My son aged 10 told me he saw lights in the night sky that he’d never seen before. I was in the shower and my wife was working in the other room. I came out and saw these orange lights. I hadn’t seen these lights before either. We called my wife in who also observed them. We watched them until they all floated into the clouds and vanished. My son theorized they were Chinese lanterns. Perhaps they were, but I felt it couldn’t hurt to alert someone to their presence. Thank you so much for taking the time to look into this. PS I have video but the file size was too large so I put some screen grabs for you to see. There was a screen in front of the camera lens but I opened the screen for the end of the video. We saw a bright flash like someone took our picture in the dark. After that we looked up and saw the object. It seemed massive in size. The whole perimeter of the object was illuminated with a white light. Oval shaped but bigger on one side and jagged like a rock. It was not moving across the sky like a satellite or space station. Seemed to be moving away. Hard to tell how high it was? It was definitely higher than airplane traffic at 35,000’.

I was driving from Ludington MI to visit family on east side of state. I was driving on I-96 heading east just passing Grand Rapids on Friday December 8, 2023 at about 9:00pm. In between Cascade and Lowell Charter Township on north side of highway, a very bright light fell from sky. It then slowed and hovered right by highway on north side. It was a thicker disc shape, grey/silver in color, just hovering, with two very bright white lights on each side on front circumference and multiple multi colored lights around back end of circumference, red, green. The lights from the front illuminated so bright, that you could view around it and there weren’t any wings or segmented parts, just disc shape. Appeared to either be shiny or have windows on the side facing us. My son was sitting behind me and was a witness also. We were so shocked and scared that we couldn’t pick up our phone to take photo right away. I begged my son to please get a video while it was still hovering and I driving away from it. We were about a mile down road by the time he was able to come out of a scared mindset to take the video. You can see it on the upper right side of the video briefly. I was so scared and wanted to get out of there so fast. I now regret not turning around and going back to get better videos or pictures. I am still very shaken up by this and try to not let my son know how emotional I am right now about what we witnessed. I have never believed in any such paranormal thing or ufo until now! In the video you can here my son still saying he can’t take video with how shocked he was and me in disbelief in background. Please help me to find out if more people have videos or captured anything on radars in this area. My son said to me, “mom I can almost see inside of it”. That is how close it was. Maybe a football field away from highway and about football field up. Size comparison would be roughly 3 or 4 school buses in size, of course being compacted in disc shape. Tonight, on Dec. 8th, 2023, I saw a large air craft in the sky unlike any I have seen before. I saw it clearly. It was a chevron shaped craft, with a straight row of lights in the back. The lights were a greenish blue. The craft looked like dark gray metal. It was flying on a diagonal in the sky through my neighborhood. I called to my husband to run out and he took a video with his phone. By the time he came out, it was farther away. When I watched the video, the lights were behaving differently on the video than I saw with my naked eyes. This has now confused me a bit because now I can't remember how exactly the lights were behaving, but I noticed it was definitely different on the video than what I had seen. He said maybe it's a helicopter or a drone, but I disagreed and said it was shaped like a bat, and very huge, and I had watched it when it was closer and not so far away when he saw it in the cloudy sky. I drew a quick hand sketch of it when I came inside, and sent it to my friend. She found this sight and sent me back similar images. On this sight, I see the chevron as an option and that's the shape! I posted this on my facebook. Everyone is shocked! [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

I looked up in the sky and saw a low altitude pulsating light moving very fast then disappearing. It was overcast I could see a few stars and they were fuzzy just as this light was. I can see an airplane above I could see the cell towers from bays mountain. I have seen all hemispheres of the sky. I have seen the Milky Way in Peru because of no light pollution. I have seen rockets I have seen starlink I have seen falling stars I have seen satellites and space stations. I have seen the helicopters and airplanes and drones and cell towers. I have some meteors and comments and eclipses. This was none of these things.

I work near a small airport, always we always have a lot of air traffic. Myself and two of my co-workers were chatting before leaving and an amber orb appeared and traveled over our heads at what seemed to be a high altitude. There we no FAA lights. I wanted to explain it as a Chinese lantern but was moving very quickly. No sound observed.

December 8, 2023 4:47 p.m. Driving home from work I saw a bright, warm white light above downtown Fitchburg. The sky was overcast and it was the only light in the sky. It immediately struck me as odd as it appeared to be in front of the clouds, stationary and was not blinking. I was driving on 2A heading towards ChapelBarker Hill graveyard. My route took me around the graveyard where I lost sight of it. Headed northeast down Laurel st, I saw it again as I stopped at the stop light. I then noticed the light was slowly moving southwest towards me. I continued to glance at the light as I drove past the shopping center southeast down Water St. At the next stop light, I could still see it through the drivers window which was rolled down. I couldn't hear anything except the noise of the traffic. It was stationary again and I could see what looked like a smaller and much fainter light descending from the main light. It was very hard to make out and looked like it was almost twinkling. I lost sight of the twinkling light when the bigger light started slowly moving, southwest still, over my car. I thought I could just barely see a circular silhouette around the light. Then the stop light turned green and I took a lefthand turn to cross fifth st. bridge, driving the opposite direction the light in the sky was heading. I lost track of it and pulled over on fulton st. to try to find it again out of my passenger window, but it was completely gone. I’ve been into the UAP topic seriously since 2020. I’ve seen starlink, iss, planes and drones. This did not have any normal characteristics of any of these except maybe a drone however it appeared much larger than what a drone would be.

The summary is pretty much it. I sometimes can’t sleep so I will look out my window and will sometimes see this object, sometimes I see plans coming and going from the airport nearby. This object struck me as different because it doesn’t move like a plane, it just hovers. It always pulses white, blue, and pink light with what looks like solar flares coming from the main body in those same colors. Sometimes it will disappear and reappear within the same second in a different area of the sky and will hover there for a while before disappearing altogether. I can’t tell if it is hovering high above Eastern Lawrence or if it is closer to Kansas City. It doesn’t behave like anything I know. My husband is a retired Army pilot and he says it freaks him out.

Woke up around 4am to my dog growling and barking. Unusual for him. Checked Ring for people in the yard, saw no one. Noticed light in upper right corner and watched it for a while. It never moved. After 20 minutes I took the dogs out. Saw nothing with my own eyes and light was gone. Saw nothing. Wiped off my ring camera thinking maybe it was condensation. Checked it again when I went in and it was still there. Never moving. Saw arc to left of it. Live near Selfridge air base but object was still the whole time. The object was the size of a large star. It was blinking and pulsating rapidly, and it was changing colors. It emitted all colors of the rainbow. It was not moving, and a shape could not be discerned. It could be mistaken for a star, but I have never seen a star behave this way. [NUFORC annotation: Planet/Star - Probable]

We often enjoy star gazing from our hot tub at night and because my husband works in aviation we like to guess where airplanes are heading and then check them on a radar to see who is closest. This craft was disk or space shaped and was traveling south at a high rate of speed. It was soundless and moved more like it was in water than the sky. It was made of lights but they were not blinking or alternating and were nothing like airplane lights. I would say that it was more or less glowing as it slid across the sky. I first thought it was a shooting star but once my eyes adjusted I realized it was just a fast and unrecognizable craft sliding across the sky. Although it was quick, I had enough time to point it out to my husband and he saw it too and agreed with me that it was a UFO. It’s such a cool, exciting, and eerie feeling!

I got off work at 9:45 and was walking to my vehicle when I noticed a light, then I noticed it was changing color and moving, so I took several videos so I could look at them later and try to debunk myself but I couldn’t. I legitimately think it was something unexplainable and was transfixed on the object to where I stood in the cold for half an hour watching it even though I was freezing cold and tired I couldn’t look away at one point.

At approximately 8:40pm I saw an orange light at approx 20 degrees elevation at heading due west at 270 degrees. This orange light was as bright as the star Sirius in magnitude. Beneath this orange light another orange light moved from 5 degrees from the left to 5 degrees to the right of the stationary orange light. This orange light was about 5 degrees below this stationary light. Time taken for this light to travel was about 10 seconds and then it faded out. A few seconds later the stationary orange light faded out. Between three and five minutes later I saw another orange light ten degrees off of the horizon rise in a curve to the left approx ten degrees above the horizon and fade out. 90 seconds later starting in the same location another orange light rises again in a concordal curve and fade in the same place as the first. This happened four times total every 90 seconds. From my location at night I can see planes leaving from Omaha and Kansas City. Omaha is north northwest of this location 90 miles away and Kansas City is south east from this location 100 miles away. The only commercial airport in the direction of sighting is Denver but at 600 miles the distance to horizon is too far to see air trafic from there. Weather was clear and 54 degrees.

I observed bright lights from multiple locations in wellfleet. The lights would get more intense the closer it got then dim out and disappear while other lights reappear. I’d usually see three at a time. Sometimes appearing stationary or slowly moving until dimmed out then gone. My son used the Iphone technology to enlarge one shape and you can clearly see a Triangle of coordinated light. At approximately 11 til 2pm, I noticed a strange object in the night sky beaming down from above. The sighting seemed unusual, and I thought it might be of interest to NASA. While I understand there could be various explanations for such phenomena, I wanted to report it in case it aligns with any ongoing observations or investigations. After seeing numerous orbs in this area in 2022, this is only the second sighting of them in 2023. I checked my apps like Flight Radar to confirm it was not a plane or weather balloon. I am guessing it was floating above at about 2,500 feet. It stopped momentarily above me, then continued on. I have a bit of footage of it on my iPhone, but i had my dog on a leash pulling me around. I was unable to get in my house in time to grab binoculars, so for this sighting, video is all I have. The orb was identical to other orbs I've been seeing every once in a while. There was absolutely no sound, and there were jetliners to the left of it at a much higher altitude. This orb was glowing and spinning. I wonder in anyone else in North Columbus saw it?

I stargaze often and know the constellations to a ok degree and upon looking up I noticed something in the sky looked out of place. Upon focusing my eyes and eliminating the rest of the lights you could very well see the silhouette of a triangle shaped vessel. From my perspective the vessel looked as if it was lowering its altitude and would increase multiple times. It would also rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Never rotated it's axis. It was simply there. After a while I suddenly starting hearing animals from other properties acres away and even wild animals all howling together which spooked me enough to run inside. While inside I could still observe the vessel. Upon viewing it from inside, I realized not only was there one vessel but 2. The second one was so massive it made the first one look small.

I have spent the past couple years doing my meditation outside and (earthing /grounding to help deal with chronic pain and depression). About a year and a half back i started seeing in the night sky, flashes of light here and there mostly above 45 degrees. Some would but dim flashes some would be quite bright much brighter than jupiter or venus. sometimes while the flash was blooming it would collapse and be followed by a short streak of light. Or there would be several short flashes in a row then nothing again. or nonlinear flashes.. I am a ham radio operator and used to tracking satellites.. At first I was thinking some could be written off as iridium flares, other satellites rotating etc.. Maybe some kind of star explosions? But the flash streaks I couldn’t explain.. Back then I had no way to capture what I saw as my camcorder couldn’t really see stars very well unless zoomed way in and my cell phone doesn’t really see stars well either.. Too bad because back then I could almost set my watch by the sightings as they were very reliable.. I was fairly sure they weren't satellites as they happened pretty late at nite or at all hours at nite.. From 8:30pm to well after 3:00 am in the morning. So they would have to be really high orbit satellites and probably pretty large to put off that much light. Also most of these sightings all pretty much clustered around arcturus. Fast forward to current time, I recently aquired a nite vision monocular, inexpensive, but it sees the nite sky very well.. Not super high definition but quite well. So now I have a tool.. But the flashes in the sky have been almost nill. Or so I thought. So during my meditation time and stargazing periods, I would occasionally pull out the monocular and just scan the sky. On Dec 6 I saw my flashes again.. Only not in a visible spectrum.. Had my binoculars with me and verifies I could not see visibly with magnification. I hit record and recorded . The camera creates 3 min vids then starts another vid etc. so I got like 4 vids of the object totalling maybe 11-12 min. In the constellation of orion, just above and to the right of the orion nebula and slowly moving to the left.. Over that whole time period, I figured if I hold my hand at arms length, and hold up 1 finger, the object traveled basically the width of my finger or maybe 1 degree of arc.. So it was most likely in very high altitute or in space. The blinking was interesting to me as it was usually two dim flashes(pulses) followed by 1 really Bight flash(pulse), and kept repeating. Being in the IR range, I don’t think it would be nav lights of anything I am aware of other than possibly military. Or maybe some type of propulsion system? My IR can see in black and white or it also has a mode where some of the IR colors can be seen thus you can see some of the color in the nebula and the colors of the flasshes are like a dim yellow red orange and the bright flash is usually very white.. I live in the flight path of a major airport and also familiar with aircraft flight characteristics on approach and take off and sounds etc.. As well as many of the different nav lights , landing lights etc. Im not an expert but quite familiar. I captured the object again on december 7or 8 a nite or two later in Orion near the nebula but moving up and to the right.. It was cloudy so only got one short vid which I may add to the youtube ones.

Second sighting same location. Pulsating light. I grabbed binoculars and it looked like something flew of from it. So I grabbed my dslr and telescopic lens. This is what I saw. It appears to be very far away from me and hovering in the same spot

Was in my work truck heading to my very last stop at Dustin‘s barbecue off of Wickham Road when I saw the object seemingly suspended in place, not moving in any apparent direction. Filmed the object for approximately one minute to show its immobility before it seemed to Shoot off directly away from me before disappearing in a small flash of light.
