At about 11:00 pm on December 17th, I looked up in the sky and saw a reddish bright light UFO traveling in the sky in a southeast direction from Brookline towards the south of Boston. I took pictures of the object and the object appears whitish in the pictures with two other objects in the background, perhaps asteroids. This object was traveling across the sky, not falling from the sky. The witness forwarded three photos to NUFORC, and each of them shows one lone orange-colored light in the distance. PD

I was laying in my room on my phone when an orange light made me glance out my window (which is right next to my bed). As soon as I looked I saw two other orange lights appear alongside this one in sort of a triangular form. This made me jump out of bed and run out to my front yard. As soon as I got outside I noticed that these crafts were umbrella shaped, were completely silent and moved slowly. I ran back inside upon realizing this and started rushing my brother and sister to get something to record with and go outside. Eventually my sister got something and they both ran outside with me. One of the “umbrellas” disappeared when we got out. I managed to get a minute or so of recording of the other two before the camera cut off and they disappeared. At this point I ran inside to grab my phone. When I got back outside one last orange light started coming out from the other neighborhood. I did get a bit more video of this one until it began to flash on and off and then disappearing. One of my neighbors dogs were barking after this one disappeared, I'm not sure if they were reacting to this or something startled them. But I know I saw something that day. This is something I will never forget…

It was a green bright streak that flew no more than 40 feet above some houses. I looked around and saw planes to try to match them together but no plane I've ever seen has flown this low. I've seen meteor showers and comets but nothing compared to this. It was so low to these houses. The green light was maybe 100 yards away from me and disappeared as quickly as it came. I've never been a believer in ufo's and all that, but I cannot explain what I saw. Like I said I have seen meteors before but nothing like this.

My friend called me to report two bright "stars" in the sky flashing multi-colored lights. He gave me the approximate location so I went outside with my phone and binoculars and saw the larger orb. I could see the flashing lights with my naked eye - green, red, white, blue. When I used my binoculars, they were very bright and clear, like an LED light, not blurry, and flashing in a rotating pattern around a glowing orb. I live near a flight line and witnessed several planes pass by. This was not a plane. It hovered in the same spot for about fifteen minutes and then began to slowly drift south. Not fast. I could barely tell it was moving. At one point it disappeared then reappeared within a few seconds. As it drifted south, the flashing lights lessened in intensity. I could only see them with binoculars at that point as the light seemed to be getting a bit smaller and looked more like a bright star to the naked eye. I brought my husband outside to w! itness the phenomena. He is ex military and said it was not a plane or helicopter. There was no sound. I took a video with my phone. Granted, it's not the greatest and the orb looks small but you can still see the flashing lights. I'm not sure what it was. I've tried to debunk but honestly, I can't come up with an answer. At one point on the video, I describe it as resembling a flashing Christmas tree full of multi-colored lights. What impressed me most was the brilliance of the lights. It may not be anything but I wanted to report it since it was so unusual. Probable sighting of Sirius. PD

My little brother and I were outside, able to bear witness to upwards of twenty shooting stars near the big dipper while I was facing east. The shooting stars prevailed a shape that my brother and I couldn't quite make out, but was similar to a large ball of Orange light with two dull greyish blue lights in the center located far to the left of the big dipper. After fifteen minutes of erratic movement, the Orange light surrounding two dull lights sped towards the western part of the night sky before disappearing on the horizon. There is an uneasy feeling in the area after object departed.

During a meteor shower myself and a couple of friends went out into a field to watch it. After some time being out there 4 of us(including myself) saw a hover board shape with two tan looking balls on the end(bottom) of the craft. It also looked hazy around the outlining of the craft. It came up slowly and we said what is that and about 2 seconds after we shouted that it flew off very quickly. It was to long and big to be a drone. We questioned all being of what it could of been but how quickly it flew away and just disappeared.

Not a sighting but a hearing of very strange booming sounds near Geigertown, Pennsylvania, Berks County. Heard very strange thunderous noises inside the house but ignored them. About 30 minutes later or so heard them again and went outside to listen. They were a very rapid succession of booms accompanied by flashes of light. They seemed to be coming from up in the sky. They didn't have the sound of fireworks as the sounds were in very rapid succession and there were lots of them...maybe 50 or so in the ten minutes i heard them. It does sound like a battle of sorts is raging in the sky. This is the third time over the course of a year I've heard them in this area. My wife and I were sitting in our hot tub getting ready to watch the Geminid meteor showers. We didn't know they started after 9:30pm. While I was scanning the night time sky I noticed an object crossing the sky. I immediately told my wife to look at what I was looking at. To her amazement she saw what I saw! The object was shaped like a boomerang. The object emitted no sound that we could hear. The object appeared to be see through or cloaked. It wasn't too high in the sky either. It was moving southeast. All we can say is we saw something that we both have never seen before.

Orange and yellow glowing light which looked much like a fire ember, following it a long straight tail of the same color, suddenly the tail burned out and the vapor trails changed to an arch form of white vapor trail looking similar to the body of a jellyfish. No sound at all and eventually burned out.

At 19:21 - according to my phone's call log - I received a call from my best friend, (who lives just over ten miles away in Norco, CA.), telling me that she was startled and amazed to be looking at 'something really weird' in the night skies over her home. As I headed out my own door (to see if I could spot anything), I realized that it was unlikely I'd be able to even see the sky at all - due to massive rains all day and low, thick, stormy clouds not to mention our distance from one another. However, as I stepped out from between the houses and into the open, I found it to be largely clearing above and to the west. As I scanned the dark, patchy skies, I immediately spotted several aircraft tracking and blinking as on any normal, Friday evening. As she continued trying to relate to me in excited bewilderment what she was seeing, I was just beginning to scan the night sky above my own house when she suddenly cursed that it had vanished; it had abruptly just 'winked out'. As she started-in bitterly about its sudden absence, off to my west (toward Norco) - something odd suddenly DID catch my eye and I had to stop her. It was something odd and it was tracking southward. Whatever it was, it was clearly and definitely NOT an airplane. I was confused by its appearance. I initially considered a meteor, but no ...then a comet... but also no. It appeared to be a small, solid, red light, shaped rather oblong lengthwise - like a thick grain of rice - with a comparatively huge, translucent 'bloom' behind it; kind of like the ones that envelop the rear halves of fighter jets as they pierce the sound barrier. But that's not what this was. It was utterly soundless and appeared to be moving more at the pace of a Cessna or helicopter, rather than any sort of jet. Gobsmacked, I focused and strained and squinted to get as good of a look as possible as I mumbled into my cellphone what I was seeing as she excitedly confirmed that it was exactly what she had just been observing. I was able to clearly see it for a good six seconds, as it moseyed slowly along, due south - directly (and maddeningly) toward one of the many low, pink, angry clouds around the area. It then moved behind the cloud from whence I never saw it emerge. I checked the 'color-change' box because although to me the object shone in an unblinking, unchanging 'stoplight red', my friend swears that it appeared as a bright white, to her. But what we both DID clearly see was the huge 'plume' at the trailing end. It was in fact this odd feature that first drew the eye. It looked like the top of an open, translucent 'umbrella' curved back and emanating directly from the rear of the object. Again, there were typical, nighttime aviation activities ongoing in the skies above me - flickering jetliners and local flights headed this way and that at their various flight levels. I spotted about five or six flashing lights immediately and easily identifiable as normal, evening air traffic - but they all seemed oblivious to the object, which - in fairness - was more or less in a patch of sky sort of off to itself - and fairly equidistant from any other traffic. Sadly, I've been unable to find any local (nor anywhere) mention of this phenomenon on the internet. SURELY she and I COULDN'T have been the only ones in Southern California to have seen this amazing object. Atlas V missile launch from Vandenberg AFB at 19:19 hrs. (PST) PD

Driving north on hwy 75 with 3 others in vehicle when what we thought was going to be a helicopter descending from wwithin the cloud cover. What emerged was a dull black square shape with three white lights recessed into the face of this craft and one set in rear at center. The lights were shining throught the clouds like headlights. Size of this silent craft was 40-50 ft across. No more than 150ft from ground level-- Completely square.....odd for certain, scaring one witness by mere sight, as it passed over our vehicle, heading towards our tiny airport (SUX), as with alot of the other craft seen in the area. There's an AF base sharing the same grounds, supposedly equipped with a state of the art paint booth, at least that's the excuse served for the masses of strange aircraft seen in the area. A silver pill shaped light appeared into the sky and then moved at a super rate of speed. I will add more math details to attempt to calculate speed and size of this object according to the first memory of it. It appeared with alacrity. I was not looking directly at the spot where it appeared but because it just appeared so fast that my eyes registered the bright silver light in the east that I witnessed it move so quickly. It did not slide into view. It “turned on” as one would a switch. I surmise that either I seen it enter into view and zoom off into the mountain range. Or that it entered into visible sight and kept its momentum. The actual sighting lasted one second or less and the time from the moment I registered a event happening by sight to when I recognized this elliptical silver bight light move very quickly. Aren’t comets always like yellowish because when they are burning in the entry of the atmosphere they get superhot and burn? This one was like a low power purple florescent light. Had I been able to see it wink out in the sky like normal I wouldn’t be writing this but it was far enough that a building across the street hid the rest of its final moments in the visible sky.

At 1:03 pm, Arizona time, witness strange shaped object consisting of three outer cylinders attached to a shorter center cylinder, approximately the size of a Hot Air Balloon, hovering over farm fields in Eloy, AZ. The object was bright yellow in appearance and I could see no form of propulsion (i.e. engines, propellers, etc). It hovered for about 4 minutes, and then I noticed a jet and a couple airplanes coming from the direction of Pinal Air Park (Air National Guard base) and the object then left, going away from me, fairly quickly. By the time the jet and planes arrived, it was long gone.

Date: 12/9/14 at 230am EST Location: Morgantown, WV. It was around 230 am EST, I walked to and opened my sliding glass doors on the bottom floor of our house, facing the South West direction. This is where I smoke, since my wife is pregnant, and I don’t want a smoke filled house. It is also very common for me to wake and smoke throughout the night. I proceeded to light my cigarette and was on my smart phone, when I looked up and saw it. I have a short backyard, about 15 ft, and then it slopes upward at a 45 degree angle for approximately 40 ft, to a road with a newly built vacant house on the other side of the road. This house always has the outside light on. At the top of the hill (in front of the road and vacant house), there was a black box looking mass approximately 8ft long and 6ft tall. Next to this there was the being, which looked like a classic grey, 4-5ft tall, but long skinny arms. The being had one arm on the mass as if to be leaning or bracing itself on it. The being was clear to see due to the light of the vacant house shining behind it (Directly). This lasted for only 2-3 seconds, as my mind processed what I was looking at, and then my animalistic fear rushed over me like I have never felt before. I had the immediate feeling the being wanted me to see it, since it was standing directly in front of the vacant house light for me to see. But when fear and panic shot through my body it quickly darted either into, or behind the black mass (as if it could sense my fear of it). It moved quit strangely, almost like a sliding mechanical way, smooth, quick, graceful and without a sound. I have never seen anything living move like this before, which elevated my fear more. I stood there looking for approximately for another 8-10 seconds and then yelled, “You’re freaking me out”. I closed and locked the door, turned off the TV and lights, and ran upstairs, jumping into bed with my wife, where I laid awake waiting for sunrise so I could go check out the premises of the sighting.

I was driving in Plymouth, foggy, wet, morning but a friend saw the same thing at the same time from Shakopee (roughly 16 miles away). A 12-second long sighting is too long for the overwhelming majority of meteors that strike the Earth's atmosphere. PD

I was driving on route 100 from Stowe into Morrisville on Vermont Route 100. The sky was very dark and clear, and the stars were easily visible. I was debating what route I wanted to take through Morrisville, when a moving object in the sky caught my eye. I was on the phone as I was observing this object and informed the person I was speaking with that I was looking at something moving in the sky that was either a plane falling or a very large, abnormally slow moving meteor. I only saw this object for approximately 3 seconds, as it was moving at a consistent pace and lost sight of it as it moved behind the tree line. I attempted to find it again by continuing on the road that I hoped would give me a clear view of the object, but it was nowhere to be seen, in the sky or on the ground. It was close enough to me that if it had been a plane crash, I would have felt the reverberations from its impact. There is a small airport in Morrisville; however I observed this object a few miles to the east of the airport. Also, had this been a plane on its way to the airport, it would have flown over my vehicle. I did not hear any sounds that would have been associated with the object. The lights on the object were yellow/orange-ish. The way in which the lights were traveling together and the number of observable lights are what caused me to initially think that it was a plane. However, the lights on the object were all the same color which is why I also considered the possibility of it being a large, slow moving meteor instead of a plane. My main issue with this explanation is that the object as a whole was not illuminated, distinct smaller lights could be seen along the object. I am unable to accurately identify this object based on what I saw. Also, I do not believe that my hypotheses of either a plane or a meteor, the only two possible explanations I could come up with, provide a sufficient description to provide a satisfactory explanation for the event that occurred.

I stepped out to have a smoke, and while smoking i was looking at the sky, and just looking around. Anyway to the north there are mountains and hills, and on the hills are relay stations for t.v. etc.. One of the stations has a large antenna with a red pulsing light on its tip. while looking at the antenna light, i noticed another reddish light, out the corner of my eye to the right of where the antenna is, It more or less dropped straight down from the sky, then in a long arcing line was heading in my direction, with a large orange slow pulsing light and a red hue around it. Well i knew right then that this was very strange, dropped my cig and ran in the trailer to grab my new ipad for a picture. Came outside and now this object was getting very close, so I starting firing off pictures. Now this thing is almost over head and begins to slow way down and slowly turn to the west or left, and also at the point it slowed down the light stopped pulsing and staye! d on constantly. Not being familiar with how the ipad camera works, i was fumbling about with it, and at the same time trying to keep my eyes on the object, that was more or less right above me now. As it was in its turn the light, (without any other explanation for it) looked like an eye rolling back in its head and was gone!

it was 12/6/2014 8:39 pm Saturday night started with unexplained electrical glitch, my cell phone untouched on desk called the house phone, the house phone number was showing on the television, me and my 8 yr old looked at each other and she said mommy your cells on the desk how did it do that, so i said i don't know that's really strange! even though i was shaken a little thinking in my head of maybe some kind of electrical explanation,i didn't want to scare her so i just left it alone, but knew there really wasn't one! So later on that night my husband had got a call for roadside triple A assistance, he was a tow truck driver asked me if i wanted to go, being my daughter was asleep i took a short ride with him, on the way back coming done with the call. We were on our way home heading south on William Floyd in south Shirley NY were we reside two blocks from the water it was very clear out weather wise, as i looked up i saw what appeared to be a massive black footb! all shaped object slightly on an angel with two lights one on one side and one on the other,it appeared to be hovering over a house but in all actuality it was so enormous Also very silent! It was over the Atlantic ocean close to the Island in the Long Island sound ! i looked at it for a minute without taking my eyes off of it, not believing my eyes i yelled out to my husband look what is that? what the hell is that? my husband driving looked up at it and twice as well in frantic fear said "what the ((deleted)) what the ((deleted))!!! He began driving erratically scared and in disbelief!! He turned the block and we were home not far at all from this ship or the sound. I did want to go back but my husband was too scared too i was more curious! The approximate of this was Latitude 40 44'18.24"N Longitude -72 50'39.95"W I am so positive in what i saw my eyes were stuck on it and the U.F.O was so low in hovering being completely still,there's no if and's or buts about it! They ha! ve interest under the water i believe! Later on that night my ! 8 yr old climbed in bed with us,saying she was scared being alone it was in the Am. As she was sleeping with us she woke up and said she saw next to my side of the bed a man as she described it with a cloak on but she said a long coat with a hood no face just dark with red eyes!and then it went away!she then went back to sleep! she had told us in the morning when we were up. my daughter was never exposed to anything or watched anything ever of the sort on television or anywhere else to know about anything like that.I believe all this was connected to the ship before and after the sighting i believe it new i was the curious one and explains why it was on my side of the bed!im not sure,but i do know there many different species of them do to the different kinds of ships!

Around 11:00pm on December 3, 2014, I was hanging out with a close friend and his girlfriend at a park on the east side of Albuquerque. We were walking around the park and heard something that sounded like a mixture between a jet engine and a helicopter. We all looked up and saw a fairly large, slow moving craft flying pretty low. We can only describe the craft as a black object with the shape of a sine curve, or something like a pringle chip with upward arches as the wings. Although the craft blended in with the sky, we could clearly see its shape due to a smooth, bright green, neon light tracing the edges in that exact shape. The final detail was a large, orange, slow blinking light on the back of it. We were near my house and I was headed home a few minutes after the sighting and I told my mom about it because it had been heading in the direction of our neighbourhood. She said that a few minutes before I had arrived she heard the exact same sound and that the noise had shaken the whole house. She described the sound as a plane about to land right above our roof. I have been doing research since last night on any aircraft with that sort of shape but have found nothing. ((ADDENDA/RESPONSES FROM WITNESS)) #1 Thanks for the quick response! The only lights were the large orange one and the solid green light tracing the shape of the craft. I am an art student fortunately, but don't have much experience drawing vehicles. I will definitely do my best to include an image by this weekend if not tomorrow. #2 Hello, This is basically what it looked like from our perspective with a neighborhood across the road and the faint outline of the mountains in the background. It seemed to be less than 1 or 2 miles away and fairly low to the ground considering it shook our house. Again I believe the craft was black because it blended in to the background but the green and orange lights were what we could see perfectly. Not sure if it is some sort of military aircraft or anything but I couldn't find any sort of craft with that shape. Thanks! #3 Great! That's fine with me. Morning of the first of December 14, in daylight, I was driving down a dirt road, heading south, when I looked up to the sky and seen a bright white line to the southwest at a 45 degree angle. The sky was clear of clouds so it wasn't a cloud. It was long and wide as a pencils lead from where I sat. I first thought it was the space station, but it was not moving at all. It was high in the sky. As high as the clouds would be. The government should put people around the country to witness and study what is going on. These U.F.O.s could effect geothermal, etc., etc earth., processes. One woman said a U.F.O. went over her once and she felt a weird sensation. Most likely there gravity countering technology. Who knows maybe ghosts people see are actualy Space Beings. We don't know. This summer I think I will stay out nights to see what I can of U.F.O.s. Possible contrail?? PD

Cream colored, it looked like a shooting star, but very large, as though a small moon fell from the sky. Several other telephoned reports received by NUFORC. PD
