A bright small circle light in the sky that traveled slowly for about 10 seconds then split into 2 lights then disappeared. We suspect that the sighting occurred on Saturday night, July 12, 2014, and we have amended the date above. PD

I was sitting on my front porch and looking to the South, two very bright "circles", one on top of the other about 3 feet apart, came from the East and were traveling extremely fast to the West. The two "circles" were traveling parallel to the ground. They were about the size of a volleyball, and were a very bright white/light. They weren't flashing or blinking at all, there wasn't a sound, then the one on top accelerated, the one on bottom appeared smaller, then the one on bottom "caught up" with the one on top and they seemed to touch, the one on top appeared to travel "up" slightly then it vanished, at the same time the one on the bottom just disappeared.

Two white objects, like white round lights, flying at a very high rate of speed from one side of the sky to the other side, over Lake Conroe Texas in a matter of two to three seconds. The two white objects were close together, but not always parallel with each other so they appeared to be independent objects. There was no noise, like we would experience if a plane was flying overhead. And they were much faster than a plane. They did not have a trail like a meteor or a shooting star.

I saw two flying UFOS with bright white lights flashing traveling very fast. Their shape was round with a sphere across it. Both UFOS were traveling parallel to each other. They both flew in front of my house they traveled diagonally going towards of the side of the neighborhood roads. They were traveling about 15 ft to 25 ft above the height of the houses. This is my second time seeing a UFO.

My husband and I were sitting in our back yard, just before dusk. Some bright fiery light caught my eye in the sky to the east. I watched this object move very slowly move from east to west. It was hovering just below the clouds. It was a very odd cylinder shape and extremely bright orange lights or fiery flames. As the flames died down, the object moved to a northern direction. It hovered high in the sky for approximately 3 or 4 minutes and then it slowly moved straight up, vertically, out of our view with no lights. The whole event was truly shocking, and lasted about 7-10 minutes. The object would have been approximately over Route 11 north.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge, MD
I was driving over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, paying attention to traffic ahead of me, of course. But as I was approaching the end of the bridge, something silver and bright nearly blinded me to the right just over the bay. I was unsure of what it was at first. As I focused on it a little harder I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Of course no one else was in the vehicle with me except my 1 yr old daughter who probably couldn't see it, yet remember what she was seeing. I took my eyes on and off to pay attention to cars in front of me but I am 100% sure of what I saw. It was a circular-shaped silver flying saucer hovering over the bay water. It had a clear center sort of shaped like a bubble. It hovered over the water about 1-2 minutes until changing its direction, then disappearing behind a building. Two objects appeared dim into the sky. One object dimmed out and disappeared and later made an appearance closer to the other object. The two objects moved farther away from each other and soon started blinking yellow, green, blue and red as they were moving farther and farther away as they disappeared in the span of about 2 hours.

One[1] object was seen. It was very bright with many white lights. The lights appeared to be "all over" the object - not the usual blinking, single light of night-time aircraft. It appeared to hover over an area in the downtown core of FREDERICTON, N.B. I could not decipher whether the object was a helicopter or some other craft. It appeared to be of a circular or oval shape. I happened to glance at it and the hovering nature, and many bright lights, compelled my attention and interest. I do not know how long the object was visible; however, after watching same for a few minutes, it flew away. I would have filmed this incident; however, my camera was not recharged. Incredibly bright white light seen just above treeline. Did not move at all only got dimmer as time went on until it eventually disappeared. so bright it hurt to look directly at it.

I watched what I thought was a low star twinkling (extra twinkly) out toward the East of the sky. I watched the star for 15 mins, and it did not move. I went outside about 30mins to an hour later to discover that the star was gone and was no long in the vicinity of any part of the sky.

i was looking out my window when i noticed a large bright light to low for a star and to bright and fast to be a plane it moved at great speed and made very sharp turns in a zigzag pattern from side to side the light was not flashing either it was a steady bright white or very pale blue light. i was not a ufo, alien believer or serious beliver until tonight, what i saw was very strange and a bit scary i have seen many planes in the sky before and this did not look like a plane what really gave it away was the turns and speed of turns

Technically this is ufo, but I don’t know if it was ‘one of our’s. About a month ago (this is 8/11/14), I saw an object in the sky that caught my attention. We live in Santa Rosa, CA, and about 3 miles from the airport. It was about 9:00 pm, the sky was dark, no fog. I noticed out of my second story window that there was an object and I thought it was an airplane coming straight on to the airport. But it wasn’t moving at all, and there was only one light. I laughed at myself, thinking ‘oh sure, you just want to see a ufo. I got my husband to look at it. I kept track of it for about 20 minutes- it’s possible that it moved a tiny bit, but when you are staring at something like that you can be fooled, so I don’t know. It also seemed to maybe have some periodic flickering colors on the right side. For those 20 minutes it did not change course. When I went to bed it was still there, same place. It was south from here, very small. San Francisco is 50 miles from here, and I supposed it could be in that direction. I don’t know if I could actually see that far, but it was a dark cloudless night and the object, although very small, was bright. I figured the angle was about 50 degrees up from the ground where I was. Now here is a funny thing. My sister lives about 50 miles south of San Francisco in the area of San Jose. I never mentioned this siting to her (I actually pretty much forgot about it). About two weeks ago we were talking and, guess what, she saw the same thing! But hers was a few weeks after my siting. I did not say anything as she was relating it to me; I put my hand over my mouth and let her finish talking about it, and then told her. What a shock! She saw hers later than mine, more about 11:00pm. And hers was somewhere over the Lockheed area (I think a little east from her). She watched hers for about 10 minutes- it did not move. Other than the time and date, and a little more east from her place, it was exactly the same description! Today we were talking about this and I decided to write you. We decided it must be a drone. Do you know?? I don’t like the idea of drones lurking in the sky any more than an ET.

Leaving my front door, there were bright lights in the air above me. There were 3 lights in a triangular and 2 sets of 3, then 1 set of 2, finally 1 set alone. Totally silent, moved at the same slow speed. As they left my left field of vision, they just disappeared. The silence was as unusual as the lights. I used the car alarm, the horn screamed and yelled, but no one heard me. I had nothing to photograph them. I did call the police and a TV station, just to report if someone else, somewhere else, saw them. The witness provided the time and date of the sighting during a follow-up telephone conversation. PD

A good friend of mine took this photo in Tokyo a few days ago. Take a close look at the top right of the photo, No cloud can do this! If you look closely, you can see more of it above the main ring! Quote from the person that took the photo: "On July 8th 2014, a large typhoon was coming near the greater Tokyo area. I looked at the sky through the window of hotel room where I was staying. It was very beautiful. I wondered if the typhoon would really come while I was taking these photos. By the way, at the upper right side of the photos, there is a strange cloud, which looks like a UFO". I am sending 3 photos to: ufocntr@nwlink.com (Subject, 07082014 UFO sighting / ((name deleted)). These were forward to me from the person that took them. I have known this person for more that 20 years, they are NOT a hoax! Possible reflection of recessed ceiling light? PD

Bright, non-flickering white object in sky before any stars were visible. "Star Walk" iPhone program located it in roughly the location of star Dubhe (end of bowl in "Big Dipper"). Appeared to be stationary during several minutes of observation (we didn't see it appear--it was already visible when we went out on our deck), though there were no nearby visible reference objects for confirmation. Brightness roughly that of Jupiter, but way too far from the ecliptic to be a planet. My wife & I looked away for a few seconds while discussing where our binoculars might be, and when we looked back it had completely vanished, So, unfortunately, we did not see if it flickered out or vanished in an instant. Thought it might be a meteor headed directly towards us, but the brightness seemed too steady for that. We sometimes observe rocket launches from Wallops that appear as stationary spots when headed away from us, but there were none scheduled toda! y that we know of. Definitely too little motion over the period of the observation for it to be an ordinary aircraft. Seemed too bright (and stationary) to be a satellite.

Because there is an airport & military base within 5 miles of this sighting, I can assure you that it was not an airplane or helicopter. It was moving slowly away from HWY 82 (away from I-80 in direction and crossed over HWY 82) and then curved over the small horse race track in Vienna and headed toward over Brookfield. I think it was a military drone because it was completely silent and very slow; however I don't know. I just know living near the airport for 30 years that this was not a manned civilian or military aircraft, because they all have a engine sound and are not this specific color orange. This was not a Chinese lantern either. It flew smoothly as if it were a slow silent drone or unknown aircraft. It appeared to be about 500-1000' off the ground, but it was hard to tell.

My husband and I were out on our back deck looking South at the neighbors house, directly behind us. That neighborhood is full of trees. I happened to see a large circle orange and red and about 16 feet it floated and was low to the gtound. It was floating in the tree line, it floated across the street on to the other side of the road, into the trees and disappeared. We had thought we would see it come out of the trees but never did. It also had no sound… Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD
