I was outside at 3:30 pm and the sky did not look promising for that evening. So I decided not to go out to the Observatory located in John Bryan State Park. However, I was coming from Church at 6:30 pm and now the sky looked promising for observing. I went outside at 8:30 pm and the sky was beautiful for observing. I finished dinner and set up my observing chairs in my driveway. It was now 9 pm. Something very strange happened at 10 pm. Something whizzed about 6 feet over my head as I was looking up into the constellation Pegasus. I jumped up out of my chair and said "what the hell was that." I did not get a good look at it. I ran inside the house to get the time. It was exactly 10:00 pm. I came back outside and sat down to continue to observe. After a while as I was looking up at the right hand side of the great square in Pegasus, I saw a very bright flash of pure white light on my right hand side and somewhat over my right shoulder. I turned my chair to my right and bang I saw another bright flash of pure white light. The white light came from a source about one foot in diameter and it seemed not very high, perhaps 500 feet above the ground. The light stayed lit for a period as long as it takes to say "Turn on and Turn off." I counted the flashes. There were seven total and spaced about 30 seconds apart. After each flash the light moved a short distance. However, after a total of seven flashes the light seemed to have moved in a deformed circle. When the light flashed on a fourth time it illuminated the underside of a craft. The craft was in the form of a triangle and the white light was in the center of the triangle. Each apex of the triangle wa! s rounded. Each side of the triangle was about 4 feet long. The color of the craft was a very light brown tan with a tint of yellow. The flashes stopped. I watched for another couple of minutes. I ran inside the house. It was now 10:55 pm as shown on the digital cable clock. I came back outside and continued observing until about 12:30 am. I did not see any more flashes or craft. I am a retired PHD physicist who worked first as an officer then as a civilian at WPAFB. I am an amateur astronomer and a member of an astronomical society.

Small rectangular (was hard to tell the exact shape but looked rectangular) object with one red solid light covering the middle and 2 intermittently flashing lights on each side. It hovered over head for a few min then went from one side of the football field from left to right in less then a second, then hovered then after a couple more minutes of unbelievable movements back and forth it flew out of site within a second. My boyfriend and I were driving home when we both saw 2 objects in the sky that quickly flew towards each other and appeared as though they were about to collide. One of the objects flew out of sight while one remained in the same spot, not moving. The object appeared to be roundish and had blinking lights in multiple colors. Once we returned home we observed the object for an hour. We went in the house for about 30 minutes and we came back out to see if the object was still there, and it was gone. At 23:00 we went out again and saw the object again, this time in a different spot, but still not moving. I was able to zoom in with my camera and confirm that there were blinking multi-colored lights

At first glance, it just looked like a little cluster of stars, but they were a little dimmer than all the rest. I should also mention that the sky was VERY clear tonight and the moon wasn’t in a spot where the sunlight reflection would drown out all the stars so it was really easy to see the sky. The little cluster of dimly lit stars looked normal until I looked at it through peripheral vision, and then it looked like, a sort of cloudy mass with tiny pinprick bright spots in it. The longer I looked at it, the more I could see that the little lights were moving around in a really weird, erratic manner. There would be three, they’d make a sort of triangle shape, but then there would be four, and it would look like they formed a straight line, then they’d all kind of disperse and not be any kind of shape really but they’d be moving around a little bit and it kind of made me think of the way gnats swarm around in groups. And the cloudy area behind it, along with the lights themselves, all seemed to be moving as a whole in one direction (possibly north) in a slow, creeping sort of way. My partner and I believe this is the first time either of us have witnessed a UFO.

Driving westbound on E. Dorothy Lane, myself and two friends saw six orange lights in the northern sky at a high altitude. At first, five of them appeared to be in a triangular formation, sitting stationary, and the sixth was farther away, more north-east. After about thirty seconds the five originally in a formation started moving around one another until fading away. The sixth light never moved but eventually faded off as well.

Fremont (west of; on I-90 ), OH
I saw what appeared to be a giant black hot air balloon hovering motionlessly in the distance. I'm not sure where I was en route to Toledo, OH, on I-90W, but I asked the toll guard at the Rte 75 exit - where I could still see it straight ahead, "What is that? Is that a BLACK hot air balloon?" She looked out of the toll booth, looking behind her to where I was pointing and said, "I guess it could be." I drove off, mumbling to an uninterested, tired daughter. On a stormy, scattered shower Sunday evening? Pure black? No flags, color? Never seeming to raise or lower at all, nor change direction? It had to be immense. It looked the same size and angle for miles. I last saw it after I have exited and drove S of Perrysburg, OH on 475W/23N and it appeared to be due North, so either it moved West to North while appearing stationary, or it was over Lake Erie the whole time and I was watching it as I wrapped around from west of Fremont, towards Toledo. My 6 y/o just assumed it was a hot air balloon - "Can we go ride ojn one some day? but it was too huge, if it was...and seemingly stationary, and evenly pitch black. I have to think SOMEONE driving West on the busy Ohio Turnpike other than us may have seen it and wondered. So unassuming unless you really think about the size, unchanging color, image and stationary position that made me think about stopping to take a picture, but not wanting to be alarmist or impede getting home. Just not right. Hoping someone else got a photo.

A repair man just completed work outside, on the AC compressor unit. I was engaged in a conversation with him, as I stood on my deck. The repairman was standing on the ground looking up and facing to the West. In the middle of the conversation. The repairman said to me, " Do you see that "? I glared up to the West but, only saw an airplane in the sky. The airplane was leaving an exhaust trail in the sky. The repair man then said to me," That is weird; it's gone." I then walked to the corner of my deck and looked up and to the West. The disc object appeared again out of thin air. At what I would compare to be a very high altitude. In reference, their was an airplane in the sky. The UFO appeared well above that airplane and just off to the right side, of the setting sun. The object appeared to be a flat disc shaped object. The UFO gleamed with bright light. From what I would assume was from the glare of the sun onto the metal of the object? We believe it to be a UFO. Due to the fact that the airplanes that flew over head, left exhaust trails in the sky. Their was no exhaust trail associated with this object. The sky was blue with no cloud cover near, or around the object. The object then appeared again, out of thin air. The UFO sat in the sky for a few minutes. The object then disappeared for a final time. The UFO was not seen again. However, we were left stunned and shocked out of what we just witnessed.

About 070 from 1/2 mile south of Ohio University. Elev angle constant about 25 degrees above horizon. Stationary. Red, white, green lighting appears to be mechanically generated. Craft position unchanged over one hour observation. Illumination level brighter than Venus or Vega. I don't see any planets above the horizon on my sky view phone app. Three planets are indicated as well below horizon. No clouds. Cool temp mid 50s. Minimal air movement. Red and green light swap sides as if autorotation craft was changing headings 180 degrees. No apparent pattern to that. White above r & g but no space discernible between top to bottom. Too distant for iPhone camera. Easily seen lights detail w binocs 7x50. ((ADDENDUM FROM SOURCE)) Addendum to earlier; after calling hotline: Orange changing to amber lights were added for last 30 minutes of observation. The amber lights tended to obscure the red and green lights when they strived on. Lights disappeared with no apparent change in position. I was watching through binocs and lights were there and then they were not. There was no change in position. Stars changed position but it did not. I took rapid exposures with iPhone (15 / sec?). Resolution is so poor colors can't be discerned. About all the pics demonstrate is the dimming and brightening of a white light. W r/g r/g or/amb or/amb ((END ADDENDUM))

A strange blinking light very high in the atmosphere has been noticed in the northeast part of the sky on several nights. The light hovers and moves very quickly up and down in the sky. I have also observed it seeming to come in closer and dim out away very suddenly. It is much higher altitudes than the airplanes flying around. I have noticed it there several times lately over the past week. It doesn't move like any aircraft I've ever seen in the sky.

Myself and a friend were sitting outside and we saw an amber light (ball) appear on the horizon, it was low, perhaps 5000 feet, no noise whatsoever, and traveling at the speed which one could say was similar to a small high performance prop aircraft, faster than a helicopter but not real real fast. We watched it track closer and it took a gradual curve and we watched it as it slowly disappeared on the far horizon. We then saw a second one, originating at the same point as the first one, it too followed a similar path. Subsequently, there were 3 or 4 more, and at one point we had eyeballs on two of them as one was fading and another had started. I'm gonna say each one from start to finish was about two minutes. My friend lives in a neighborhood with curving streets all over so unfortunately I cannot give you an orientation as to North/South etc., as I'm not sure the exact direction where they first manifested since I have no clue as to which way the backyard faces. Note, there are a few similar reports. Very interesting. No noise whatsoever. The color was almost exactly like a street lamp, the amberish ones. I am not really sure of the date of this occurrence, but I know it was in the fall of last year. I am very sure of the time though as it occurred when I got home from work, which is usually just before 5:30 am. I have a habit of doing some star gazing when I get home and on this night it was particularly clear. I was facing more of less due east and was looking almost straight up, maybe 80 degrees of incline, when I observed two white fuzzy, extremely faint "worm looking things" plodding along next to each other in a northerly direction. It appeared one of the "worms" was slinking along in a steady fashion while the other was doing more of a zigzag pattern and flying around the other. It would remind you of a mother dolphin cruising with a baby dolphin swimming around her. Not really sure of what I was seeing, and thinking I my eyes were playing tricks on me, I looked to a different part of the sky for a couple seconds. I thought I'd see the "worms" there because I was pretty sure it was one of those instances where you see something moving, but it's just a "floater"(as my optometrist calls them) that is inside your eyeball. Not seeing anything in the patch of sky I was looking at I looked back to where I had seen the "worms" and sure enough I saw them still going in their northerly direction. I did one more check by looking to another part of the sky and then back at the "worms" and had the same result. Still very perplexed I watched the objects continue northbound until I could no longer see them. In all I probably observed the objects for 2-3 minutes and they covered about a 35 degree traverse of the sky. As I said before they were extremely faint and appeared to be at a very, very high altitude. As for a size, the best way I can think of to put a scale to it would be to use the diameters of the stars. They appeared to both be about 5 star diameters long and 1 wide. I've seen plenty of satellites in the night sky and I can definitely say the "worms" were going much slower. I've only ever told my brother about this. Being that I'm a police officer it's not exactly something I'm going to share with my coworkers and friends. The closest thing I've seen resembling these objects are in some of the "space serpents" or "space worms" videos online. However, what I saw was not merely drifting but appeared to be propelled(albeit very slowly) and guided in some way, but they did not appear to be a craft or ship of any sort. Even though I still do some star gazing when I get home I have yet to see my serpent friends again. If I do I will report it in a more timely fashion. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

I noticed around 4:45am a bright light hovering outside my bedroom window. It is high up in the sky. I noticed two other light things forming a triangle pattern in the sky with the one bright object. The other two were higher up and were flashing different colors of green, blue, red, and orange. I went outside on the back porch to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing. I then got my husband who was in the garage and made him go out back with me, so that I had someone else witnessing this with me, so I knew I wasn't seeing things. He went inside and got me a pair of binoculars and we looked at the objects thru them. The brightest one also had other colors in it, and the object kept changing shape. I even had him get on his phone and ask siri what planes were flying over head, which there was an american airlines flight and fedex planes that were flying over head at the time as well as some company with the name of mission in the title. Some of the! planes went right by the objects, but dropped or raised altitude when going by them. This isn't the first time I have seen something odd like this. It is 6:07 am and they are still outside hovering. Also over the course of the event, the stars have shifted positions in the sky and the sun is now coming up, but the only object remaining is the brightest one now. Also it has not shifted its position. My husband has taken a video with his iphone. once we figure out how to get it onto my computer, I will email it or put it on a disk and mail it to you. Also I live just outside Pataskala, Ohio, in a little town called Outville.

While driving home from getting gas in a neighboring town (Geneva), my Dad an I were about two minutes from our destination. We were heading east on State route 20 (north ridge road) About 3/4 (.075)miles from Sanborn road. We were talking among ourselves when I noticed a light in the sky.It was only a few moments later I noticed that this phenomenon was not just a single white light but three smaller lights in a horizontal line configuration. At first I thought it could be a plane or helicopter but it was not moving, or had any indications of normal aircraft, such as signaling lights, and there are no radio towers in the direction I was looking. Just before we made the turn off the main road onto our street the lights disappeared. They did not fade away, they just blinked of, like someone turning off a light. Unfortunately the lights were too far away for me to draw an accurate picture, and I did not have my smartphone with me to take a picture.

Perfect triangular shape with fainter white lights at all three points. A very distinct red slowly blinking light on the bottom of the craft with a good amount of distance between the red light and any of the white ones. It moves pretty slow to the northeast with no sound. I watched it for about 7 minutes. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a plane especially because planes have a couple different colors of blinking lights and this craft was low enough that I could see detail. The time was the beginning the half time of Michigan State Oregon about 11:00 on September 12, 2015. I was walking the dog in Dublin, Ohio, and saw 4-5 individual red lights with slight orange rim in a group ( in somewhat of a line) moving south. They appeared to be at an elevation similar to a small airplane (1000-2000 feet) and travelling about the same speed. I was listening for sound of a propeller or jet engine, but there was no sound. As they slowly disappeared in the distance heading south another single light (same color) approached from the same direction as the others and on the same path. It continued to the south until disappearing.
