Le 13 juin 2023, aux alentours de 15h, un témoin situé dans son jardin à Digne-les-Bains (04) observe dans le ciel un phénomène aérien non identifié (PAN). L'objet, silencieux, présente une forme évoquant celle d'une cuve de gaz, une couleur blanche, et paraît stationnaire. Il se déplace toutefois lentement du sud-est vers l'est. L'observation dure entre 10 et 20 secondes, jusqu'à ce que le PAN disparaisse derrière une couche nuageuse. Le témoignage a été recueilli le 5 mars 2024. La consistance* du cas est évaluée comme étant moyenne, du fait d'un unique témoignage, sans apport de support visuel ( photo ou vidéo) du PAN. *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'enquête a permis d'explorer trois hypothèses (voir le compte rendu d'enquête) : 1- Un ballon-sonde de grande taille, dont l'apparence pourrait correspondre à celle observée, à condition qu'il ait à la fois perdu de l'altitude et subi un début de dégonflement partiel., 2- Un dirigeable de type zeppelin, possiblement en transit pour participer aux 24 Heures du Mans; cette piste a été écartée après vérification, aucun appareil de ce type n'ayant été présent dans la région au moment de l'observation, 3- Celle d'un avion, possiblement militaire. Cette dernière hypothèse apparaît comme la plus plausible pour les raisons suivantes : - la forme décrite est compatible avec celle du fuselage d'un aéronef. L'absence apparente des ailes peut s'expliquer par des effets de diffusion atmosphérique limitant la perception des éléments latéraux. - Couleur blanche : caractéristique fréquente des avions de ligne commerciaux, cette teinte est toutefois moins courante sur les aéronefs militaires, ce qui oriente l'analyse vers un appareil civil. - les estimations fournies par le témoin, combinées aux calculs effectués (dimensions apparentes, altitude, distance et vitesse), sont compatibles avec celles d'un avion en vol. La sensation de lenteur perçue peut être attribuée à une vitesse modérée à haute altitude, amplifiée par les effets de perspective. - Absence de traînée de condensation : aux altitudes estimées, les conditions atmosphériques peuvent ne pas avoir été favorables à la formation de traînées, ce qui reste cohérent avec l'observation. Le délai entre la date de l'observation et la réception du questionnaire par le GEIPAN n'a pas permis de solliciter le Centre National des Opérations Aériennes (CNOA) afin de vérifier la présence éventuelle d'un aéronef correspondant aux caractéristiques décrites. Néanmoins, une consultation des plateformes de suivi collaboratif du trafic aérien a été effectuée. Aucune trace d'un appareil compatible n'a été identifiée. Cette absence peut s'expliquer par l'éventuelle désactivation du transpondeur de l'aéronef concerné, ou par les limites inhérentes à la couverture et à l'exhaustivité des données fournies par ces services en accès libre. I live on the 12th floor of an apartment building in Brooklyn. I saw something that I initially thought was a balloon and captured it on video. It was a metallic, reflective, dark grey tic tac shaped object about 5 feet long and approximately 1000-2000 feet away. I looked away for 5-10 seconds and it was gone. It would have to have moved 100s of miles per hour to disappear from my field of view in the time that I looked away. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Probable]

I was taking my dog for his nightly walk when I saw a plane. The plane still had its landing lights on, and looked kind of cool in the night sky. While watching it I saw what I originally thought was stars in a perfect triangle formation. The plane was starting to go behind some trees so I turned my attention back to what I thought was stars. As I was watching I noticed that they were actually moving in a northern direction. The most northern one then seemed to speed up and split from the other two. It quickly disappeared. As I focused on the other two, the one towards the east shot off in that direction, and the final one appeared to fade out. They appeared to be much higher than the plane, and spread out a great distance. While it's likely just a strange coincidence, I had turned off my headlamp to watch the plane. After the plane and objects left I went to turn my headlamp back on and the batteries were dead.

While walking dog for nightly constitutional was headed home looked up and observed a very bright white broken double line moving at an extremely high speed from west to east in the sky. If not for the illumination I would say the object resembled a con trail from a jet aircraft. In the time it took me to enter the house scream at my wife to come look at it and go back outside it was already reaching the east horizon line. The object must have been very large aand it was at about 20 to 30 thousand feet in the air about the same height as as normal flight pattern for commercial aircraft. No engine noise or sonic boom was heard. Never seen anything fly that fast and it was gone before i could even get my phone to try to photograph it. The speed had to be incredible due to the distance that was covered in such a short period of time. Quite exciting only wish I could have got a photo for you. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]

June 12, 2023 from about 10:42 pm to about 10:44 pm, I was outside my house burning trash, I saw a horizontal row of about 10 white lights North West of my position. The lights appeared to be about 200 feet in the air, then lower as it approached, then higher as it moved away. It appeared to be about 100 feet wide. I did not count the lights because I quickly went to my house to get a video camera to verify the object. All of the lights were evenly spaced except the lights at each end were spaced slightly further apart than the rest of the lights. The row of lights was moving South towards me and appeared to grow larger and move lower as it approached. I retrieved my video camera from the house and as I returned outside with my video camera the lights moved higher and towards the East. As I pointed the video camera toward the lights, the lights dimmed as it was moving away from me. I was unsuccessful at obtaining video. The lights were mostly horizontal but did change orientation tilting slightly as it moved. The lights moved together and spacing of the lights did not change as it moved, except it appeared larger as it approached and then smaller as it moved away. We saw what we first thought was a jet with a glowing contrail. Contrail got brighter so not a contrail. Then i thought space debris. But everything maintained form. Had twin rows of bright lights with duller fuzzy light in between. As it passed overhead it had a fuzzy form to it. Do not have a clue on speed and size since do know altitude. But carrier size and jet speed would be smallest and slowest

It lasted almost 2 minutes. It was silent. It was moving very slowly. I immediately called channel 4 News in Washington DC they said they had another report of the same. 1st I noticed a strange sound. Almost light a hum that seemed to come from the ground. I live near an airstrip so I am familiar with plane and chopper sounds. This was neither. You can also tell when its coming from above. I did not see the craft until it was above me. It was just above the trees and it had 2 large white lights, somewhat close together on the underside. One blinking and 1 steady. They were the only ones. I tried to see the shape but even though it was a clear night, it was hard to tell. When the light blinked it looked fuzzy, like the reflection from a cloud. Kinda pearly color. From the flashing I would estimate 25-30 ft across but couldn't see the edges to be sure. The other thing that was so odd was that it was moving slow... too slow for a plane. My dog looked at it as well. I watched it as it kept moving towards the olympic mountains, trying to come up with a logical explanation . I was never afraid but can't sleep and get it out of my mind. My parents and I saw 3 ufos about 55 yrs ago as well. Investigator can contact me if they want but not necessary.

My spouse and I saw a linear pattern of lights moving slowly over Bellingham, WA for about 30 seconds. It was a large structure and the lights appeared to be almost like large bay windows with light shining out. Honestly, it reminded me of a fleet ship from Star Wars as odd as that sounds. UAP approached our camp sight, coming up over the 40ft barrier of rocks; it seem to hover 20 plus ft above rocks for a 30 seconds or so, seeming to rotate or change direction, then is shot off faster then any known military aircraft. It had rectanglular segments that seem to create a belt around the craft of low glow white or gray lights, and two more distinct lights (that seemed to be headlights). The UAP was silent, and seemed to create a noise reaction because all the insects went silent during the sighting and then went back to normal as soon as UAP zipped off. The UAP appeared to be gray in color and devoid of any mechanical sound or sound at all.

I have a lot of anomalous activity on my security camera I have set up facing west on my back patio. I decided to view it a little after 10:00 PM MST. I noticed this long cylindrical object and hit record. It is traveling from the west very slowly toward the east. I was a bit shocked at what I was seeing so I did not have the presence of mind to switch the night vision off to see if it was visible without it. I did capture a still photo. In Night Vision the object seemed to be illuminated the entire length. As it was about to exit the frame a small blinking light (a small plane probably) passed it going the opposite direction. It can be seen in the video. A few insects and orbs are flying around ( there are a lot of orbs usually but we haven't had swarms of insects, just a few) There of course are cars causing some lens flares but this is not what I an reporting, I am aware of these types of camera anomalies. I was in my gown and in bed so I did not get up and run outside I just watched it on my WYZE phone app. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

Me and someone else had been at our campsite in Canyonlands for a couple of hours and it had been dark for around one hour. We were taking pictures of the stars (with all headlamps and flashlights out) around 10 feet from our tent. We both saw a bright orange light through thin tree branches, we looked at it for a few seconds and decided to get a better look because we were both intrigued. We moved around the tree and it was gone. We went back to the same spot we saw it but it was gone. The light from our point of view was a half inch in diameter but we had no idea how far away it was. We went to bed. The next morning, we tried to find where it came from. Behind our campsite (where the light came from) was a small canyon that was impassable due to giant rocks. Our best bet on where the light came from was whether it was 15 or so feet from us or a couple of miles or more on top of a rock formation around a hundred feet tall, definitely not possible for a human to get to or probably all ground animals. It was at Chesler Park in Canyonlands.

Definitely not a Starlink satellite. This object was similar to a light bar the size of a football field and width was slender. Similar to a huge jeep/truck light bar or measuring ruler with bright lights that looked like perfect squares put together. Lights were not separated like Starlink. While camping at Pinetop, Arizona near Show Low at the Blue Ridge Trailhead at approximately 9:30 p.m. on 06/12/23, this craft moved from west to east at approximately 3000 feet above the ground and faded away after 2 minutes of viewing it. No sound at all.

We were standing outside. I looked up at the sk. Halfof it was covered in clouds. On top of the clouds suddenly appeared a blue light. It came out of nowhere and seem to fly towards us. Then it stopped. Then it moved quickly to the left. And then it moved straight down quickly. And then it disappeared. About a minute later it returned. Same erratic movements back-and-forth and up and down quickly. And then it disappeared.

this object was sitting in the same exact spot in the sky for a little over an hour. this object was shaped like a disk and made no noise. this object didn’t move it stayed in the same spot. didn’t have legs or a motor or anything it was just a black disk.

In a car waiting for a stop light. High in the sky was a Black equilateral triangle object lurking in a cloud. Saw it in a separation within the cloud. Partially cloudy day and sunny. Clouds at the time seemed to be mid level between 26,000 ft and 31,000 ft. Not a meteorologist just what I can guess from conditions at the time. The object was at the same level or slightly above. Object was a perfect triangle 60°x60x60 with no clear visible lights or markings; being that high up in the sky, there could have been. Based on altitude and how identified objects look like from the ground; estimated size was at least 1 1/2 times that of a Boeing 747. Object appeared motionless

Clear blue skies and windy day at gulf islands National trail in Pensacola Beach, 8-10 miles past the city, 2 miles past portifino hotel. Watching the clear skies and tops of trees, facing south easterly. Location near old abandoned fishery near the bay side of the trail. A large bright flash of light appeared. 7 miles away over the gulf waters from my location. The light was as bright as the sun, but the size of a coin in my hand with my arm extended. After the light, a teardrop shaped silver craft hovered for no more than 8 seconds and then flew straight up into space. Faster than any jet or craft I have seen. (Home of the Blue Angels.) There was no sounds, and a few minutes afterwords a military plane flew by and then commercial and private airplanes. This happened around 2:36PM to 3:15PM estimated time frame.

I was watching two f35 practicing over my property, when I saw what I had thought was one of them just floating, not flying. I thought this was strange so I started videoing with my phone and found that it was not a plane. When I reviewed video and zoomed in it appears to be some sort of zeppelin with propeller. I don't know how to say this but I felt something inside me and saw things. Went to my window and a green blueish triangle was above my truck maybe a 100 feet. Right above the trees. Left less than a minute after. But still have what I think they were trying to tell me.
