I was driving south bound on 46th street off CR 358 for approx 1/4 of a mile. A white light in the sky traveling east caught my attention as it passed over the road ahead of me at a very high rate of speed. I could not see the shape as it was just above a blanket of stratus clouds. The clouds were relatively low. It was very dark and I could easily see the bright white light illuminating through the clouds as it shot through and off into the distance. It traveled in a straight line and I was able to witness it until it was no longer visible. It took no more than a couple of seconds (approx. 2 sec.) to cross the sky until out of view. I heard no sound though I was in a vehicle. No radio on. Seemed much too fast to be a commercial plane, crop duster-type aircraft or a drone.

Long line of up to 10 orange flickering lights appeared to have risen from beach or near shore ocean area. Travelling together in a staggered line stretched across what appeared to be 3 miles judging from ground references. High cloud reference provide altitude reference at less than 5,000 ft AGL. Continued rising and forming staggered lines with apparently random numbers of lights. Lights travelled in a roughly straight line northerly direction proceeding across the approach path to a Naval Air Station and adjacent bay continuing in direction of major airport. Lights appeared to be miniature candle-powered hot air balloons but travelled too fast to be propelled by wind only. Objects accelerated and decelerated. Some made minor directional changes. After crossing the bay and before reaching the main airport, objects varyingly: disappeared, turned to the east and faded, seemed to morph into a small collection of red and green lights so as to appear like a small aircraft, or did all three (3). Display continued for 10-15 minutes possibly including 30+ objects. After a brief pause, the lights began again coming from a more westerly direction, closer to the beach and rising from behind high-rise condos, this time proceeding more directly perpendicular to aircraft approach and travelling on what might have been a rendezvous path with the previous strings of lights. Light from the new direction lasted less than 5 minutes. Observers were part of local family, working professionals, former military, graduate level educations. There were lots of little white lights moving north east in direction. In the past, I have also witness in that direction, a blue light in the sky. But last night, a group of four people including myself witness possible 10-12 little blinking lights erratically moving in that direction at different speeds in no specific order or configuration what so ever. It was like they were independent of one another and traveling in a group. A few lights came after others moving much slower. At first the people I was with thought it may have been airplanes, but airplanes would not travel so close to one another at such a slow velocity. Then there was the idea that they were drones, but why would multiple drones be flying in one direction and not turning back.

Sighting date/time: January 1, 2017, at approximately 12:07AM Objects: Orange-red lights/spheres Location: Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL. Conditions: Clear evening sky with some cloud formations visible. Total time frame of event: 2-3 minutes Observers: Two women (65 and 32 years of age) At approximately 12:07AM, January 1, 2017, a total of 5 bright orange-red spheres were spotted between 60-70 deg. from the horizon, traveling in a Westerly direction. Spheres were situated lower in the sky than a plane would fly and no contrails were seen. Sequence of events: Three spheres initially spotted from an open window moving slowly with no sound in an evenly-spaced zigzag pattern, then hovered momentarily as a fourth sphere joined them. * * * * From a driveway view, I saw the spheres shift into square formation for approximately 15-20 seconds ... * * * * until a larger, brighter sphere entered the area from East at a faster rate of speed than the previous spheres. The smaller lights then broke the square formation into a line and began traveling NW with the larger sphere at the rear until they were out of sight.

Observed fast-moving linear-appearing procession of 14 orange-red lights approaching from south, a brief pause followed by 3 of same, heading in northeast trajectory. No sound. It didn't resemble any aircraft, Chinese lanterns, or fireworks. Local Police Department had not received similar calls.

Approximately 11 PM 12/31/16, observed bright red starlike light stationary North of Saint George, Ut, at 45 degrees above horizon. A fuzzy blue green light of irregular shape was moving at varying distances beneath it disappearing and reappearing at intervals. After about 45 seconds the red light gradually faded away without changing position. The blue/green light reappeared twice more briefly and then was gone. No shapes were discernable. Observer is a retired Pharmacist, 5 years of college, excellent corrected vision.

This object appeared to be about "radio tower" height and was simply put a bright light in the sky that appeared to travel straight up and down yet mostly staying stationary for the duration of time it was seen. It was seen for a solid hour by three of us in two different locations and never made a noise. As we entered the house to warm up and go back out it was gone. Having never in my life seen something like this, I hit record and took a video of it. The colors were nothing the ffa has approved and I was leery to be out there. I called out to my sister's boyfriend and my son as they were near me and pointed it out. They both felt the same way I did. Leery. We watched the craft with it's pulsating lights and zig zag movements for almost 20 to 30 minutes when suddenly it went at an amazing fast speed straight up and was gone. During the entire time my dogs refused to go outside and were whimpering. During the recording, I made there are grey static anomalies. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. We were at Balboa Pier, in Newport Beach, California, at approximately 8:15pm pacific time on 12-30-16. We were looking at the horizon to the west into the ocean, for the moon, (which there wasn't) and noticed a steak in the clouds. Then out of the clouds suddenly a bright round light appeared. We were saying to one another it was an airplane, but it just stayed in one location for about 3 minutes and then withdrew from its origin in seconds. Bright white light has been spotted about the same place in the sky SW, this is the second time we have seen it in the nights sky. Took pictures this time and went out at 18:22 and light was gone. The sky is clear and can see other stars in the sky, at first looks like a plane coming strait at us but have watched it for about 5 min. and it does not move. It sits pretty low in the sky but I don't think it's in the Earth's atmosphere. Am going to watch it until it goes away next time to see how it leaves. Sighting of Venus. PD

At 1:30AM, Dec. 30, 2016. Over downtown Toronto, Canada... I spotted at least 10 UFO blinking lights noiselessly cruising at a constant speed in random order (some closer to each other than others) in the same NE direction above and in-between the clouds. At least 2 of them stopped behind in mid air. They all looked like distant stars, but slightly bigger (1.3X). No body was discernible except for round powerful twinkling lights. (I did take a fuzzy picture of one of the lights). Shortly afterwards, I could see a noisy plane (military?) with a very intense nose head light that went combing through the underbelly of the clouds. There was a bright object that was low at the horizon at the very northeast corner of the sky. At first I thought it was a star or planet that was low in the horizon, I check my smartphone, on some astronomy apps,and what not, and didn't show it was any natural thing that bright as objects that close to the horizon tend to look bigger. The object was definitely above the mountains as well. I watched it for about a minute and a half at least over a wall about 3 feet from me that is about 6 feet tall, I'm 5'9". And then suddenly the object dims considerably and moves off heading east, to recall even further it seemed to look like a slight streak moving, I had to step a couple of times to my left to see it go because it was being obstructed by a palm tree. I saw this in my backyard which faces north. As far as I could tell it isn't any type of aircraft I have seen since I live close to Nellis AFB. My best guess is a helicopter but it didn't have any blinking lights and it was far off in the distance away from the city and above the mountains. I'm at a loss as to what the object may be.

The object, seen through my window while I lay in bed early in the morning, initially appeared to be a bright star or possibly a planet. It was blinking white, red, blue, and green in color. Suddenly it began to move as if it were almost vibrating, but then the movements became more obvious–it moved up and down, side to side, and would zig-zag through the sky before it would stop and stay still like a star again. If I watched long enough, it would begin to move again, in the same manner. It was so captivating and interesting that I had somehow unwaveringly watched it for four straight hours before I had to pull myself away to get some sleep. The following week, I woke up around the same time and saw the same thing. A single star-like object in the sky, blinking white and different colors, and moving in strange patterns for brief periods of time. I continued to watch this object in the sky in the early morning every few weeks, always in a similar place in the sky. Sometimes, when I would first notice it, I would doubt my earlier sightings (blaming it on my eyes or thinking perhaps I had imagined it), yet if I watched long enough, the object would begin to move and blink as it had before. On Thursday, March 29, 2017, I woke around 2:00 to see TWO star-like lights parallel to each other in the sky. The first was in the same area in the sky as usual and the second was a little to the left. Initially, I thought maybe the second light was just a star, but suddenly both of the lights began moving exactly the same way. This led me to believe that the lights could be on opposite ends of a large craft, but later the lights began to move differently than each other. Sometimes they would move in opposite directions, but sometimes they would rush close together before vibrating away and then pausing in the sky. This sighting was perhaps more spectacular than the other mornings, since I had never seen more than one at a time! As I am writing this, I notice that the two dates I know for SURE I saw these crafts (I have a journal entry from the first sighting in December and for last week's sighting, so I know what days those sightings were on, but I didn't write anything for the other sightings) are both on the 29th of the month. This could be a coincidence, but I wonder if the other times I sighted the craft that I didn't document the date for could possibly be on the 29th of the month as well. If so, perhaps this coincides with some planetary cycle that could explain the light, rather than something extra-terrestrial. I will continue to watch for the lights. If I see any between now and April 29th, I will make another report. As for my background, I'm only a high schooler. I don't have any qualifications that would lead me to be more trustworthy, but I am telling the truth of my experiences. I would love to know if there is any information on similar sightings! Also, an idea occurred to me the day after my sighting of two lights at once. I set my camera's f-stop and ISO so that if I were to take a picture of a moving light at night, the photo would show the path of that light's motion. I have arranged my camera on a tripod near the window I see the lights out of, and I hope to capture the lights next time I see them. If I am successful, I will submit a new report with my findings.

While driving to visit family, we spotted two abnormally bright orange/red lights in the sky. Observed for a few minutes, stopped and got out of the car as one of the lights became even brighter than within seconds it traveled straight up and disappeared. The second light did the same thing. Have never seen something travel so fast nor straight up in our lifetime.

This object was flashing in the sky. It wasn't an airplane because it was motionless. Although we seen a few airplanes circle near the object. Everytime it flashed it got brighter and brighter. We watched it flash for 50 minutes until it disappeared into thin air.

Having never seen anything like this before, I feel like I may be a bit crazy. I have been watching a lot of Ancient Aliens and listening to Coast To Coast nightly, but that fact has no bearing on what I actually saw this morning. I am a truck driver, and I drive the same route every night, which takes me from Bloomington, Illinois, up Interstate 39 to Plover, Wisconsin, and back. This gives an idea of approximately where I may have been in relation to towns or cities, as I wasn’t exactly sure what towns are around the objects I saw. I do know that the first one was seen in southern Wisconsin, close to the border, probably around the 170-mile-marker or so, before getting on the toll way. As I have not seen anything like this, it’s difficult to describe, but I will admit that the first and third objects could have easily been airplanes seen from a distance, but I do not think they were. All three objects were orange in color, all seen from a distance as I was driving, so I couldn’t keep my eyes fully trained on them. The first one, which was seen around 4:30 A.M. CST, at first did look like it was possibly an airplane coming in for a landing, as it was descending, but when it did a zigzag movement while in descent, I realized I may have seen something not operated by humans. I know that some military airplanes could pull off a zigzag pattern, but the way it moved while also descending was a bit strange. I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, and being an air winger, I frequently witnessed maneuvers by Hornets, EA-6Bs, Harriers, Ospreys, and others. I never saw any of those things, including helicopters, do anything like what I saw. Eventually, it got too low and was hidden behind the tree line of the Interstate. I tried to keep an eye out for it to pop up again, but it didn’t. The second object was much higher in the night sky, around 5:15 A.M. CST, and was much further away from me than the first was. I was driving south, and I first saw it almost directly in front of me. It seemed at first to be moving very slowly east, then sped up a bit. Up until this point, I didn’t think the first object was enough to file a report, as I stated that it could have easily been an airplane, even with the odd zigzag move, but what happened while watching the second one actually astonished me quite a bit. After it sped up a bit, I saw a quick shaft of light. This light was not bright or flashy, and it only lasted a split second, maybe a quarter of a second at the most. It was like a lightning bolt, but rather than going from the ground to the sky, this bolt came from the sky and was aimed directly at the craft. Also, it wasn’t jagged like a bolt of lightning, but rather it was straight, like something was beamed from space to the craft. I have never hear! d or read of anyone seeing anything like this before, so maybe I really am crazy. Anyway, after this beam to the craft, it kept on moving in an easterly direction and I lost it as it kept going. The third object was spotted around 5:45 A.M. CST, and this was the least eventful of the three. I also saw this one coming from the south, or at least that’s where I spotted it since I was driving south. This one traveled at a leisurely pace for the most part, speeding up one time, but slowing back down soon after. This one didn’t do anything odd, but also went in an east direction, where I lost it in the twilight of the rising sun. Honestly, of the three things I saw, I really don’t know if any of them was actually extra terrestrial, but they could be. That’s why I wanted to report them. I’m truly interested if anyone else saw the shaft of light to the second craft I saw, or if anyone has ever reported such a thing before.

Le 27 décembre 2016, le témoin (T1) regarde la télévision et décide de voir ce que fait son fils à l’étage. Arrivé en haut de l’escalier, il aperçoit par la fenêtre une lumière qui évolue de manière « assez rapide » et qui semble se diriger vers Crozon (29). Le témoin appelle son fils qui constate également la présence de la lumière. Le témoin va chercher son appareil photo au rez-de-chaussée et remonte à l’étage d’où il va photographier le phénomène au travers de la vitre. Entre 23h44 le 27 décembre et 00h59 le 28 décembre, le témoin fait 19 photographies. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. Il y a une incohérence forte dans le récit du fait que T1 parle d’une vitesse importante et que l’observation dure plus d’une heure. D’autre part, les témoins vont se coucher avant la disparition du phénomène ce qui démontre un niveau d’étrangeté de faible importance. Le témoin (T1) indique la position du phénomène à l’ouest - sud-ouest, or Sirius est bien visible ce soir- là dans la direction indiquée par le témoin et avec un mouvement apparent vers l’Ouest en direction de Crozon. Les photographies ayant été effectuées au travers des vitres et avec un zoom de forte amplitude, cela suffit à expliquer le mouvement en « Z » visible sur le cliché n°3. Les différentes couleurs sont dues au scintillement de l’étoile Sirius. Il apparaît donc que T1 a probablement photographié Sirius. Le GEIPAN classe le cas en B : probable observation de Sirius. At approximately 21:15 pm central standard time in Columbia, MO, my spouse and I were on our back deck looking towards the south while smoking. I noticed a strange flash of white light towards the southwest part of the sky and began watching for it again. It flashed again around 10 seconds later but flashed in an irregular way now in a blue and red beam of movement like a very slow motion trail. It continued to flash mostly either faint or extremely bright flashes of white light with no pattern or rhythm of flashing, and once in a blue moon it had the flash of blue and red again similar to a meteorite breaking up in the atmosphere but in a more controlled way. It inched slowly across the sky from west to east in a horizontal direction until disappearing behind the trees. It moved much too slow to be an airplane, satellite, or the ISS. It was clearly in the sky and not out in space, and guessing roughly it was probably 5-10,000 feet off the ground; perhaps a 1/2 a mile to a mile from our location. In about 15-20 minutes it had moved so slowly that it only covered about 10 feet of the sky from our point of view. Any passenger or military plane or helicopters I've seen here would cover that distance in under 20 seconds. The B-2s fly out here quite often too with Whiteman AFB being so close. Definitely wasn't that and didn't sound like the B-2. This object had no sound whatsoever. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Le 27 décembre 2016 à minuit, l'unique témoin de ce cas d'observation se trouve dans la chambre de son appartement, au 4e étage d'un immeuble d'habitation de Fontaine (38). Il observe, vers le nord-est à environ 75° d'élévation, un PAN de forme ronde " comme une étoile ", de couleur orange et d'une luminosité comparable à celle d'un astre. Ce PAN se déplace silencieusement, à vitesse modérée, selon une trajectoire globalement orientée vers l'est / nord, avant d'ètre perdu de vue au nord-est à une élévation d'environ 60°, après 1 minute 30 d'observation. Le témoin insiste sur l'absence de bruit, sur la couleur orange de la source lumineuse et sur une trajectoire lui paraissant " pratiquement à angle droit ", ces éléments constituant l'essentiel de l'étrangeté perçue. La consistance* de ce cas demeure moyenne, en raison de l'unicité du témoin et de l'absence de photo ou de vidéo du phénomène. L'étrangeté de ce cas repose essentiellement, pour le témoin, sur la couleur orange du PAN - puisqu'il pense en premier lieu à un hélicoptère de la gendarmerie ou de la sécurité civile, mais remarque l'absence de diodes clignotantes rouges et vertes - ainsi que sur sa trajectoire lui paraissant " pratiquement à angle droit ". L'hypothèse explorée, celle de l'observation d'une lanterne céleste, est corroborée par les éléments suivants : - Forme sphérique et couleur orange, typiques d'une lanterne ; - Déplacement silencieux et à vitesse modérée, compatible avec la dérive d'une lanterne portée par des courants aérologiques locaux faibles ; - Durée d'observation courte, cohérente avec la durée de visibilité habituelle de ce type d'objet. L'analyse du vent ne contredit pas cette hypothèse. En effet, les éléments météorologiques disponibles suggèrent non pas un vent fort et homogène, mais au contraire une situation de vents faibles et localement variables à l'échelle de l'agglomération grenobloise. Dans un environnement de cuvette et de relief comme celui de Fontaine (38), de tels vents peuvent se traduire par de faibles courants aérologiques locaux, parfois différents entre le niveau du sol, les abords des immeubles et les couches légèrement plus élevées en altitude. Dès lors, l'absence de vent ressentie par le témoin à son point d'observation n'exclut nullement la présence d'un flux d'air suffisant pour assurer la dérive lente d'un objet passif porté par le vent. Par ailleurs, la description d'un déplacement " de la droite vers la gauche " ou d'un " virage " ne permet pas, à elle seule, de fixer avec certitude une direction absolue du phénomène en ambiance nocturne sans repère structuré. Ainsi, l'impression d'une trajectoire " pratiquement à angle droit " peut s'expliquer soit par une légère variation du courant aérologique local rencontré par la lanterne au cours de son élévation, soit par un simple effet de perspective affectant la perception de son déplacement. L'ensemble reste donc compatible avec le comportement attendu d'une lanterne céleste observée de nuit. L'hypothèse lanterne céleste (forme, couleur, trajectoire, silence) permet de réduire l'étrangeté perçue par le témoin, bien que nous n'ayons trouvé trace d'un lâcher lors de l'observation. While closing up for the night, I was in the backyard and I happened to look up at the stars. They were very bright and luminous. Just then, while gazing at the stars, 6 or 7 bright objects began to appear and swarm around eachother slightly above to the west. They began moving in an erratic pattern to the east, juggling and swarming among each other. They finally faded into the starry background out of view, toward the east side of the sky.
