I exited my house at 12:45 am to pick my daughter in law up from the airport (she was supposed to arrive at 1 am). I took a quick look around, thinking "at this hour, maybe I'll see something." I immediately noticed a bright white light to the north of my house. At first, I thought it was a helicopter, as it was over a main road (Dale Mabry) in our area but there were no other lights - just an extremely bright, stationary white light. From the position, it looked like it was about a half mile from my house, just north of Hillsborough/Dale Mabry. It was completely silent. If it had been a helicopter, I would have heard it, as this area is subject to frequent auto accidents. I was in a rush to get to the airport, but kept an eye on the object in my rear view mirror as I was heading south to the airport. TIA has a cell phone waiting lot, so while I was waiting there, I kept looking but couldn't see it from where I was. Once we were on our way back to the house, we had a brief glimpse of it through some trees but by the time we got back to where we would have been able to see it clearly, it was gone.

My girlfriend and I were looking up at the stars and noticed a bright orange/red glow in the sky to the East. It was rather low in the sky, maybe as high as a small prop plane would fly. It moved from the East all the way across the sky heading to the West, and disappeared on the horizon. It went right over the house. We heard a faint sound like a humm. It never changed in appearance, as it appoached and passed us, which seemed very odd to me. It had no flashing lights or markers as a plane would. I thought it must had been a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral or something, but they had no scheduled launches for that night. I am a regular star gazer, and this event has my mind blown. I have no idea what it could have been.

Then a third one came from the south, and was MUCH closer, and then followed the other two north. I am confident they were not planes helicopters or drones.

I live a few miles from downtown St. Petersburg and I saw m, over a period of 5 to 7 minutes, approximately 10 to 14 round objects that were glowing in orange and red moving across the sky slowly over downtown St. Pete. They moved across St. Petersburg and upwards into the sky and eventually disappear at first there was approximately 6 to 8 round objects in the sky, and then two at a time, they began appearing after that, for a total of approximately 10 to 14 objects. Help, I saw UFO type objects high in the sky around 9:00 pm last night. Was terrified. Called 911, no one else reported sightings. I can provide short videos. Flames or intense red lights coming out of back. My outside house painter first saw it, yelled for us to go out side and see it. Painter is male age 40.. I am 60 year old, granny and my 8 year old grandson also verified seeing flying objects. How do I send video you? Craft was not metallic, but looked white, with what appeared to be black accents. No windows were visible. The craft seemed to be at the altitude that general aviation aircraft fly. It had no wings, horizontal or vertical stabilizers. It maintained a straight line motion (no turns) from a south direction towards the north. We could not determine the speed of the aircraft. We were driving north on Hiatus Road and the craft was to the west/southwest of our car. By the time we cleared some trees that temporarily blocked our view, the craft had disappeared. The weather was clear, bright sunny day.

Blinding purple, Orange, and Green light Flashing for about 5 minutes over the south west area of the community area near Vanderbilt and 951CR. The phenomenon lasted approximately 5-7 minutes, during which i could not move or otherwise seen anything other then a disk like UFO hovering over the Cow Field to the Southeast and one to the Southwest of my area. After the light started to fade i was able to move about and saw that there where about 6 more disk like objects hovering over and slowly disappeared into the Night Sky. Sundenly the Clouds Started to form and show up as of a storm was going to happen. This is one of 4 times this has happened in the past year or so. Two circles with tails staying within inches of each other, flashed twice moving in a southeast direction. Was seen in the sky by two people on a second story porch, its flashes were bright enough to illuminate table on the porch and the building in general like a spotlight.

First two, then a third sphere of orange light appears and they slowly form a large triangle low in the sky. They then fade out after about 2 minutes, and 3 spheres appear again. They then begin moving NW to SE for a short distance. A Fourth sphere appears in front of the three and after about 1-2 minutes the first 3 fall into a straight, equally spaced line. They all slowly move and follow the first orb for a short distance, which then begins to move straight up at the same slow, steady speed. The first then fades out in clear sky. The others follow exactly the same path and disappear up into the sky also. It was a clear night with visibility 8+ miles. There was no sound, no strobe lights or red/green or white navigation lights, just glowing orange balls, with red towards the rear. They were quite bright and easily visible.

I was standing on a metal pillar (fifteen feet in height) behind my high school. I was just relaxing and looking over the field and then I heard a strange low pitch humming noise coming from the behind me (North), so I looked up. First I saw an airplane come over the tree line (one to two miles high). I was confused since planes don't usually make that sound. Ten seconds later there were two spheres following it, one was about fifty feet from the airplane and diagonal to the right side. The second one was also fifty feet from the airplane and diagonal to the left side. The spheres had a metal look to them but weren't shiny. I was sitting on my porch, when me and my friend noticed a light 60 feet in the air above us flashlight and send circular lights that were sloping down to the street underneath us there were no cars there were no helicopters or planes it was completely silent and it lasted for 3 seconds admitting ((sic. Emitting)) a strobing light sequence, and then disappearing silently I seen the lights as a white color and she seen them as red.

While taking my dog out during the late evening hours of the 29th of March, 2017, I witnessed a green/red light appearing side by side. The lights caught my eye due to the speed at which it was flying. Flight path was east to south west out and over the Gulf Of Mexico. The factor in which the UFO came to an abrupt stop, and then made a 90 degree flight movement to the south, and at a speed not commensurate with a jet or prop plane was the key factor in this report. Conditions that night were clear, no clouds, no heavy winds, nor rain/lightning. Moon phase was a waning crescent of 24 percent illumination.

Red orb changing to white moving extremely fast up and down coming to a complete stop. Then moved in increments to the right toward Clearwater/St. Pete airport. Then moved in irrationally bursts extremely fast back to to west stopping suddenly at intervals, then went downward out of site towards Seminole.

My boyfriend woke me to say he was on his way to work. After he left I was half awake and noticed a very high pitched sound, akin to ringing in the ear. It was bothering me so I got up, went to the restroom and afterwards started looking for something that may be causing that sound. Could not find anything. Went out on the deck of my apt to see if anything in the parking lot was running to make that sound. Saw nothing on the ground so I searched the sky. To the right I notic3d two sets of lights. One set was much brighter than the other. The less bright set of lights were sort of moving like a twinkle of a star but was always about the same distance away from the other set of lights. I went to find my binoculars to get a better view. I came back with them and brought the lights into better focus. The brighter of the two looked to have about 3 to 4 light panels very clearly visible facing in my direction. There were what appeared to be more lights! to the top and side because it cast a glow in all directions. I watched both of these until the disappeared beyond the top of the apt roof line. It was about a half hour in total. I will assume it was the crafts making the high pitched sounds. Tried to get a picture or video but it was too dark and my phone and tablet camera could not bring it into view.

I was driving north on US 41 in Sarasota at around 8:30pm, when I spotted a bright white light low in the sky at my 10 o’clock position that did not appear not to be moving. This put it over Sarasota Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, depending on the distance it was from me. Much too large to be a star, my first impression was it was a low flying aircraft like when you see the landing lights of a commercial jet on approach coming towards you, it will give the appearance of it hovering. The light in color was a bright silvery white not a yellowish white. I figured it was a large military jet out of MacDill AFB, since commercial traffic to Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport do not come from this direction. I continued to watch it as best I could while I was driving as it really had my attention. The sky was dark over the western horizon but not black, more of a violet hue as the sun had not been down too long. I bring this up because as I continued to watch it I could actually make out a black shape behind the light, I have to say I wasn’t sure what I was looking at. I rolled my window down and turned off my radio to see if I could hear an aircraft or helicopter, since I felt the object was close enough that I would be able to hear it. There was no noise. Another thing that entered my mind was it might be a blimp or balloon, maybe some kind of promotional thing positioned over the water. All these thoughts ran through my head very quickly, maybe 15-30 seconds. As I continued to drive I would lose sight of it for a few seconds from time to time because of its low angle in the sky where buildings and trees started to obstruct my view. I thought about pulling over but there was really no place that would give me a better view. Anyone on the bay or waterfront would have had a perfect, unobstructed view. After losing sight of the object/ light for a short time, it appeared still to my left ahead of me but much closer and now at a higher angle so much so I had to peer out my driver’s window to get a good view. I was still driving North and it was clear the object/ light was indeed moving and traveling due East. It crossed over the highway slightly in front of me, almost directly over me, where I lost sight of it temporally before I could again see it from my passenger window to my right. It continued to travel East at the same low attitude over what is a residential area. I want to point out from the time it passed over me and flew off to the East, I was only seeing the light and not the black object attached to it because that part of the sky was too dark. Suddenly another identical light appeared to the right of it very close and level. They were close enough for me to consider both lights were attached to the same object but it had to be huge. I don’t think a KC-135 a! t 500 feet would appear that large. At the low altitude it appeared to be traveling, it was just going too slow for any jet to stay airborne. Again, I heard no sound and saw no red and green navigation lights during the whole sighting. The two white lights became very low on the horizon as they seemed to continue to travel off to the East and I eventually lost sight of them as I continued to drive North. I’m at a loss of what I could have seen. There is another sighting with a similar description that was submitted to this website that took place on the same night and time but in a town 80 miles northeast of Sarasota, Florida. My time of 8:30 is only an approximation and could have been a little before or after. Thank you for taking the time to read my report, I hope it is of some interest to you.

I was outside smoking a cigarette and looked up. A white light was moving through the sky. I did not see any flashing lights as you would see on an aircraft. It was also not a satellite it was to low and much to big. Also not a weather balloon it was moving South/Southwest to North/Northeast and the wind direction is East to West tonight. It moved at a fairly good speed but I would say a little quicker than an airplane. As it moved across the sky, I have an uninterrupted view, in the Northerly sky a plane came into view from the East and flew North. This took about the same time to fly through the smaller quadrant of sky as the light took to get all the way from South/Southwest to North/Northeast. The light was below the higher clouds as it passed over me but disappeared into the lower level clouds in the North/Northeast. It was shaped like on orb of light however every now and again it appeared to have three points of light coming off of it in the shape of a peace sign without the bottom middle leg of the sign. That may have been refraction I'm not sure. I am a Science Teacher and have seen satellites in various different states and in Newfoundland. I have been a part of groups that went out during meteor showers. And I am familiar with aircraft my Grandfather was a Maintenance Supervisor for American Airlines and I have seen many different aircraft lights at night. Just not sure what I saw I could not identify it.

Noticed a red circle less than a 1/4 mile North of my location. The circle was a steady red color it never blinked. It was above a large tree the tree is about 100 feet in height. Object appeared stationary for about 2 seconds and moved to the south in a very smooth and controlled fashion. It passed behind a large palm tree for maybe a second. It stopped just the other side of that tree for again maybe a second. It then reversed course an moved back the way it came from. When it returned to the point of origin it stopped and slowly descended downward. The weather was clear visibility was 10 miles the ceiling was 2045 feet wind was about 10 miles per hour blowing from the ESE direction. From what I observed, I suspect that what I saw was an RC or Helicopter or a quad copter, as am familiar with these and there are several vacation condo's and villa's in my area. The object was below the standards for hobby type RC craft below 400 feet and not near any major Airports. The object appeared to land and made no noise no other aircraft around at that time. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred while it was observed.
