Deux personnes regardent depuis chez eux, le paysage et les éclairs d'un orage sec. Ils sont intrigués par la présence d'un objet cylindrique gris clair entre les nuages et les toits des maisons. L'objet stationnaire disparaît subitement. L'observation aura duré moins d'une minute. Ce cas d'observation est peu documenté, l'observation est courte, et déclarée tardivement. Deux hypothèses peuvent être cependant envisagées : un ballon cylindrique qui aurait éclaté subitement, ou un phénomène atmosphérique complexe lié à l'orage (plasma). Le GEIPAN ne peut confirmer aucune de ces hypothèses. Faute d'information, le GEIPAN classe cas "C", cas ne présentant pas un grand caractère étrange.
