I am a security guard at a dam with 8 years of time served in the U.S. Army. I’m an E-6 in the Army Reserve who holds a secret clearance. Witness 2 is a lieutenant at the dam. At precisely 307 AM, I was traveling by vehicle across the dam. I observed a light to the north which was of equal brightness to the North Star. I exited the vehicle at the center of the dam and noticed that two more lights had appeared above and below the original “star”. None of the lights were moving. The lights then faded and reappeared at different times, not synchronized with each other. I then finished crossing to the East side of the dam where I contacted my lieutenant and we looked together. During this time, with our bare eyes we witnessed some lights get bright then fade and some began to move, some in groups some as individuals. Some would disappear while moving, some would stop and remain lit before fading. This is when we decided they were not satellites seeing as how their movements did not match that of a satellite. At this point there were approximately 6 lights we could actively see. My lieutenant brought night vision lenses and through these we were able to observe many more lights that were not visible to our bare eyes. It’s important to note that throughout the duration or this, we thought some were simply just stars until they began moving and we realized how many there actually were. It seemed the longer we observed, the more we noticed. The lights seemed to like groups of triangles that were more obtuse and not perfect triangles. There were about 6 or 7 groups of triangles. They also sat in groups of 4 but not in perfect squares. I only observed 2 groups of 4. I viewed two that appeared to drop something at a great speed. The dropped “objects” would have looked like “shooting stars” had they not come directly from the moving lights. While moving the dropped “objects” would rapidly light up and disappear at a much greater speed than the other lights. Both my lieutenant and I both viewed one light that was bright like the others and slow moving but seemed to have an orb or beginning of some tail around it as if it were entering the atmosphere and meeting with extreme heat. This seemed like just a light to the naked eye but using night vision you could see the orb around it. My lieutenant left me the night vision and returned to his duties at this point and I then used my phone to record through night vision. I have approximately 16 total minutes of footage through the night vision. I am aware that some moving lights observed may be satellites, but many were not. Having irregular movements. These lights were observed north but stretched from East to West. Most appeared in the East but that is mostly where I was observing since that was the original area I had seen the lights. I have video of multiple going from still to moving, gaining brightness and fading and one that appeared to drop something. This anomaly continued until the Sun appeared and there was nothing visible in the sky once this happened.

Observing about fleet of 20 bright lights floating inline from west to east (from ocean to in land) over Lucas Valley / Marinwood. Lights were a size of stars in the night sky, and the fleet of light was moving in sky with equal interval between each other, in very straight line like a military unit. But, by reaching some abstract and invisible point in sky they become disappearing one after another (not all at once). Unfortunately, a camera on Iphone 12 is too weak to make recording of those light in night sky. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

I was standing outside and looked up into the sky and seen this lights moving around like almost spinning I took out my phone and recorded what I seen but the problem is you have to slow it down to see them they where the same color as the sky and make it difficult to see unless you know what to look for there has been 5 times more after this that I have seen and recorded UFO/UAP in the sky when I look back and slow them done you can see things that are black shooting off of and object that pass the screen

So almost every night the past 2+ weeks. My guy and myself see this circular/oval object hovering east above Strathmore. We had some binoculars and took a closer look and it definitely has some blinking lights and it hovers left , right, up and down. There is also a smaller circular object that stays near by the bigger circular/oval object. At first we thought maybe a planet, maybe a satellite, but no this is something beyond that! It literally moves left and right . So also just last night I was looking at the object from my bedroom window, maybe about 10 minutes just watching it. And all of a sudden there was a quick flash of light on my front porch. It scared the crap out of me. Mind you I live in the groves with only 1 neighbor and it was definitely not them. I was thinking they are on to me watching them closely . I never was so scared in my life I actually started shaking . Scary. You can contact me for more information. It looked like a flame had shot up into the sky with various beautiful vibrant colors then after it went up high from the ground it turned into a steady vibrant colored ball in the sky then the object started coming back down camouflaging like the sky this time looking like a huge shadow in the shape of a large disk that looked like a darker color of the sky but waves of vibrant colors surrounded it not letting it fully camouflage. Object then continued to circle around in the sky and eventually flying out of sight .

The above linear formation of orbs floated above me in the evening consisting of 10 orbs in a line equidistant from each other. Also seemed to have colorful tints to them. On Sep 9, 2023 around 500-530pm, I was recording a video of beautiful cumulus clouds in the sky. My camera is a Canon 5D Mark IV and the lens is a Canon EF 70-200mm 1:2.8 L IS USM Lens. I recorded for 20-30 minutes. The next day, I watched the video and saw a glowing white egg-shaped object fly across the video at extremely high speed on a linear path. The glowing white egg-shaped object had no fire-trail, no wings, and at the point of entry into the camera frame, it appeared "ghost-like" then transformed into a bright glowing white object. The light appeared to emit from the object versus reflection of sunlight. This object was flying below the cumulus clouds. The camera was mounted on a tripod pointing straight up to the sky on top of my patio roof. The entire time, I was standing inside the house about 5-10 feet away while the camera was capturing video. I placed the camera on top of my patio roof via a window from my house. The sky was filled with clouds with patches of blue sky during day light. The video quality is very good and allows for zoom-in and video speed reduction to clearly see the object. In the video, it appears to be at two places at once as it travels on a linear path but this might be an artifact from the video encoding since it was traveling extremely fast. I need to double check the video metadata to confirm if this occurred Sep 9 (either it was Sep 9 or Sep10)

Light appears, then disappears then reappears and remains lit ad it desends vertically. Then travels east at a rate of speed faster than any other object in the sky. Just before vanishing, turn south and slightly changes in color and last moment.

It was early morning and very dark. The light in the sky was first observed as it moved from the western sky and was moving east. It looked like it could be a plane as it was about the right height. It looked like it could be a star as it was a single light. It glowed the same color as a star would. There were no additional lights associated with the object. The object moved faster than the planes we typically see pass overhead and it moved in a zig zag pattern as well as moving in a straight path from west to east. The zig zag movement did not appear to be overly broad as it deviated from a straight line of flight, but the motion was noticeable enough to attract our attention. The zig zags did not appear to be a part of a standard pattern. The object flew in a straight line for a matter of seconds, would zig right, zig left, return to original flight path heading east...a second or so later the object would again move in a random pattern left and right and then return to the original flight path. It continued flying east until it flew out of sight.

I parked my car at 5:02 am on the morning of 9/7/23 and headed to building where I work. It was dark but I could still see a large black craft with no apparent windows coming from the north and headed southeast at about 25 miles an hour. There was a few small lights on the bottom of the ufo. I watched it slowly approach and fly over my building. I was in a state of shock but then rushed to the other side of the building to record what I could. I took an 18 second video of the object but sadly when I went to watch it there was nothing but static. You can hear the sound of the freeway but there is no picture. I have attached the video.

My partner and I were servicing machinery close to 10 pm on Wednesday Sept. 6 2023 when he noticed the orange craft bouncing in the sky and he quickly pointed it out to me, as soon as I looked at it I knew it wasn't a plane or a drone, it was a very very bright orange light way up in the sky, it let off some sort of burst because you could see a light trail and then proceeded to bounce.. it almost looked like it was reappearing in another spot, like time travel or super speed, not a slow consistent path. And shortly after it disappeared. I have video evidence and 2 people that saw it at the same time in the same location.

Approximately at sunset 7:15-7:30 while leaving house to take evening walk my spouse and I noticed an oddly shaped object in the cloudless south east sky around 10-11 o'clock if 12 is overhead. Altitude appeared to be less than 10,000 feet. It's shape looked more oval than a cylinder and was highly reflective. Size was less than a 1/4 inch if between my outstretched fingers. It moved silently in a deliberate straight line past our house facing southeast to the southwest traveling maybe a few hundred knots if actually 5,000-10,000 feet in altitude. I ran into house to check flight radar phone app as it moved past however no recorded air traffic was in the vicinity. As it faded from view in the south east over either land south of San Francisco or the Pacific Ocean the now small dot reflected a golden bright light and appeared to leave a faint trail behind. My eyes are often looking up and I enjoy watching birds and tracking planes but this was the most out the ordinary thing I've seen. Thus my first ufo report.

I noticed a tiny, rectangular cloud in the SW, about 40 degrees above the horizon in an otherwise cloudless sky. The cloud was strange looking, so I took a photo and instantly noticed a very bright, round object appear some distance to the left of the cloud. This object disappeared, and I looked away for perhaps 3-4 seconds. When I looked back, a short, vertical contrail or cloud was fully formed in the same area. This trail was roughly 25 times the length of the small rectangular cloud that was still apparent and intact to its right. I began to take photos of that area of sky, when another bright object appeared briefly to the left of and above the trail. After this object (#2) vanished, another tiny vertical, rectangular cloud appeared some distance beneath that object’s location. The cloud seemed to reverse-fade into existence fully formed, rather than spreading forward as a contrail would do. I called a neighbor who quickly began watching, too. We were discussing the odd trail and tiny rectangular clouds, when another bright object appeared near the trail (#3). Neither of us could switch back to our camera screen fast enough, so there are no images of #3, and no associated cloud or trail formation appeared. After the first photo, #7268, the number sequence skipped to #7272 and then continued in the proper sequence. I’m not sure if photos were taken and are missing, or if the sequence simply skipped those numbers for some technical reason. I was using an iPhone 12. There are 8 photos, but I was only allowed to upload 4. For reference, the first photo shows the first tiny cloud above and to the right of the telephone pole. Walking my dog in school baseball field a bright white orb it looks like a floating planet catches my eye I look up and it's on top of my head I start flicking my lighter it stops hovers on top of my head with no sound bright now turns bright red this is at 9:00 at night it notices me it stops for about 3 minutes it's just floating over my head I'm watching it it's watching me and then it starts to float North towards Sacramento county then I go into the light it comes back towards me and it hovers over my head again bright red then it turns back to White then a jet started coming so the Red orb goes to the South and turns green stops and turns bright red and starts floating towards the Antioch bridge but now it's all red with green on the bottom and it floats towards Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield but right before this I seen bright white orbs they look like floating planets a planet floating brighter than anything in the sky get bright but when I show that I see them with my flashlight or get under a street light they stop and turn their lights off like a child then disappear then reappear and keep floating every evening I walk my dog for the last 3 years and every night I see the same things floating orbs brighter than anything in the sky Orange orbs that float on top of my house stop I'll get my neighbors and it'll just sit on top of the house and about an hour they float away and sometimes White orbs when I'm walking will follow me to my house but after a while you get used to it even people in my neighborhood when I'm walking say to me look up and see that in the sky and I say yes and they say the same thing we see them everynite and one neighbor pointed it out to me one night and it stopped right on top of the school and me and the neighbor watched it as it eventually floated away but she said that they follow her too Antioch is a hotspot but tonight it was different it was so bright bright red and a dark black sky and when it turned white you didn't know the difference between a star or a planet but when it turns back to red you knew it wasn’t normal then it noticed the jet turned white and floated South opposite direction stopped turn green then back to red floating towards the river so far it's the best thing I seen until tomorrow I don't understand how every night no one else sees these bright things floating hovering in Antioch right next to Travis Air Force Base and nothing is ever recognized on the news nothing I mean these unidentified hovering objects in the they're floating in the airspace that jets are in and Travis Air Force Base should know these things are floating right over there base I've seen so many everynite for the last 10 years I am not shocked scared or even pay no mind now for the fact that I know them and they know me they know where I live they know I walk my dog and I think that they know I am no one to fear but what I seen tonight was worth letting the world know that Antioch is the place to see things I was never going to talk about everything about Antioch but what I seen tonight it should be known

I was walking from my car to my house. It was a clear night and the stars could be seen clearly. I suddenly saw a string of lights that I've never seen before. I thought to myself, "what constellation is that??". I stared at it trying to figure out what it could be, but didn't think it was a plane, drones, or anything similar. The string of lights weren't moving and there wasn't any noise of an aircraft nearby. I was walking while looking at them, but looked away for maybe 3 seconds to see where I was going (almost walked into a car). When I looked back up, the string of lights was gone. I looked around to see if they'd moved, but did not see them. I'd say there were about 10 lights in the formation. I realize that perhaps what I saw was a Starlink satellite after reviewing the pictures/videos on your website. However, the lights I saw weren't blurry, they weren't moving, they weren't spaced out that wide, and the string of lights wasn't that long. In one of the videos of the Starlink, I saw that they just move across the sky, but the ones I saw did not. They just vanished when I looked back up. None of the lights I saw were blinking, there wasn't any haze around them, and they didn't change color. They were white, but noticed that one did have a little red, which made me think it was an aircraft at first. What caught me off guard was how quick they disappeared. I was so caught up on trying to figure out what the object(s) were, that I didn't even think of taking a picture or video. This morning as I was leaving for work, I looked at the direction of where I saw the lights just to make sure there weren't any power lines that I might have forgotten were there, but there weren't. I apologize in advance if you believe I saw a satellite, but I honestly don't think it was. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

Object flew west to east slowly flaming for 5-10 seconds. The flames were condensed,were compact with no trail. It was red yellow and white and after the flames went out it was red white round and pulsating. Slow moving and seemed to slow down and change direction. I saw the Starlink reentering earlier this year, dozens of satellites, asteroids and meteors and this had none of those characteristics. I did get my phone out in time to catch a video of it for the last few seconds of visibility as it seemed to be listening and then turning sharply right before going out of view

At first I thought it was a Starlink satellite, but I checked, and none were supposedly in the area. I was showering outside, looked up, and thought I noticed Orion’s Belt. However, I quickly realized that Orion’s Belt is not 12-15 lights long. Perfectly straight, I witnessed 12-15 “stars” moving jointly across the sky. With exactly the same luminance as the stars around it, these 12-15 “stars” were perfectly equidistant, slowly trudging across the night sky. The lead “star” would disappear, and a trailing “star” would appear. I thought it was Starlink, but again, supposedly none in the area. I have never witnessed a ufo before, and made sure that I was seeing what I was seeing. I was calm, and of sound mind. My eyes were not playing tricks on me. Nude, I yelled for my father to “come outside quick. Hurry! Come quick. I promise I’m not wasting your time. Hurry!” He came out, and as I was nude, I would only have done this if I really was sure that I was seeing something “otherworldly.” I told him to look up, and he tried to see what I was experiencing. However, my eyes were acclimated to the dark, and his were not. He was watching a tv show in the dark, but it was not the same as being outside for awhile like I was. Realizing that there was a light on in the adjacent patio, I sprinted over, and nearly fell as I slipped on the concrete. Turning off the light, I raced back. He was trying to see what I had seen, but the number of “stars” began to decrease, so I am unsure if he saw it as well, or not. He loves and supports me, so he said something of seeing a “flashing light,” but I don’t think he really saw anything that I saw. If there was a Starlink present, than I am sorry for wasting “your” time with this message, but if there was not, then I saw a very unique UFO. I did not see anything else, so I have no comments about a “giant ship” or some other speculative nonsense, but the size and scale of the “stars”, along with other their perfect progression across the sky, was unbelievable. The timing of the lead “star” disappearing and the trailing “star” appearing was uniform. A constant flow of lights and progression. I realize that this is not much to report, but again, supposedly no Starlink in the area…. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Probable]

I noticed a line of approximately 20 perfectly aligned star objects moving south to north over my house. They were at a very high altitude similar to a satellite but moving at a faster speed. I called my wife out of the house and she witnessed them also. The transit lasted about 1 minute before going away. I have seen satelites passing overhead before but nothing like this. Wife, daughter, and I stargazing from our campsite. I work in sales at a large multinational investment bank and wife is Oxford post-grad Product Manager at a public utility. I saw what at first believed to be Orions Belt, distinguished by it's bright 3 star center, until I had a vertigo effect and realized the 3 solid bright white (not yellow) orbs, which looked like stars, were moving. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I asked my wife "are you seeing this?". My wife and 5 year yo daughter seeing it too. If they had not moved, they would otherwise look like 3 bright stars in the sky, such as part of the Orion Belt constellation. They moved quickly, in a straight line, each orb equally distanced from the others, faster than the speed of the international space station flying overhead. No noise. No trail. We lost our vantage point in the trees, so we moved, and expected to see the 3 lights in the next clearing but they did not return. This was the most bizarre thing we have ever seen, and likely ever will.

I was walking my dog and noticed a strange object in the sky. I wondered if it might be a weather balloon or test military craft as I live near Travis Air force Base, but I’ve never seen anything like it before nor have I seen anything like it after. When I zoom in, it almost looks like a “Z” shape, but not quite. It was not fast moving, on the contrary, it seemed like it was barely moving at all. I did not stay to observe it because it appeared to be far away and I did not have the tools to provide a clearer view of the actual object.

While fishing Friday night I saw a green streak in the sky. I WAS AMAZED after I realized it was moving and traveling across the sky. The craft traveled in a straight line formation and stayed the exact distance from each other as they streaked across the sky. There was around 8-12 craft following a line one behind the other. They were traveling North and they were coming from the direction of the Naval Air Station Lemoore which struck me as odd. It could have been something from the airbase but I have never seen planes in the sky from this area that seemed so strange. They glowed green and appeared as a green streak in the sky. There was no sound at all coming from the sky and was one behind the other in a row. I have seen planes fly in formation but it was side by side or v formation, never in a straight line like this. I could not tell how far away they were but they must have been high in the atmoshpere [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]

It wasn't a clear nite. There were a few clouds in the nite sky. In the western sky,I noticed a low flying object. Long and flying slowly from North to south-south-east. It seemed quite large. Hard to gauge, but perhaps 1/2 mile to a mile long. While the shape appeared to have a cylinder /cigar shape, the outline and object seemed amorphous. The white lights on the edges of the craft were asymmetrical as the blinking lights created a flowing pattern that made the object seem alive. There were no sounds. About 10-15 minutes after the sighting I heard jets flying over the same path, but much higher in the sky.
