Saturday Morning, 2:45am central time, Sugar Land Texas, just outside Houston TX. I had some work to do late, and had just finished when I decided I would go outside and see how the weather looked. There were low, broken clouds, moon partially obscured by the clouds. Clam winds. I saw what I thought was a life flight helicopter flying just above the tree line, but I noticed that the lights were solid red, no green, so as I continued to watch it, the light stopped. It made a quick vertical circle, stopped again, and then started to flicker, then changed from bright red to bright blue, and continued to flicker at a high rate of speed. There appeared to be 2 small white dots of light flickering in and out of the clouds near the red/blue light, but they would dart in and out of the clouds so quickly, it was hard to be sure. After the light hovered in the same spot for about 10 seconds, still flickering, still changing from red to blue and back, it changed to red and moved off slowly. The entire sequence of events lasted about 1 minute and 20 seconds. I ran back inside to get my phone to take a video, but I could not get the video to play on the phone. Kept giving an error code. I will download it tomorrow to see if it will play on my desktop. The lights were totally silent, no noise at all. I thought it might be a drone, but it was too high for it to be a toy, and because we live within 2 miles of the regional airport, drones are illegal. The most unusual thing was the brightness of the lights. There were a piercing shade of blue and red, extremely bright, and they didn’t blink, they flickered and although predominantly red, they changed to blue intermittently. The main light looked like a cluster of 3 lights stuck together, but they never flew independently or came apart. The lights traveled south west, basically over Towne West Subdivision north of Sugar Land, and went in the direction of the Sugar Land airport. Because it is a regional airport, there is rarely any traffic after 10pm at night, but there are 2 life flight helicopters that are stationed close by that make trips in the early morning hours, but you can hear them coming from a long way off. These lights were completely silent.

Le 19 juillet 2014 à 23h un groupe de personnes observe les étoiles en montagne. La seule personne qui témoigne rapporte avoir remarqué un point lumineux à la trajectoire hésitante, puis d'autres points se déplaçant bizarrement. Certains se rencontrent pour fusionner. Plusieurs indications du témoignage orientent l'explication : - Apparence ponctuelle de tous les PAN - Couleur à dominante blanche. - Trajectoire linéaire. - Disparition et réapparition un peu plus loin lors du déplacement. - Déplacements erratiques selon des « courbes de petit rayon". - Accélération sur de courtes distances. - Arrêts nets. Les quatre premiers points sont caractéristiques des satellites observés de nuit. Les conditions d’observation étant alors idéales pour en observer un maximum : pas de Lune, altitude élevée, pas ou peu de pollution lumineuse, ciel estival… Par ailleurs, l’heure d’observation est aussi un facteur important en ce sens que la plupart des satellites sont visibles en début de nuit ou au petit matin, étant alors encore éclairés par le soleil et par conséquent ne se trouvant pas dans le cône d’ombre de la Terre. Les trois points suivants sont liés à un phénomène naturel physiologique de micro-mobilité oculaire nommé « micro-nystagmus », mal connu du grand public, qui se produit lorsque l’on fixe des objets, particulièrement de nuit. Il se traduit par l’impression fausse que des objets ponctuels lumineux sont affectés de petits mouvements aberrants, tels que des zigzags ou des arrêts brefs, lorsqu’il s’agit d’objets mobiles. Des explications physiologiques détaillées sont visibles en milieu de page sur forum-ovni-ufologie. Ce phénomène se produit plus particulièrement lorsque le PAN croise lors de son déplacement d’autres objets lumineux ponctuels. Ainsi, l’œil, en présence d’une nouvelle source lumineuse, essaie d’adapter sa vision nocturne de la meilleure façon possible en « se concentrant » davantage sur ces nouvelles lumières. Les muscles oculomoteurs placent alternativement et rapidement le centre de la rétine (fovéa) sur les sources lumineuses et à côté. Le cerveau interprète dès lors faussement les informations envoyées par le nerf optique depuis la rétine comme étant des « zigzags » ou des « arrêts ». There was a a light which changed from a fluorescent purple to a reddish hue to a soft white, hovering above the field surrounded by I-45, Beamer Rd, Clear Lake City Blvd., and Dixie Farm Road. It was much too tall to be a tower. I believe the field there is owned by an oil company, I think Exxon. There has been a lot of activity there recently. I wonder if this light was from a drone. I was sitting on my steps looking at the night sky when I saw a star that was at first still begin to move through the sky I followed the star that was not blinking until it disappeared then to my right I saw another star that was also still begin to move through the sky the sky tonight also seems very abundant with stars. Will continue to look.

They seemed like aircraft at first but then began changing their flight patterns and moving in non-linear motions. Lights would get bright then fade. At one point they all disappeared and then 2 returned. Seemed to be following the shoreline back and forth as if looking for something. Finally, after almost 55 mins, the lights disappeared. Just scene July 17, 2014, at approximately 2205 hours (Military Time), over the area of North Raleigh, near the RDU Airport. Two extremely bright white lights that slowly ascended for approximately THREE minutes, then shot direct up at an impossible speed then disappeared within just a fraction of a second.

looking in the direction of Manhattan from my roof in Sunnyside, Queens NY. I observed what at first looked like a bright star in the distance. However it was an overcast night and there were no other stars visible from that direction. The light from this object seemed to change in color from time to time. From white to orange and maybe even some green. My next thought it might be a helicopter hoovering over some part of Manhattan but I've lived in NY for over 20 years and never seen one hoover in the same place for so long. This light eventually began to move to the right as I looked at it. It also appeared to be moving downwards so I deducted that it was in fact moving away towards the north west. Eventually I stopped looking and so don't know what happened next.

My husband and I came home from work and noticed flashes of light just below the Big Dipper. There were about six of these objects which resembled stars, but they were independently flashing and moving off to the right one behind the other at a fantastic rate of speed, much too fast for a man-made object, arcing down to the horizon. As they reached the horizon they got closer together and began to cluster; then they went out of view. My husband and I work in the education field. I teach, and he recruits. We are frequently on the road late into the night all across the nation, and this display in the sky was mind-boggling. We have never seen anything like this before. It would help if anyone else saw this.

3 lights by initial point on Swan Falls Rd, appeared to be on tall poles just past Initial Point Butte. They faded off then came back on within 10 seconds several times, no airplane/red lights on top. They stayed to the left of us going towards the falls (south). We never caught up our passed them. After getting to Dedication Point there was 4 lights, then they faded off and never came back on. We went on down to the falls (5 miles) for an hour, never saw them again on the way back or on any other trip out there. Our 1 dog was very restless the whole time and has acted very sedated since.

While night swimming with my wife i was floating on my back looking at the stars when i noticed one of them moving. it began in a straight line but the a plane flew by and the moving light dis a sort of s move and followed the plane for just a few seconds and then stopped moving and changed direction entirely. i pointed it out to my wife who said it had to be a plane. i insisted that it had just done things planes can't do and i saw it follow an actual plane for a moment. She rolled her eyes and said right, cause you're an expert on planes. i was still watching the light when suddenly i noticed the others beging appearing. the same small star like light. they began moving into a diagonal line formation. when they locked into the formation of a perfect diagonal line, the lights began to flash very brightly, alternating from one to the other. then one by one the flashes synchronized until they were all flashing together simultaneously. my wife saw all of that happen too. even she admitted that what we were looking at was something unique. the lights stopped flashing after about 30 seconds of standing still and flashing in place. then they dimmed back down the the original glow and began to move again. another plane flew by and all the lights turned their attention to it. they followed the plane for about 30 or 40 seconds and then disappeared behind the tree line and didn't return.

I just saw 6 lights flying in a straight line high up in the sky directly overhead. I heard a very loud humming sound and it got so loud it was shaking the house. They were in a perfectly straight line moving either in sequence unless it was one object. From the height in the sky I would estimate it was at least a mile or more in length from the front light to the tail.

During the middle of June, my roommate and I had witnessed a rather bright star over Ormond beach on beach side. We live on the intercostal and work nights so often like to hang out and talk on the balcony after work anywhere between 2-5 am. On one night we witnessed this really bright star which then grew into a thin crescent shape. Assuming we were crazy and seeing the moon behind clouds, we searched to finde the moon which we then realized at the time was behind us. At this point the bright light turned crescent went back to a bright light with a tail as if the crescent got cut in half, (at this time I called my boyfriend in hysterics trying to explain the sighting but he doesn't believe) soon after it then fade to just a star then disappeared into thin air. It didn't appear for the rest of the night. Later on in the week, it appeared again, this time a little more south and didn't change into a crescent shape, but did grow a tail of light like a shooting star. Then the tail of light slowly faded, but the light grew bigger as if it was closer then ended up fading out and disappearing. We witnessed it two more times the last time being tonight the 16th. Tonight my boyfriend was present to assure I wasn't crazy! Tonight I seen it first as a bright colorful flashing star, which my boyfriend always claimed as satilites in the sky. But this flashing light soon turned into a bright white light and then it ends up turning into a crescent shape and then back to a bright star then disappeared. All the sightings last about 30 mins but randomly in the early AM, sometimes higher sometimes just a over beachside Ormond. Thanks to the last sighting my bf believes me finally! Lol It drives me crazy to not be able to explain these sights at all! I have video of the light going from dark to bright.

My family and I were having a bonfire and I was just looking up at the stars and after 15 mins or so, I noticed something that looked like a star but it was moving. I watched it for a while, no strobe light just a star moving through the sky then the light after about 2 mins going southeast. The light just dimmed out and came back on then just dimmed out again for a final time and there was a faint trail me and my family noticed. Tuesday night, at about 9:45 PM, July 15, 2014, in Southeast Portland, Oregon, as stars and satellites began twinkling, I saw a bright white light race across the sky from west to east. The brightness was like an Iridium flare from a satellite, only it was much larger in radius that a satellite appears to our eyes. I do not think it was a satellite because it was moving so fast and because the glow was so much larger than satellite. I do not think it was an airplane or helicopter either, because the speed was way too fast, there were no other lights besides the consistent glow, and the single white light was larger than any light I've seen on an airplane at night. Also there was no sound. If it had been in aircraft and if it had been flying that fast and presumably low enough to produce a light that large, then I expect I would've heard some noise but there was none. The flight path was west to east over highway 26 in Southeast Portland (Powell Blvd.) Many local aircraft fly this route but none fly it as fast as this: approximately 8 seconds from west horizon to east horizon. I can think of no category to fit the proper description of this light. I do not know what it is, but I'm pretty sure I know what it is not. And that's why I want to share this information here with you. Thank you

While sky whatchin I was looking at orions belt I saw two lights come from the middle star , not sure if in front or behind , but two fast moving lights going opposite directions . This was around one minute until they disappeared .

7/14/14 @ 10:40pm, 11:05pm and 11:18pm. An object that is bright white like a star, moving north. It fades out to a brunt red color. Then it would get bright white again and fade to red then out and repeat. All 3 of the objects acted the same and all three had a flight path that took them by the first star of the handle of the Big Dipper. The 4th object seen was to the north at about 11:22pm. It was simply a flashing light. It alternated between 21 seconds and 10 seconds between flashes. I never saw it move. The flash was always in the same place. Then it just quit flashing.

lights appeared in the sky for short periods 3 to the cell 3 to the north eventually they came together at 6 followed by individual lashes for periods of 15 seconds at most the light would come on and suddenly go out the light sweet, 14 short periods no standard time for it to reappear. also witnessed what would be high altitude aircraft a very high speeds which could have been tracking aircraft

We were sitting outside Looking out on beach horizon at 9 pm and initially we noticed two glowing orange balls in the sky. They glowed and then like a light went out. The next time another orange glow appeared over to the right of the horizon, still over the ocean. It too glowed for five seconds and went out. About ten minutes later, to the left of the ocean horizon, another blinked on that orange glow and then subsequently went off. After that point,about 10 minutes later right in front of the beach house,another orange glow appeared and then turned off. Here is where all 7 of our mouths fell open. Back to the the left of the ocean horizon six orange glows appeared in a diagonal line. Each came on separately stayed lit and then one by one it turned each orange glow off. It was truly the most unbelievable event I have ever seen. One last glow was seen again directly in front of the beach house. We suspect the correct date is July 14, not June 14, and we have changed the date above. We are awaiting confirmation on the date from the source. PD

This evening my wife and I were with our 20 month old daughter in our backyard so my daughter could play in her baby pool. I looked up to see any aircraft visable as we are about 100 miles west of ATL and we usually have good air traffic overhead. I noticed a light that would be similar to the brightness of Venus directly overhead, but at about 85 degrees, slightly to the west. I asked my wife if she could see it and she said that she did. No other lights were visable in the sky and 30 minutes later in the same spot where we witnessed this, there are still no other lights in the sky, including and stars or planets. The light was stationary as far as we could tell. At one point I picked up my daughter and leaned her back and asked her if she could see it. She pointed to the light. After 10 minutes, the sun had set over the horizon or behind clouds to the northwest. The light was no longer there but my wife said that she could still see it. I could not but as I tried, two aircraft in the area allowed my eyes to focus back on the object. At that moment my wife said that there were now 3 objects. I noticed that the main object appeared doughnut shaped and the other two appeared as smaller dots. To me it looked like one of the dots shot out of the larger doughnut. After only about a minute of looking at this strange cluster of objects, they disappeared. These objects were far higher than the altitude of the commercial airplane traffic that was in the area. The weather conditions at the time were 85 degrees F, humidity 59 percent, wind south at 1 MPH with a visibility of ten miles. The sky was and still is partly cloudy with showers off to our northwest about 20 miles away. One last detail... For some reason last night, I was out after dusk and had an uncommon urge to look up at the sky as if I was looking for something out of the ordinary. I don't look for strange things but last night I just felt the need to and then tonight we saw something strange. Interesting.

I was outside noticing the clear sky, when I saw a blue faint sphere slowly moving across the stars. It was near the star Vega. Once it was under Vega, it lit up like a bright white light for under a minute. Afterwards it continued on like it was before, then it disappeared. Amazing! On approx 8pm, roommate and friends called me out of the house to come check out a full half circle rainbow, I grabbed smart phone took two pictures. Switched phone to video mode (5 mega pixles) and filmed the entire rainbowand noted a strange cluster of clouds, I make the comment it looks as if a UFO could come out of that strange cluster of clouds, I capture that it is about :36 seconds. Then run back in and yell that I have to come back out and see this it is a UFO, I turn back on phone, before I go out front door. (Driveway faces South west) As I walk out, I see a very right light up in the sky start record, then watch most of the sighting with my eyes, checking the screen to make sure I had it centered correctly, What I saw is the light go up, come back down, the strange clouds had disapated, above and below the object, then as it made a slow descent I saw 2 separate lights above a lower disc shaped color of a dark royal blue or purple, almost a blacklight color but brighter. The 2 light above it which took up 70% of it were very large and bright, with a definate separation of the 2 in the middle. This can be seen on a large screen Hi Def TV. As it decended it slowed, then as it got lower below the power lines and near roof tops it appeared to be miles away South West of town, I mention Sara Park in the video but my direction is off it appears to be 5 to 7 miles south of town in a desert area. no houses or buildings there, As it got to the roof line the left side appeared to me to flash a very bright red light on one sideas it hovered above the roof line a few seconds then dipped below that and went out of site, The other 3 witness's saw it ascend quickly lower, then rise again, that is when I caught this on video here: (1:36) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFiBEyVuY4I&list=UUaKKSNYXQkyNlPH-K6QZjzw That was it! My roommate called the non emergency Police line to ask if any calls had come it. And they had not had any but requested to come see the video, roommate said no...lol... my Father was a Pilot and I have been in many planes before. This had none of the normal markings of a plane. no tail lights wing lights and the lights were too huge to be landing lights. We are on the south side of the City, the airport is far north of here and it only went up and down in direction. My roommate said it rose very quickly high at 1st then kept the same speed shown on video. It was 8:23pm when it was all done. Thanks for your time.

I had a restless night and had trouble falling asleep the entire night. I was laying on my right side and my bedroom window was behind me. My dog was lying next to my back. She got up and I turned to look at her and I seen that her tail was between her legs. Something had spooked her and she does have a lot of sound phobias but I did not hear anything. I am pretty well versed in canine behavior and body language and have been studying this subject for a while now as I am working towards a career in this field. She jumped off the end of the bed and went to her “safe spot” underneath the bed. As she jumped, I noticed a bright light in my peripheral vision outside my window. I turned my head and looked and saw a line of 5 or 6 lights in a straight line moving at a moderate rate of speed. Maybe like 150-200 mph as a rough estimate. It seemed like it appeared out of nowhere. As I focused my eyes on it I noticed the lights were alternating colors of blue and white. They were all fluctuating in intensity and were going from bight to very bright. Suddenly, the craft just disappeared. I didn’t see it take off, it just vanished. I estimated it to be at an elevation of about 5-7 thousand feet. I continued to look for the next 25 minutes or so but saw nothing. The entire event lasted all but 2 seconds. This took place in the SSE direction and I live about 5-7 miles directly south of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I turned on my smartphone 20 minutes or so after the sighting to see what the weather condition were. It was cloudy with the cloud cover at 95% and the cloud ceiling was at 12,700 feet. Temperature 72 degrees, humidity 68%. Full moon.
