Le 14 mai 2022, vers 23h50, alors qu'il se promène dans la rue devant son domicile, le témoin observe un point lumineux rouge-orangé de taille significative, entouré d’un halo, avec une magnitude estimée à -6. L'objet demeure immobile pendant environ 30 secondes, puis descend verticalement, se déplace en direction du sud, et remonte à la verticale. Par la suite, le PAN accélère et se déplace rapidement vers le sud, en direction de la centrale nucléaire de Saint-Alban (Saint-Maurice-l’Exil), avant de disparaître, masqué par des habitations. Ces déplacements se sont déroulés sans aucun bruit audible. Sur une période d’environ 10 minutes, le PAN a parcouru une trajectoire couvrant environ 120° dans le ciel, avec une élévation initiale estimée entre 25° et 30°, diminuant progressivement à 20° au moment où l’objet a été perdu de vue. Le témoin a réalisé une reconstitution sur photographie. Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance* est moyenne, un unique témoin, une reconstitution sur photographie, mais absence de photos et vidéos. *la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L’enquête a établi que ce cas s’avérait être l’observation probable d’une lanterne céleste, portée par le vent ( voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cette conclusion s’appuie sur les éléments suivants : - Forme ponctuelle avec un halo. - Couleur rouge-orangée. - Luminosité assez forte. - Déplacement global dans le sens du vent. - Durée du déplacement calculé conforme pour une lanterne située à environ 200 m de distance et se déplaçant à la vitesse du vent, soit à environ 1 m.s-1. - Le jour de l’observation, un samedi, est idéal pour qu’un lâché de lanterne soit effectué à l’occasion d’une fête locale ou privé, surtout que les conditions météorologiques étaient propices (vent faible, temps calme). Nous avons pu également montrer que les déplacements différentiels du PAN par rapport au déplacement global vers le sud (arrêt initial puis deux déplacements brefs verticaux) ont pu être occasionnés par la présence de puits de chaleur urbains générant des phénomènes aérologiques locaux différents (vents nul et/ou ascendants). L’étrangeté perçue par le témoin était due à l’apparence du PAN, qu’il ne reconnaissait pas comme un objet familier, et à son comportement avec un déplacement semblant aléatoire. Les éléments rappelés ci-dessus permettent d’expliquer ces étrangetés. Classification en « A » : observation probable d’une lanterne céleste. [GEIPAN classification A — Lanterne thai]

On May 13th, 2022 at approximately 9:12 pm central standard time on Stockton Lake, my father, my daughter, and I were fishing. While looking at the sky (eastern view) and noticing how bright the moon was I spotted a large white light traveling northbound. I pointed it out to my father and stated how I thought planes were supposed to fly with flashing red and white lights. After watching the light travel at a seemingly normal speed, it passed under the moon and traveled about 30 more seconds before becoming stationary. Shortly after the object stopped moving a smaller white light appeared traveling northbound moving at a high rate of speed. The smaller light then passed the larger light, traveld a short distance, then changed its direction of travel and began heading back to the larger light. Before the smaller light made it back to the larger light, the larger light began traveling in a northwest direction. The smaller light then began following the larger light. After watching both lights travel for around two minutes, both were out of sight/disappeared. A few minutes later, we began seeing more smaller lights, around 5-6 traveling northbound. These lights were not together in a group but were traveling alone. One would appear, we would watch it then it would fade away before another one was spotted in a different location in the sky. At one point, we did see what I am assuming was a plane (it had red and white flashing lights) traveling southbound that was being followed by a small white light was that was moving at a high rate of speed. All lights were round and white in color. There were no "tails" following them and all appeared to be flying at a height that you would see a commercial jet liner flying. These were spotted by myself (a head start teacher), my father (a firefighter/employee of the U.S. Forest Service), and my four year old daughter. She even began pointing some of them out. There were no drugs or alcohol that had been consumed prior or during this incident.

We were sitting on the roof of our apartment, and noticed a strange light in the sky. It did not move like a plane as it was changing speeds and going in several different directions. Sometimes it became dimmer or very bright, also sometimes changed to a red-ish color. Circled around the area of the sky we could see for about 30 minutes.

I noticed a small light in the sky that was moving from place to place fast and in ways that were not of an airplane it would move fast and at some point it would disappear and reappear move almost like a bug flying quickly back and forth it stayed in the same area but when moving it was like it would flash in one spot and almost jump to another as if it was virtual doors open it was jumping through and ended up at a different location realm hopping. I decided to get my phone out and record it because this is the second time I’ve seen this. The first time was about a month ago and there was two lights doing the same thing. As I was recording this time I zoomed in to see better to make sure my eyes weren’t just playing with me. I could see it was almost like the light was fighting off these black figures like perhaps the light is an angel fighting the evil darkness pretty strange I only recorded for 12 plus min but it lasted for a long while. The file is too big but I uploaded to my YouTube channel in hopes that it wouldn’t get lost along the way of sharing to people. I was watching the sky and the stars and saw a single aircraft moving across the sky that had a intermittent flashing light it wasn't moving very fast just flashed very bright in the sky it was not an airplane then another aircraft was moving in another direction which was lit up at all times moving in different directions not a satellite

I went to lunch a little after 2 am I'm sitting in my car eating my lunch when I see a bright white light in the sky at first I didn't think much about because I knew there was a major airport not to far from there and passed it off as a plane with its lights on coming straight towards me. So I'm eating listening to music and I glance over and its still there I said to myself that there is no way that was a plane because a plane would have either turned or passed overhead in 20 minutes time. So my next thought was its a star then I started thinking if it is a star it would still have moved some. I decided to do a test and went to grab my phone to video it but then had a feeling not to because it wouldn't work. So my test was to see if it was moving slowly like a star. I rolled the passenger side window up to where the very top of the window blocked the light and had my head propped against the headers of my seat so my head wouldn't move around and closed my right eye and as soon as I did that it moved straight up an inch and stopped. So I thought this is crazy tried it a different way and lined it up with the top of the door to where I could barely see it and it stayed there not moving at all so I tried it the same way as the first time and the same exact results. I was thinking well whatever it is is playing games with me or wanting me to see it. Then lunch was about over so I headed back in because it was almost 3 am.

At around 1205 AM me and at least two other noticed a light that seemed to fade and then grow brighter over a span of a few minutes. The parking lot lights were on so we couldn't see really any other lights such as stars. The would fade in size and brightness to a small point of light to at its brightest point like of very bright flashlight. It lasted for a few minutes and then faded out and wasn't seen again that night [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Probable]

Driving West I saw what I thought was a planet and thought to myself, wow what planet is that? And pulled out my phone to check an app I have that shows current planets in the sky. The what I thought was a bright planet or star then disappeared completely. It reappeared and flew south then flickered in and out. It stopped and you could see if very slightly then it disappeared completely. I couldn’t believe it. It was bright outside too, it clearly knew it was getting too bright to pose as a star so it had to go invisible. PS it was a completely clear sky. No clouds.

Around 9:20 pm in Tulum, Mexico, my wife and I were in chairs on the beach, looking at the sky. Cloudless night. An object caught both of our attention. I said something like “look, a satellite.” It was a small dot of light, like a star, moving steadily across the sky at a slow pace, in a perfectly straight line. Consistent pace. Then, suddenly, it stopped completely still for less than a second. Then, it dramatically changed direction and also changed speed. It went sort of perpendicular to its original direction for a couple of seconds, at a much faster pace than its original speed. Then it completely disappeared from view, very suddenly. My wife and I both saw these exact same details. Neither of us could explain what we had just seen. It was unlike anything we had ever observed before. The entire event took about 10 seconds. We didn’t have our phones so we don’t know exactly what time it occurred. About 10-15 minutes later we found a clock, so we estimate the sighting around 9:20 pm. We noted where in the sky we saw this. We used an app to understand what star it occurred near. Near the constellation “bootes” and specifically near the star “izar.” The object was too far away to see any details. It looked just like a tiny moving dot of light, or like a star that was moving. No flashing light, no pulsing, no beams of light. No trail behind it. No sounds. Just a steady pinprick of light.

The time is approximate but it was somewhere around 4:30 am when I went out to take a bag of trash out. I looked up at the night sky as I usually do and saw a very fast moving light heading from north to south/ slightly southeast. It looked like it was very high up and was only visible for about 6 seconds before the light dimmed and then went completely dark and was no longer visible. It covered quite a distance in the short time I saw it and appeared to be moving faster than any earthly craft that I know of.

Partner and I observed hovering light slowly move throughout our woods. It was moving left to right minimally. In the recording you can see it disappear when I whistled, but to the eye it never moved. This is the second sighting in three days.

Thought it was the moon but wasn’t. Small cloud illuminated with a bright object in it? Stationary. Beam of light or smoke to or from the sky to or from the ground? Strange zig zagging cloud trail. Not sure what it is but curious about it. I have another video but it’s too large to upload here. Just wanted to report this and get some feedback. Thanks!

This was experienced from my bedroom window last night 6May2022 in Eagle River, Wi. Walking to my bed I happened to see a falling star through my window near my bed. I went and stared up at the sky for little less than 10mins like I normally do before bed to calm my mind and ponder existence. Just before I was going to go lay day I happened to look straight out eye level. When I did, I saw this the light. The object was 30-40yds from me, maybe 4-6ft off the ground. I Stared at it for 3-5min non stop, my heart was pounding.… the object was “bobbing” up and down, not a lot of movement but enough to notice. there isn’t a house for over a mile through the woods in this direction and I’ve never seen an oblong light that didnt “cast” any light. It was bright but the object was only bright, nothing around it was lit up. I ducked down to grab my phone, when I popped back up with my phone the object was gone. I continued to record for 1min 41 seconds. To the naked I didn’t see anything, but when I went and looked at video it was in my recording. I have no idea what this object was.

About 2am I got up to go to the bathroom. The window looks west at our barn with the forest to the right. I saw a light appear in the sky above the barn. It looked like a star just appeared. So it was far away and the light was the same size as the few stars around it. It began moving in a zig zag. Down and to the right down and to the right until it disappeared behind the tree line going towards highway 88. It left no trail. I had left my phone in my room so couldn't record it.

My wife and I had just gotten out of our Hot Tub and were relaxing on our deck looking up at the stars. I noticed a very bright white strobe light flash rapidly three times in the sky to my left and then go dark for approximately one second. There was no noise and I did not make out any shape. The next time they flashed it was in a different place as if the object was moving at a high rate of speed. We watched it for four of five more seconds and then it made an abrupt turn and appeared to travel up and then a moment later abruptly turned again and traveled down. We lost sight of it behind some trees. As we were discussing it a second one appeared in approximately the same location as the first and traveled the same path displaying the same mannerisms. I'm a retired Aviation Marine and have worked with military aircraft for twenty years and have never seen anything to compare with this. What stunned me was that when the light flashed three times I could see each separate flash ( it would be about the same amount of time to send the letter "S" Morse Code) that would indicate that whatever they were, they were traveling at a very high rate of speed. We sat there and continued to watch the sky for another thirty five to forty minutes and didn't see anything else except a few commercial aircraft at altitude.

I decided to continue sharing anyway. There is a teacher in Minnesota who happened to be filming the area of sky I saw the two most active anomalies in. They show up when I ask them to so long as it is safe and calm for myself and for them. And though you claim not to believe me, on clear nights they show up by the DOZENS! Fortunately I no longer require validation from others because enough witnesses have already validated and corroborated my experiences. I don't expect to hear anything meaningful or helpful back from you. I'm simply sharing experiences nobody should be missing out on, not even a crabby patty negative Nancy like you, good sir. No hard feelings, I just thought it rude when I asked for pointers in making contact and got rushed off the phone as if I was a crazy person talking nonsense. For future reference, dont do that to people. Its crappy. And I know you know better! I have FAR more evidence I can share if you are interested. I was the Capt.on southwest 1878 Atlanta-Baltimore.5-2-22.We were level at 39000 ft.A light very high in the sky north of our position caught my attention.I watched it for several minutes and noticed there was another light that seemed to be traveling with it.THe first officer and I watched the light for 15-20 mins.The lights were at an extremely high altittude.I dont think they were conventional aircraft because of their ability to both fly and turn at such high altittudes.The aircrafts circular patterns continued to move to the northeast.The airtraffic controllers said their primary radar was turned up to 99000ft and they didnt see anything.As we begun our descent into Baltimore the aircraft continued to the northeast and we lost sight of them.
