My racing pigeons were flying around the property and while watching them I noticed a bright object in the sky coming from the south. I assumed that when it got closer it would turn out to be an areophane, but something compelled me to keep watching it. When it did get closer I saw that it did not have wings and was somewhere between oval and Tic Tac in shape. It had a metallic appearance and had bright lights at either end (this could have alternatively been reflection from the sun to the west). As it got closer it gradually changed directions and began heading east. It did not change orientation as it changed its direction of travel by 90 degrees. As it moved away the lights appeared to switch back and forth between the two ends. I continued watching it as it got further away, but I looked away briefly as the property owner’s dog had seen me and began barking. When I looked back to the object it was then dark with no bright areas and after looking away bri! efly again I could no longer find it. I estimate the time of day to have been between 18:00-19:30 and the duration of the sighting to be approximately 5 minutes.

Dans la nuit du 13 au 14 août 2021, aux alentours de minuit, le témoin sort de sa résidence pour prendre l'air sur sa terrasse. Alors qu'il observe le ciel, il remarque un ensemble de plusieurs lumières blanches, peu lumineuses, se déplaçant en formation en V. Ces lumières suivent une trajectoire rectiligne du nord-ouest vers le sud-est à une vitesse relativement rapide. La formation semble être très proche du témoin et disparaît derrière des arbres situés à proximité. L'observation dure environ 8 à 10 secondes. Un seul témoignage est recueilli (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). La consistance de ce cas est moyenne : un seul témoin, ni photo ni vidéo (La consistance est la quantité d’informations fiables recueillies pour un témoignage). L’enquête conclut à l’observation très probable d’un groupe d’oiseaux se déplaçant en V, (probablement des canards sauvages type Colvert), soit lors de leur migration entre leur lieu de nourrissage et leur dortoir, soit dans le cadre d'une migration partielle.. Les éléments confortant cette conclusion sont principalement : - la description du PAN en V et la faible luminosité des petites lumières - la présence d’éclairage urbain - l’absence de bruit - la proximité du témoin - la vitesse de déplacement. Driving home on hwy 50 towards El dorado hills, around 10pm. We noticed a tall office building. It looked like 80 windows with silver metallic covers that were rippling. Then the windows turned metallic pink. Then all of the sudden it turned into a ufo disk. Vibrant colors. It was hovering. Then it became bigger. Then the UFO started having rings come down. I snapped pictures, until we passed it. People were slamming on their brakes. That's when I called 911. The next day, my daughter told me it was an Intel drone. The day prior to this I was reading about someone on TikTok? Was claiming to be from the future and wanted to warn us about aliens coming to earth on Aug 11th.

While staring up at the sky I observed a fast round shaped aircraft moving quickly with another similar shaped aircraft right behind it following and then a third joining from out of formation. No direct sight of the aircrafts, shadows were the detection while the aircrafts moved in between the sun and the clouds above. Aircrafts were flying West to East. Aircrafts moved much faster than a plane at the height they were observed.

I walked out from the cottage to the porch, noticed a crazy brightness in the sky. Saw what seemed to be 2 bright stars, one much bigger and brighter, and a smaller something in the sky as well. The smaller UFO I followed across Great Bay, it was egg-shaped and a fiery orange glow. No noise, just seem to float across the sky. My friend finally ran out and saw the last 10 secs. No structure, one glowing orange color, no noise...and then disappeared. Less than a minute later I looked for the 2 bright stars, explaining to my friend where it had started...the bigger and brighter star was gone. I feel like the one we saw more closely and detailed was a distraction from seeing the bigger UFO(only saw that still, but then was gone). I an a USAF veteran and my friend is a Boston Public School Administrator. I am a single mom who was taking a night away at my friend's Cape house. What a perfect eve it was. Clearest sky I had seen in a long time. I will be looking for! more. Mind blown.

Shortly after 9:30PM, me and one of my family members spotted a mysterious blue light doing weird maneuvers in the sky. The object wasn’t that bright, just a blue dot. It did many maneuvers like shooting straight up and making 90° turns. The object was dimming and then getting bright again. Finally it dropped below the horizon causes a loud boom that set off car alarms.

Le 29 juillet 2021 à 23h07, un résident de DOLE (39) se prépare à se coucher lorsque, en ouvrant sa fenêtre pour fermer ses volets, il est surpris par l'apparition d'une lumière éblouissante. Le témoin décrit une ligne blanche se déplaçant silencieusement de la forêt de LA SERRE vers le sud de la forêt de CHAUX. Le PAN a une forme ovoïde, se déplaçant à grande vitesse et à une altitude apparemment constante. Le témoin observe ce phénomène pendant une durée d'environ 6 à 7 secondes. Aucun autre témoignage n'a été recueilli. La consistance* du cas est faible : témoignage unique, succinct (un PV et pas de QT), ni croquis, ni photo, ni vidéo. La description du PAN est tout à fait typique de l’observation d’un bolide : PAN très lumineux, déplacement en ligne droite extrêmement rapide, pendant quelques secondes seulement. Des recherches dans les bases de données répertoriant les bolides ont permis d'identifier une rentrée atmosphérique correspondant au PAN mentionné dans ce témoignage. Ce bolide a été observé depuis le nord de l'Italie, avec un horaire et une trajectoire parfaitement concordants avec l'observation décrite (cf.rapport d'enquête pour plus de détails). On the evening of July 16th 2021, i discovered that one of the photos id taken earlier in the day contained clear evidence of a red and orange missile shaped craft appearing to be soaring through the sky at approximately 45 degrees from the horizon line, and about 1 1 mile away from my location. I was driving into a the grounds of a tiny cemetery located near my home at the time. I did not observe the craft or being standing on it in real time, nor was there was any sign of crafts or activity of any kind in the sky, and the grounds were empty of anything other than the aged tombstones, and the tree line a in the background. ..the "fuzzy edges "of the craft itself as well as the texture of the being standing on it leads me to believe it was using some sort of cloaking device at the time. of the event.

Wanted to get your opinion on something I just saw. I live in Denver,CO and was working when about an 2 hour ago I saw something floating some distance away. It appeared to be just north east of Boulder, CO. It was just hovering for about 15 mins. Couldn’t stop staring at it and texting images to to a couple other friends. I looked back up at one point and it had vanished.

On July 4th, 2021 at 2033 I used my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to record a person light and fire a roman candle fire cracker in slow motion. I thought nothing of it and continued my day. I had no alcohol and saw/heard nothing unusual in the sky. I was facing south south east. When I returned home, I played the video back on my phone and zoomed into the person firing the roman candle to see how the slow motion looked. I noticed a small dark object above the people moving left to right. I zoomed in with my fingers by pinching the screen, and watched the dark object go from left to right across the entire screen within one second of real time. I watched it several times. I do not know how far away it was but it appeared to be further than some trees in the background. It was moving very fast and it (appeared) was very small. I thought it could have been an insect but the flight path was very controlled with no zig zagging. I thought it may have been a bird but it was not possible for a bird to fly that fast. I enhanced the video and made it easier to see but I still could not make it out. The moving image is very blurry and has some light around it but that could be pixelation.

Me and a few friends were camping on South Manitou Island in the Sleeping Bear Dune wilderness. I did not notice the strange phenomenon until I recently reviewed some old photographs. You’ll see in the video the UFO, at lightning speed ascends and levels out across the frame. View the video in slow motion as the object moves real quick.

9:21pm, overlooking the Payette River Mountain range in Tamarack, Idaho- Saw a VERY bright light in the sky. So bright, it was almost like the sun was reflecting off of a mirror. It had two thin white tails trailing behind it (like asteroids do in photos from their dust trails). It was stationary. Did not move, so I knew it was not an asteroid. Or a plane. Pondered what it could be for a few seconds. Took my cell phone out and started filming. Once I did that, it started to slowly move behind a cloud. If you zoom in on the video you can see it kind of sit behind that cloud for a second. Also, if you zoom in on it (as I did and took some snap shots of the video) you can see that it’s a shiny oval object with no distinct lines. My sighting was captured one hour before a fireball lit up the entire sky, which was witness by many. Coincidence? ...Maybe?

It was raining off and on that day. It was very hot. I was on my way to Sturgis from Rapid City, via freeway to attend a patriot convention and concert. The time was early evening somewhere between 5-7pm. Headed westbound on the freeway straight ahead there were beautiful, dark green mountains and just slightly to the right of center of my vision if looking straight ahead while driving; I saw a huge globe of cloudy white move straight upward. It appeared it had come off of the ground and straight up into the clouds that were hanging kind of low due to the storms that were off and on. The color was the exact same color as the stormy clouds. They weren't black or dark gray. They were light gray and white. I knew that this large ball could sit right in the clouds just above all of us completely hidden. It disappeared as soon as it hit the clouds. This ball was so large that from the distance I was to it it seemed that if I were standing upon it it would be to me looking up at a hot air balloon. Big. I feel it was larger than a hot air balloon since I was so far away. It wasn't exactly spherical and it wasn't exactly oval. It was both. Just a tad off. It had a very soft look to it. No rough edges and no lights. If it was exactly spherical then it could've been something malleable ( might be the wrong word for this) that as it lifted the force from doing so would pull it out of shape a little. Like pulling a water filled balloon and see it change shape and extend a little. It was horizontally oval. The curvature of the freeway took me to the mountainside then being on my left and I remember thinking that this was about where that thing lifted from the ground. I tried to look over at the green, beautiful mountains to see if I could see any kind of doorways into the ground or hidden in the mountain by chance. I looked to the right and saw a patrol officers cruiser lights on. They were pulled off to the right side of the road in a little half moon pull off area from the freeway. Another car was also there. Not sure of someone had broken down or was getting pulled over. I would like to know of there were any other reports. It was daylight. There is no way I am the only one that saw it. It was too big.

Le jeudi 1er juillet, aux alentours de 20h45, un témoin observe depuis son balcon situé à Manosque (04) le passage de deux phénomènes aériens non identifiés (PAN) se croisant dans le ciel. Ces objets présentent un aspect blanc brillant et une forme ovoïde. L'observation dure moins d'une minute, jusqu'à leur disparition du champ visuel. Le lendemain, le 2 juillet, le témoin transmet au GEIPAN un Questionnaire Technique (QT) dûment complété, accompagné d'une photographie panoramique du lieu d'observation prise environ 15 minutes après les faits (Annexe 1), ainsi que d'un croquis du phénomène observé (Annexe 2). Aucun autre témoignage relatif à cette observation n'a été reçu par le GEIPAN. Le GEIPAN sollicite le Centre Air de planification et de conduite des opérations de défense aérienne de l'Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace (CAPCODA) le 19 août 2021 afin d'obtenir une restitution radar. Cette dernière est transmise le 28 septembre L'unique hypothèse étudiée est celle de 2 avions qui se croisent. Sachant que le témoin a évoqué spontanément cette possibilité : « Je me mets à regarder dans le ciel précisément à l'endroit où j'aperçois ce que je prends au début pour deux avions ». Du fait d'un unique témoin et malgré l'absence de photo ou de vidéo des PANs, la consistance* du témoignage est jugée bonne. L'étrangeté perçue par le témoin est du au fait que les 2 PANs semblent très proches (il pense même à une possible collision) et qu'il ne distingue pas leurs ailes. *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. La restitution radar fournie par le CAPCODA présentait des difficultés d'interprétation, en raison d'une échelle inadaptée et de la faible lisibilité des informations affichées. En complément, l'analyse menée à l'aide du site Globe.adsbexchange a permis de confirmer la présence simultanée de deux aéronefs se croisant à 18h47 UTC, dans l'axe d'observation du témoin (orientation sud-sud-est). Depuis sa position, ces deux objets pouvaient apparaître alignés sur une même trajectoire apparente. Il s'agit des vols : - RYR576A, évoluant à une altitude de 40 000 pieds (12 192 m), situé à une distance horizontale de 39 735 m du témoin (projection au sol mesurée sur carte) (voir Annexe 3). - IBE32EM, évoluant à une altitude de 36 975 pieds (11 270 m), situé à une distance horizontale de 51 768 m du témoin (projection au sol mesurée sur carte) (voir Annexe 4). Le vol RYR576A est visible depuis la position du témoin selon un angle d'élévation d'environ 17° (calculé via Arctan (12192 / 39735)), tandis que le vol IBE32EM apparaît sous un angle d'environ 12° (Arctan (11270 / 51768)), soit une différence d'environ 5° seulement. Cet écart, relativement faible, peut donner l'illusion de trajectoires convergentes, voire d'une possible collision, ce qui n'est en réalité pas le cas, les deux appareils évoluant à des altitudes distinctes et suivant des trajectoires indépendantes (voir Annexe 5). On note également que ces élévations réelles sont sensiblement inférieures à celles estimées par le témoin (entre 30° et 45°), ce qui est fréquent : les témoins ont généralement tendance à surestimer les angles de faible élévation. Ces angles réduits et la grande distance séparant les aéronefs du témoin rendent leur identification visuelle difficile, d'autant plus que les ailes peuvent visuellement se confondre avec le plan horizontal du fuselage à cette distance. Concernant la couleur et la luminosité des PANs signalés : le témoin évoque un blanc très brillant, ce qui est cohérent avec l'apparence des fuselages blancs des deux avions, réfléchissant la lumière du Soleil au moment de l'observation. Quant à la forme perçue, la distance importante (plus de 40 km) ne permet probablement pas au témoin de la distinguer avec précision, d'autant que les reflets solaires peuvent altérer la perception de la structure. Enfin, la courbure apparente de la trajectoire pourrait être interprétée comme un effet de perspective, lié à l'éloignement des appareils et à la position de l'observateur. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas en "A" : observation de deux avions de ligne. [GEIPAN classification A — Avion de ligne]

UFO sighted last night 6/27/21 at approx 21:20 while setting up telescope for observing. I am at 21.45392° N, -158.00764° E in Hawaii. While viewing Arcturus, I noticed what I thought was a satellite passing by from West to East. Object was white. I saw no running lights on the object. I visually followed the satellite East for about 20 seconds and it covered about 25 to 30 degrees of travel. Then, the object made a 90 degree (sharp) turn south for about 5 degrees then another 90 degree (sharp) turn East. Then it made one more 90 degree turn south until I lost sight of it. The only way I can explain this if if it were a military craft changing directions by either going straight up or straight down and changing course during that maneuver. From my perspective it would have been a 90 degree turn.

HI I AM A RESIDENT HERE IN PALM COAST FLORIDA. AROUND 10:11 AM ON MY WAY TO WORK. I WAS DRIVING MY CAR THEN THE SKY WAS CLEAR AND BEAUTIFUL THAT MORNING SO I DROVE SLOWLY IN THE PALM COAST PKWY WHEN I LOOK UP THE SKY I SAW A WHITE SILVER OVAL OBJECT LIKE A SHINING SILVER DISC. I STARED FOR 3 SECS THEN IT JUST FLEW AND DISAPPEARED TOO QUICKLY. IT WAS BELOW THE WHITE CLOUDS AND I CAN EVEN SEE FEW BIRDS ON MY RIGHT SIDE. I DROVE SLOWLY SO I MIGHT SEE THE OBJECT AGAIN...AND THEN I PROCEEDED DRIVING TO WORK. MY CO WORKERS THOUGHT IM CRAZY SO DECIDED TO REPORT MY CASE.

The object was moving west to east. At the speed of a prop plane. bright reflection from an oval object. No navigation lights, no wings, no noise, no contrail., seemed to be metallic. Difficult to say elevation but above 20,000 ft At first I thought it was Sky Lab but checking it was the wrong time of day for the space station. The object seemed large, longer than it was wide and it moved in a straight line .. no deviation of path. It was beautiful but strange. Perhaps another satellite but it was interesting. No other planes in area at this time but flight path not typically used by commercial or military aircraft.

It was after dark, the other three had gone to bed. I was standing outside the tent talking to my wife, who was inside the tent. I told her, hay theres a shooting? WTF??? she heard me say that! it came into our atmosphere very fast, lighting up like a shooting star but way bigger! it came in, made two slight turns and then rolled underneath and headed back out into space! it lasted about 3 or 4 seconds! it was hundreds of miles up and if i had to guess, after watching the space station go by many times at 17,000 mph, id say it was probably going about 50 to 80,000 mph! it was way faster the the ISS, but slower than a shooting star! I am sure others had to have seen it to! I looked for a place to report this but didn't find anything! I am a pilot and was camping at Moose Creek with our frinds in another plane! tonight I was talking to a friend of mine who is an FAA inspector in Idaho and he told me about you folks! Ive never seen anything like it, but I am telling the truth, it was incredible!

On June 14, 2021, at 10:45am, while drinking coffee with my sister outside a coffee shop in Tustin, CA, we noticed something odd in the sky. We hopped out of our chairs to get a closer look. What we thought were small drones heading our way ended up being 11 small oval-shaped silvery objects that moved eastward at a slow, carefree pace, just east of the 5 Fwy, near Newport Avenue and Main St. The objects stayed fairly close to each other, spreading out a little then coming back together. They appeared to have a shiny surface on one side, reflecting sunlight as they moved across the sky. Their movement was odd in that each object could move up, down, and side to side in different directions, while staying in a group, moving upward and eastward together. The total time we watched them was approximately 2-3 minutes. They flew up too high for us to see them after that time.

Sighting occurred in the direction of ESE and at an altitude of appx 55 to 65 above the horizon. Shape and color of the object appeared to be 'white' and 'oval' or 'orb-shaped' against the blue daytime (cloudless) sky. Initially appeared as a single object, and then eventually "divided" into two (or another simply 'appeared' alongside it, ..not known) Immediately went to a neighbor's shop for secondary witnesses to the event. All three of us saw the occurrence.
