My nephew said what is that as he pointed up. I looked up and observed a straight line of lights heading towards us (north to south) in the sky as a plane would do. It was moving fast like a plane would. There was no fuselage. It was a string of lights in the sky. I viewed 10 lights in a straight line the first two were red, the next six were white, the last two were green. As they approach us, over our head they started forming a “J “. Then they kind of bunched up and continued on but in a scattered line. I was trying to get anyone in my apartment complex to look up. I’m a 57 male manufacturing manager. Last night (8.22.18) while listening to Coast to Coast, I heard Peter davenport mention the witness' at Long beach that spotted a UFO. I live about 2 miles south of the reported incident. It was already dark out, due to the smoke from British Columbia and the marine air that pushed the fog onto the shore. I was outside on my deck talking to my wife on the cell phone when I saw the craft moving north to south at about 60 degrees above the horizon. There was no sound---just what appeared to be 4 red lights in a tight circular and or square pattern. It didn't look like the typical lights pattern of a commercial or private aircraft. I wasn't able to get my phone switched to video mode fast enough but did get one photo taken, which sadly doesn't do much justice to what I way (( My report on Coast to Coast on August 22, 2018, addressed a sighting in Long Beach, California, no Washington.

I was in White Creek Basin, above Enchanted Valley in Olympic National Park. This was during a stretch of time exhibiting very bad air quality due to forest fires. When we reached the basin, skies were relatively clear but a lot of smoke had rolled in by dusk. Well after dark I looked up at the ridge we were camped near and was excited to see what we thought was a moon rise. We watched as the glowing orb rose behind the ridge, but before it was all the way over the ridge it quickly descended (unlike the moon). About 20 minutes later, a little to the right of the original sight, the same thing happened. This time it was more orange (we thought the orange-ness of it was due to smoke), but it came up – not all the way over the ridge – and then quickly back down again. There is not a trail on top of that ridge, and the glowing orb was way too big to a headlamp anyway. Both times it really did look like a moon rise, but it definitely wasn’t the moon. Upon investigation, it was too late at night and in the wrong direction of the moon.

I was home watching TV alone when I heard what I thought was a big helicopter coming up the valley. The noise became so loud that it shook the windows, so I got up to see expecting to see a sky crane or a couple of big chinook choppers because it was way too much noise to be just one. I scanned the sky and identified the source of the sound. The object appeared stationary with nothing else around it. I noticed also it appeared to be slowly rotating and the sound was changing. I decided to grab my camera and after many attempts got 1 decent photo. The sound started to change and I would say sounded like a pulsing rocket engine. I called my friend who lives north of me and asked him to go outside to see if he could hear it. He could. The craft turned and drifted slowly to the North about 20 miles an hour. I told my friend it was coming his way but he could not see it. It slowly turned to the west and drifted over the bay. After the craft went out of site a single fighter jet came over the house in a broad turn on a similar course, but with a wide berth like it was flying in a much larger circle. About a minute later 2 more fighters flew similar course. I would say the craft was less then a mile away and approximately 3500 feet up and the size was comparable to a B2 bomber. It moved with the point to the rear as it went buy but I think it was slowly rotating.

I was talking on the phone last night and observed three bright stars, thinking that it was wierd, cause I had never seen them there before. I believe mars was either above them or below them, I was facing south, then they started moving. And what caught my eye was their speed and movement did not look like a plan or falling star. The first one appeared to me to moving upward and as it was moving disappeared into the sky above, not across the night sky but straight up, that’s what caught my eye. It was the strangeness of the movement. So then I watched the other two lights, then the second light moved in the same way as the first, straight up and disappeared, and then the third one did the same. I have never seen anything like that.

I was at a festival down by the waterfront with a friend in line to get food, I decided to take a few quick photos. Did not see the object until later on my phone. You can see a bird flying in the photo, a good reference point, and a man eating something, so you know the object moved quickly. It went up and a bit North over Puget Sound. Also, I took all the photos together, within seconds of one another.

My sister and I were watching the Perseids meteor shower when we saw a very bright white light flash several times while moving across the sky. It also changed directions dramatically. We were looking northwest when we spotted it.

I was looking out of the window into the sky. I saw a red flashing light traveling across the sky, I thought it was a helicopter or plane at first but the way the red light was flashing/strobing was unusual. He travel across the sky and hovered for a couple seconds, then it curved to the right and hovered for a couple seconds and changed its direction and shot to the left and vanished. I saw what look like the same object again about 10 to 15 minutes later but I wasn't sure, I couldn't tell if it was a plane or not. I do live in a area where I see a lot of planes take off and land but it didn't look like a plane to me but I digress. But I definitely saw this object again about 20 minutes after seeing the first object, it flew over my head and was traveling faster than a plane or helicopter would, it had the red flashing light I saw on the first UFO, and it was star like, it banked to the left and the shape of it appeared to have changed as more lights on it appeared. I can't not say what the shape of this aircraft was because it was do dark and too high up for me to see, I tried looking for it through my telescope and was unable to point to the proper spot for me to see what it looked like. There was no sound coming from this object. I am always out looking for UFOs and other strange things in the sky's of Washington State and this is by far the strangest things I have seen here so far.

At 12 noon I saw two white cigar shaped craft very close together high in the sky. One flew just ahead of the other, and they were close, about the width of a wing had they been airplanes. They flew west to east across the sky and flashed briefly in the Sun, but I still saw no wings or contrails. 40 minutes later I saw two similar craft fly back east to west in the same configuration. One emitted a thick white contrail and the other did not. They may well have all been airplanes. Now it is 14:24 and there are two contrails twisted like a double helix across the sky ESE to WNW. That's probably just a wind pattern. I don't really think these are extraterrestrial craft, but I'd love some answers. We can't provide answers, if the witness doesn't provide contact information. It can slowly through the gorge about eye level with the Cape Horn Lookout. It had four orange light on the top of it, one in each corner.

Was driving from Yakima wa to Seattle when I pass over the last hill seeing Selah, WA, is when I seen 3 big lights just hovering next to the highway. The lights looks like to can make up one ufo, I could tell it was big base on the fact that I can notice the semi trucks on the other side of the valley to compare it to, so I speed faster trying to see what was that, I know other people seen it too because they had pulled over. As I pass the next hill I couldn’t see it till it came out of no where again next to the freeway, but the opposite side where I last seen it but that’s where I can see it more clearly of 3 lights (Orange Color Like a peach), that’s where other cars was starting to slow down from 70mph to about 25mph, but then it seems to have gone over the hill again, the light seems like there was a heavy fog around the lights as if the fog was the ones making it light up. as I gone once more over the last hill when u get the see the beautiful town of Ellensburg. I couldn’t spot it no more, and was trying to wrap my head around on what I just witnessed. As I kept driving and wondering the big question, I seen the ufo no doubt, was a different light, a straight light of lights (white) behind the trees, I near crashed And trying to keep my eyes on it, and slowed down again but lost it and then again as I stop, just gazing at it as if it was all true, the classic looking disc shaped ufo, others I seen it too as I rush for the last time to the exit to thorp wa (the town after Ellensburg, WA), it was out of site. On top of each hill where the lights come over, I notice 3 Cars stop as of they had lost power to there cars and the last hill I seen a semi truck With its hood open and power off Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. Was viewing Jupiter thru 30 power scope on total station. I saw a bright white light about as bright as Jupiter and tracked it for a while as it headed west to east (heading was about about 90 to 110 degrees). Last seen thru scope angle was 203d 21' 54", elevation 27d 13' 11" (from my location at 48d, 46' 58.1", -117d 17' 16.5", ne of Ione WA). Object did not have any flashing navigation lights and I went outside to listen for sound and could hear nothing, no wind. It traversed my field of view about 5 degrees west and above jupiter to the hill to my south east in perhaps less than 35~45 seconds.

Very faint satellite crossing north to south at hypersonic speed, many times faster than a normal satellite. Powerful flash of light about every 15 seconds. It was going so fast that the flashes of light were an elongated tube of brilliant blue trailing the object with every flash. I watch the satellites regularly and it's not that common, but some will flash a powerful light. This one I'm talking about was hypersonic with a flash. Two years ago, my wife saw 5 different ufos over Wenatchee in a 6 night and day period, she reported some to both mufon and NURC. It got to the point that she was afraid to look up at the sky! There was an Air Show at Pangborn Airport over a month ago, and I was following a DC3 over Wenatchee with binoculars, when I spotted what looked like an aluminum pop can in the distance with one jagged end like a firecracker blew out one end.

The lights looked to be hovering in the vicinity of the Bangor Sub Base. Three lights disappeared leaving three. Soon the three lights became one and then disappeared.

I'm a friend of your nephew, that's how I learned about this site. I see these most nights. They are little yellow orbs that flash red usually. They appear from the East, hover over the Puget Sound and head north. They don't use a logical flight path. They often fade in and out even without a cloud in the sky. They aren't the color of stars and are very distinct from planes, helicopters or satellites. It usually starts with one and then 2 or 3 join in as they slowly make their way East. I've made some video, although the quality doesn't show as with the naked eye. I found one YouTube video of the same thing from this area but surprised they are hardly documented for how often they visit. Feel free to contact me for more information.

There was complete darkness outside as it was past midnight, and there was one object that seemed to be almost a yellow tinged color with a cross like shape. Almost seemed to have beams out the sides and top and bottom. It did seem to be rotating around horizontally, but in a stationary position in the sky. When rotating, the object got brighter and the shape morphed a little more rounded. It definitely was not an aircraft, as I have flown and studied them. It was stationary in the sky with no altitude change during the duration I was watching. It was too low to be a star/satellite. There were aircraft flying during this 20 minute duration that exhibited no similarities to this object as they moved across the sky in a different color and flashing alternating lights.

It is circular in shape with 4 shoots dangling out almost the shape of an abstract human like in hang man. The color is an orangish yellow and it has been hanging in the sky(unmoving) for at least 15 minutes. There is a red light at the base and every once in awhile it blinks. We know it is not a star as they are more white and much higher up. I checked fb and other new sources but no one has mentioned it. The witnesses were both young adults. We were walking to a nearby park at around 1:00 a.m. when we saw a bright green fireball fly across the sky maybe 30 feet above the trees. When it flew across the sky it shot red triangle shaped things backwards at about 45 degrees of the direction it was fly. The triangles went about 5 feet from the flying object before vanishing. The triangles were shot off both sides of the flying object. It took the flying object about 5 seconds to fly out of sight. Both witnesses looked at each other in confusion and believed no one would take us seriously if we talked about it.

Exceptionally fast craft moving south to north. Tonight, July 18, 2018 sometime between 9pm and 9:30pm, my wife and I were sitting out watching the early stars and planets appear. The sky was clear. We were sitting facing due south. As we were watching the skies we saw a single light to the south that was moving rapidly towards us, to the north. We see both military and civilian aircraft all the time. We see them at great altitude (probably airlines coming from the east (maybe Chicago, New York, etc.) headed to the west (maybe Seattle). We also see low craft such as airliners that are leaving Spokane airport headed west, or airliners coming from the west headed to Spokane airport. Occasionally we see military aircraft coming and going from Fairchild AFB to the east of us. Except for exceptionally high altitude craft, we usually eventually hear some amount of engine noise. It is not unusual for us to occasionally see a satellite or the International Space Station cruise across the sky. I give all this background because I want to express that we know the usual aircraft that frequent our skies. What we saw tonight was not anything like what we have seen in the past. This single light, no larger than a bright star, was traveling very fast. My guess is that we watched it coming from the south to directly above us in maybe 10 seconds. We were not able to watch it as it continued north. Our assumption is that from the far south to the far north it would have traversed that distance in maybe 20 seconds. The trajectory was straight with no hint of deviance from its path. This light was solid and did not have any light strobes associated with it. There was no way to discern a shape or altitude, other than we could not hear even the faintest engine noise, giving us the impression that it was at a very high altitude. Never have I seen anything in the skies moving that fast.
