Standing in my driveway in west Eugene I saw a white sphere shaped white light heading south. I live close to the airport, and see planes flying overhead all the time. This had no sound, it had no navigation lights, moved in not exactly a straight path in the sky.

Driving home from the store my daughter and I both noticed two fast moving white lights in the sky. The lights darted across the sky going South. We followed the lights approximately 2 miles and were unable to keep up with them. We lost sight of the lights as they went over a tall grove of trees. There were headed toward the I-5 corridor going toward Eugene. They were round and white in color and didn’t make any noise. This is the second time in a month that I have noticed lights like this in this general area. It was a clear evening no clouds.

I saw a huge flash and then a penny-shaped craft starts flying out emitting reflections and flashes of light. I sadly lost it behind a couple of trees. I saw this object east of my house

I saw a red light high up in the sky with no noise, it was diamond shape and seemed to have an antenna on the top of it. It was moving very slow but I got a short glimpse that it have me enough time to see it clearly and I can tell you right now that was not a plane or a helicopter

I was just revising some sunset pictures that I took with my camera. When I downloaded the pictures tonight, I found this strange object on 2 of the photos only. These were taken last Oct. 10, 2015, and at 6:46 pm if the time was right on my camera, did not check. I called my husband in to see if he also saw what I was seeing; we were shocked. I checked the dozen of photos I took several nights in a row and that night, only 2 photos had this stange sighting. I have saved these photos if needed.

Small craft seen once before was sighted again tonight. It is an oval shaped craft that pulsates light. There are three colors that accompany this craft: White, Green, and Red. Craft moved very slowly across the sky. Would pause, move up or down, and then continue in it's original path. Instances would occur in which the craft would blip out of sight, only to reappear a moment later. A second craft was spotted to it's east. This craft hovered low, and had two orange lights placed on the bottom of the craft. When I began to approach the direction in which it was hovering, it began to move. It went off in the direction of the smaller craft, before disappearing. The smaller craft seemed to have been moving in the direction of the lager, lower hovering craft for the full event. To my knowledge, the smaller craft is still outside as I speak. A high flying plane was spotted, when I returned outside for a second time. It has been circling around the town near the craft. Really bright pulsing orange/red. Brightest thing in the sky at this time of night. And it moved in a straight line from north to south. It traveled from one horizon to the other in under 30 seconds.

An Orange Sphere of intense and steady light – My wife and I were at Cannon Beach, Oregon, for the weekend. At 11:25 PM PT, Friday, October 2nd 2015, I was looking due west over a row of beachfront motel units. I noticed a very bright, steady, orange light out over the ocean. The moon was not in the hemisphere, and there were no noticeable clouds. The day had clear skies. Winds were calm. When I opened the sliding door, I noticed that the light was slowly moving towards the east, towards the shore, at an even speed and steady altitude. I would guess it was above a thousand feet. The light was not a pin-point, but a distinct round shape. I looked for a cowling shadow or surface reflection, but could see none. The round light was intense, but not like a searchlight, there was no beam effect. There was no strobe or flutter effect, either. I was able to catch a smartphone video of 56 seconds. The video shows some strobing, but that is mostly due to the auto-focus of the phone trying to maintain focus on a light source in the dark. At 3 seconds in I zoom to maximum, hence the greater distortion and apparent change in size. At 31 seconds the light moves behind the row of motel units where we were staying. The jostling is me stepping out onto the patio deck to capture a few more seconds. I could not tell how fast it was moving since there was no background reference. From the angle shift (+30 degrees at first sighting, facing west, to +60 degrees south-southeast) and the duration, someone with trigonometric skills could roughly figure out the height and speed. There was no sound, above the sound of the ocean waves. The engine roar sound on the video seems loud, but to my ear it was a distant rumble of surf. Helicopters make a distinctive sound at the beach, whether Coast Guard or otherwise. This was not the light of a helicopter or conventional plane. There were no other lights, no navigational lights, and no other bright lights in the sky for the next half hour. Earlier in the day, around 5 PM PT, my wife and I had seen two drones flying near Haystack Rock. They had very small white beacon lights and moved in irregular patterns and changed altitude from time to time. The video isn’t very good, but it is a few seconds (56 seconds) of 'interesting' light.

Wednesday, September 30, 2015, after walking out the back door of my father’s house about 7:15 p.m., I looked up to view the star formations, I noticed a formation of about six to eight red lights/globes in formation. There was no sound, and as I continued to watch the lights started to slowly move from Northwest to Southeast. I had my camera with me and I tried to take a still photo, then switched to movie mode and managed to get about a 1 ½ to two minute film. But as after about a minute the lights started to disappear one by one. There was still no sound, and the light were still moving slowly from NW to SE. After about 2 minutes all lights were gone and there was no evidence of them at all. I continued to watch search the sky for about 30 seconds but they did not reappear. USCG helicopter heard in the area at beginning of sighting then no sound at all.

My gf and I were looking at the blood moon, when we saw a Red-Orange light moving from North to South. The exact altitude was unknown but if I were to guess it was around 5000 ft, travelling the speed of a small plane (not very fast). The solid light continued a straight path for about 20 seconds. The light then instantly moved turned 90 degrees to the left, the instantly continued straight, it flickered and shot off at an incredible rate of speed to the South and vanished into the darkness. On 9/27/2015, at about twilight, my neighbor, who was watching the eclipse, said that we had a UFO and pointed to a bright light fixed in the northwestern sky. The light was very brilliant (for a star) and emitted blue and red colors, very much like a “Diamond in the sky.” He said that it’s not on any star charts. I got out my telescope to see it. I located it about 20-30 degrees above the horizon in the northwest and watched it for about an hour. It seemed to set (move) just as any planet or star would as I had to keep adjusting my telescope. It was very brilliant and looked like a colorful fire but I could not discern a shape, just twinkling blue and red colors predominantly. I looked again on 9/28 but did not see it, possibly due to a thin cloud layer. I saw it again tonight, but due to scattered clouds, I did not stay out to observe it longer.

On the evening of September 27, 2015, I observed three silent amber/red orbs coming from the south and traveling north in SW Portland, Oregon. The sky was cloudless with a few stars visible. The orbs moved very fast, then stopped suddenly and made several 90 degree turns. Then continued on slowly became very small and disappeared. They looked translucent and seemed to exhibit intelligent movement. One of the red orbs turned a pale yellow white with a ring of lights on the to like a crown. I photographed two of these orbs with my I phone 5.

My husband and I were walking our dog in Day Island Park by our house. We were on Pre's (Prefontaine's) Trail, right next to Interstate 5 and the Patterson Slough, a canal that runs through the park. It was a very clear sunny day and there was a University of Oregon game going on nearby at Autzen Stadium. An airplane was flying overhead with a banner trailing it, like they often do on game days. I stopped to bring up the video recorder on my phone because I was having a hard time reading the sign and wanted to blow up the image. My husband asked me what I was doing and you'll hear him in the video saying, "Coors Light," because he could read it (without being a dork like me and video recording it). You can also hear someone else yell "woah" in the background, and I am not sure what that is about. It wasn't until much later that I was watching videos on my phone that I noticed something come into the frame of the video in the upper corner by the plane and flash by. It's moving at a very fast speed and seems to be fairly low in the sky. What is crazy to me is it looks disc shaped, or partially disc and cylinder shaped, when you zoom in on it. There were no other engine sounds other than the low flying airplane with the banner. I'm interested to know if others think this is a UFO, or if there are any other logical explanations for the object.

The UFO I saw was not the normal circle type, it was a bit more flat with a skinny dome on top. The sight was about 10 to 15 sec. long, and it glowed red-ish orange. It wasn't alone (a small craft entered it). The image I have in my mind is still freshly imprinted, but I know we're not alone and I know something weirder than usual will happen but when would be my question. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

Two balls of light appeared suddenly from the South and traveling North. They were a distance apart, but simultaniously on the same path and appearing to be going the same speed. Suddenly, one ball appeared to speed up and merge with the second ball and it became brighter and then they quickly separated never leaving the path. Immediately after the separation, one vanished and the other faded out. These lights were very bright like a star, but too low to be a star and WAY too fast to be an aircraft. Dogs were barking in the neighborhood I can only assume it was from the strange sight, but I couldn't say for sure. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

I was in the backyard, talking on the phone, and a bright white, round, object caught my eye in the sky. I began watching it and it started darting back and forth extremely fast it was at times difficult to follow. I then noticed another bright white light that appear to drop out of the original white light and it started darting around. Both white lights then stopped next to a third light I hadn’t noticed, and they went into a triangle formation. There a very dim line that appeared to connect each light to one another. Once the lights aligned into the triangle they were gone. It was a very clear night with some low clouds. The entire sighting lasted approximately 10 minutes.

While driving west along Hwy 20 in Central Oregon about 9pm on the evening of September 24, 2015, I noticed two yellowish/orange lights traveling parallel to each other and to me, and also in the same direction. They seemed fairly low, and I assumed they were the lights of a low-flying small aircraft. (A few minutes and miles before, I had passed an accident just east of Sage Hen Rest Area, and I thought perhaps an airplane was involved with rescue, though now that makes no sense to me.) I continued driving, forgetting about the lights for a short while…a minute, perhaps two. When I looked again I could not see them even though I would have expected to still see an airplane. I thought they might have been lights that reflected in my car, how sometimes the headlights of another car can reflect in strange places inside your own vehicle. But traffic was very sparse and there were no street lights or such. Within a couple of minutes I again saw lights in the sky, maybe ten or twelve scattered within a span of about 40 degrees to the left and front of my vehicle. My recollection of detail is not good, but I recall them going in different directions, mostly slowly. Some blinked slowly a few times, some came on only once. One split. They disappeared altogether and then came back about 2 times before I pulled over. Nothing appeared in the five or so minutes that I waited, so I continued driving. They appeared one more time, however. Again there were a dozen or so moving about. The last thing I was able to see was one of the lights dropping vertically and then back up to the right (northwest) in a curve in the shape of a barbless fish hook. It blinked during the dive about 8 or 10 times, and I think the previous light would still be fading out of its glow when the next flashed on. This occurred over a distance of about 10 or 15 miles and 15 to 20 minutes. I think I was between Riley and Hampton, Oregon. It pretty remote and the south side of the highway appears like unoccupied land. I was not able to determine the actual altitude and size of the lights. They were about 30 to 40 degrees above horizon, and were always between my left and straight ahead. Perhaps they were other places too but I did not see them. After eliminating airplane and reflection, I considered perhaps hot-air balloons because during the second round of sightings they were initially lighting up slowly and fading out like I imagine the propane flame on a balloon would do. But their antics eliminated that option in my mind. Remote controlled flying craft are—to my knowledge—fairly small and these were in a large area. I do not know enough about drone devices to take a guess if the lights could have been something like that. Please note that my estimates of distance and time are approximate. I did not think at the time to pay close attention to such detail.

Saw a sphere of light which randomly oscillated between red and white with no apparent pattern or timing. It was difficult to tell whether it was small and close to me (1/4 mile) or large and very far away. It hovered in place for 10 to 15 seconds, then descended in a very rapid spiral pattern almost to the horizon. It then immediately zoomed back up to its original altitude, where it proceeded to move in random figure-eight patterns, gaining and losing altitude rapidly. It moved very quickly - approximately the same speed as someone playing with a laser pointer (except I saw no beam and it was larger than the point of a laser). It continued its dance for about 4 to 5 minutes until it disappeared behind some trees in the distance. We spoke at length via telephone with the witness, and we found him to be exceptionally eloquent and objective, in his description of the sighting. We suspect that he is a very good witness. PD

I was sitting outside on my back porch. I caught a light out of the corner of my eye. It was huge. I thought it was a shooting star. But it was huge, and got closer to earth than anything I've seen before of that nature. And it wasn't as fast like I have seen them before. It was bright pale yellow at first then turned a light blue as it got closer to the ground, it had a smoke trail behind it. I thought it would have burned up but it didn't and I could continue to see it until it was out of sight and behind the trees in my line of vision. I've never seen anything like it. I'm actually scared right now. It lit up the sky and I thought I was going to feel it hit. But I felt nothing. I'm shaking right now. I've never seen anything like it before.

Light orb or ship. I zoomed and focused on my camera and was able to see spinning lights. It stayed in the same spit for about ten minutes, then started moving up and to the right. The longer I stared at it, the more I seen color of blue and green.

I saw a really bright colorful object hover over a house across the freeway from me. It hovered there for about 4-5 mins until it flew south (normal speed of an airplane). It was probably 500 - 1000 feet up. I saw the same thing in July (I reported it on this website). I did take a video with my ipad (so the quality is crap) that I will email.
