It was flahing moving fast. At first I thought it was a airplane. But then it was moving fast n then it would slow down. It had to many lights for an airplane. So, when I took pictures of it, I was certain that it was not an airplane.

Two circles with tails staying within inches of each other, flashed twice moving in a southeast direction. Was seen in the sky by two people on a second story porch, its flashes were bright enough to illuminate table on the porch and the building in general like a spotlight.

Driving down a main road in Westminster, my friend and I saw two flashes on the ground by the base in Seal Beach. It was bright green on the outside, like the green of a stoplight. And, blue in the center, blue like the hottest area of a fire. It flashed once for a couple seconds, followed by a second of rest. Then, it started again and seemed a little brighter than last one, and lasted a couple seconds, as well. It was bright enough to illuminate the sky like a Disneyland firework set off that failed to reach the sky.

Object was observed in a stationary position, but also seemed to do a very slow rectangular pattern, several aircraft in the area wich help determined object was very far and at high altitude. Object seem to be Northeast of my position or about 053 degrees.

I live in Veneta, Oregon. I looked up at the sky facing north at 21:41 and about 50 miles north, I saw a large white light, then it flashes three times then exploded and light up the sky bright white ......that was all ....there was 4 planes in the area that might have saw it also

The flash seemed to be about 100 ft in the air and about 8 feet across- but the bright light it emitted exposed a good 50-100 yards in front of me in all directions, seemingly. There was no sound prior to the event. After the event, it sounded like power lines were being interfered with. Weather was clear.

Looking at stars towards the south and I noticed the corner of my left eye a flash in space like a camera taking pictures, so I turned and looked up into space and noticed a faint light moving between the stars, then another flash occurred and noticed how large the unidentified object was. It was around 5 times bigger than the stars, it flashed again and moved then stopped, then another flash. Could it be the international space station or a satellite? Possibly a tumbling rocket casing?? PD

Just about dusk I witnessed a very bright, white light low in the southwest sky that streaked across the horizon from the NW to the SE. It was a fairly long thin line and the front was shaped like a half arrow. It was moving very fast and I saw it for only five seconds, or less, before it disappeared from view. This light did not fall from the sky, it moved straight across the horizon. My view became obstructed because of trees.

Saw a flash while watching the north east part of the sky, next thing I see is a stationary blinking light in the same location after the flasg 4 times, I call my wife outside she saw two more blinks and that was it. Total time was less than 15 minutes.

A triangular air craft was sighted in the South sky on I-25 between the Alameda and Jefferson exits. It stayed stationary and was shadowed as the sun light was bright. As I stared at the craft to determine what it was, there was a bright blinding flash that came from the craft and shone for about 15 seconds. It flashed the blinding light a second time for another 10 to 15 seconds. I tried to determine what it was and what was the source of the blinding reflection or flash of light but then it suddenly disappeared. It seemed to pixelate away in a matter of a few seconds. I tried hard to find where it could have gone but it had disappeared. Here are the facts: it was a clear and sunny day with a blue sky. I was in heavy congested traffic. I was driving south and traffic was stop and go. I am certain that others had to of seen this triangular object. It was lower in the atmosphere as a plane would be that was close to a landing strip. This was definitely not an airplane or other known aircraft. The flash was not a light but more of a blinding reflection as if someone had a mirror and was deflecting sun light into my eyes from the craft. I saw what appeared to be an airplane to the North of my house Friday, Feb 17th 2017, but it was not moving. I used the guide of a tree to verify it wasnt moving. Tonight, my neighbor told my husband to come out side and look at this object tonthe South of our house. I noticed it was the same appearance as what I saw Friday night. My neighbor though it was something doing surveillance. It doeant look like a star and it appears to be a bright light..or several bright lights in a row to make one. It is 10:10 PM as I type this and I have been recording it for over an hour. It moves similar to a flash light being waved spraticly in the dark and then it fizzles away and disappears...only to reappear a second later. I wish I could notify someone to docuement this better than I can...as I am using a LG Stylo 2 cell phone and have made numerous vidios over the past hour. By my naked eye, I can barely tell its moving, and it doesnt appear by naked eye to move a grea! t distance; but with my cell recording it, I am able to see it moving extremely fast sparaticly, actually disappearing only to reappear similar to a light splat. I emailed my local news to tell them what I am seeing and asked if they would also record it because thry might possibly be able to get better footage with a professional, high grade camera versus a LG cell phone. I have never ever experienced anything like this...and wasnt a believer in UFO's. Ironically, my 8 year old son has been watching u_ _ _ _ videos on UFO's and has been terrified to go to sleep the last few nights and I just finished telling him they dont exist...and if they did...they sure wouldn't come to Memphis where it's so populated and so much crime....I joked and alian would grt shot here..lol. This is unbelievably the most interesting thing I have ever seen. If anyone would like to see the footage I have, I'll gladly post or send it. I am going to keep recording it every night while it's here. I a! m 8 months pregnant and have to be up and at work in the morni! ng. I wi ll do one more recording before I go to bed. I wish someone could point me in the right direction of someone local to confirm this sighting! Anyone in my area of South Memphis...specifically Whitehaven, a half mile from the Mississippi border looking South. While driving south on 196, towards Holland, I saw what looked to be a bright star in the south-eastern sky. It got brighter and brighter then took off at a very fast speed towards the horizon with a tail of light. The whole thing happened in seconds.

Bright green flash to the north west, which then streaked across the sky like a comet to the north. Color was very unusual compared to any other shooting stars I have witnessed, tail of object was a similar green to the initial flash. I experienced a strange energy tingling throughout my body immediately following said event. Reported by the news media as a meteor. PD

The power went out for a second, then came back on. Then I seen a the sky out side turn a bright green and the power when out again. I wasn't able to get a good look it was just a flash of green, then the power was off. I am an avid night sky observer and was using a Nikon 10X50 60 degree binoculars last night to observe various star constellations in our southern Australian sky. For instance, I have observed the International Space Station about 30 times, so I am familiar with the brightness and movement of the ISS. The object I observed last night did not move or have a trail like a meteorite. My daughter was observing the Pleiades star cluster and noticed the bright light appearing and disappearing as well. I would be interested if anyone else observed this object here in Australia. Thanks for your effort tracking these observations. Possible flare of an Iridium satellite. PD

The witness was quite eloquent in her description of the complex sighting, and she sounded to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We suspect that she is a capable witness, and quite reliable. PD
