A fluorescent bright green disc was hovering above the banks of the De Chutes river, with the state capitol building behind it. It ascended to the height of the second tree line, hovered for a moment, then proceded north. I altered my position to get a better view, taking my eyes off of it for just a moment. When I looked back up, it was gone. Thought it was a drone, but could not find any drones on the internet that would cast such a hue (I have been involved in rc helis and drones for a number of years). Compared the size to sea gulls flying by, it was larger by at least 3 times

One UFO spotted, had four circle shaped lights, two red and two green, shape not very clear due to clouds, appeared to be a disk. Flew diagonally at about the speed of an airplane, seemed to be tilting or rotating. Was making a humming noise, hard to describe, sort of like a mechanical howl. Couldn't see color, I would assume black, but it was dark, so color might have just not been visible. We suspect that the original date is flawed, and that the witness intended a date of October 18, not September 18. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information, so we are unable to contact him/her, in order to confirm the date. PD

ok so i was sitting outside my house talking on my cell phone and it appeared and moved from left right up and down in no specific direction or pattern so I went in the house got my rifle with hunting scope 50mm 4x24 powered and also told my mother what i had saw and she came outside to see if it was still there I coulnt stay on the craft with the scope because of it moving and difficutly at night it was hard to see it threw the scope so we was just looking at it naked eye and she confirmed that what I had told her was truthful and we both seen it flipping colors red with white outline green and sometimes a quick blue. i was completely blown away by this as i am fimiliar with drones and air planes also i did a ruff measurment on where the craft had been moving and how long it took it to get there and later seen a plane in the approximate location and it took the air plane some 9 seconds to cover the ground the other craft had in just 2.5 seconds. knowing the average speed of a 747 around 550 mph this craft must have been moving at well over 1000 mph and could stop and turn on a dime. also we was still observing it and it was there and then just like that neither one of us blinked and it was gone. this happened two nights in a row just would like some answers

We witnessed two round objects in the sky that seemed to be doing manuvers with one another. Racing around each other in circles and changing colors. They were green and changed to blue. This went on for several minutes (approx. 10). They were going horizonal and vertical. I am a licensed Nurse and my mother is retired from that State.

It was a classic style UFO like a disk with a larger part in the canter. It was orange and white light that appeared to be moving or rotating. It didn't move location in the sky the classic UFO remained stationary it just appeared that it was spinning or the light was changing orange and white making it appear to spin, but once again it was stationary in the sky. Then all in the same moment the UFO disappeared and the blue dots that I assumed where stars in the location made a giant circle in the sky. The inside of the circle that the blue dots made was a visably darker black then the rest of the sky. Then all at once the circle collapsed in on itself like it hit warp drive. Before the circle collapsed or disappeared or shot off it took up a large portion of the sky. The circle formed by the blue dots after the classic orange UFO disappeared was much larger than the classic orange UFO. The only way I can explain it is it looked like a classic UFO opened a huge hole in the night sky then disappeared through it all in a maybe 5-10 second time frame. The classic orange UFO was hovering in the sky for maybe five minutes before the circle formed around the dark black hole in the night sky. It was me and one other friend standing in my yard. No more than 30 seconds after it was all over as many as five human planes that appeared to be military aircraft were in the sky in the area this event just happened. Hey had regular plane lights but where moving fast. Faster than I've seen regular airlines move and a lot of them in this area of the sky. I commented to my friend how impressive I thought our military planes' response times where. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Sorry it was 2015, and I have 2 witnesses but only one is willing to talk about it. The date is also not exactly correct also as I didn't know there was a way to report it. I can set you up with the one witness willing to speak on the event. When the blue lights formed the circle it went from a small UFO to a large thing very large. Odds are someone else saw it also I'll ask the other witness his email address I only have his Facebook, but it happened. We joke about it saying remember that time we saw the giant ufo lol. 8 ( assumed) discoid shaped crafts giving off a very dim white corona were seen flying in v formation at approximately 1000 ft heading south west in Roseville California on 10/16/2015 at 11pm. It was obviously a formation, as opposed to a large craft, due to one of the crafts being slightly out of place in the v formation.

As I was driving home with my two children, ages 14 and 8, something in the sky caught my attention. The sky was clear and I saw many lights. There were more than 12 objects (so many I stopped counting at 12) bunched together in the sky. They were disk-like objects with red, green, and white lights. The lights were mostly white. They came down quickly. It was almost like a sudden drop then they darted off in different directions. As I continued driving home, I still saw them; however, they were more spaced out. We were about 8 miles from an airport at the time of the sighting. I am sure that these were not planes; however, it is possible that planes were in the area at that time. I would assume that the airport would have noticed something. I am currently a preschool teacher and a teacher in the Children's Ministry at my church.

Simply put – I was taking a series of pictures from the top of Skinner Butte, elevation 645 feet, in Eugene, Oregon. One of my photos was zoomed into Autzen Stadium (Ducks) the others were of the downtown area. There was quite a bit of haze from lingering fires on the horizon which made it difficult to take any quality photos. About an hour later I was viewing on my PC when I saw a disk – UFO – pretty clearly over and past the stadium. I did not see or was aware of this object whatsoever when I took the picture. My camera is a new Sony Cybershot DSC-HX90V. I had the zoom almost all the way out but was still able to capture a freeze shot at 1/320 of a second. I was fortunate to have it on Program Auto mode with the ISO set to 80. I used Cyberlink Photo Director to clean up the image by increasing the contrast and edging effect some. With those simple adjustments it becomes quite obvious I have captured a large Saucer Disk. You can use the cell tower to get an impression of the size as it is beyond that. Maybe 60 feet long and 25 feet high. (That is purely speculative of course) Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

I was driving home from work and above the freeway in Riverdale city and Roy.. There were 3 craft hovering with red and blue lights and whit flashing lights on the sides. I drove underneath them. They were fully saucers! Very Beautiful!

Black disc flying north at Wesley Chapel. Watched from I-75 for maybe 3 mins. Moved up and down quickly then hid or fly off. Looked to be about 2 miles away. Disc may have been about 20-30 feet around.

Proceeding south on Coors BLVD, at approximately 0856L, a comment was made by me to my son on how the light glinting off the hot air balloon against the clouds would makes good photo. My son took the shot and one more then sent them to me. Later when I pulled up his text to see how it came out, I noticed the disk-shaped object above the balloon. I enlarged it as much as my phone would allow. It appears the object has mass and a well-defined rim. The rim appears to have texture. The shape is disk-like and thicker in the middle than on the edges. Toward the center on the underside there appears to be a circular area lighter in color. I am retired military and my son is in retail. When I viewed the photo the first time I was at the car dealership waiting for my car to be serviced. I have not yet looked at it on my home computer. The photo was taken with a phone from the front seat of the car. (( With permission from the witness, we sent her photos to a person who is skilled at photo-analysis. We share his comments below, and we expect to continue working on the issue: COMMENT FROM PHOTO-ANALYST: Peter, Just started on this a moment ago. First impressions: 1. EXIF file shows it is not an authentic raw camera file. 2. Multiple points of inconsistency, indicating it is an overlay. 3. Object appears to have been superimposed. 4. Balloons have been cut and pasted. I will continue digging into this, however, it does seem with one point alone, (see blue sky underneath the object were it should have been blocked by object), deems it a Photoshop overlay. END ADDENDUM)) ADDENDUM #2 FROM MOTHER TO WITNESS OF ALLEGED SIGHTING)) I’m embarrassed. My son used an app to generate the pictures. I have no idea how he’s going to pay me for this one but I’ll go at it slowly. As for me, in addition to my most abject apology, I ask you how I might make it up to you? I’m so very angry in addition to my mortification. I had asked him early on if he was using an app but he didn’t respond. He was at work so I thought he was busy. Sometime in the middle of the day he sent me another photo. Later in the afternoon, I had the chance to look at it and I think it is after your call telling me you said it was most likely an overlay, and found it was strange both pictures had the “UFO” at the same angle and the same amount of the vehicle was showing. Later even I looked at the third photo and it was the same as the others. When I picked up my son, he admitted his “joke”. My son has no idea how this affected me. He doesn’t know what I’ve seen and wouldn’t believe me if he did. Actually, I wouldn’t either if I hadn’t been with a person who was not connected to me in any way. I’m not afraid, sir, I’m respectful of the information and implications. These are real events that deserve careful research and consideration. Last couple of nights have seen flashing light just over wooded area. But couldn't tell what it was. Thought it could possibly be a satellite. So when I went out with dogs for last walk went out to look in the same area to see if it was still there and if I could see it any clearer. As the sky is very clear tonight and the other evenings it had been overcast and/or misty. When I first looked there was nothing there at all. But as I continued to look an extremely large and slowly descending spaceship appeared. I could clearly see that there were lights on both circles (levels) red, white and blue. But as it got lower the red and blue lights went out and many of the white lights turned off. So even though I knew it was a massive ship it looked a lot smaller. It then moved off slowly into the distance. And there was no noise from it at all. At this point my dogs started barking and running around as though there was someone around. I became a little freaked and came in the house.

As a I’ve always been interested in stuff like this one day I was looking out the window teasing my brother about ufos in the sky and pointing to airplanes in the sky trying to trick him .. hours goes by I’m still wanting to see a real ufo …I kept tricking him yelling out look ! But there was nothing I was getting upset becuz I believed in them from YouTube videos … eventually he lays down …I kid u not a saucer comes to the window perfectly seen by me I shout dae he jumps up looks and boom gone … I unlock window open it peak my head out ..nothing …that night a saw a saucer pull up to my window shaped just like a ufo …. PLZ ANSWERS - heard beeping sounds - don’t really remember the next days

On the afternoon of October 2, 2015, my trail camera took 2 pictures of a ufo. The area of the pictures was an open landing in the woods. The ufo appeared to be floating with 2 silver plates on top and bottom, along with numerous red lights in the middle. I would like to talk to an expert on this matter, I still have the 2 pictures, but will not e-mail them, only can be seen in person.

My husband and I were walking our dog in Day Island Park by our house. We were on Pre's (Prefontaine's) Trail, right next to Interstate 5 and the Patterson Slough, a canal that runs through the park. It was a very clear sunny day and there was a University of Oregon game going on nearby at Autzen Stadium. An airplane was flying overhead with a banner trailing it, like they often do on game days. I stopped to bring up the video recorder on my phone because I was having a hard time reading the sign and wanted to blow up the image. My husband asked me what I was doing and you'll hear him in the video saying, "Coors Light," because he could read it (without being a dork like me and video recording it). You can also hear someone else yell "woah" in the background, and I am not sure what that is about. It wasn't until much later that I was watching videos on my phone that I noticed something come into the frame of the video in the upper corner by the plane and flash by. It's moving at a very fast speed and seems to be fairly low in the sky. What is crazy to me is it looks disc shaped, or partially disc and cylinder shaped, when you zoom in on it. There were no other engine sounds other than the low flying airplane with the banner. I'm interested to know if others think this is a UFO, or if there are any other logical explanations for the object.

A repair man just completed work outside, on the AC compressor unit. I was engaged in a conversation with him, as I stood on my deck. The repairman was standing on the ground looking up and facing to the West. In the middle of the conversation. The repairman said to me, " Do you see that "? I glared up to the West but, only saw an airplane in the sky. The airplane was leaving an exhaust trail in the sky. The repair man then said to me," That is weird; it's gone." I then walked to the corner of my deck and looked up and to the West. The disc object appeared again out of thin air. At what I would compare to be a very high altitude. In reference, their was an airplane in the sky. The UFO appeared well above that airplane and just off to the right side, of the setting sun. The object appeared to be a flat disc shaped object. The UFO gleamed with bright light. From what I would assume was from the glare of the sun onto the metal of the object? We believe it to be a UFO. Due to the fact that the airplanes that flew over head, left exhaust trails in the sky. Their was no exhaust trail associated with this object. The sky was blue with no cloud cover near, or around the object. The object then appeared again, out of thin air. The UFO sat in the sky for a few minutes. The object then disappeared for a final time. The UFO was not seen again. However, we were left stunned and shocked out of what we just witnessed.

I noticed the object in the sky (over the Adams Center) moving very slowly. The object would blink a bright white light every two seconds. At first I thought it might be a balloon (Homecoming is this week) but the object would sometimes remain stationary for periods of time. Obviously not a plane or helicopter. I have video of it. Looks like a saucer. Perfectly round circle that lite up. It stayed above the Adams Center/"M" Mountain for about 10 minutes and then slowly traveled west while increasing altitude and blinking the entire time. The video is pretty dang cool! I stopped watching after about 20 minutes due to people looking at me weird for videotaping the sky. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Look like a shooting star then came to a dead stop then moved left to right and then shot over the the sky making a hard left turn. It was high up in the air. There was no sound. I've never seen anything like that in my life. Amazing.

The fire was coming from behind the object. Object itself was dark grey. I saw no lights on the craft. No sound. I watched it for a few seconds. After which it completely disappered. No smoke trail. No anything. Was a clear night and since i had a side view i would have seen it turn. There was no wings on it or any kind of logo. Am i the only one who saw it...it was so fast.

It suddenly stopped the direction it was going in, then a moment later went in opposite direction, then stopped again, then went up a few degrees, then left, then right, then rather quickly went down some degrees before it went up again, then repeated this back and forth,up and down pattern. At one point a small light broke off and descended straight down. I don't know how long this object stayed in that area, as I went back to bed after watching for 45 minutes or more.
