At approximately 20:10 my husband, son, and friend were sitting on the porch enjoy a cool evening when they saw, hovering above the trees, a bright red light. They said it suddenly appeared and was sitting in the same spot for several minutes. By the time they called me out to make sure they were not seeing things, the light just disappeared. They said it did not drop, did not move, did not fly away… it just disappeared. I told them to call me out there if it came back. Not even a minute later they called me back out on the porch and showed me the light. It was bright red and just sitting in the sky above the trees. It was there for about a minute and then disappeared again. I sat with them for a few minutes to see a bright yellowish light appear, then the bright red light appear to the right of the yellowish light. The lights were sitting in the same spot, they did not move up, seem to come from below, drop, or move; they just seemed to sit in one spot then! disappear. I took video of the last occurrence and noticed just after the yellowish light disappeared, there was a green flash of light visible (only in the video; not to the naked eye) over the red light before it disappeared. I thought all of this was strange enough to share.

I was sitting in my room during a rain storm at around 3AM EST. I heard a faint noise that sounded a little like a car or motorcycle engine, which isn't uncommon here. When I looked out the window toward the road I saw a light about mid-way in the tree line, about roughly a foot or two off the ground. I thought someone might have been coming through the trees in something with only one headlight. It made it to the road rather quickly, but as it moved and when it reached the road it pulsed or sort of glowed from bright to dim. Bright..2..3..Dim..2..3..Bright. Once it reached the road between two signs that mark a merging side road and a "No trucks" (church property) sign, the humming intensified. It was only there a moment when it made the sound that reminds me of static discharge, and sparks covered the road in a flash of white light, followed by a web of what I can only describe as lightning in nature, laced in a purple hue. One of the branches of that light forked over and touched the light in the parking lot which made a loud static, almost sonic sound which startled me away from the window. When I looked back, it was gone. The only animal that seemed bothered was my smallest cat, who walked up to the door of my room with wide, narrowly slit-pupil eyes and ears swiveling, as if he were listening. My uncle, whom was asleep at the time, heard it and thought our heat pump had blown. I went out after the rain slowed to investigate, but nothing seemed to be struck, or damaged. Not the power lines, or metal signs or light post. It was like it never happened. This last part might have been my imagination getting away from me, but as I was walking back and forth searching the area where I had seen the orb hovering on the road, I heard a rustle in the low bean bushes in the field in front of the trees just on the other side of the road. I moved closer to it to see if it were an animal, or just my imagination and I heard a guttural sound. It was a gurgle, or a croak of sorts, but nothing like I have ever heard before. My uncle told me it was probably just a frog, but I have lived here for almost 6 years now and have never heard a frog make the sound I heard. It scared me so badly I ran back across the road and inside without looking back and locked the door. I don't know if this was paranormal, extraterrestrial or what, but I do know that I am officially freaked out.

i saw what started out looking like the Big Dipper but I thought it was to low and then noticed it moving. It moved from west to east very slow then when straight above me the dipper part fell into a straight line with the lights behind it and they just floated in a slight angle and disappeared.

I was dropping my mother off at work. On the way back home I noticed a oval ball of light the color of fire just hovering in front of my car. It was moving as if it was driving in traffic,except it was floating. Im blinking my eyes thinking I'm seeing spot or something. Until the car in lane beside me looks at me,and points at the light as if he is saying are you seeing this to. It them merged to the right,and floated through the trees.

The wife and I took a weekend getaway to Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina in the month of October of 2014. We went there to spend time with my mother and sisters who came together to enjoy a much needed get-a-way and they invited us to come join in. My younger sister and wife and I were walking along a popular strand of beach there at the end of the island on the 4th which was a Saturday. It was getting late in the day so we decided to go in order to avoid the rising tide and the darkness. Just as the sun set, we approached the public parking lot. Then we all spotted a peculiar orange orb just appearing there in the night sky and it was very out of place to the natural order of things. As we were watching this “UFO” for several minutes suddenly a barrage of “Chinese Lanterns” were being released over the ocean. We were quite startled at first. We realized this had nothing to do with the actual unknown orange orb situated in the skyline to the left of these “Chinese Lanterns” releases. At the time, we did not know that the party patrons had launched off the “Chinese Lanterns” but my younger sister had proclaimed they were in fact just that as she was familiar with the way they appear when launched off. My older sister who was bringing us our supper from a restaurant trip also came upon the “Chinese Lanterns” display as she was driving up to were we were staying and verified to us it was from the occupants of a beach house two lots down from the beach house we were at. Later that night I was really startled by a bright object that lit up the dark starry skies but both my sisters explained to me that it was just “The Space Station” as they see it all the time. However they all agreed that the first orange orb was what has been a horrific ordeal for years at the Ocean Isle/Southport NC area. They began to tell me of their own multiple encounters of these orbs and other related stories, particularly a sinister revelation from a woman friend along the end of island who tells of huge cigar shaped UFO with smaller craft that appear there on a constant schedule all year round! I was reluctant to report this but after speaking to someone who explained to me the importance of revealing this information, I now relay to you this report and hope it helps shed some light on something going on in this region. While traveling south on Jackson King Road near Mt. Pleasant Road I observed a bright object traveling slowly to the east in the sky. I couldn't determine a shape but the object would get very bright then dim and then bright again and so on. This was in broad daylight and the object appeared brighter than Venus in the night sky. It reminded me of something metallic reflecting the sunlight. I was glancing back and forth between the road and the object as I drove. After about 15-20 seconds I glanced at the road and when I looked back at the sky the object had completely disappeared.

We were driving home from my college and saw a very low saucer shapes with four red lights and flashing white lights as we proceeded home on our road we saw the same one again but this time there was three white lights floating upward forming a shape of a rectangle. I started to film but couldn't get the lights to show up. As a I was filming, one saucer detached its self from the rest and flew very slowly over me stopping as lights flashed white two on either side then quickly flying off and upward (not seen again). Then as I was heading back a yellow light showed up slowly just over the tree line and started almost dancing or jittering like movments till it got past the trees. It started to float upwards and at this point I was in pure shock and decided to go home.

Three of us were coming back after dark from looking at a new house a friend was buying when the driver noticed strange lights in the sky. Both front seat friends saw them, but I was in the back seat and couldn't see them initially. As we moved the vehicle for a better vantage point, I too saw between 13-15 bright orange lights in the sky, just over the horizon but high enough over the treeline to be plainly viewed. These objects flew slowly, first in a P pattern, then a V pattern. We watched them for roughly 10 minutes, and also viewed a plane in the sky, just off to the left of these lights. Traveling from Wilkesboro, NC, to Statesville, NC, on Highway 421, my friend and I witnessed one strange object as we were driving. It moved just a few seconds across the sky and then descended quickly straight toward the ground behind trees, which put it out of our sight. At first glance, we thought it was a huge falling star, but then it became clear that it was far too large for be a falling star, too bright and a different color. Neither has us have ever seen any a light in the sky the same color of this object. When first spotted, it was moving very fast, then seemed to fall to ground at a slower speed. It appeared that it moved a little closer as it was falling in front of us and the details became easier to see. The green light was outlined by a thin, lighter green haze and there was three other circular lights inside the green oval.

Two of us saw orange orbs moving in the sky. They were spherical/orb shaped and appeared somewhat like Chinese lanterns, but were high in the sky and moved against the wind. They appeared to maneuver in formation. We wondered if they were drones, but again, they appeared to be high in the sky and to be visible, would probably have to be larger than drones.

Was out fishing when 3 orange lights appeared out over the ocean. They did not move, change color or anything. these were not flairs or any know aircraft. They made no sound. They just appeared high in the sky and remainied stationary. Then they just disappeared. Shortly sfter they vanished the Military aircraft activity was heavy. I counted atleast 6 - 8 helicopter gunships in the air flying all over.

I live in New Bern, NC, and I saw a UFO On the evening of September 17th, at 8:50 pm.. My son and I had just returned home from church, when my son pointed up and said “ something very very big is in the sky! When I looked up, I saw a large dark triangular mass blocking out the sky. Its dimensions were 300 feet by 200 feet. The only color you could see was a yellow light at each corner of the triangle. The mass moved very slowly and if you weren't paying attention it would just look like a dark night out because the mass was almost camouflaged in the sky. It didn’t make any sound and headed in a south west direction. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she sounded to us to be quite credible. We suspect that she is a reliable witness. PD

Between 8:15pm EST and 8:20pm EST on Wed., Sept. 17, 2014, I was driving in my apartment complex and noticed two planet-size, circular, reddish-orange lights in the southern sky about 45 degrees up. As I tried to get to a clear spot and park, one of the lights (the lower of the two) faded away. I was able to park and get out of my car and another neighbor joined me in observing the remaining ball of light. It was stationary, but pulsating a reddish-orange light. There was no sound. This lasted about 5 minutes before it slowly faded away or burned out. I know that there is a nuclear plant not too far away in that same direction, but I am not sure if there is any connection.

Several different flying lights were seen in the sky. Saw a white ball of light moving rapidly across the sky, just above the tree line. My daughter pointed it out and it immediately disappeared. There was another ball of white light higher in the sky moving all around, not just in one direction. It too disappeared. Saw a blinking white and red light rapidly flying across the sky and as we pointed it out, it disappeared. Before these sightings, my dog started maniacally barking at something behind my shed in the backyard. We could not get her to stop, so my daughter started taking pictures. Several strange lights appear behind the shed including a circular shaped light and a triangular group of three lights that seemed to move in two different pictures. It is possible that the circular looking shape is an entity. We let the dog loose and she ran around the shed and across the yard like she was chasing something. However, we could not see what she was chasing. We also heard a strange clicking noise, unlike any night insect or animal we have ever heard. It sounded like the clicks were communicating from two different sides of my yard. We also heard a humming noise, like the engine of an aircraft hovering. Eventually both noises stopped. This is not the first time we have experienced the flying lights and humming. Almost every night, my dog goes crazy barking at the same part of the yard behind the shed. The first time I saw the light hovering over my neighbor’s house, I pointed it out to my daughter and it vanished. Will email images.

I was driving home from work after making my delivery and when I got about 2 miles outside of Asheboro, NC on I-73, I-74, I saw something I hadn’t seen before and I make this trip every day. I looked to my left about 2 or 3 miles ahead (it was dark) and there are some power poles/towers together that have some white lights going up the sides of them. They are not the tallest towers around, because there are a bunch of them around the few mile stretch of road, but those two are the closet two that are together. As I got closer I noticed the color turquoise was illuminating from between the two towers. The closer I got the more distinguished it became and at 1st I thought it had to be a blimp. But then I realized it wasn’t big enough. It was about half the size of a blimp. I kept looking for some kind of support under it like posts or metal legs holding it up and then I thought it must be a water tower they just put up, but I saw none when I got closer and it actually moved just a bit. I noticed as I got closer it had a string red lights all the way around it protruding like Saturn’s halo but I think was attached. When I got as close as I could, which was about probably a ¼- ½ mile to my left off through the woods, I saw it the best I could. It was the shape of a sphere. Almost like you would see in a cheesy sci fi movie form the 50’s. Illuminated in turquoise with the red lights going around it. It was actually chaos on the road as others saw it and were struggling to continues to drive straight as they tried to make out what they saw. I thought I’d be side swiped, The only thing that saved it from happening was there wasn’t very many cars on the road…I saw 2 cars pull over, but I was afraid to, because I feared someone would ass end me looking at the site as opposed to seeing me on the shoulder, so I reached for my iPhone to take a pic/video and struggled to get it on and just as I held it up, the damn trees blocked my view. So I drove real slow for the next mile, hoping to get a break in the trees as everybody else did as well. The speed limit is 65 there and everybody was doing 40. I took my exit about a mile later to go off on the split where I-74 leaves I-73 and hoped to get to an elevated spot where I could still see it. Finally as I began to give up I looked back and turned my neck as far as I could and I saw it! It had taken off and was headed due west (I was! headed north) and it had climbed high in a short amount of time, and it looked like a green airliner disappearing in the night sky. In about 3 minutes or so approx, I saw what appeared to be an air force jet go by high in the sky in that direction. I also saw about 10 NC State police doing about 100 mph headed south toward where I just came from.

This sighting was on a Saturday night August 9th approximate time was 22:30 hours i was burning brush and logs on this night and i had started the burn around 1900 hours and it was raining light off and on and a raining mist as i was under tree's as my pit is in back yard under three large tree's and fire was steady and being in a wheel chair a power chair that reclines i was having time to reflect on the up coming week at the national VA wheelchair games as i was flying out Monday! so i was enjoying it and as i was under the tree's had a perfect few of big tree's and my roof of my house and it was nice because my chair reclines so i was warm comfy and just kicking back as i looked toward the east around 2230 hours as my view was limited to my neighbor on the lefts front yard big pine tree then the roof line of my house and a large three that divides my neighbor on the right who is only here during mid winter months as he lives in the new York area and was n! ot home the street as i could tell was empty as everyone was in there houses .as i said i looked up towards the east and what i saw kinda shocked me because i thought it at first to be a loose weather balloons at one time i was stationed aboard aircraft carriers and land based air fields and have been around all types of aircraft in and out of military service! But this orange sphere was moving against the slight breeze at 2-3 mph going west and it had like two and at a time four pulsing light inside of sphere its orange color looked a little metallic as it was a orange and slightly teal not bright orange but going to bright as it passed my view did not see any thing hanging down as you would for a weather balloon no visual exterior lights! it was moving at this 2-3 mph past me at say 70-100 feet off the ground and i watched pass trees on my right but it either changed its course or direction because it never passed the stand of trees on my right toward my other neighbors! house! did not see anything as i was cleaning up from the bur! n and to ld my wife and kids what i had seen , well you can guess there reaction!! look i have seen about every kind of military or civilian aircraft in my time as i worked awhile at Hollywood/Burbank Calif at martin aviation during the time of the shunk works for the stealth aircraft a watching black c-5 galaxy land every other night during 1983-84 years so i know what to look for if something was man made this was not! and its been bugging me trying to come up with with a logical explanation of what i saw !and i dont have one two months later! Then, all, jump up, once, then jump up again, again, then up high then 180 degrees due west then.........gone. That morning huge sonic boom, huge. This at night you could hear a pin drop. Red, green, red green, red green red green, circular lights, like on a plane, but not any noise. I would swear all information to be true to my sight in court. These were so precise in their movement whether to be local...no or whatever. It was real what ever it was. Carol

UFO Sighting by 7 people Nag’s Head beach, North Carolina, USA September 3, 2014, 11pm I am a 51 year of woman. I was on vacation with my brother, (55), my sister-in-law, (51), my niece and nephew and 2 of their friends. My niece, nephew and their 2 friends are in there mid-twenties. On the date above we were all sitting on the beach having a bonfire and roasting marshmallows. We were facing east, towards the Atlantic Ocean. Suddenly, at approximately 11pm, my sister-in-law saw an orange glowing ball in the sky to the north above the land were the fishing pier meets the land. She yelled out: “Look at that!”, “What is it?” We all turned in the direction she was pointing and watched the orange, glowing ball move silently towards us and then out over the ocean, on a southeast trajectory. It grew brighter (larger), as it moved towards us. After about 1 minute another glowing ball, (exactly the same in appearance), appeared from the same location, (above where the pier touches the land) and began following the first ball’s trajectory, exactly. Meanwhile the first ball moved out to a location over the sea and simply grew fainter until it disappeared totally. The second ball did the same thing and then a third, fourth, etc., until we had seen a total of 7 orange fireballs move along the exact same trajectory and disappear over the ocean in the exact same location. Each ball was visible for about 45–60 seconds. These ball were exactly equidistance apart, as they arrived and disappeared. All seven of us witnesses were in awe. We tried to capture the glowing balls on cell phone cameras and video, but they just look like specks on a black night sky as it was so dark there are no reference points in the images. Some of the witnesses had had a few beers with dinner, but were not intoxicated. My sister-in-law and I were 100% sober as we don’t drink alcohol. I should mention later that night, I believe around 2am, (technically Sept. 4), my nephew and his 2 friends report seeing blue neon-type streaks of light flashing before them on the beach, at lighting speed and then going into the ocean, towards the same location the fireballs had headed. They said when they ran towards the ocean to get a closer look the blue neon lights, now under the water, they slowly disappeared. I personally did not witness these blue neon colored lights. I should also mention that earlier on the same day, Sept 3, 2014, at 9:30 in the morning we heard an incredible “sonic boom” type sound that was so loud and caused such a vibration everyone on the beach jumped up and was looking around in panic. There were no planes in sight or anything else to be seen in the sky or the ocean at that time.

Looking over the ocean to the east, between 11pm and 12pm. One large orange light moving towards the beach, then fading to black. No noise at all. Within 5 to 10 minutes jets were scrambled all over the sky. At least 8 to 10 of them. 15 minutes later, the same light appeared, with a second one appearing next to it moments after. They both faded out in unison. Jets continued to scramble for an hour.

Hello, I witnessed something last night I cannot explain. I got home around 6:30 and decided to take a load off and chill on my deck. I wear prosthetic legs and those things really rub me raw sometimes. So I tossed them on the bed and quickly made my way to the deck to enjoy a beverage. I was sitting there relaxing when a storm began rolling in from the west. I figured I had few minutes before I had to drag myself back into the house, so I watched the clouds forming and lightning flashing in the distance, amazing stuff! As the storm was about a mile off, I noticed a shiny object in the clouds, lit up by lightening. I thought it was a jet liner trying to get to CLT before it got diverted. Boy was I wrong! The more I watched the more I realized it was not a plane. It would seemingly tele-port from one area to the next in and out of the storm, and then far away. Needless to say I was stunned, and I totally lost track of the time and the storm. Within minutes the storm was right on top of my house, and so was the silver object, which I can now see was a huge ball! I watched, helplessly as it danced in and out of the clouds seemingly feeding off the lighting. I was terrified more of the object than of being struck by lighting. I've watched enough shows on cable to know what happens next. I could feel all the hairs on my arms and stumps standing up! But I wasn't sure if it was from the object or the storm! The thing was no farther than 300 ft from the top of my house at one point! It appeared to be about 100 feet in diameter and changed colors rapidly. Unbelievable! Of course this is the one time I left the phone on the kitchen table... That is the last thing I remember doing last night after I saw that damn thing! I woke up today a bit disoriented, and sore. Any help or explanation from you guys would really set my mind at ease. We wonder whether this report is an attempt to hoax us. Even though though the report appears to be carefully prepared, the witness does not provide an e-address, and the telephone number is not his…it belongs to someone else. We can only conclude that the report may be a hoax. PD
