Between 3AM and 3:30AM I was out walking the dog, I looked to the north Northwest towards the Portland area and saw a bright orange light, circular in shape. I thought it too big to be Mars. I hadn't seen that light in at part of the sky before and it was bigger and higher than the tv or cell tower lights in the same area. It then disappeared. A few minutes later, I saw what I presume to be a saucer like craft, too dark to know for sure, with lights, blinking and circling the sides of yellow, orange and another color, I can't remember whether blue or white. I listened for a sound to identify it as perhaps a small airplane, but didn't hear any noise. It flew from west to east. I have never seen flight paths near my home fly that direction. They normally fly from south to north. I watched until it flew behind a tree line.

This is my 4th report to your agency because I am having multiple sightings happening day or night even in separate locations. Each event taking place since my first report - I am seeing more orbs, ships and now beings which would be classified as unidentified areal phenomena. These experiences have been taking place since May 18th, 2021. I have had previous experiences before both here in my current location of Salem, Oregon as well as Denver, Colorado. I have witnessed what I would describe as orbs, spherical in shape exhibiting occasional flashing of light and flying about in every direction (N/W/E/S) individually or in pairs/groups. I have witnessed some type of invisible ship dropping 3 to 4 orange orbs (one at a time) and watching them fly off and disappear. I have only once seen an orange orb since then and multiple smaller white orbs were also present and appeared to acknowledge my sighting and attempts to capture on film/video. On Saturday, May 29th, 2021 I was packing my vehicle for a trip to Garibaldi, Oregon located on the Pacific Coast near Tillamook, OR. While packing a being of some type (cloaked/somewhat visible) shimmering with sparkles of light within showed up – very close to me. It scared me and all I could think of was to say Wish me a Good/Safe Trip and waved it away (which seems very silly). The shocking part is that when I arrived in Garibaldi, I witnessed the same things there. I have NO IDEA if they followed me or were already present at that location very near the Pacific Ocean. I do understand that these orbs have been sighted off the coast of California near Catalina Island. I do not have knowledge if the sightings I had there may also be submergible. While in Garibaldi, Oregon and witnessing small white orbs flying in every direction (N/S/W/E) I would see a very brief flashing of something black. Some of the white orbs flying around appeared along the mountain ridge just at the back of Garibaldi (Northern direction) and all other areas of the sky. Some of the beings (cloaked/somewhat visible) shimmering with sparkles of light would attempt to communicate almost the same as a blimp advertising numbers, wording and images to me. It seemed to change from numbers to images of human faces and other faces (possibly what I would describe as grey aliens). It was hard enough to believe these experiences were happening to me at separate locations day, or night, in all directions but now attempts to communicate. The beings (cloaked/somewhat visible) were presenting themselves multiple times very, very close to me. It was frightening, nearly unbelievable and confusing. When I would attempt to film/video my experience that specific area would only appear as a blurry section within the sky. On Sunday May 30, 2021 I was standing on the street in Garibaldi speaking to my relative’s neighbor and happened to glance up in the N/E direction and see something black suddenly appear from nowhere in the sky at a low altitude and I screamed “What is That??” repeatedly running north to get a better view. I watched this black thing turn into what I would describe as a giant dragon fly or scorpion with no wings but having a long tail of some type. It almost appeared to resemble a helicopter, but they do not have tails that hang beneath them – and they make sound. This object seemed to fly down to the ground because I could no longer see it above the houses in that neighborhood. I was not alone this ! time. My relative’s neighbor, Virgil, was present but he could not see that well because of recent eye surgery. He thought it was a helicopter, but – it WAS NOT. Sunday evening, my relative acknowledged that she too could see some flashing in the sky here/there but could not see these beings that sparkle. I packed my vehicle to leave Garibaldi, Oregon around 6am in route home in Salem, Oregon. As I approached the vehicle one of the beings was again directly above my vehicle. I was very frightened at night to stand there as I was imagining to be abducted. It was still dark and yelled for my relative to be present until I was in the vehicle and gone. I hoped/prayed I would not see anything during my 2-hour drive or have my vehicle suddenly stop working. The whole idea of what had been happening to me as a credible, truthful woman with no mental illness other than depression. Every report I have made I have tried to be as descriptive as possible and use spell check and paragraphs but each time previously the site would change to a blob of writing (lengthy for you to read) according to your description. I have lived in Salem Oregon for the last five years almost exactly on the 45th parallel near Portland Rd & Lancaster Dr NE. On several occasions I witnessed various types of Unidentified Areal Phenomenon but never had a camera with me to document such sights. Often, I see these things after 9pm and later. On December 4, 2017 I saw a white sphere moving silently & slowly a couple hundred feet above me in a Southern Direction and as it moved higher into the atmosphere disappeared. I was awestruck because it was so close. On Wednesday evening, April 14, 2021, I stepped out onto my back porch so the dog could go out and was looking up at the stars in a Southern Direction from my home and saw some type of craft drop 3-4 orange spheres (one at a time) and as each one dropped it flew off & disappeared. I had never seen anything like that before and did not believe them to be flares as they vanished almost immediately. On Tuesday & Wednesday night, May 18 & 19, 2021, I was outside at various times both nights witnessing small white orbs dancing about in a playful manner, swirling around & racing each other back and forth through the clouds. Just when you would look at one, a slight flash of light would occur in another location flying about in the same manner. It did not matter which direction I looked toward East, West, South or North - there were I estimate hundreds (not clustered) of orbs at various heights and distances all over the sky. That Wednesday night (05/19/2021) around 9:30 I was standing in front of my house and saw a plane flying from North to South along the normal flight path over my home and saw another “craft” with just one solid light under it. It almost looked like a helicopter with a search beacon of some sort. The plane was much higher above this other craft with the very bright light headed just over my head and as they passed I couldn’t quite make out the type of a! irplane but thought it appears similar to the Stealth Bomber a triangular dark color but it went so fast I wasn’t clear what I was seeing. I saw my neighbor sitting in his car and rushed over to bang on his window to see what I was viewing. The airplane continued on its normal route and the craft with the light appeared to be speeding faster in an effort to catch up or pace the other plane when suddenly it veered on at an abnormal angle and disappeared. My neighbor thought both were airplanes, but I have never seen a plane fly at an angle such as this one did. To my amazement during the day on Thursday May 20, 2021 I saw the same orbs darting in & out of the clouds. It was shocking and somewhat difficult to see them with daylight present, but they were there. We had brief blue sky, some thunder/hail clouds, and some rain. I was able to document (as best I could) these orbs at various heights and directions around my home location. I did contact the National UFO Hotline and ! spoke briefly to Director Peter Davenport about what I thought! could b e ball lightning or some highly strange unidentified flying orbs. At his suggestion I make this report and have emailed him the videos I took. I am somewhat frightened now that the Men in Black might come visit me, lol. Over the small field next to home depot parking lot in Corvallis, Oregon for about 20-30 seconds my adult daughter and I witnessed a cigar shaped object that was very pale in color, a very light white or silver, with pulsing white and blue lights... It seemed to be flying very slowly, with a couple of brief stops where it just sort of hovered there blinking. It was pretty low, low enough that we could both tell that it was not an airplane or a helicopter. I turned in the car to tell my daughter to get my phone out of my purse so I could record it but when we looked back mere seconds later it was completely gone....nowhere to be seen.

This was either a formation or a single craft with many lights on the outside. It was moving very slowly across the sky above my house. I tried to film but nothing showed on my camera. Though on zooming in, it looked like a single craft with lights outside. Too grainy to see anything in photos. There was a soft humming noise and it moved towards the East and out of view.

I was on my back porch last night around 10:00 pm, These lights were in a v shape formation but there was maybe 4 on one side and 8 on the other. No sound at all, they just moved across the sky in a perfect formation.

there was a spherical light emitting a green laser, pointing diagonally towards the surface of the ground. from the lazer were smaller orbs of white light traveling along the green laser towards the ground in tandem. The green "laser" then began to dissappear in quartered segments starting at the ground and ending at the "sphere" the sphere then began ascending and completely disappeared as if it passed through a barrier of some sort. I then glanced at the area through my nvgs to attempt to see of there was anything not visible to the eye alone, and in the background there were several orbs of light that appeared much farther up traveling in a straight diagonal line all appearing to be equally spaced, they also appeared to pass through some sort of "barrier" becoming no longer visible at the exact same spot. Very strange I have never been interested in this type of extraterrestrial stuff or any of the sort, but I have to admit! I have been consumed by curiosity. I've googled everything and have not come across anything similar to what my wife and I witnessed. P.s in the time box I put aprox 2 minutes however we did not see the event begin as it was currently happening in the sky as we walked to the car, on my way to work .

Two Dads (40+ year olds) and 2 sons (11 year olds), camping 10 miles south of Sisters, Oregon. Around 10:36pm (22:36). my son spotted the very long, illuminated craft ("Um guys, WHAT IS THAT!?"), in the northern sky, heading west to east. From our location, it was maybe 30 degrees up from the horizon. We left the campfire and quickly got our phones out to record it; the pics are poor unfortunately. It was moving slowly, and wasn't bright. Knowing that it wasn't an airplane, I flashed it a few times with a green laser, just in case it might react. It did not. I believe the craft was moving at a very high altitude. It reminded me of the SpaceX rocket re-entry, but wasn't breaking apart. I'm very familiar with stargazing, and we had just watched the ISS fly by (which had a -4.0 brightness = very bright!) and we had also watched starlink satellites fly over as well. It was very exciting!

Upon stepping out from my hotel room and walking the 75' or so feet to an area outside close to street. that I tend to smoke while I'm staying here, I looked up to North to check weather (clouds?) like I often do and immediately saw a slightly illuminated slightly hazy, long object moving that I first thought appeared like a comet with tail but realized shape was consistent end to end; a cigar shape for lack of more specific description. Slightly tapered on end closest to me. And same taper it seemed at other end. Moving consistent speed. I thought, well, that's probably a plane lining up for Medford Airport but as it traveled slightly North-NorthEast at a consistent speed, there was never a single light blinking or otherwise as with an airplane. Nor shape of a tail or wings. And since I live in an area close to an airport, I have never seen a plane in a clear sky without a single light flashing at some point. And it almost appeared that the illumination might have been from the city lights of the Rogue Valley cities below and to East of object. Maybe not. The entire sighting was 1 and 1/2 minutes tops at 10:35pm. Clear sky, some stars visible although there was immediate light pollution in area. Object elevation? Hard to say. Perhaps 7 to 10,000ft? If so, object would have been several hundred feet long. At least a couple hundred. No apparent change of course. Haven't quite seen anything like it although it was subtle and not at all clearly visible.

I have video of the objects. I was in the living room watching TV with my grandsons when my cat came running into my living room from the outside dog door. She kept looking around the corner to see if something followed her inside. I went to see what she was scared of thinking it was another cat. I turned on my porch light and scanned my backyard. I saw a plane coming in from the southeast which is not their normal flight for landing at our airport. For some reason I looked in the southeast and saw orange pulsating lights in a square formation. I yelled at my grandsons to bring me my phone he was standing next to me with his. I then saw them go into a triangle formation then into a straight line. I then Started recording all the while trying to get my roommate outside to see what was going on. One by one they changed formation and then seemed to disappear, then when they had all but gone a larger red pulsating object came up over the trees. It kept ascen! ding up until it disappeared.

Sorry for not following the directions and using a word processor...... While walking we observed a long cigar shaped craft to the northwest of Eugene. We watched it slowly move in a manner unlike any plane or balloon. It was grayish yet illuminated in such a way that seemed translucent We watched it for 10 minutes . We agreed that it was not a balloon and had no wings and it was silent .We tried to use our phones to record it but the lighting made it unviewable except for a blurry long light.I have always been a skeptic of UFOs but now im seeking more data to understand what it was we all saw. There was no propulsion system as it seemed to be using some other type of flight capability beside the conventional type...

I was hanging out smoking a cigarette in my car with my wife. I started looking at the stars because I noticed that they were alot more vivid then usuall. I then noticed what looked like 5-9 smaller yet distinctly brighter what I thought were stars all in a straight line. I watched for a moment and noticed that they were moving in a diagonal yet straight line all at once. At which point I asked my wife if she noticed It to and she laughed but said she had. It started getting a little brighter and started shrinking and the was gone. I've seen plenty of satellites and government and civilian aircraft and nothing can bend the laws of physics and move like that. Which leads to the only rational option would be extra demential beings

Around 4:30 AM I went to walk the dog.After sometime I looked up to see if I could find any Aquarid meteors. Instead I saw small orbs of light in a row, about 10 the first group flying by following each other, west to east. No apparent sound. A little while later another group, larger the the first, probably 20-30 flew over. All in a row, except for 3 that formed a triangle as the flew by. Not sure if satellites travel like this in a sort of beaded string and I thought meteors looked like they were falling and emitted a trail of light These definitely looked like they were going somewhere and there was no light trail.I wanted to take a video but didn't think my phone camera could pick it up well. They were very small orbs of light in the sky.

On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at approximately 9:30pm, my partner and I were outside enjoying a fire in our fire pit when I noticed very strange lights out of the corner of my eye. We both then looked up and saw a row of lights floating through the sky. There were many small lights moving together, all a part of one object silently moving through the sky. The lights were not in an even pattern and were steady as it moved through the sky. My partner and I ran to the front of the house to continue watching it as it moved. It passed over the nearby hill and disappeared into the darkness, as if designed to easily blend in at night. My camera on my phone was not strong enough to pick up the lights, but my partner’s phone was. The image does not show the details of all of the little lights as it looks like a more solid ray of light, but the image does show that there may have been more there than what was visible to the eye. In the photo, you can see a difference in the coloring above the lights, as if coming up to a point. This leads me to believe that the lights were along the edge of the object, flat underneath, and domed to a point on the top.

As I was stargazing outside at 21:25 I saw a series of closely connected lights pass silently and smoothly over the neighborhood traveling West to East. It was visible to me for about 25 seconds but was already halfway through the sky before I noticed it. I first thought it was a shooting star but realized it was a series of individual lights, and positioned as if they were along the sides of a very long aircraft. The only aircraft I could imagine would travel like this (regarding size and flight pattern) would be a blimp the length of the Hindenburg.

Seen over the area of Lebanon, Oregon, moving from west to east—a stream of bright lights traveling relatively slowly in a straight line with a white “head” and a tight straight stream of distinct, (at least 18) various colored lights (about 2 “fingers” long) following behind—high in the sky but lower than a high flying jet. Clear sky. No evidence of any flaring out like a rocket reentering the atmosphere and the lights did not separate out. The lights appeared to be all connected in a straight line. Two witnesses watched for about 3 minutes from the time we first saw them until they passed out of sight. In our many years of sky watching my Coast Guard veteran husband and I have never seen anything like it! I am a retired College employee with a longtime interest in astronomy.

Thought I would provide an IFO report since you will likely get some reports on this. Observed StarLink train of satellites approx 1920h cross WNW to E relative to Pilot Butte at approximately 30 deg alt to horizon. The train per se spanned about 10 degrees (closed fist width at arms length). Much brighter than reference stars in Ursa Major that it passed below. An amazing sight and I can see why folks who don’t know what they are would think it was a UFO armada.

Friday night 8:30 while in Gresham, OR. Winco parking lot we observed 2 of these objects 2 minutes apart moving on same path at relatively low altitude approaching from the west and casually turning Northeast. When approaching we could see yellow orange colored light NOT flashing. When they turned the lights disappeared and we saw a perfectly circular totally black object. It was dusk so there still was some background lighting but this did not resemble a helicopter or plane I've seen. There was no noise from them we could hear. At about 8:35 an airliner was coming in low for approach to PDX to the west. The second object like the first continued NE in a straight line and appeared to fly underneath crossing the plane. I first wondered if this was a balloon but it moved too fast and precisely and considered maybe an ultralight but too fast and they're very noisy but the totally black circular shape was something I have never seen and I follow aviation. My wif! e did capture a still image of one of the objects approaching from the West which is not an approach pattern for planes flying to Portland international airport. That still image shows the lighted object. There's also a video taken after the 2nd object made a turn Northeast though it was easy to see with the naked eye the video may be difficult to see the black circular objects without enhancing because of parking lot lights obscuring the image at dusk. Still pick and video can be submitted if requested. I will note there is a municipal airport in Troutdale Oregon which was in the general direction these objects were moving by the time we lost sight of them moving past the shopping center. The proximity of the second object apparently flying underneath the approaching airliner at low altitude was particularly concerning and they appeared quite close to the point where the FAA should take notice. I would be curious if Portland international or Troutdale airport or the airlin! e reported the object approaching.

A bright triangular shape hovering in sky observed from Redland Oregon, perhaps hovering over Beavercreek area. It hovered for awhile as a bright triangle then moved and perhaps turned on its side and showed blinking lights for a while,then disappeared. Later an airplane flew from the general direction, but the triangle didn't seem to be an airplane. So it was interesting UAP.

Cloudless night, i stepped out the front door to stargaze. saw what i initially thought was an approaching commercial jet, but after several minutes i realized it was not perceptibly moving. at a glance it had about the size and brightness of venus or some other prominent star, but it was flashing and alternating colors, orange and blue. called my daughter a few blocks away and she corroborated. it was probably by a small margin the brightest thing in the sky. it seemed to be stationary for at least 30 minutes and then moved gradually away (got dimmer/smaller, less flashy) and somewhat to the west and eventually out of view.

Seen a lot more in the past have very much encounters no reason to make things up April 2019 I've seen others I mention seeing fog Banks I seen had smells I mean fall banks that did not do no phone or else and it would seem like it's in the been there was in the wrong place I've seen the game's the clear creatures with stands on fours with tentacles and have had someone to verify that that was not even know where around me when it happened took over story that I was telling did I happen to mention I seen that tonight in the Rocky Butte area

We live in NE Portland, Oregon. Tonight, we noticed an orange ball traveling across the sky. It was 8:50 p.m. It glowed a bright orange, traveled from the NW to the SE, traveled in a straight lineand made no sound. It took approximately 30 seconds before we could no longer see it.
