow like if they were playing tagg.I saw them for a few seconds because my aunt was in the front with her car and panic because i kept honking and pointing up but the light turned green and she was unable to see, although we did stop on the other side of the road which would be going north. I told her what had happen.

Walked out my front door and saw two orange lights side by side with what can only be described as a orangish red comet tail shooting down from the sky very low over my neighbors house across the street. We see things like this all the time but much higher in the sky. This one was very low and just disappeared

I was walking home with my mum, and she pointed at this very bright light, we thought it was the moon at first but staring at it for a while it was far too small to be the moon, there was one small cloud underneath it, which was the only cloud in the sky, the light shut off and it shut from the top and bottom, and moved behind the cloud underneath which was still slightly lit, both my mum and I watched it happen and we were very confused, I carried on watching the cloud and it started to move quite slowly and then it sped up and disappeared. It just was very bright and quite small, but that could of been because it was quite far away.

I was out in the field with my daughters star gazing. When I see a satellite moving from west to east. I started to show them the light moving and let them know it’s a satellite. But it slowed down and then stopped. I never seen anything like it before in my life. And I’m a Canadian Army Vet, skydiver, and lived on air bases in my youth. But here’s where it really made me go wow this is something very different. That’s when a second “satellite” moved from north to south crossing the path of the one that stopped. Then second one kept going while the first one then moved south east. The satellite changed direction! Never seen that before in my life. My daughters could see it but they are just 10 and 7 so they don’t really know what they were looking at

Laying on the beach at night close the the Ferris wheel on Carolina beach, small fast moving white lites in the sky moving quickly, sometimes making a small nimble change in direction, but most following the same path, most of the lights were traveling individually, but now snd the your would see a2 or 3 acting as if they are racing. This same sighting was on both nights we were at the beach. The lights are very small and unless you are focused on looking at stars you might miss them. It almost appeared to be drones racing but the light was a single small white light on all of them. No sound was observed.

Saw a slow moving object with bright lights that did not have the colors of a normal plane, was moving slowly then an airplane would be moving. Saw it going over my house as I watched this object with bright lights out of the living room window but did not see it come back over my house as I was looking out my bedroom window.

Was standing on our front porch facing North and noticed a very large and bright light towards Salem flicker, dim and then brighten to the point where it looked like an illustration of a star. The object then quickly darted west approximately 30 degrees and did it again. Then it darted back to the East about 40 degrees and faded away. I got video and was able to get a pretty good still from the footage. My neighbor was driving to Salem at the time and saw it as well. She stated that it was North of Salem and was big.

We also considered a spotlight, but because of the location of the light (appearing above the clouds) we had skepticism of a spotlight or searchlight. At times, the light appeared blue and red as it trailed across the sky. As this unfolded, we pulled over to witness the light for two minutes and could not determine the source or nature of the light. There were two of us on this night. The weather was overcast and cool (65°F-70°F).

I was driving my niece to cheer practice, I saw an object floating not moving in the sky pulsating like a welders arc you would see in a shop. So I'm sitting at the stop sign with my niece getting ready to head east debating if I should stare at it or keep driving. Along comes another object the same size and color darting out from the east. Both of these objects appeared right before a line of thunderstorms appeared and seemed to be pretty high up in the sky I would say 7,500 to 10,000 feet.

LED flashing lights above corn field with other small flashing LED lights in tree line. Lights above corn were flashing in pattern and bobbing changing from circle to square. LED lights in tree line were flashing different colors and patterns as well as a pulsating rainbow light rod. No houses near by and all is very overgrown and nowhere people would be. Watched for 3 hours. First hour I thought I was on the phone with my husband for the whole hour. Timestamp on call was only 17 minutes.possible loss of time. Investigated the next day and found the corn to be too high and the wooded area to be too overgrown.

Background of ((name deleted)): Over 5000 flight hours. Currently a captain with ((company name deleted)). Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle. Narrative from ((witness name deleted)): Sitting in my hot tub and observed a bright white object go from southwest to northeast. It was traveling at a high speed estimated to be about 5 times faster than a normal jet at cruise and/or 6 times faster than the international space station seen from Earth. The object was at about 10,000 feet and there was cloud coverage with a thin broken ceiling in the background. The object did not appear to show any navigational lights or strobes, apparent on most aircraft. It was also a bright white steady light compared to the more yellowish tint of aircraft. My fiancée also saw the object and noticed it a few seconds before me. She said it was traveling due east and then changed directions to go northeast. She is a flight attendant and originally thought it was a commercial aircraft. About 5 minutes after the object disappeared a commercial aircraft flew overhead and my fiancee was able to notice the difference between what we saw and the commercial aircraft. At 8:48 PM PST, I was sitting on my balcony like I do every night. I am clearly able to see the flight paths of airplanes and helicopters in my vicinity. Also, I occasionally see satellites at much higher altitude with a much higher rate of speed. The object that I witnessed may have only been up to 5000 feet off the ground, traveling at a very low rate a speed. This ball of white light was fairly large and I would assume an object that big would’ve fallen out of the sky at such a slow rate of speed. This object did not blink whatsoever and traveled from the west to the north east. The wind was moving to the south at 2 MPH. Clearly, this ball of solid white light did not correlate to any of the conventional aircraft I have seen in the area. Also, to make sure it wasn’t a satellite, I cross referenced when I saw this object to any satellites on a live map and nothing appeared. According to Brown University, a satellite needs to maintain 22,000 miles ! in altitude traveling at about 7,000 mph. This object was like seeing a car drive in a school zone it was that slow…

Hello, Tonight around 9:20pm I was traveling on route 711 in westmoreland county, just north of Normalville in the region of melcroft. I saw what I thought were two planes with blinking red lights that were very close to each other. I then noticed the lights turn west and at this time I realized they were part of the same object. I pulled over on the side of the road to watch it better. It appeared as though each light was at either end of the structure but I could not tell what was in between but it definitely looked connected. The ufo then appeared to be landing somewhere to the left. If I had to guess, I would say in the area of White (from what I could tell by looking at the map.) I wasn't able to get a picture because it was too dark. I thought this was very odd and never say anything like this before. I wanted to report it and see if anyone else saw something similar.

I live in the country.The ridge I took the video of with the huge pulsing light had nothing behind it ..no town or anything .It was a very bright light..I noticed it moved back and forth then just stopped.8:45 pm .This is the third time I have seen it .I took two videos..but when I woke up to post it ,the main video was was gone.But I still have one video.
