During the rocket launch conducted at Vandenberg AFB--located in California, my sister and her boyfriend reported a few mysterious lights were observed flying around. I included the video footage posted by the local news station which has some of the light activity. I first noticed the formation when I was at a red light heading north bound on West Bernardo Dr about to turn left (or West) on Rancho Bernardo Road. Their were about 10 or 15 objects in the sky in a formation. The objects seemed to be rotating in spiral fashion, and at first I thought they were a group of sky divers, but then I realized that they weren’t actually falling. As they swirled around they would change from bright white to almost invisible to a dark color then back to invisible then back to white. This cycle made me think that maybe it was a group of birds that were white on the top and dark underneath. I thought maybe as they were flying in circles the whites of their back were being reflected by the sun then the dark of the birds bellies were making them look black. Some of the objects would come close together and some would separate from the group as a whole. After about 15 min they slowly dispersed to the east and gradually disappeared.

Tuesday night, I was driving home from school on Van Buren blvd and all of a sudden a light appeared in the sky--out of nowhere and very low to the horizon. It looked like a star appeared out of the of the sky which was not there before. As soon as it appeared it stopped for a second as if it was completely still, then it proceeded to shoot down towards the Earth with extreme speed and disappeared into thin air before it 'hit'. What made this stranger was that shooting stars are normally above you and not super low like that. It was suddenly there then suddenly not.

I was driving on interstate 205 in Tracy, California, heading towards San Francisco, when I saw an extremely bright blue light flying very fast towards Livermore for about 30 seconds until it completely disappeared. It was just a solid blue light, nothing flashing.

At about 4:16 p.m., I was facing south west, when I saw yet another ball of light moving around the sky. It stopped, shot out a ray of light, and then darted around the sky in impossible fashion for about 15 minutes before it went away. During the time of the sighting which would between 4:16 p.m. and 4:32 p.m., a 4.9 magnitude earthquake hit 3 miles outside of Wasco, California, at 4:22 p.m. which was approximately 20 miles from my location.

I viewed a group of lights in various triangular or rectangular formations from 3 to 8 craft hovering in the same spot for a solid 20 to 25 minutes. The objects were suspended over the Bay between San Rafael and like Berkeley. The only movement of these objects was a slight change of shape from a perfect triangle to a more skinny V shaped triangle with 2 lights almost touching each other on one end-almost like a tweezer like formation. Sometimes the lights would rotate around each other and change positions. There was 4 or 5 main objects in this formation. Unfortunately you pretty much needed to see this through binoculars because the lights were dimmed down pretty low but all of these 3 to 8 lights were definitely interacting with each other and for a solid 20 minutes this formation was visible from like 9:30 to around 10 P.M. I was getting tired of holding the binoculars watching this for so long. There was no flight path to these objects-the longest hovering formation I've seen. I was not gonna say anything but this is the 4th night in February I've seen the lights-the other nights being 2-04,2-06 and 2-15.

Went outside for a cigarette, looked up and saw what I thought was an orange shooting star, had a fiery tail. The object dropped off a blinking orange object and then gained altitude until it was as small as a star.

My husband and I watched 4 orange lights fly slowly and quietly towards us over a fairly busy intersection. As they ascended the lights turned off and they were gone, this happened one at a time. It was at 7:32 pm, on 2/19/16 and it was dark. I did take 2 videos with my phone.

It is hard to say how big or far away it was, since I had no point of reference. But from my perspective, it looked rather high (1-2 miles high). It seemed too big to be a drone. But again, it's hard to say against nothing but clouds. It had no lights (that I could see) & didn't seem to make any noise. It was heading in the direction of my house so I called my daughter to keep an eye out for it. I tried to take a picture but it was out of my sight by the time I grabbed my phone.

Was looking at the stars and saw a moving light that looked like a star, thought it might be a satellite! But light was moving from left to right and making s-shaped movement and turn and appeared to cover great distances. Light then looked like it was getting farther away and eventually became to faint to see, went straight up out of site.

I was standing on my back porch enjoying the night sky. I was looking up to my right at the near half moon. When I turned my head forward I noticed what looked like 5 or so helium balloons tied together, floating across the sky. They appeared to be dark in color gray or black but floating across the sky instead of up. They were moving the speed of helium balloons but stayed in a perfect triangle formation. It looked led as if I could only see a faint reflection of the neighborhood lights in them. I walked down the steps as the object passed and when I got to the bottom saw the object from the back and it looked like a stealth bomber shape with less jagged edges at the back. It was silent and somewhat transparent (if that makes any sense.) as I took a step closer to try and see better I blinked and it was gone. There's no way it was moving fast enough to be out of sight in a blink. The object was flying low. Not much over the rooftops and was no wider than a car is long and completely silent. Nothing I can think of even comes close to explaining what I saw.

Object was traveling east to west high in the sky and was of an orange color with no flashing lights or strobes. It was traveling at a relatively high rate of speed, slowed to a stop and disappeared. This is a clear night event, we are familiar with aircraft in the area and this object was completely and absolutely different.

I was walking my dog at 10:45 am and saw this very bright red light in the sky and watched it coming from the north and wondered what it was and I had an spotting scope with me and focused on it for about one minute and wondered what I was looking at as the red light was so bright that it was hard to see where it was coming from traveled going south and was not making any sound and as the red light was so bright in the daylight very powerful and strange I could see that the craft/? had a haze around it and looked like a square balloon and made me wonder what kind of light could be so bright in the day light. I seen a picture on UFO sighting 2015 and would say that they were the same type of craft or it was the same craft and I would like to thank that person for posting that picture as I was wondering what I had seen.

at 9:30pm, on 2/13/16, I was laying on my back floating in the swimming pool of our condominium. A black triangle passed over traveling westward. The objects edges could be seen as the light from the stars was blocked by its passing. The objects leading edges had six very large electric blue circular lights along them. The lights were very dim as if they were some sort of energy, or plasma emitting from holes on the bottom leading edges of the object. The object was moving at four or five hundred M.P.H. The triangle was very large, if compared with the commercial airliners that were also passing over from South to North. I did not hear any sound as my ears were submerged in the pool water. I could clearly see the shape of the object as the star light above it was blocked out. It was probably three, or four hundred feet from corner to corner, and the largest flying the that I ever saw. I have seen the B2 Bomber fly over The Rose Bowl, and over Palmdale. This object was not the B2 Bomber.

We were at the beach we saw a solid red light slowly coming towards us. It was low to the ground then it hovered for a minute. Then it abruptly made a right angle turn and zoomed off to the south and up at an incredible speed.

Green colored streak of light moving East to west. Sighted in south east sky at Hwy 67 and Hope St. Looked like a rocket or meteor-like object with a green tail/stream that seemed to burn up or run out of a fuel source and disappear. Witnessed by myself and 16 yr old son. Video captured by a beach camera at Doheny Park, Dana Pt., CA. Object appears to us to be a meteor, streaking from west to east.
