I was outside having a smoke, and happened to be looking upward watching for shooting stars. I had seen three meteors earlier in the evening, including two immediately before the sighting, and thought maybe we were having a meteor shower. I noticed something very faint, but large, moving across the sky. At first I wasn't sure if I was seeing my own smoke reflecting in the patio lights, but as it crossed overhead it became obvious that it was some sort of object. The object came from the north crossed directly over my head, and continued southbound. It was extremely hard to see, and was just a slightly lighter shade then the surrounding sky. I have the impression that it was tan in color, though I can't say for certain that I saw a color. It was boomerang shaped, and the thought of a large v formation of birds did enter my mind. However, as it flew over, and my eyes became more adjusted to it, it was easier to see it was a large solid mass. It made no sounds, had no lights, and silently glided across the sky from my 11 o'clock, over my head, to me losing view of it behind my house at about my 3 o'clock position. It did this in about 10 to 15 seconds. It was moving about the speed of a conventional jet flying at low altitude. From my perspective, its size was roughly similar to standing at the end of a runway and watching the wings of a DC9 fly over. I have nothing to reference for altitude other then it appeared to be below the scattered cloud cover. According to Weather Underground, the current cloud conditions are Scattered 1300 to 3100 feet. My dog was outside with me, and though I was too busy watching the object to check to see if she visually noticed it, she didn't bark or act out. I could have moved to look around the side of the house and observe the object for a longer period, but to be honest, my gut instinct was that I needed to get back inside rapidly. I am an ex-aviation professional, and have experience with nighttime aircraft identification. I have observed many astronomical and meteorological anomalies, and I have never seen anything like this. USCENTCOM is nearby, as well as Avon Park bombing range, so its not uncommon to see a wide variety of aircraft in this area at both day and night. I have no idea if this was something military, but I do suspect from its stealth that it was not something that was meant to be seen. Something about the way that it moved, its silence, and the surrealism of the situation was eerie, and still has me upset hours later.

I was driving down I-49 south and I looked to my left I see a row of bright lights and look closer, I see a very faint outline of a flat disc shape, it tilts upward, I look away and look back to make sure it's still there and the lights flash on off a few times and then disappear. As I was Driving home around 9 pm on 10/13/2017 from south Manassas to Bristow, Va. with my 27 yr. old son. (a well educated financial director). We turned the last corner to home. We suddenly spotted a glowing green ball or sphere shaped object in the sky.. We are Not exactly sure of its shape, because of the intensity of the glow. It remained a steady bright green and was moving slowly toward the East. It then increased speed somewhat and took a course of a more ENE direction. After it was finishing the course change, we immediately noticed that as its speed was accelerating, it began to change color from brilliant green to a brilliant white. It continued to fly of to the ENE until it was out of sight. It made no sound and flew beneath the overcast. We Could only give a guess it its size. Somewhat like holding a pea out at arms length. We estimated it was a fairly large object about 7 miles away. Altitude about 3000 ft. silently crossing a large field of view from our vantage point. I am a 59 yr old aviation industry veteran with 40 yrs of experience. I am intimately familiar with almost everything that we have operating in our skies. This was one airborne object that I could not identify, which is baffling to me. I did not see any navigation recognition lights, red lights or any strobes, and there was no sound at all. It did not exhibit any strange, gyrations or excessive speed changes. The overall flight characteristics were very fluid. It appeared to be intelligently controlled, flying a straight horizontal heading, until the course change, altitude remained steady while making very smooth course corrections. If there was a crew in there, hand flying, I would say they are well skilled, but more likely on some version of a flight management system. Went outside to take dog out and saw an unusually bright star. Kept staring at it because it was blinking red and white, and was spinning and alternating colors. I look at the stars every single night, and this was no star.

I was driving down the road in the evening and I saw four stationary fireball yellowish white lights high up in the sky. I also saw a plane driving by. Suddenly, 2 of the balls of light swooped down and the other two began to zigzag. When the fire ball lights moved they produced a tail behind them. It looked sort of like a metiroid. However, unlike a metiroid, the balls of light that swooped down changed direction and then skirted horizontally across the sky. When they were on the other side of the road still high in the sky the lights stopped moving. The tree line covered up the stationary light as I was driving and I did not see anything else. Driving home from work on a beautiful afternoon not a cloud in the sky look up for no reason and there the object is it was like a bright stainless steel gleaming off the sun it was very large and just hovering I lost sight because of trees then it was gone! The object was triangular with almost like cylinders on it. Can’t believe what I saw never forget it!!

On 10/13/17 around 16:20 I, my uncle and Dad were out side talking. I t was a very clear day blue sky’s. I look up and saw a strange craft just hovering. It was way beyond any plane or helicopter reach. It hovered about 5 minutes. My uncle and Dad both saw it and we where trying to see if it had a rotor blade or wings. The craft had know wings or blades and didn’t put out any emission. It finally started to move at a very slow pace and it finally got out of our eyesight. From what I could see the craft was a shining metallic color and had a shape Like a kernel of corn with a point. When it left from hovering the point on the craft was moving forward. I'm not sure of the exact time it happened, but it was dark. I had just stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. I saw a bright light shooting down from the sky toward the ground. It disappeared behind the houses that were in my view. I expected to hear a crash, but there was no sound. It was fast and silent. Shooting star? Not sure. There were several commercial jets flying their usual flight paths higher and slower than this object, so they surely must have seen it. I am curious to see if there will be other reports during the same evening and what they saw.

My father-in-law informed my wife and me, on 12/2/17, that he had seen and photographed a UFO while driving East on I-16 on 10/13/17. He has photographs on his phone that range from poor to extraordinary quality. I would very much like for someone to review them. He texted them to me and I have converted them to emails and sent them to myself.

My son and I were in the car driving to his bus stop. We saw what appeared to be a shooting star moving diagonally. Which was strange, because it was slower than other shooting stars I had seen previously, and moving in a diagonal fashion. Then it stopped, and just hovered, so I thought maybe it was an airplane... but it didn't move closer, it just stayed right there on the horizon. I wanted to watch it longer, but we had to move on. I kept looking back to see if it had moved, but it was still there on the horizon. Once we parked, I looked again, and it was gone. All I know, is that it was not a shooting star - maybe it was a satellite, but it most definitely was not an airplane.

This object was very high, lower than the space station I have seen numerous times. There were two sets of orange fuzzy lights, that stayed on, front and rear, that were shaped like a chevron, the tip point of the chevrons were opposite, like these, < >. Never seen a light formation like that. It was heading East, from the West. If I was looking straight up, facing South, I would look down about 15 degrees. No noise, no flashing lights. It seemed very large, could not make out a profile of it. Moving steady fast, not super fast. I estimate the time to be just after 0515 PST.

I was standing outside and looked up to see the most magnificent engineering feat my eyes have had the pleasure of witnessing. The structure, design, and detail I was able to see with the moon out as bright with the angle it hit it was amazing. The engines had a green matte color and emitted not light pollution outside of the doughnut shaped engine looking halos. I could see louver like plates seemingly used to disperse heat possibly. I saw little of the top only the side and rear as it made a slight roll to the right and into the distance above the treeline. The UFO was about 500 ft away at most and the size of about 24,000 sq ft+ . I pulled my cell phone out to take video and when I did my eyes were blinded by the light of my phone screen. I used the phone to record but I got no video just all black. I recored another video for a control video thirty minutes after since I was seeing no footage and I could see the clouds where the object was. I was not a believer before I saw one and now I can say I have a new interest indeed.

My understanding of these sightings in the past to me have been that these people must be of not sound mind. Simply put that has changed. I now have been a witness and through thorough online research have found many other conversations of this nature. My wishes in this letter are that I bring to attention a possibility of a defense flaw in our technology, also a possibility to learn from their designs as well as seek video evidence which will allow a reverse engineering if possible of the technologies in which they use. I went outside at 3:48 am 10/13/2017 at 30°15'58.5"N 81°44'01.4"W I saw clear as day a diamond shaped object with a blunted rear. Large cylindrical shaped matte green lights were similar to doughnut shaped circles that were phosphorescent but did not emit any light pollution outside of the light itself or within the center. I believe this was caused due to a magnetic field as the light would normally have emitted a void within the center. It was not far I would estimate 500ft up at most or whatever the ceiling height of the cloud cover was. About 200 ft away to the SW. Size of about six houses maybe as large as twelve in mass. I was awestruck at the magnificence and engineering that went into it. I could see the louver like body on the craft and the design was like plates were set similar to a red clay roof as if the heat was dispersed by the space behind each plate. The sound may be in the video however my ac unit could have caused that. I would pass any lie detector test on this I am 100% certain of what I saw. I am going to do my best to have an image rendered. I could pass a lie detector test on this. I was not open minded on this and grew up in Bermuda. I am now very interested and am setting cameras up to record any anomalies. I have video however it may need some editing to be able to get a clear view of what I saw. When I saw it it rolled right and turned slightly leaving my sight. It was clear as day.

While walking the dog at night, looked up to the sky, saw a triangular shaped object, like a boomerang. Big, silver or grey, with 4 to 5 round white lights on each side underneath. Lights were steady, not flickering and appeared dimmed. Flying very low, silent, at a steady slow pace. No haze or glow around the object or lights, very clear against the black sky. Distant star like, flashing red, green, white and yellow in the western sky. Another, smaller star with a similar light pattern was seen lower and to the right. My friend said she has seen this for the past few weeks. What the heck is it?

10/12/11, 8:00pm, clear sky, no clouds. Sunset at 6:32pm I was outside in my backyard and looked up to the north. I saw a stationary brilliant white light in the sky. It appeared to get bigger and brighter. I thought I was seeing a star explode. I located the Big Dipper and the North Star in the sky. This object was down to the right of the North Star and almost level to the second star that points the way to the North Star. It was the length of my index finger away from the North Star. It stayed in the same location for about two to three minutes, then slowly dimmed away to nothing over about 20 seconds. I continued to watch, but could not see anything in the sky close to that spot afterwards. I have seen airplanes that shine a bright light as they are coming toward you that appear to be stationary. But they eventually move and you can tell it’s a plane. If it were a helicopter, I did not hear any noise. Would a helicopter light take 20 seconds to dim? This was the brightest light that I have ever seen. I have also watched satellites and the ISS fly overhead. Sometimes they catch the sun and shine brighter for a bit, but you can see that they are moving and can still follow them when they dim. I am not sure how long it was in that location before I saw it, but it stayed stationary for the few minutes that I watched it before it dimmed away.

I noticed a bright light in the sky, pretty close to directly overhead. It was on a course approximately 160 degrees. I normally can spot satellites around this time, I've seen lights that later I found out were the ISS or Chinese Space Station, but its direction was not correct for a satellite from what I've read. It' course was not a straight line either, making left and right alternating s-turns. I eventually lost sight of the object in the clads on the horizon. Lewis McChord airbase is to the east and I did not see navigation lights or strobes. I used to be a private pilot and worked at the airport for an airline as a gate agent for 15 years, so I know aircraft lights. It was a solid, non blinking white light. Being that it was heading away from me I doubt it could have been landing lights because those usually face frontward. I would guess that the direction took it toward the Olympia regional airport in Tumwater, but the movement was really odd, usually planes go in straight lines outside of airport airspace, and do not zig zag. The speed was hard to judge without being able to tell distance, but seemed to not be unusual

We took our dog out for his evening stroll and saw a bright light moving rapidly across the sky, flying from the WNW toward the ESE. At first we thought it might be the space station but it was moving very quickly and silently, was in the wrong location and moving in the wrong direction. Then, it disappeared completely. There were no clouds in the sky. We continued walking and then noticed another light, just as bright, just as silent, following in the same path across the sky. We stopped to watch it--and it disappeared at approximately the same place the first one did. Several high altitude jets went by during the time we were out, and we watched them to ensure that we had seen something different. The planes had the traditional flashing lights and sound, so we are certain these lights were not planes.

I was driving into my neighborhood after picking up my daughter from school. I saw something flying behind our subdivision over a forest area. I got my phone out and started recording it. It was moving very slowly and at first I thought maybe it was a drone. It was way to large to be a drone though. As I got closer to it, I turned off my video to turn it to camera to take a pic and I looked back up and it was gone. I drove home to grab something at my house and as I am pulling out my driveway I see it again, just slowly moving and hovering over the forest again. As I got closer I tried to get my camera view on again and it disappeared again. That was it, but I did get a view of it on video. My phone would not work for a little bit either. I couldn’t call anyone or upload the video at first.
