The report, as filed
I was driving over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, paying attention to traffic ahead of me, of course. But as I was approaching the end of the bridge, something silver and bright nearly blinded me to the right just over the bay. I was unsure of what it was at first. As I focused on it a little harder I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Of course no one else was in the vehicle with me except my 1 yr old daughter who probably couldn't see it, yet remember what she was seeing. I took my eyes on and off to pay attention to cars in front of me but I am 100% sure of what I saw. It was a circular-shaped silver flying saucer hovering over the bay water. It had a clear center sort of shaped like a bubble. It hovered over the water about 1-2 minutes until changing its direction, then disappearing behind a building.
