Circle over Strathmore, CA

So almost every night the past 2+ weeks. My guy and myself see this circular/oval object hovering east above Strathmore. We had some binoculars and took a closer look and it definitely has some blinking lights and it hovers left , right, up and down. There is also a smaller circular object that stays near by the bigger circular/oval object. At first we thought maybe a planet, maybe a satellite, but no this is something beyond that! It literally moves left and right . So also just last night I was looking at the object from my bedroom window, maybe about 10 minutes just watching it. And all of a sudden there was a quick flash of light on my front porch. It scared the crap out of me. Mind you I live in the groves with only 1 neighbor and it was definitely not them. I was thinking they are on to me watching them closely . I never was so scared in my life I actually started shaking . Scary. You can contact me for more information.
