I am speaking for the witness, who is my 9 year old son. He was in the back yard playing with the dog when he observed a black sphere. There was sufficient features that allowed him to identify what appeared to be rotational movement. He was adamant it was not a balloon. It rose straight up and disappeared from sight. Insufficient information to determine a rate of speed or guestimates on initial altitude, or an estimate of size. My son and I are familiar with aircraft and fly regularly. At risk of sounding bias, his observational skills and ability to identify makes models and years of cars way exceeds my own, and though I am a UFO enthusiast and experiencer, he has spent the last four years telling me I am delusional, and so for him to say he wanted to make a report... Well, here we are. He would not entertain balloon, helicopter, or air clutter as an alternative. The precise time isn't known but reasonably between 1900 and 2000 hours. The date is accurate, as his experience occurred after our evening call. We speak daily, remotely. I live in Texas. He observed an aura around the artifact. This is not something I have discussed with him.

I spotted a metallic sphere in a clear blue sky in the middle of the day. It was fairly windy and never moved. I was with a group of about 20 friends and only one other person was really able to see it because the sunlight was really bright. It stayed there for 2 hours and some time after it was gone. We were at approximately 7,000’ elevation and the object was 2,000’-3,000’ feet above us and slightly to the east.

I saw what I thought was a plane or helicopter then realized it was traveling backwards the lights were behind it. It was moving too fast to be conventional aircraft and it changed direction too sharp and fast. I considered it to be an asteroid or something like that but I went up in elevation and I’ve seen haley’s comet and Halle bop they never changed elevation. yellow to white round light came from the sky and travelled parallel with the mountains then then simply disappeared, it seemed to be about a mile distant and a complete guess of altitude would be 2000ft which is far below the mountains that would be to the objects immediate left, or behind it from my viewpoint. it was hard to discern color, it appeared to be both white and yellow during the one to two minutes, the disappearing in the air was most unusual as it was obvious that the object was on the same side of the mountain range as I was. I had gone outside to collect laundry I had left to dry in the sun on chairs, I just happened to remember it before bed and didn't want to leave them out all night. Note: I did not include a phone number or my address as I dont want to be contacted, I just wished to relay what I saw as it was so unusual......it was no plane or helicopter, there were no clouds, and the moon wasnt out yet.

Was walking dog around 11:35 pm. Bright red light caught my eye I would estimate at 2 to 3 thousand feet high. Watched it slowly move across sky glowing red and sometimes orange. As I'm watching, wondering what the heck I'm seeing, it suddenly disappeared, as if it slipped into another dimension, like flipping off a light switch it just turned off. I stared at the spot hoping it would reappear. It didn't go into a cloud because where it disappeared there were no clouds, just starry sky. Very exciting and interesting. Don't know what it was,,,but I saw something and it vanished as I was looking right at it! No sound at all, completely silent.

I was smoking a cigarette and watching the sky, a very bright orb appeared at what I would guess was between 5000-10000 ft and shot toward the ground almost at 90 degrees and disappeared before it would've passed behind a short building in front of me. It was extremely fast, no tail like a meteor, no change in brightness or sound. The best way to describe the orb was just like the intensity of a headlight on a car straight ahead of someone, but it shines in all directions. Lasted about .5-1 second. I am a nerd who plane watches, sky watches, and am very mechanically inclined and have good reasoning abilities. This was very straightforward in terms of what I saw, but I can't explain what it was, it was like nothing I have ever seen. About 30 minutes there was a LADD FAA plane on adsb exchange doing a low circle in the area I observed the orb.

The object was far so I was in a red light so I grab my phone and zoom in in a clear space between the trees to record. Les témoins se trouvent au bord de leur piscine située près de leur habitation dans la commune de Cessieu (38) le 16 juillet 2023 lorsqu'ils observent à 16h30 plusieurs PAN dans le ciel, se déplaçant lentement du sud-est vers le nord-ouest. le témoin (T1) décrit ces PAN comme un amoncellement en ligne de 4 ou 5 objets eux-mêmes constitués de trois sphères lumineuses de même taille, avec une autre sphère lumineuse de taille plus importante au milieu. Deux autres PAN identiques se trouvent à proximité, en-dehors de la formation, et évoluent de la même manière. La consistance* est bonne : il n'y a qu'un seul témoignage malgré deux témoins mais une vidéo du PAN a été fournie. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'enquête a pu montrer que les témoins ont probablement observé une grappe de ballons fantaisie en Mylar, se déplaçant en altitude portés par un vent faible (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Cette conclusion s'appuie sur les éléments suivants : - Forme sphérique, fréquemment rapportée lors de telles observations et courante pour de tels ballons, - PAN regroupés par grappes de 3 individus, elles-mêmes alignées ou évoluant à côté d'un groupe principal, - Luminosité mentionnée par T1 obtenue par la réflexion des rayons du Soleil à la surface fortement réfléchissante des ballons car observation faite en journée par temps ensoleillé, - Trajectoire initiale du groupe de PAN rectiligne et stable, les ballons étant portés par le vent d' altitude. L'exploitation des données vents à mailles fines AROME*, fournies par Météo France, a permis de confirmer l'existence à des altitudes comprises entre environ 100 et 250 m d'un vent compatible avec l'orientation du déplacement des PAN, du sud-est au nord-ouest. La vitesse de ce vent est par ailleurs faible à très faible, conforme au lent déplacement des PAN. *Application of Research to Operations at MEsoscale) est un modèle avec une maille très fine (maille de 1.3 km) pour la prévision en France (METEO France). Le témoin a exprimé ce qui formait pour lui l'étrangeté de cette observation ; chaque point constituant cette étrangeté a pu être expliqué au regard de l'hypothèse étudiée : - Les disparition et réapparition de certains des PAN est tout à fait typique de ballons qui pivotent sur eux-mêmes pendant leur déplacement, offrant ainsi une surface moins réfléchissante au Soleil de manière temporaire, - La mention par le témoin de certains PAN isolés du groupe principal se déplaçant soudainement en sens inverse du déplacement global de l'ensemble est tout à fait cohérente avec l'existence de micro-rafales en altitude (cisaillement de vent) pouvant se produire à des altitudes légèrement différentes de celle à laquelle la formation principale se trouve. Il a toutefois été impossible de le démontrer formellement, la résolution des données AROME ne le permettant pas, - Enfin, concernant l'observation a posteriori sur la vidéo, la résolution moindre des smartphones par rapport à celle de l'oeil humain explique la déception du témoin qui ne voit pas autant de détails sur cette vidéo qu'à l'oeil nu. Les points clairs ou sombres observés, se déplaçant rapidement autour des PANs sont probablement des artefacts vidéo. Notons que le jour de l'observation est un dimanche et que nous sommes en été. Il est possible que dans la direction d'où proviennent les PAN ait eu lieu une fête, ce que l'enquête n'a pas permis de confirmer. Nous n'avons notamment pas pu interroger les pilotes des planeurs évoluant à proximité pour savoir s'ils avaient vu ces ballons. The last 2 pictures that were takes, the sky was definitely red that's when the image that I was photographing, disappeared. Naked eye was was a cluster of white lights.

I recall seeing a tiny black dot in the distance appear and move very fast from left to right in a straight line. A second later a black metal sphere with a red flashing light appeared in front of my bathroom window where I was showering. It hovered and was wobbling a lot from right to left and left to right, but stationary in the same position just wobbling. It looked like a bomb was my first thought. I ran out of the shower screaming for my boyfriend to come look. He saw it for about 5 seconds then it was gone in the blink of an eye. He ran outside to look for it but it was gone

Not only did we see things flying through the sky for hours above the Sol Duc river, we also had strange phenomena happen at 11:30, 12:30 and 2:12 am involving a bright flood light type light shine on our tent ( remote camping ) without a sound. Every time my husband got the tent window unzipped it went off. I was truly and still am petrified about what happened that night.

Driving south along US 280 from Columbus, GA near Fort Moore and Cusseta, to US 27 driving south. Witnessed orb of light, greenish in color, moving across sky from left to right, or toward the west. Sighting lasted maybe a few seconds, as light object moved past line of sight, or vision, over the treeline to the right side of the highway.

Fishing on open lake with two friends. Boat oriented West. From North to South line appears out of thin air of perfectly symmetrical round orbs with lights on each one in rings from center to outermost part of orbs. 12 orbs or more The orbs were perfectly in line and perfectly spaced. Distance looked really far of the orbs and the ring of lights on them were amber color and seem faded. The Massive orbs, then crossed behind a single cloud West of boat and as each one flew above it they disappeared and then the cloud faded away quickly. All other clouds in sky remained all around. I screen shot the google maps of where we were and where the orbs came from and disappeared at. Also shows live location of where on lake we were and what way we were facing. I am a 67-year old woman residing in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. This morning at roughly 10:20 AM (give or take a couple of minutes), I was stopped at a traffic light on Hawaii 19 at the intersection of Kealakehe Parkway. It was a clear day, blue sky all around. Waiting for the light to change, just looking out the car window, I saw a dark-colored sphere in the sky moving quickly from East to West. My initial impression was that it was not a plane, wrong size/shape. Then I thought of drones, but it was moving way too fast to be a drone. The sphere passed across the highway and then turned right, heading North. It suddenly shrank from view, reduced to a pin-point size and very quickly disappeared. I have never seen a plane or other flying object disappear so very quickly. Here in Kona, I live at an elevation of 1,500 feet above Kona International Airport, so I’m very familiar with seeing all sorts of commercial planes, military planes, private planes and helicopters. This resembled none of those. Also, in this area we never see aircraft flying east to west, as Mount Hualalai rises 8,00 feet from the ocean to the east. I would estimate the total time from noticing it until it disappeared was 3 seconds, at most 4 seconds. Most of that time was the initial movement I saw, from East to West, before it turned north and rapidly disappeared.

I was sitting on my front porch which faces south. Several strong thunderstorms had already rolled through the area, the sky was heavily clouded and all was quiet. I was looking above the line of trees which are on a hill about 100’ in front of the porch. Suddenly I saw what looked like a large bright star and in front of and to the side of the ‘star’ was a blueish/white orb in front of the clouds. From my perspective, it was about 1/4 inch in size…larger than the ‘star’. The ‘star’ blinked out and the orb began moving southeast into the clouds in the direction of Long Island Sound. It was hard to judge the distance to the orb…possibly 1/4 mile. There was no sound of a small light plane or any other other aircraft…only quiet.

As I walked out to the back yard I saw what appeared to be an aircraft approaching from the south-west travelling to the north-east at a very high-rate of speed (faster than commercial or military jet aircraft, approaching perceived comparable space shuttle reentry speed). The object moved in, out, and above of broken / scattered cloud cover illuminating the clouds as it passed over and through. The object passed almost directly above and continued along its path but then abruptly turned to the left in a semi-crescent path before returning to straight line travel. The object then slowed and moved from left to right and dimmed before brightening again and then continuing along it's original path. The object brightness faded as the distance increased until it was no longer visible. Observation through a spotting scope at the end of the sighting did not reveal any physical aspects other than the fading light intensity.

Nothing else unusual to report. Later measurement showed distance from where I was to the spot in the hallway was about 16 feet, and my vision at that distance requires corrective lenses which I was not wearing at the time so my impression was therefore blurry. Total view time was a few seconds on waking.

We were driving home from a concert at around 1015 and we saw three bright lights in the sky in a perfect diagonal line around the Onondaga Nation Reservation. We continued to watch as the first orb disappeared, and then the next, and the remaining orb got bigger and brighter, and started to come down lower. We parked the car and we couldn’t take our eyes off of it. One of the passengers in the car got a little bit of film when they were two orbs. Passengers got a little bit nervous and told me to drive away because it seemed to be descending.

I was out on a walk with my dog and 3 boys. I decided to let them play at the playground for a few minutes at our apartment complex. My five year old son was asking me if he was seeing a rocket or a star was falling from the sky. We had just arrived (he just step in the sand box) so they could play for a few mins. As I took a look I couldn’t identify what the object was. The sky was very clear (blue) not a cloud in the sky. It’s was like a sliver or white; I can’t really describe the shaped it was like long like the plan it crossed paths with but no wings or tail. When the plane finishing cross paths with this object we knew for sure it wasn’t a plane but just as big if not bigger. And the object wasn’t making any noise. I tried filming it but it wouldn’t translate on camera. So we followed it with our eyes and a little on foot a couple of feet until it disappeared. When we looked over back to the original location and we saw two orange orbs silently, moving in a similar direction as the first object we saw. They were moving as if they were gliding or floating. Also silent. Until the one I had my eyes on disappeared or turn invisible in front of my eyes like the first one. As I was looking for the third one that was like a orange orb with the shape of the first object we saw underneath it already had disappeared as well.

I witnessed a flying orb twice tonight. The first one was at 11:57pm it was heading west bound. At first it flew in a straight line but after a few seconds it made a left turn followed by a right turn (still heading west). The second orb was seen at around 12:30am and it too flew west bound but just in a straight line. Both objects flew faster than a plane. P.S. I just filed a report for a sighting on July 10th.
