The report, as filed
Saw a sphere of light which randomly oscillated between red and white with no apparent pattern or timing. It was difficult to tell whether it was small and close to me (1/4 mile) or large and very far away. It hovered in place for 10 to 15 seconds, then descended in a very rapid spiral pattern almost to the horizon. It then immediately zoomed back up to its original altitude, where it proceeded to move in random figure-eight patterns, gaining and losing altitude rapidly. It moved very quickly - approximately the same speed as someone playing with a laser pointer (except I saw no beam and it was larger than the point of a laser). It continued its dance for about 4 to 5 minutes until it disappeared behind some trees in the distance. We spoke at length via telephone with the witness, and we found him to be exceptionally eloquent and objective, in his description of the sighting. We suspect that he is a very good witness. PD

I was standing on my front porch and heard a helicopter coming. So I looked and it was the Coast Guard heading right towards my house from the Northeast heading southwest. All of the sudden there was this white cigar shaped thing (with what looked like a long window in the middle of it) coming straight towards the helicopter from the southeast going to the northwest. I thought for sure it was going to collide with the Coast Guard. Thankfully, they were much faster than the white cigar shaped thing. The cigar was going so slow that I could not hear the helicopter any longer. I saw it long enough to open the door holler for my daughter to come here close the door turn back around and still see it before it went behind my tree. The sky was blue no clouds at all, no birds. I could see it through my apple tree branches. It was quite thin compared to the helicopter. The I could see what I can only sense was a window right in the middle, shaped like a cigar. I could see the white all the way around the window. It had no wings, no tail, no sound at all. It was one single object. It was much slower than the helicopter. It had no lights. I thought if it was an aircraft it would have been illegal for them to fly so closely. It was also very low to the ground.

It was 10:00 at night and I Was walking to my tent and notice the stars wear out and looked at one that was glowing brighter then any star I've seen before in my life but wen my eyes focesed clear enough to see a circle like a clock with the hands of time spinning really really fast and my phone is not good enough to pick up the stars att all but at the same time it looked like a astroid or a fire ball from Mario not quit shuur but it got my attention

I jumped out of my camper at Coquille Point in Bandon Oregon on the coast, looked in the sky and thought the stars were moving. Then I realized there were what looked to be stars, were silently moving over us. Then banking right after entering Bandon from to southwest off the coast. Now moving east still in line formation

Between 05:15 and 05:45 am on Nov. 25, 2019, I witnessed several dozen satellite objects emerging from same SSW origin and in single file formation travel ENE. A coworker then joined me to witness several more dozen crafts before a third coworker and resident,from facility I work at, observed 30+ more. All were traveling in a straight line and evenly spaced; no pics or vids taken and the viewing only stopped because of cloud cover. I personally saw more than 75 crafts in this formation in less than 1/2 hour.

Isn't a planet because of the shape and spires and time of night and year. Not a plane because it doesn't move, and there are no airplane routes over Bandon going east to west. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) I'm looking east. I don't know angle or height. Maybe over 14k feet up. It disappeared around 10:30 pm last night. ((END ADDENDUM))

My daughter and I were sitting in her room and heard this super loud firecracker yet metallic metal steel drum boom kind of sound outside and so we looked out her bedroom window which is facing south eastern and we immediately saw a bright whiteish yellowish light aspirin sized flying and there was no noise to it, no blinking helicopter or airplane lights, didn't really look like a satellite because it was low down more and it kind of spooked us. I ran for the camera in the kitchen and came out onto the back porch. I managed to film it for a minute or so before the neighbor and his dog came out downstairs and I was only wearing a night shirt so I ended the video and ran inside. I peeked out the front door to see if it was still flying away and it was getting dimmer and headed NE. It was sighted around 9:35 pm. I videoed the object and the moon was coming up behind the small patch of forest next to the field, which I have under the object for size reference. ! Lots of dogs are barking in the neighborhood. Around 9:44pm we heard another noise like the one earlier, and at around ten minutes later noticed a cop car driving down the little dirt road next to the big empty field behind our apt complex. The cop had his spotlight on looking around and I'm guessing he was called to find out what that sound was. Feeling spooked and want to keep my eye out for anything else. I'm not sure what it was but I would love to see that video super close up and figure out what it was!
