While driving car on San Antonio Rd, Mountain View, CA, I saw a star very near moon. It was just north west side. Since it was day time and being bright near moon and never see a star like that near moon, I was amazed and so showed it to my daughter and my wife. My wife could not see it first, so we were pointing her to the direction to look we realized it was slowly faring away from moon, that made us very much amazed and we were constantly watching it without even taking our eyes from it. About 5 to 7 minutes time it reached 1 to 1.5 meters away from moon, then disappeared all of a sudden.

I heard a noice like the typical ufo sound (dwound-dwound repeating) like an orbiting/spinning sound, but it was louder than any other plane I’ve ever heard (though a helicopter is louder than what I heard). I only noticed it instantly because I wasn’t paying much attention because I was tired. I don’t know if the noice faded in or if it was instant. It was loud when I first noticed it but then it got quieter as it went farther away, then it became louder (not as loud as when I noticed it) right before getting quieter again till the noice faded away completely. I heard the noice for up to 5 minutes. I did not make an effort to look outside. I’ve heard this noice multiple times over the years but this time it was much louder than normal. The noice has potential of coming from maybe a big military shipment plane (like a bomber?) but then again, I’m throwing out random guesses.

Driving up cajon pass, after the 138 I notice 3 lights up ahead before going up the big hill. There are no lights there. Once we got closer it started to move like a helicopter, but it wasn't a helicopter. I thought the thing was going to crash into the mountain. My two daughters saw and my mother. I was in bed about to fall asleep when I heard a whooshing sound, I jumped from bed moved the blinds in the window aside and saw a somewhat clear sphere that had red lights at the bottom. The sphere was zipping around really fast back and forth like it was looking for something then it stopped at my window as it knew I was looking at it, a bright white light like a spot light that was inside at the bottom of the sphere spun around and shone in my eye. It felt like the light only shone in my left eye which felt uncomfortable by the brightnest of the light, and evey time I think about it I feel the uncomfort in my left eye. I immediately closed my eyes, yelled and fell to the floor I peeped threw the blinds and saw that the object was gone. I remember it made a humming sound the whooshing sound came from it zipping back and forth as in a hurry. I wish I could have got a picture or video of it because no one believe me do to prior encounters.

Pink and purple changing light in the sky seeming to change shape. Formed a near perfect disk shape and a persistant purplish color seeming to dance around.

Eastern Shasta County, directly east from Redding, California, towards Lassen Volcanic Park. Bright "star" like object spotted in night sky for several months. With Naked eye looks like very bright star. With binoculars it actually is a many lights array configuration, shaped in a rather egg shape sphere, sort of like a huge honeycomb. All Lights pulsate and are positioned precisely throughout the sphere, not just the edges. The actual sphere appears to be static, not flying or moving. Lights are sometimes all white, sometimes lights are red, blue, green, purplish, and white. There is a larger light that goes around the outer rim of the configuration, seems to be pulsating-signaling. As of December we have noticed more than one of these, at least (3) nightly, light configurations hanging in space in the vicinity of the Lassen Mountain-Cascade range. Time frame that they are seen is normally around 9:30 p.m. to around 7:30 a.m. On Friday, December 6, 2018, one of the arrays emitted what looked like a mirror image of itself, and that mirror image pulsated-floated off towards the north. Original configuration remained static in place. Anyone know what these light arrays are? Could not get a photo with my Canon EOS 60D. Sorry. Thanks for the help in informing us what these might be.

I was watching what started out as a pulsating orange light bobbing up and down and hovering in the same general area. After about 3 to 5 minutes of watching this light, a second light appeared real close on the right side. It now looked like a large black object hovering over the Bay near San Rafael. I looked away for a couple seconds to check the time on my watch, and when I looked back the object was gone. The time was 11:20 P.M. . The weather was crystal clear and cold and there was a lot of strange lights swarming in this area. The sightings started again on 11-24 and 11-25 after the fire smoke filled skies finally cleared after 16 days of bad weather. It is amazing how nobody is ever outside when this activity is going on.

I was at lunch and heard the sound of a prop plane overhead. I work near the Perris Valley Skydiving center and the prop planes are making trips several times a day. (March Air Reserve Base is also within 5 miles of the location). As I looked directly overhead I watched the white plane slowly pass by in the clear blue sky. As it passed, I noticed a small group of what appeared to be white or metallic dots/spheres, which were above where the plane had just passed. The plane's altitude I would estimate was approx 1500 feet. My guess on the spheres would be 2500-3000 feet if not higher. I probably wouldn't have noticed them if they weren't in a modified triangular formation and moving apart but maintaining similar formation. I continued watching as they moved Northeast across the sky, at a relatively slow speed. Although they grew further apart they kept the triangular formation. All I had was my cellphone and I took several pictures and a somewhat grainy video as I tried to zoom in on the objects. My first thought was mylar balloons, until they kept formation as they moved in the sky. The event lasted about 5-10 minutes.

On 11/26/2018, at approximately 1955hrs, I was traveling eastbound on 19th street just east of Western Ave in the city of San Pedro, CA. In the eastern sky and fairly low to the horizon, I observed two orange orbs of light that appeared to be stationary and were glowing brightly then dimming. The lights were possibly over the area of Long Beach or possibly further towards the east. The lights were horizontally positioned with the right orb glowing brighter. Suddenly a third light appeared then an additional 2 lights, forming a V shape. The last three lights then dimmed and disappeared leaving only two lights that seemed to move further to the east and out of my line of sight. Additionally, while the lights were in the V shape formation, they appeared to have moved clockwise before the three lights disappeared. I am currently employed as a police officer and have flight experience in rotor craft and I am familiar with the various types of aircraft. I observed no anti collision lights and the maneuver of the lights were unlike any aircraft that I have seen. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he seemed to us to be exceptionally sober-minded and capable. We suspect that he is an unusually reliable witness. PD

I was outside, with my partner and his friend, taking the dog for a walk. All three of us witnessed the following. We had not had any alcoholic beverages or consumed any prescription medication or the likes that might have resulted in a mind-altered state. At approximately 20:15PST an orange orb appeared in the sky, followed almost immediately by two more orange orbs. They were 3 separate object but flew, silently, together, like a gaggle of geese or a school of fish. The initial orb appeared to drop an unknown object then separate itself from its two counterparts. The orbs flew slowly at first, then hovered for a bit. The two crafts, that were behind the first, eventually caught up to the first. After hovering and slowly, seemingly floating around, as if dancing here and there for a few minutes all three orbs flew at increasing speeds and were gone very quickly. We were in awe and later asked some other friends in passing had anyone else seen this event or heard of anything (military or otherwise) taking place that might have caused the phenomena. However no one wer talked to had seen nor heard of anything. Still, I am left baffled, as I've tried to find an explanation of such an event and have come up empty handed.

Approximately 15-20 orange lights floated up into the sky in a line and then each disappeared in the same order, at their highest point seen. We are in Altadena, CA, and the lights appeared to the south or southwest and seemed to float up and towards the north or northwest. We have been unable to find anything about this on the Internet. The lights could have been part of a holiday display or event but i would think others would also be curious. It is hard to tell how far away they were, possibly at the Rose Bowl or farther south such as LAX? Any info would be appreciated!

I am an airline pilot for a major airline. At 10:45 local California time, we were at 35,000 feet over Avenalm, Ca. As I was heads down briefing the descent profile into LAX, I saw a large black object go through my windshield view. I was initially startled, and my first officer looked to catch a glimpse. I asked ATC if there was any traffic in the area and he responded that closest traffic was 20 miles away. The other traffic was behind us at the same altitude heading same direction. They did not see anything. I’m not 100% sure what I saw because I caught it in my peripheral vision and saw it go by very fast. It was a large black object that had no wings and did not leave a contrail. I am also not sure how close it was, but I do know that it was closer then the normal thousand foot separation of other aircraft. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and we were impressed with his apparent sincerity and qualifications as a witness. We suspect that he is a highly reliable witness. PD

I was night sky watching with my Generation 3 goggles. As usual I see aircraft and several satellites and sometimes something I can't explain. Then a bright star looking object appeared from northwest moving southeast at a speed slower than commercial aircraft, and a height of approximately 4000 feet. The object had a slow rotating light like a lighthouse. I watched for approximately fifteen seconds then the object changed directions heading upward. I watched the object climb at a faster speed over the next thirty seconds with the slow rotating light until it was out of sight.

I watched the video the. Went out front to see if i could see it. When I looked up i was surprised to see it. It was just sitting there in the sky over Watt Ave. It has the brightest white lights and they were in a line but horizontal. It is super cold, so i went inside but checked on it at 6:28 and it was still there.

At night, parked at a target while in my car about a week ago I Seen a bright blue light flash across sky like a shooting star and disappeared. I thought it was my eyes playing tricks, thought it could just be a shooting star, but tonight while sitting in my car and looking at the night sky, I saw a similar light about the size of a star/circular. It was white light this time, shoot across sky and disappear... they both reminded me of shooting stars, very fast almost blurred. Witnessed a multi colored stationary object in the sky. Hard to determine shape, appeared diamond shaped. Lights changed/flashed: red, blue, white, yellow. Appeared to be spinning. Called my adult daughter who was at a friend's house....they ran outside and also observed the same object. I watched it for about 20 minutes, it never moved. May have dimmed from time to time. I went back outside a number of times to observe it, eventually after about 45-60 minutes, I looked and it was gone. But, the whole time I observed it. It remained absolutely stationary and exhibited multi colors, and rotated through the same pattern. I tried to get pictures/videos but my phone is only good enough to capture darkness.
