Between 3:30--4AM, saw two separate instances of 'lights in the sky,' while facing east from Hwy 95, on the north end Moscow, Idaho. The first instance drew my attention since the light was very bright and seemed to be like a light on a rheostat: first being not-visible, becoming very bright, then becoming not-visible again. There was also very little movement of travelv across the sky. It was hard to judge distance, but this seemed fairly high up in the air, perhaps 2.5 to 3 hand-widths off the horizon (if one could see the horizon from my location) At first, i thought the light might be a plane with its landing lights on, making a very tight turn. However, the Moscow-Pullman airport is west of town, so i should have been able to track an aircraft with its landing lights on traveling East to West. And i doubt the regional airport is open that early in the morning. About 8-12 minutes later, i noticed a second light do the same 'bright-to-nothing' off to the East-North-East of the first light. This one seemed a little higher in the sky than the first, and it was not as bright as the first light. Don't know if these were bolides, but i've seen at least one bolide, which exhibited some travel across the sky before it faded. These lights just became visible, then faded, with very little travel across the sky. If any. There were no obvious engine sounds associated with the lights.

Just went to let my dogs outside and happened to be staring in the sky when to medium sized balls of light flew across the sky from the Southeast going Northwest. What's blowing my mind right now is that the objects were circling each other. 2 balls of light going faster than a plane circling each other while moving... That's a little messed up to me.

On this relatively clear evening I viewed a steady bright light, like the evening 'star' Venus, about the size of Venus, white in color, in the Eastern sky to the right and below the star Arcturus, It was noticibly brighter than any other stars in the sky, and appeared to be at a great distance from me. It was moving rapidly to the East and upward. I used the star Arcturs to judge the object's movement up and away from me. As it moved, the light grew smaller and smaller and just before disappearing appeared to change to a red color. There was no sound associated with it.

My brother, sister-in-law, and I were standing near 1st avenue and 13th streets around 9 pm when we noticed 2 groups of lights moving southeast and no sound. They appeared to be less than a mile away about 500 feet high, and the "lead" grouping was several red, and a couple of white lights. The all white group of lights that were about 50 feet behind and below, were moving at the same speed and direction. Couldn't see if it was a large craft or two, but it sure freaked us out. The darkness prevcented us from seeing any shape.

Between 10 and 11 PM on April 17, 2015, I was in front of my house walking my dogs. I observed a red light in the sky coming from the north. Since we are near the Evansville, Indiana, airport, I thought it was a plane preparing to land. When it was almost to my location a second red light appeared along the same general path. At this point the first light appeared to most straight up at a rapid pace and disappeared into the sky. The second light followed suit. Then two more lights appeared a repeated the performance. They were followed by two more. At no time could I detect the sound of an engine of any kind.

The objects observed were two bright orange lights(orbs) high in the night sky traveling in unison in a northeast direction, one above the other. After approximately five minutes the objects disappeared. First the bottom one and then the top one. Throughout the sighting there was no sound. One of the photos shows two lights but when enhanced two silver objects can clearly be seen. The event was witnessed by myself, a retired USAF airborne intelligence NCO/retired deputy sheriff and my daughter also former USAF NCO/deputy sheriff plus my grandson and friend.

I was driving on Weakley Lane and witnessed a bright, large light in the sky. A plane was nearby preparing to land at the airport. The light moved a little bit, then quickly disappeared. The object was behind the plane.

Small, pulsating light seen just over tree line but up much higher, light frantically moved side to side and up and down but remained in the same general area. Lights brightened and dimmed ranging from red to blue and occasionally purple, a plane was traveling right towards the light, but then when it seemed as though they would collide, the light moved out of the flight path, eventually it seemed to dim and stopped changing colors, then slowly faded. both observers, are sober, with good eyesight.

I went outside for a smoke and saw this bright circular light looking like a satellite but very much lower and very bright. It first went straight to the east and then it started moving like it was out of balance (drunk). Then coming from the west was a plane heading to Sea Tac and I thought was a near miss to the plane. I yelled if anyone else can see it but no response, so I ran in side for my girlfriend to run out, when I ran back it was gone, damn I should have stayed out the whole time. Also check the flight logs of SeaTac traffic and see if any passengers in that plane witness what I saw, someone on that plane had to see what I saw, have too!!! One more thing the light was on the whole time.

As we watched the craft we noticed it wasn't one big craft but a regular sized helicopter following a ball of light. It gave the illusion of one big craft. They were travelling south along the east side of the 15 freeway. The helicopter was following about (best guess here) 80-100 feet behind the ball of light. Then either the ball of light slowed down or the helicopter sped up and was about 30-40 feet behind the light. Then as the helicopter got closer the light just went out. The helicopter then just stopped and hover for awhile before circling the area before leaving to the south. I went to Youtube to see if any one else saw and maybe recorded the event. There was nothing, however there's a video from a few years back filmed in Anaheim (about 5-6 miles west of our sighting) that was very similar to what we witnessed. I'm actually shocked having this happen at 8:30pm over a busy California freeways and there are no other reports or even videos/photos.

There was a bright green light over the superstition mountain moving up then would twirl down before shooting back up and staying stationary for a few seconds making it look like a bright green star. After about a minute it started to go in all different directions before doing circles and then doing figure eights. I went to record it and my phone started acting weird, froze then died (after putting it on the charger for 2 seconds to turn it on, the battery had 30% and was not dead). I went back out to see the light had moved south and was twirling down and shooting up then it fell down, shot up quickly and then disappeared with a small flash. Location: Galena, IL Time: 9:17 pm CST approx. Eastern sky somewhat south, opposite of where Jupiter was in the western sky and about the same distance from horizon. A very bright light with a distinct orange red color was observed stationary in the sky. I checked where Jupiter was in the west, Orion was south west, and it was none of those. I thought maybe Mars but it was to bright and appeared large. I went in the house to check the Internet for a sky map and when I came out again it was gone - maybe 4 minutes later.

Facing east on Franklin Road at the intersection with Eagle Road. Noticed an object high in the sky, position around 11 o'clock, at first thought it was a plane reflecting the rising sun. Then object appeared to turn and get brighter (reminded me of Venus in the sky at night). Realized the object wasn't moving like a plane would but more hovering in same place. Also the sun was behind it, so don't think it could have reflected so brightly based on my relative location. Then just like that it vanished and I could never find any sign of it in the sky again. I saw 4 lights the same size as a star, but these (I saw four) lights were moving to the east in formation. If you connected the dots/lights, they would make a trapezoid shape. They all moved at the same constant speed, which was much faster than an airplane, but slower than a meteor/shooting star. They were approx 75 degrees above the horizon line & I was looking due north when I saw them. All 4 lights moved in a straight line, headed east, and stayed equal distance from each other as they moved east. They only stayed visible for approx 5 seconds.

Adult male witness reports seeing two white lights streak from west to east; 80 degrees in two seconds. Adult male, standing outdoors, and facing the north, reported over the telephone witnessing two white lights, which appeared larger than planets in the night sky, streak across the sky, moving from west to east. The witness stated that the lights passed through an estimated 80 degrees of arc in the course of approximately 2 seconds. Despite our numerous telephone calls to the witness, requesting a detailed report, he has not submitted one. We have cobbled together the report above, using the few facts he shared with our Center, during a very brief telephone conversation. PD

On my way home from work, I spotted some large bright orange looking lights off to the east side of Rt. 58. I pulled over to try to get a photo and watched as two lights blinked off and on. As I observed, I saw that the objects had red lights and yellow lights rotating around on a horizontal axis. All the lights would blink out and the individual objects seemed to travel hundreds of yards and the lights would blink back on again. At one point two of the objects seemed to rotate around each other as if they were exchanging information. At one point, there were three in a line and another hovering a few hundred feet away. They were fairly large, much larger than satellites appear to be. Each one had three red lights and several yellow lights. I couldn't tell if they were spherical objects or disc shaped, but the lights seemed to rotate around the circumference on the horizontal axis. They seemed to be fairly low in the sky and close to the road, because I first saw two of them through the treetops and then came out of the trees and could see them very clearly. It was a clear night with no clouds and no storms or lightening. This was not a reflection, either, as there were no lights in the area to be reflected. This happened on a rural country road with no local business lighting that could have been mistaken for this strange phenomenon. When I got out of the car to take video with my phone, all the lights blinked out.

One would appear. Then disappear. No visible craft. No audible sound. Another, would appear, in a direction opposite from the motion of the prior light. Each light only visible for approximately 5-10 seconds. Elapsed time 2 minutes. Not fireworks. Not an aircraft. Not a flare. Witnessed by two college educated individuals who are indifferent to the idea of UFOs. But, in the name of interest, google searched after the incident to see if anyone else saw them, and found that similar reports had happened in the area. Interesting.

We were driving down road when I noticed what I thought were 5 airplanes flying really close together I told my wife look at that these planes are going to crash into each other , that's when I realized planes don't glow a constant bright blue and they started zig zagging back and forth. My wife said she was just looking at those same lights and thought it was the little dipper, so we pulled over and watched them with another person that was standing outside their house for a couple of minutes and they eventually flew off in different directions until we could not see them anymore.

While laying outside on a blanket around 1 a.m. watching for shooting stars, my roommate saw 4 orangish-red lights fly over head. They were flying in a straight line and when they were about halfway over our heads they spaced out a little further from each other but still kept the straight line formation. They were going extremely fast as it took less than ten seconds for them to disappear from our line of sight. They were also completely soundless.

First craft was already in sky when 2 more red/orange bright lights appeared in the sky, very close together. The 1st craft remained for another minute before disappearing. A 4th craft ascended rapidly from the horizon and all three were in the sky for about 2 minutes before the pair disappeared. The last light moved more slowly through the sky and followed the same course as the other 3 before disappearing. We did not hear any sound.
