I have an old dog who wakes me up to go potty at all hours of the night. She woke me up at 2:30 on the morning of October 31 and we went outside to my backyard. I live in the approach zones for DIA so I see many aircraft flying overhead with their landing lights on for their approach to the airport. There are 3 safety approach zones for the airport for all but police and emergency aircraft, usually helicopters. One goes west to east, another goes south to north and the last fro southwest to the northeast. As I was sitting watching my dog I notice an unusual aircraft flying out of the normal safety zones. I was flying way north of the west to east zone and perpendicular to the south to north zone; crossing the southwest to northeast zone. Next its "landing lights" were pink, not white or yellow. It also did not have any navigation lights flashing. The craft was moving rather slowly then came to a complete stop for about a minute or longer. Then it started moving again. It disappeared into the clouds. The entire time there was not a sound of any kind made not even my dog.

On the Lake Superior bluff looking east over the lake 17 miles west of Whitefish point, there is a very long string of 11 red lights at horizon level. They are stationary flashing red two seconds then off two seconds. detached from the line further north is red light with a flashing white light. This is positioned just north of the entrance to Whitefish bay. The line is approximately the length of three or four 1000 ft cargo ships. I have been up here for forty five years, seen numerous ships out on the lake, but just sitting there like this not moving for over 45 minutes They are approximately 17 to twenty miles from my vantage. Binoculars showed no outline of ships.

Oct 29, 2017, I was awake at 5:45 am. As I was looking outside where it was very dark and then the lawn was flickering with light. It lasted about 4 seconds. This area is probably 100’ x 200’, and the house sits in the middle. The light was not extremely bright, and it seemed to come from over the house, as if a helicopter was hovering over the house (there was none) and there was no sound.. Then I looked out beyond the yard and saw a large star north east of Mt. Shasta very low in the sky slowly go straight down very slowly behind the mountains that are about 10 miles away.

I figured it was probably a plane but it was moving very slow. At times not moving at all. Then the light started changing colors, sometimes flashes of Red Lights sometimes white lights but it would be the whole light not a part of the light. It stood still for a several minutes as the lights got dimmer and dimmer, until it was no longer visible to me. The whole thing lasted between 10-12 minutes. It was a crisp and clear night, dry, after two days of rain. I stepped outside to the front yard, which faces south, to get something out of my car, when right in front of me about 10 thousand feet up was a bright silvery-white light, slightly oblong, without defined shape. It was smoothly and silently headed southeast east, but as I went out to get a better view of it, it moved in a very smooth arc due east, out toward the bay and open ocean. Its speed was constant, faster than a small prop plane, but not quite as fast as a jet. I had the impression that it saw me take notice of it. That's when it changed direction from SE to E. There were no flashing lights, just the solid bright white light. It was very similar if not identical to others that I have observed over my house in the past several months. All were headed east or southeast, from the west or north west. This flight direction is opposite the flights of airliners from Greene Airport in Warwick, RI, where they fly on a northeast-southwest line over my house. I am about three miles from the south shore ocean of RI. Others I have observed faded out soon after I saw them moving, though their dark outline remained...darker than the sky. This object made no move to hide itself, but kept the same elevation as I watched it head out over the town of Narragansett and out toward open water to the east. I knew it would be a matter of time until I spotted another; it had been a few months since last seeing one. Because of the chance encounters I have had and their numbers, it makes me conclude that either there have been several or many more fly overs at different times that I have missed, or they are making their flyovers when I'm actually out and looking! It does seem like they want me to observe them, and possibly even report them. It makes me wonder.

All of this lasted maybe ten secs. The light was not blinking. It was only one color. It was ABSOLUTELY VOID OF SOUND!! It was 11:29 PM Eastern time. We live approximately an hour & thirty minutes from Fort Jackson. We are familiar with the sounds of fighter jets and military flyovers. What I saw was faster than ANY FIGHTER JET, was closer than I've ever seen a fighter jet appear without emitting sound. It was both terrifying and completely amazing to witness. Two smaller beams of noiseless, unblinking lights INSTANTLY SPLIT from one large light. I am not crazy. I consider myself a reasonable human being. I know what I saw. Unfortunately, it happened so fast and my mind was trying to process what I was witnessing-I did not have time to record moment. I was in utter disbelief. Afterwards, waves began to heavily lap on shores of north and south side of lake. There was zero wind on this night.

I was standing in the parking at 1005 Louisiana NE somewhere around midnight on 10/24/17, when I noticed a point of colorful light hovering high in the sky SE of my position; it was stationary and appeared to be changing color. I observed it for a couple of minutes and decided to go get a video camera to take some footage of it. When I returned to the parking lot, I noticed it was in the same position, and I took a couple of minutes of video of it and then went back into my apartment. It was still there when I went back inside. Possible "twinkling" star?? PD

21:08, October 24th, 2017. While in my backyard on October 24th, on a clear night, my wife and I observed a very bright yellow light in the N.W. sky. The object was at approximately 45-50 degrees above the horizon and it was the brightest object in the night sky. We both witnessed the object blink out. The light then came back on within a few seconds and moved around the area, changing direction abruptly, yet moving in a linear fashion, before going out again. My wife went inside to retrieve her phone to record the object, and our 15 year old son joined us in the backyard at this time. The light came back on, but very dimly, moving out of the area to the northeast. This time the movements were not abrupt, only linear and as it moved across the sky, it blinked. It appeared that there may have been more objects following it. Two minutes and four seconds of video footage were taken during the encounter.

I work on the flight line at Mountain Home AFB. We constantly have planes taking off and doing exercises at night. I am familiar with how they come in to land, the patterns they do, coloring of the lights, etc. On this particular night I was working on multiple aircraft and as I'm walking to one of them I noticed a bright orange light coming from the South West, which is directly in line with our runway. I don't particularly remember any of our jets going up prior to seeing the light but could possibly be a cargo aircraft. Normally our jets have bright white lights, but since this light was orange, I assumed it wasn't one of ours, or the bulb was just old and needed to be replaced. It didn't appear to be moving but normally their approach is pretty far so it could have been descending at a slow rate. Thinking nothing else of it, I continued to work on the aircraft for about 5-10 minutes and noticed the light was still there in the exact same spot. Perhaps maybe it made a go-around, but it never passed over the base to make a pattern like they normally do if they miss the approach or practice. The light stayed there for about 2 minutes after looking at it then disappeared. I told my other co-workers and they saw the light too, but jokingly played it off that they were aliens. About 5 minutes later the light appeared again but this time there were multiple smaller orange lights in a formation to the left of the larger light, in the exact same spot again. I couldn't tell if the smaller lights were all individual craft or part of a larger one. None of them appeared to be moving. I thought maybe they could be flares and they're just just practicing but it made no sense that 1, the lights all were the same color, 2. why would they pop flares while on approach to land? and 3. flares die out after about 5-10 seconds but these stayed eliminated for another 2-3 minutes. Then they all disappeared. This repeated 3 more times until it stopped. Nothing ever landed later that night, and found out later none of the squadrons were flying at that time. The light was bright enough at times I thought it was coming right towards us but it never moved from that single spot. There are no other larger airports around that can support aircraft with large lights like the ones I saw, except for 40 miles north west in Boise. Can't guarantee what I saw is concrete evidence of extraterrestrial objects but they were definitely out of the ordinary and I haven't seen the lights prior or after the incident. Normally jets practice in the same areas and do the same patterns for about a week or so so all the pilots can practice at it since we have multiple day/night shifts. Was really strange. 3 bright lights, white with a blue-ish hint... Stationary forming a large triangular pattern, at about 45 degrees up from horizon, East/South-East looking toward Long Beach from West Los Angeles. Sliver of moon in South/SouthWest sky at same height from horizon. Saturn just barely visible near moon. The triangle configuration was about the size of the triangle of the tail of constellation Leo. These three "stars" were so bright, too bright to be planets at that time, stars were not yet visible at that hour. Thin coastal haze blocks out most faint stars here at night. These three bright objects remained in position for a few minutes, then just 'winked out' one by one. Vanished. No movement, no streaks, no coloration, no blinking. Just diminished over a few seconds, by degrees until gone.

I was looking to the north from my back yard, in West Hills California, a little bit above the tree line, I estimate 25 to 35 miles out, I noticed a light that I didn’t really think much of at first. But then I realized it was moving around odd way and it was a constant light that was not blinking off and on, it was bright and greenish in color. It moved up then down, then to the left then, up again, then to the right, then down, then to the left, then down, then to the right, then up. These up, down and side to side maneuvers were all sharp right angles. Then it disappeared as if the light just turned off.

The bright white lit object did not have the charecteristics of a meteorite burning up in the earths atmosphere. I have wittnesed that experience many times,and they differ of coarse.However this bright white lit object that came from the night sky starting somewhere close to the center point from where the little dipper was and the ground was.I knew it was different from anything ive seen falling from the sky before. It did not burn up and it was going way to slow ...It simply lit up bright white and stayed the same brightness for as long as i could keep it in sight. The house accross the street obstructed our view and it hit the ground... It was round like a globe or disk… Bright white. ! Fight with my gf when I just stepped outside walked across the road I had looked up to have seen a white spotlight bright be focusing down but not toward me as it had passed me already then this went on for few seconds until it shut off and it is as if you could still see it but it was like a star moving in the sky?

While eating dinner with guests about 7:00 pm on October 20, 2017, I happened to look out our sliding glass door which faces west and noticed two stationary side by side very bright flashing white lights just above the tree line slightly northwest of the house. They were quite close together and were brighter than the planet Venus would be. The object(s) were stationary and did not wobble like a drone would. I called the 3 other people in attendance and they all saw it. The sun had set and it was dark out. I went for some binoculars but by the time I returned, the lights had moved northish and out of view. No noise was heard. From our house, the object(s) appeared to be over the western part of Aviation Road in Queensbury, NY. A week later (10-27-2017), I was sharing this event with a friend and coincidently both he and his wife may have seen the same object while they were driving in their car about 7:15 pm. He reported it also as 2 stationary side by side very bright white lights but they were not flashing. Shortly thereafter, one light disappeared. They also said it was low in the sky. He’s not 100% sure what day it was but feels like it was the same Friday evening as was the one we saw. Also, no noise was heard. His sighting was about 5 miles northeast of our sighting and located in the Sunnyside Road area of Queensbury, NY. All parties involved are familiar with aircraft lighting and this object was definitely not lit up in a normal pattern.
