Dans la nuit du samedi 5 au dimanche 6 juin 2010, plusieurs témoins sont intrigués par le passage rapide d'une lumière blanche. La trajectoire est basse et de l'Est vers le Sud. L'observation dure entre 5 à 10 secondes. Un gros satellite aurait pu donner cet aspect (hormis la forme visible, laquelle peut être une sorte d’illusion optique). Certains satellites sont sur des orbites légèrement rétrogrades (inclinaison de l’ordre de 100°) qui pourraient suivre une trajectoire Est vers Sud. Lorsque le GEIPAN a fait cette enquête (en 2012), les simulations n’étaient plus possibles pour une date en 2010. Il ne nous est pas possible de conclure fermement ce cas d’observation, d’étrangeté relativement faible (un point lumineux se déplaçant en ligne droite) et de bonne consistance (témoignage précis). Ce cas est classé C faute de témoignages indépendants et de recoupements. [GEIPAN classification C — Manque d'informations fiables]

Le 02 juin 2010 aux environs de 20h30-20h45 un témoin observe très brièvement le passage d'un objet de forme ovoide et de couleur vert pâle fluorescent. Cet objet lumineux vient du Sud et se dirige Nord-Nord-Est selon une trajectoire rectiligne et à vitesse rapide. Aucun bruit n'est entendu et aucune trainée n'est aperçue à la suite de cet objet. L'observation décrit un phénomène lumineux pendant un temps très court (1 à 2 sec), très rapide, de forme semblable à une comète (ce qui laisse à penser à une rentrée atmosphérique), de couleur vert pâle fluo (également caractéristique d'une rentrée dans l'atmosphère). Ce cas est classé B comme une probable rentrée atmosphérique d'un météore. [GEIPAN classification B — Rentrée atmosphérique]
