The five of us witnesses could not identify what we know we saw. We believe it is much like the objects seen by the lady in Harrisburg, PA last week.

Clear night, many stars visible, moon was close and bright but only 90 percent full. What I thought was a bright and low satellite (bright solid white light, no blinking) was traveling (to the west of my position) steadily from the north, southeast bound. I observed it for about 3 seconds (it covered 10 horizontal degrees in that time) when a much dimmer (further away looking and blue tint) object came from approximately 5-7 lateral degrees above the bright object (or above and to the west of it, from my vantage point) and changed course, following the bright objects path. The lesser object stayed about 15-20 horizontal degrees behind the bright object when the lesser object CLEARLY changed course to follow, but the bright object gained another 10 degrees between the two (either the bright object sped up or the lesser object slowed but it seemed like the former). They traveled another 20 lateral degrees south, towards the moon (just a reference point), an! d I noticed a third object (looking exactly like the lesser object) dropped down from approximately 10 lateral degrees above the bright object (which then began to travel more southeast than south) and it CLEARLY changed course to follow the bright object. The two lesser objects were close together at this point (2-5 lateral degrees between the two), obviously chasing the bright object, and all three covered about 10-15 lateral degrees before the bright object just faded out (like a fast dimming off) and the two lesser objects separated about 5 lateral degrees and, together, turned more east but still heading south until they got too far for me to see. All three objects covered 5-10 horizontal degrees at a given time. NO blinking lights at any point from any of these objects. I believe this was low earth orbit, not in the atmosphere. At about 22:50, the same night (sept. 4), .25 miles west of SR-17, on Merion Rd., I was looking at Ursa Major when another object that looked like the lesser objects from earlier, dropped down 10-15 degrees in about 3-5 seconds, steadily, and slowly stopped and began to blink a red light. It dropped from the furthest (from the handle) east most, top star of the “pot”, but barely on the inside of it, below the lowest and furthest star in the “pot”, stopped, began blinking the red light, lightly, and just behaved like a plane at this point, heading west slowly. It took about 20 seconds for it to travel west, below ursa major, and then appeared to stay in that vicinity. I left after about 5 minutes of keeping an eye on it but it got dimmer and dimmer so it may have been getting further from me. I was facing northwest of my position on Merion Rd. There are always military craft out in that area, day and night, and I have come to the conclusion that the only options, of what these were, are either military and extra terrestrial, or just extraterrestrial. Unless, of course, there are private industry high altitude to space fights and chases going on. Very strange and active night. I have NEVER had such solid clarification of objects I see in the sky (that aren’t regular aircraft) being under immediate intelligent control. Now I know what it feels like to have actually seen something surreal in the sky.

This light moved at a great speed for a short but long distance given that it appeared to be just outside our earths stratosphere (100,000+ feet up). It then changed direction almost instantaneously and dimmed to the eventual loss of vision, giving the appearance that it was heading out and away from earths orbit. Buhl, ID

We were driving down the highway towards Buhl, when we saw a giant orange orb. One by one, more orbs lit up until there was 5 in a row. They all went black at the same time. The craft shot east and one orb lit up again. It went black and disappeared. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

The most orbs seen at one time was 9 total orbs in a perfectly straight line. They then vanished one at a time quickly. Jets started to circle. Cows were going crazy. My middle son was asleep and started yelling "let me go... MOM". I rushed in and caudled him and he went back to sleep. The event then ended. I have a short video from my cell phone.

Hello, I witnessed something last night I cannot explain. I got home around 6:30 and decided to take a load off and chill on my deck. I wear prosthetic legs and those things really rub me raw sometimes. So I tossed them on the bed and quickly made my way to the deck to enjoy a beverage. I was sitting there relaxing when a storm began rolling in from the west. I figured I had few minutes before I had to drag myself back into the house, so I watched the clouds forming and lightning flashing in the distance, amazing stuff! As the storm was about a mile off, I noticed a shiny object in the clouds, lit up by lightening. I thought it was a jet liner trying to get to CLT before it got diverted. Boy was I wrong! The more I watched the more I realized it was not a plane. It would seemingly tele-port from one area to the next in and out of the storm, and then far away. Needless to say I was stunned, and I totally lost track of the time and the storm. Within minutes the storm was right on top of my house, and so was the silver object, which I can now see was a huge ball! I watched, helplessly as it danced in and out of the clouds seemingly feeding off the lighting. I was terrified more of the object than of being struck by lighting. I've watched enough shows on cable to know what happens next. I could feel all the hairs on my arms and stumps standing up! But I wasn't sure if it was from the object or the storm! The thing was no farther than 300 ft from the top of my house at one point! It appeared to be about 100 feet in diameter and changed colors rapidly. Unbelievable! Of course this is the one time I left the phone on the kitchen table... That is the last thing I remember doing last night after I saw that damn thing! I woke up today a bit disoriented, and sore. Any help or explanation from you guys would really set my mind at ease. We wonder whether this report is an attempt to hoax us. Even though though the report appears to be carefully prepared, the witness does not provide an e-address, and the telephone number is not his…it belongs to someone else. We can only conclude that the report may be a hoax. PD

Either the same one or a different one was spotted doing the same thing a little farther north near Carolina Sands. The object stayed right off the coast maybe 20ft off shore at the most. It disappeared out of my view just before sunrise, going north toward carolina beach and Wrightsville. I avoided it getting close to me by leaving the beach

A bright orange/amber orb appeared from the southwest, traveling towards the northeast. Was traveling faster than an airplane (we saw several planes passing overhead), but not as fast as a meteor. A distinct vapor trail was visible behind the craft, as reflected by the moonlight. I would estimate the altitude to be between 15,000 to 18,000 ft above sea level. As an airline pilot, it was something unique that I was unable to explain. The orb disappeared behind Mt. Massive. Suspected to have been a re-entry of a portion of the Russian Cosmos 2495. Our gratitude to Mr. Ted Molczan for his proper identification of the object. PD

Me and a friend were camping out on the shore of Paugus Bay, by a cemetery next to a supermarket named Shaw’s. It was Labor Day and several boats were out that night. The sighting occurred sometime between 11PM and midnight. Everything has quieted down and the people on the bay had all docked their boats and left as far as I can remember. We weren’t supposed to be camping where we were, which was just a small piece of land on the opposite side of the tree line from the cemetery. I was sitting there when something in the sky caught my eye. It was a large orange ball moving in a perfect line from north to south. The only object I can use as a scaling reference is the moon, which was nearly full that night. It was about 1/3 of the diameter of the moon and was pretty far above the horizon. Suddenly, it stopped and just hung in the air perfectly still. Then after about 15 seconds it disappeared. Not faded out or flew away but disappeared. Like it was a light and someone flipped the switch. I’ve never seen anything like it.

My mum and I were driving north on the New Jersey turnpike at 9:30 at night. We were approaching exit 8 near Monroe township when I, sitting in the passenger seat, witnessed a bright blue-white star-like shape descend rapidly from the sky and disappear a second later. I immediately asked her if she saw that to which she responded, "Yes. I didn't want to say anything because I thought it was a streetlight or something." It clearly was not a streetlight as it was well above earth. The star-like object was about 50-60 degrees from the horizon when facing north. It appeared stationary until it rapidly began to fall towards the horizon and disappeared at around 30-45 degrees. There were no clouds in the area. The entire event lasted only a second or two. We quickly ruled out a falling star as there was no visible tail. Also, it was too bright and far too fast for it to be any sort of aircraft, commercial or military. If it was an airplane then it should h! ave been visible until it went over the horizon but it simply vanished. The only conclusion I can make is that it is indeed a UFO. It was unidentified. It was flying. And it was an object. Alien or not, who knows. I just hope other motorists may have witnessed the same thing.

I was laying at the pool with my wife on a partly sunny day. At approximately 13:30, I was laying on my back with my feet pointing nearly due south. I had on a pair of high quality polarized sunglasses that allowed me to look up into the afternoon sky. I was watching cumulous clouds roll and build in the afternoon heat when a black object appeared in my field of view from high and right, moving down and to the left. This would be a Southeast trajectory. My immediate opinion was that the object was a large black bird, riding the wind at a very high altitude. A split second after the object entered my field of view, however, the “Bird” appeared to have its wings folded in. Birds who ride the thermoclines at that altitude very rarely flap their wings so I thought this odd. I waited for the “Bird” to open its wings. It never did. As I describe this at the luxury of taking the time to sit in my living room and record my memory of the event, please bear in mind, the entire event was over in approximately 5 seconds. When my eyes became fixed and focused on the object, I jumped up from my chair and moved to the right to prevent my view from being blocked by a tree that is next to the pool. What I was looking at was a solid black sphere. I got an extremely good look at the object and could judge altitude better as it passed under a large cloud. My view was never obstructed by the cloud. The object did not appear to have any lights on it, nothing flashing, and it made absolutely no sound. It left no form of contrail, but at that low of an altitude, neither would a commercial or private aircraft. No contrail, moved under a cloud so my estimation of altitude would be at or under 1000 ft. The direction of the object never changed. It continued out of sight on the same Southeastern trajectory it was on when I first saw it. I work in the aviation field and I am familiar with what a fixed wing and or a non-fixed wing aircraft looks like in the sky. I also know that any aircraft I am aware of, short of a non-powered glider can be heard from the ground at a below-cloud altitude. This object was absolutely silent. This object appeared to be a perfect sphere. There were no wings. I am not claiming the object I saw was of extra-terrestrial origin, but I know what I saw was no typical aircraft that I have ever seen before.

We witnessed two spherical objects in the sky. There were two hawks trying to scare them away, but gave up. One sphere was very tiny compared to the hawk, and appeared to be just a black dot moving amidst the clouds. The second sphere came about 10 min later, appeared to be metallic and reflective of light. It was close enough to see it was completely round and was not a balloon with string. I sit on my roof every night stargazing so I quite often see "shooting stars" or space junk which range anywhere from 5th magnitude brightness to 1st magnitude brightness. Tonight, I noticed an unusual amount of space debris so I was paying more attention to the sky than usual. The first phenomena I experienced is what looked like an unusually bright object also usually colored that seemed to originate from one point in the sky and stretch to another point and vanish. Around 30 minutes later with the continuous bombardment of space debris I started to notice what looked like a star, not pulsating erratically, moving what seemed relatively slow but at such a high altitude that it was moving at a remarkable speed. Either the same craft would appear and fly across the sky and vanish or multiple craft were flying across my field of vision. (I was facing south west). What was unusual about the crafts movement was that it was seemingly flying straight as though trying to appear to be an airplane but it would make sudden erratic turns that passenger aircraft were not capable of. There was no sound coming from these craft, in Maui meadows every sound echoes and you can clearly distinguish the cars on the highway about 3/4 of a mile west of where I was. The most usual thing that I saw was an actual commercial flight fly across my field of view and another spacecraft appear and maneuver dramatically to almost intercept the plane and then follow it out of sight. I have tried to rule out other possibilities but it could not be space debris because they were directly contrasted next to each other. It also could not be an airplane for 2 reasons, Maui is quite isolated, there are only 2 airports, the closest of which is 15 miles away, and comparing these lights to an airplane confirmed my theory that they could not have been airplanes because they moved across the same airspace at what appeared to be the same altitude in incredibly short intervals. Also the commercial flights would not have been able to reach such great altitudes in such a short time. Please do with this what you can and if any answers could be made clear to me that is my ultimate goal in reporting this. Our experience suggests to us that the visible re-entry of space debris, put into orbit by man, is a relatively rare event. We do not know what the witness was observing. PD

Saw an orbital sphere traveling at a fast rate of speed going northwest and slowed to a hover below the clouds. It was illuminated with red, green and blue flashing lights. It moved quickly and hovered, appeared to be lowering and then moved to the east and disappeared past our view in tree line. The object didn't appear to make any sounds. We did take a short video of part of the even, but the video only caught the last minutes of the event, as we didn't have a cell phone nearby and watched from backyard Jacuzzi before we got out and went inside to grab a phone and go out front to video.

9:45 pm. Sitting on front porch with several family members. Orange, bright pulsating orb above tree line moving from south to north. Guessing it to be 2 miles away from me and guessing 100 feet up in the air. Going in straight line fast, then slowed to a hover, went on a few more seconds, brightness diminished, then vanished.

My wife and I observed a very large extremely bright orange glowing orb that tracked south some distance off the ocean shore paralleling the coastline. The surface of it looked like molten steel except for a very faint difficult to see grey shape in the center. There was a vertically moving wave like appearance to the surface. This molten appearance reminded me of a NASA photo of the surface of the Sun except that, unlike the Sun, the edge of it was very sharply defined. The bottom of it emitted a slightly more reddish tint. It remained level at relatively low altitude above the horizon for about 30 seconds and then pulled up at sharp angle and rose at a tremendous rate of climb; it momentarily appeared to slow and then continued to climb rapidly. It was so bright that it illuminated very high thin cirriform, noctilucent, clouds in the dark otherwise clear sky as it passed through their altitude. It made no audible sound. This took place approximately an hour and a half after sunset.

Our town had finished its Labor Day fireworks show, and we were just sitting on my lawn, talking. Suddenly we noticed through the trees behind my building, a red-orange light rise up, over the treeline, and hover. It hovered for close to 2 minutes. We speculated that it looked like the flames in a hot air balloon but it was 9 pm, it had been raining and thundering off and on all day, and fireworks had just ended about 15 minutes ago. I tried to record it on my cellphone but the light looks white or even yellow-ish on camera. As we're watching, the light suddenly makes a sharply-angled turn (almost like an L), and rapidly flies off and then suddenly just disappears. Seconds later, we see a second red-orange light rise up in the same place where the first one did, but this one did not hover. It made the same sharply-angled turn and also disappeared. Right before the second light disappeared, the third one rose--again from the same spot-- and made an ev! en sharper-angled turn and disappeared. The third light was faster. There was no sound, nothing else in the sky during this, although shortly after the third light disappeared, we did see an airplane because we compared it to what we had just seen. And though in my pictures and on my video, the light looks white or even yellow-ish, it was actually a vibrant, VERY bright red=orange. We wouldn't have noticed it and watched it otherwise.

3 fuzzy round circular objects evenly spaced (spaced east to west) traveling (constant speed) from south to north. Seen thru 11 x 80 L. Henzl & Associates binoculars, while trying to observe the Milky Way. Tried to see anything between objects but couldn't. They reminded of the color and look of search lights used at grand openings, but much smaller in size. I doubt anyone looking up without binoculars would have seen them. I continued looking for another ~30 minutes, but they never returned.

At around 2:00 am on 8/31/2014, my friend and I were driving to the top of a mountain pass near where I live. We were just listening to some music and eating food at one of the parking areas at the top of the pass. We begin to look at the sky and take in the sights. I notice one normal luminosity point of light that looked like it was a satellite orbiting Earth, but then it began to move in a curved manner not consistent with orbiting satellites. The object appeared to get significantly brighter at the same time. I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing, but also couldn't get the words out to my friend to ask if she was seeing the same thing. Luckily, I didn't have to. I heard her exclaim, "Is that getting brighter?" and then I knew I wasn't imagining it. The brightness increase put it above every other star in the sky, even more luminous than a full moon, but the apparent physical size was smaller. The object then decreased in luminosity, before fo! llowing another odd curved path and disappearing. This happened again almost immediately afterward in the same way, in the same spot.

This is a two night sighting, one on 8/30/14 and another similar sighting on 8/31/14. 8/30 Stargazing and looking to the east we see airplanes. An object catches my friends eye to the west-northwest (northwest of Cumberland, toward PA), a few miles out, about 5 degrees or less above the horizon is a glowing, rotating and flashing brightly, an orb like object moving at about 100 knots to the north. The object comes to a halt, pauses all movement for at least 20-30 seconds and changes direction exact opposite of its heading, still clearly rotating and displaying an array of colors from white, blue, red and orange. The object suddenly vanishes after about 2-3 minutes of observation. 8/31 at approximately the same time, zero dark hundred hours, (note: we are now equipped with nikon hunting binoculars, very good quality for night hunting) an object appears to the west many miles out, in a hovering posture 10-15 degrees above the horizon, displaying a similar array of colors and what would appear to be rotating. The object dims and reappears, eventually becoming very bright with a wild display of colors and then disappearing. About 10-15 minutes later, the object reappears, now 5 degrees above the horizon, closer than before, displaying an extreme brightness of rotating colors, and dimming, it is clearly rotating from our view in the binoculars, and after about 2 minutes the object becomes very very bright and then vanishes before our eyes. Charleston, SC

5 green lights were seen moving from the SSE to the NNW at 10:09 PM, on 8/30/2014, in Charleston, SC. Two groupings were seen, three lights in front, two in rear. Lights were moving relative to each other and stars could be seen between the lights indicating they were not connected by any solid object. All lights were moving at generally the same speed in the aforementioned direction. The first three lights moved only slightly in relation to each other. The trailing two lights moved at great speed in relation to each other, where one light moved 270 degrees around the other light in approximately 10 seconds. The movement was not in a perfect arch, again suggesting the two were no physically connected. While the trailing lights were performing the 270 degree movement relative to each other, one of the leading green lights became intensely bright relative to the others. This could best be described as seeing a laser pointer that was suddenly pointed direc! tly at the observer. This lasted approximately 5 seconds. Lights did not blink and were constant, and their brightness in comparison to each other was similar, with the exception of the sudden brightening of the one object. Light intensity could be described as that of a slightly brighter than a standard green airplane navigation light at approximately 1,000 to 2,000 feet (as compared to known aircraft landing at CHS on most any other night). Absolutely no noise of any kind was heard during the entire sighting. Lights were first seen approximately 45 degrees from directly overhead and it took approximately 60 seconds to move to the corresponding 45 degree angle. 90 degrees were covered in approximately 60 seconds. The objects were seen for another 90 seconds, moving to the NNW, until they slowly faded from sight. No additional movement relative to each other was seen at that point. Many flights go over the house in the direction of Charleston international airport. The direction of these lights was different in that it was 30 degrees to the west of the normal flight pattern to the airport. Sky was clear, no clouds. No haze was observed. The pattern below generally reflects the relative position of each light although there were subtle variations of this during the observation. The distance from the lead light to the trailing light was the distance from the pinky to the thumb with full spread of fingers at arm’s length when the objects were directly overhead. The distance from the two trailing lights to each other was approximately the size of a half dollar at arm’s length. X X X X X Given the speed the trailing two objects moved relative to each other, it gave the impression that these objects were not at any appreciable height. The general speed of the objects across the sky was much slower than an aircraft landing at CHS. A landing aircraft takes approximately 15 seconds to cover the same 90 degree arch these lights covered in 60 seconds. However, landing aircraft are only visible for approximately 20 to 30 seconds where these lights were visible for 90 plus seconds before they slowly faded into the distance. That gives the impression these lights were higher in altitude which contradicts the impression of a lower altitude given by the relative movement of the trailing two objects. My wife observed the objects for 10 to 15 seconds before calling me outside to see them. We were the only two witnesses that we know of.
