For the past hour and a half we have witnessed multiple objects in different directions of the sky. They had bright flashing lights and seemed to be moving in very odd sequence. They kinda swayed back and forth and slowly moved farther away. We witnessed one that moved from the west to the northwest and in the past hour has moved back to the west but the entire time it was kinda swaying and dipping down for a bit and then a little while later it went back up. Did this same kinda movement all the way to the north sky and back. We witnessed two more to the south and one to the northeast. These objects are all moving the same way and are still in the sky at the time of this report

My wife and I observed a very large extremely bright orange glowing orb that tracked south some distance off the ocean shore paralleling the coastline. The surface of it looked like molten steel except for a very faint difficult to see grey shape in the center. There was a vertically moving wave like appearance to the surface. This molten appearance reminded me of a NASA photo of the surface of the Sun except that, unlike the Sun, the edge of it was very sharply defined. The bottom of it emitted a slightly more reddish tint. It remained level at relatively low altitude above the horizon for about 30 seconds and then pulled up at sharp angle and rose at a tremendous rate of climb; it momentarily appeared to slow and then continued to climb rapidly. It was so bright that it illuminated very high thin cirriform, noctilucent, clouds in the dark otherwise clear sky as it passed through their altitude. It made no audible sound. This took place approximately an hour and a half after sunset.

On Sat. Aug. 30th, 2014, at about 10 p.m. I saw strange lights over the sky of Veneta, Oregon, and Eugene, Oregon. What I saw looked like a giant snowflake (for lack of better way of describing it) and it had pulsing lights all over the front of it! The pulsing lights were in vertical sections, with one section coming on really bright and then fading, while the section next to it came on very bright. The sections alternated like that all across the front of it. This thing was traveling through the sky at a slow speed and I think it was near the Eugene airport. After I watch it for about 30 seconds, it suddenly divided and became two rounds things of pulsing lights. They kept traveling through the sky at a slow speed, keeping a uniform distance between them. After about another 30 seconds, they went behind some trees and I lost sight of them. Two vehicles were pulled off the road in strange places and no doubt the drivers had seen this also. I did not have a camera with me and that taught me to always have one with me in the future, as I never know what I may see! We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she seemed to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We suspect that she is a quite reliable witness. PD

I was outside, on the phone with my girlfriend, when at one point I noticed a group of lights (one green, one red, one blue) arranged in a triangle formation. It was moving from left to right across the sky. Then this object slowed down until it was still in the sky. After sitting in the same position for about 20 minutes, it moved slowly left and then back right at half the distance. The lights seemed to be getting dimmer now at which point I thought the object might be heading away from Earth. The light was still there, smaller, but looking at a guide, the position of the light is where the star Capella sits. I pulled my brother out of our apartment at this time so he could see this. I saw a UFO last night. It was really quiet and it was very close to me. I was in the middle of nowhere. Between Nevada and Oregon. I turned the car off the look at the stars. It had 3 points of energy output and was a warm flare looking color. It was definitely and triangle shape and something that was strange was it seemed to disappear and reaper as if it was going behind something in the sky. Looking into the eastern section of the sky near the star of Menkar and to the west of the region of Orion, me and my friend saw a bright blue flash which occurred twice with a brief 6 second pause. It did not happen again. Then we see an airplane travel from the south in that direction but did not produce sound like a regular commercial airliner or produce little to no sound. We were both freaked out when we saw a light appear out of no where. A UFO appears out of no where trailing the airplane very close and very quickly (again near that area in the sky maybe not Menkar but a star cluster near that star). No blipping lights, no red, no sound. What was unusual was that as it traveled North we see the back end of the airplanes wings which had extremely bright spotlights which I have never seen before on an airplane. Then we see another flying craft with no blipping lights, no sound travel from constellation of Orion or a bit east of it. It again travels towards the North. Possibly fog lights on the back of the wings? I strongly believe that what we saw was a UFO sighting and activity linked to the bright blue flash.

This molten appearance reminded me of a NASA photo of the surface of the Sun except that, unlike the Sun, the edge of it was very sharply defined. The bottom of it emitted a reddish color. It remained level at relatively low altitude for about 15 to 20 seconds and then pulled up at sharp angle and rose at a tremendous rate of climb; it momentarily appeared to stop and then continued to climb rapidly. The light was so bright that it illuminated very high thin cirriform clouds in the dark sky as it passed through their altitude. It made no audible sound. This took place approximately ninety minutes after sunset. I hold a commercial pilot license and previously worked as a certified flight instructor. I now work as a technical analyst in aerospace engineering.

I was traveling west on Highway 26 at 9:40 PST. The sighting occurred between the Jackson School Road exit and North Plains exit. I saw a bright golden light on horizon to the NW, over Pumpkin Ridge. I thought it was a planet due to position and quality of light, maybe Venus. As I continued to watch, the light began to move and then change color from gold to Orange to red through the spectrum very smoothly, like a gradient. The object moved unlike any aircraft I've seen, very fast and smooth with no blinking lights. It moved South very quickly, close enough to the highway that I could see it was an uplit, triangular object. As I tried to comprehend what I was seeing, as well as keep the car on the road, it disappeared. The entire episode lasted less than a minute. I am a woman in her early 20s, working in the service industry.

we came out onto our back porch I looked up in the sky and saw a huge flash of light. I tried to locate where it was coming from and faintly saw a small moving light which then pulsated a less bright flash. The original flash lit up the sky. My husband saw the flash from the corner of his eye. I was looking directly at it.

I was driving northbound on I-205 at 21:20 towards Portland International Airport, going 55 mph., following a flat bed semi truck. Looking toward airport, I saw 3 lights coming towards me. I look quickly at my location, I am approaching Rocky Butte. Looking at these 3 lights, individual, shapes, above the on coming southbound traffic, going a little faster 65 70 mpr, I saw 3 helmet shaped, metal blue, one headlight per object, no windows, a man could not fit into this object, flying then turning towards Portland or on the Banfield… Witness elects to provide no contact information. Early evening, I noticed a cloud formation shaped like a angled rip suddenly appear. Within 20-30 seconds the top of the rip stretched until it was nearly double. I couldn't stop staring and I'm glad I didn't because out of nowhere a rocket-shaped object without any visable propulsion system appeared beneath the cloud "rip". It was smooth and round on the head of the ship and elongated and tapered off at the bottom in a rounded point. Strange wings were located on either side (which looked almost like upside-down versions of the ship itself) and were strangely detached but moving with the ship regardless. The UFO was completely silent. The ship speedily moved up and through the rip and then proceeded beyond it but seemed to be dissolving once it had cleared the cloud, and was gone in 2-3 seconds. No more than half a minute later, 2 government jets passed nearly over the rip and proceeded on. 10 minutes later a strong wind started blowing (Not even a breeze beforehand) and blew for maybe 15 minutes before dying down completely.

two light up letter "Z" and a light up letter "Y" floating in the night sky. They were lit up by what looked like multiple lightbulbs to form the letters they were floating quickly but didn't looked controlled by an engin, they were moving with the wind like balloons but way to big to be balloons. and they were very bright

Walking up Sexton Mountain in my neighborhood also known by that name. Came upon what appeared to be a object that was dark gray and was shaped like some. Thought it was a drone. A fellow walker from the neighborhood observed this with me. She thought it was a drone but after we looked for awhile decided it was not because we did not see the other parts on it that resemble a helicopter look to it. It hovered and she said when I kept looking at it it moved away and then back to me. This walker I did not know. She had come up from behind me and asked what I was looking at. I was amazed she was even there because no one is ever on this path up because you have to be in shape. We stared and talked and she said since we spotted it it was moving away. When I first saw it alone I waved to it and it hovered close but it saw her before I did and it backed up in the sky. We left the hill and she and I agreed it was a drone. I've looked on Google all day and this evening and do not see what I saw today. Totally weird. I am an avid fan of aircraft and was once a flight attendant and I can usually make out these things but not this. I totally am stumped. My husband told me to tell this to Mr. Peter Davenport. Both, my husband and I, we woke up in the middle of night (2 AM). We both saw an orange huge light ball sitting in the sky through our window (my husband walked out on to the deck). The orange fireball was stationary, and got really bright deep orange with a hue of brown in it. It never moved. We watched it for about 2 minutes and then it gradually faded away. It wasn't a moon, star, planet..it was something much bigger and it was nothing we have ever seen before.

My mother and I went swimming ablout 9ish, about 10 minutes into enjoying the summer evening and a relaxing swim she noticed something odd. I noticed what she was looking at and at first I thought it was just a plane, but the orb was not moving and pulsing red and white, then noticed two more lights that remained white forming a giant triangle. The lights were in the S SW are of the sky above the Lake Oswego area across the Willamette river from where we are. The size of the triangle did not remain constant but enlarged and shrunk. We let the other two younger people in the pool near us know what we were looking at. About 15 minutes later the triangle shrunk onto the flashing orb and the orb remained. Upon leaving I noticed a bright flash about 5 o'clock to the flashing orbs location.

I was about to enter my trailer after feeding my dog, and heard ambulances and sirens outside, but didn't think much about it until I looked up and seen three lights in a triangular formation nearly out of site. The thing seemed huge maybe a mile across. It traveled in pretty much a straight line until it disapeared beihind some trees. I ran inside to try and get my wife to come out, but she wouldn't. SO, I went back outside and could only make it out going behind some trees. Not usre if the sirens I heard were related or not didn't see it again or hear anything more on it all night. I seen a video on before it's news and the lights they showed on their seemed very much the same as what I seen.

Myself and 3 other neighbors saw a strange pulsating orangish red light to the west of us as it moved slowly across the sky, looked to be above sisters oregon, watched it for about 5 minutes and then it disappeared, i assume it went into the clouds, but then about an hour later at around 11 pm pst it appeared again , I called my neighbors out and we watched it again but this time as it went slowly across the sky looked like it emitted 2 white orb looking balls of light from the top and bottom of the orangish red pulsating light and these orbs shot up and down from top and bottom and then disappeared , Strangest thing i have ever seen but afterwards, the orange/red light continued north and the it too disappeared about the same spot the first time seeing it. I tried to get a video of it but camera wouldnt work in the dark and there was no noticeable noise like from a heli or plane, completely quiet

With using binoculars, we noticed they were blue and red and not moving. While focusing on one of the objects little fast moving lights would appear. It seemed to have multiple crafts if they were even crafts.

I woke up because of a bright light out of the window and saw an orb through the trees. I got up and was looking at it closely. It looked like the moon, but was too low and on the opposite side of the house of where it usually is. I went through the house looking our several windows to get a better look. It was behind the trees but lighting up the entire yard. I dismissed it and went back to bed. A few minutes later the light disappeared.

Objects in opposite ends of the big dipper stayed in 1 position for an hour then object on the right of the big dipper started moving at a slow pace clock wise and took a higher altitude. Then object to the left of the big dipper finally moved after hours in the same location and once it moved it moved at an incredible pace. Flew west towards the coast and out of site within minutes of it moving. Both objects blinking multiple colors in no particular pattern. Nor did either object fly in a straight line or in a matter of trying to get to a certain location at a particular time. Object to the left of the big dipper is now gone and out of site, while the object to the right of the big dipper is still roughly in the same location it started in. Except for it moved from about a 12 o' clock position to a 2 o' clock position to the NE.

Saw a craft that was moving in a direction that almost seemed like it was searching. It was flashing red, green, blue and white. At times it seemed to be wobbling and was at first moving west. This was about 11:30 pm and then it traveled south over Oregon City, OR. About 10 minutes later it was headed north. It made no sound but continued north until it was out of sight.
